Abstract

The study aims to examine the effect of country of origin image, product knowledge and involvement on purchasing decisions for instant noodles Purchase. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents selected using the Hair et al. formula (2019). The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS. The results of the study are that the image of the country of origin and product knowledge have no effect on purchasing decisions for Nongshin brand instant noodles, and product involvement has a positive and significant effect on decisions. The suggestion of this study is that if the company that contributes to the food industry, especially the Nongshin brand instant noodles, to be able to continue to innovate the product into the best product according to consumer needs.

Abstract

The development of spice plants on agricultural land in the Bakung sub-district requires appropriate information and data regarding the potential and suitability of land use based on the quality and characteristics of the land, so that the land can be sustainably productive. Therefore, land suitability evaluation research is needed as a guide in plant development. playing spices in Bakung District, Blitar Regency with the aim of examining land suitability for planning various spices commodities in Bakung District, Blitar Regency, as well as studying limiting factors that influence actual land suitability for planning various spice commodities in Bakung District, Blitar Regency. This research was carried out in Daffodils sub-district, Blitar districts in August 2023. The survey method uses a map scale of 1:80,000 and to determine the soil sampling points it will be carried out at a predetermined spl of 11 observation points including the villages of daffodil, Bululawang, Kedungbanteng, Lorejo, Ngrejo, Plandirejo, Pulerejo, Sidomulyo, Sumberdadi, Tumpak kepuh, Tumpak sloppy. Research results: The land folder units (SPL 10) of Tumpak Billowing village is very suitable for development for spices commodities. SPL 7 has the potential to be developed for spices commodities by providing management of NPK fertilizer applications, lime applications, and terracing construction. The land suitability class in Bakung sub-district which is very suitable (S1) for various commodities is at SPL 10, precisely in Sidomulyo Village. The limiting factors for the development of various spices commodities in Daffodils District are nutrients retention, available nutrients and the danger of erosion

Abstract

Tourism is a potential source of local income, and can enhance a city's identity. Tourism in an area is of good value, it will also accelerate the development of that area. This acceleration can be achieved when the level of visits to the area increases and will ultimately increase economic activity. In order to maximize making a city a tourist destination, the city government must be able to recognize the physical and non-physical potential of the city. This potential can be maximized so that a city can become a tourist destination with its own characteristics, whether it is natural tourism, historical tourism or cultural tourism. According to the Medan City RTRW for 2010-2030, it is stated that the old city center area of ​​Medan Labuhan District is a Nature Reserve and Cultural Heritage Area. Therefore, this study focuses on the concept of tourism in Medan Labuhan District. This study uses a subjective method with an inventory approach and identification of potential and related problems, analysis and ultimately providing strategic recommendations and regional planning plans.

Abstract

This research was conducted at CV. MGS Tanjung Selamat with the aim of analyzing the influence of work motivation and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee work productivity. The population is 37 employees who work in the company with a random sample, namely a saturated sample so that the total sample is 37 respondents. The type of data used is primary data and the data sources used are secondary data, data collection techniques use literature studies, surveys and observations. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The research results show that work motivation and work environment partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. There is a very strong correlation between work motivation and work environment and employee work productivity. Employee work productivity in the company can be explained by work motivation and work environment by 66.6% and the remaining 33.40% can be explained by other variables not studied, such as incentives, training, career development and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to find the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening at spiritual tourism Salib Kasih Tarutung. The population in this study were people who had just made a visit in the period January 2023 to January 2024, with a sample size taken as many as 75 visitors as respondents. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire wish was then analyzed quantitatively using the structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square Analysis method with the help of smart-PLS. As a result, service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, then customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing on the brand equity of packaged fruit juice beverages among the community in Lhokseumawe City. Data for this research were collected through a survey method using a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The respondents in this study were 100 residents of Lhokseumawe City. This research employed a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software. The results of the study indicate that, partially, entertainment has a positive and significant effect on the brand equity of packaged fruit juice beverages among the community in Lhokseumawe City. Customization has a positive and significant effect on the brand equity of packaged fruit juice beverages among the community in Lhokseumawe City. Interaction has a positive and significant effect on the brand equity of packaged fruit juice beverages among the community in Lhokseumawe City. E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on the brand equity of packaged fruit juice beverages among the community in Lhokseumawe City. Trendiness has a positive and significant effect on the brand equity of packaged fruit juice beverages among the community in Lhokseumawe City.

Abstract

This research was conducted on students at Panca Budi Development University, Medan, on the MS Glow skincare product on the Shopee Marketplace. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction with promotion as an intervening variable. The population is active students studying at the Panca Budi Development University in Medan and samples were taken randomly using the Zikmud Formula so that the total research sample was 100 respondents. The type of data used is primary data and the data source used is secondary data, data collection techniques use literature study, survey and observation. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The research results show that product quality and promotion mediate the influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction with MS Glow skincare products. The strong correlation between product quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction is 43.4% and the remaining 56.6% can be explained by other variables not studied.

Abstract

This study examines the influence between entertainment, interaction, trendy, customization, and word of mouth variables on consumer responses. The sample in this study was 110 people who had purchased bottonscraves products in Bireuen Regency. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that each variable, entertainment, trendy and customization had a positive and significant effect on consumer response and there were two other variables namely interaction and word of mouth which had a significant negative effect on consumer response.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality,brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions for glass tea at Malikussaleh University students. Promotion on Purchasing Decisions for glass tea at Malikussaleh University students. This research was conducted on Malikussaleh University Faculty of Economics and Business students who had purchased glass tea. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires via google form to 96 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software assistance. The results showed that product quality had no significant effect on purchasing decisions for glass tea, Brand Image had a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and promotion had a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

"Care for the Coast" Farmers Group is located in Beras Basah Village, Pangkalan Susu District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province, established in 2021 with the approval of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 8544/MenLHK-PSKL/PKPS/PSL.0/ 12/2021 Dated 24 December 2021 Concerning the Granting of Approval for Community Forest Management to the Coastal Care Farmers Group covering an area of ​​+ 38 (Thirty Eight) Hectares in the Permanent Production Forest (HP) Area. Currently there is a need for improvements both in terms of Ecotourism so that it develops and the products produced by the group. The objectives of this research are to determine the economic condition of the group, analyze how conditions improve the economy with the use of mangroves as social forests in the Group. The results showed that to carry out promotions, waste handling was further improved. In this case, the government is obliged to assist with road access and safeguard against mangrove encroachment and create innovations both in terms of location aesthetics and the products produced.
