Abstract

This research explains about Green Education in the learning process in Facing National and Global Issues. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis at SMA Negeri 1 Tebing Tinggi Kab. Serdang Bedagai. The data collection techniques were carried out by means of field observations and interviews. The results of this research show that globalization has a major impact on life and the environment. The existence of extreme climate change, food crises and ongoing economic difficulties are examples of sustainability issues that must be faced in today's global world. Considering the importance of the environment for human life, it is necessary to take responsibility for the sustainability of the environment for future generations. Schools have access to integrating green education values ​​through the application of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) development methods such as critical thinking skills and attitude skills in making decisions regarding issues relating to environmental quality both nationally and globally.

Abstract

Transfer of land rights can be done in various ways, one of which is through Transfer of Land Rights with Compensation (PHGR). Article 1338 paragraph 3 of the Civil Code states that an agreement must be carried out in good faith. Good faith when making an agreement means honesty. One of the legal issues regarding the transfer of land rights with compensation in the Medan District Court Decision Number: 275 / Pdt.G / 2020 / PN Mdn, in conjunction with the Medan High Court Decision Number: 370 / Pdt / 2021 PT MDN, in conjunction with the Supreme Court Decision Number: 4259 K / Pdt / 2022. The issues raised in this decision are: What are the legal consequences of the transfer of land rights based on the release of rights with compensation, how is the legal protection of the parties against the transfer of land rights with compensation that is transferred by borrowing a name and how is the analysis of the considerations of the Medan District Court Judge in Case Number 275 / Pdt.G / 2020 / PN Mdn in conjunction with Decision No. 370/Pdt/2021/PT MDN jo. Decision No. 4259 K/Pdt/2022. The research method used is normative juridical with a descriptive analytical approach. The data used are secondary data, including primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Data collection was carried out through literature studies and interviews. The analysis was carried out qualitatively by drawing deductive conclusions to answer the research problems. The results of this study are known The legal consequences of the transfer of land rights with compensation are valid and transferred so that the recipient can use and take maximum benefits from the land they own, but this must meet the provisions of the elements of Article 1320 of the Civil Code. Legal protection for the parties against the transfer of land rights with compensation that is transferred by borrowing a name consists of 2 (two) forms, namely the first preventive legal protection is by registering the land, the second repressive legal protection through the General Court. Legal protection for holders of land rights that have not been certified in good faith as regulated in Article 24 and Article 32 of PP 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration, namely being able to file complaints, objections and lawsuits through the court. and the Panel of Judges rejected the cassation application, while the legal consideration of the judge was that the Judex Facti Decision of the Medan High Court did not conflict with the law and/or statutes.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Facebook as a public communication medium utilized by the Department of Communication and Informatics of Sikka Regency. The research aims to analyze how the social media platform is employed to disseminate information, foster interaction with the public, and enhance transparency and accountability of local government. Using a qualitative approach, the study collects data through in-depth interviews, observation, and content analysis. The findings reveal that Facebook serves as an effective tool for public information dissemination, fostering two-way communication, and increasing public participation. However, challenges such as technological infrastructure limitations and low digital literacy need to be addressed to optimize the use of this social media platform. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Skintific skincare. This study uses descriptive quantitative research explaining that this method is based on the philosophy of positivism, used in examining samples and research populations using Non-Probability Sampling with Convenience Sampling techniques. The research population is people in Medan City who use or have used Skintific skincare products. This sample was obtained as many as 96 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 26.0 software program. Partial hypothesis testing shows that the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig value. 0.000 <0.05 and the tcount value is 3.621> t table 1.986. Then for the price variable, it has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with sig. 0.005 <0.05 and the t count value is 2.870> t table 1.986. While simultaneously showing that product quality and price both have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig value. 0.000 <0.05 and the value of fcount 39.022> ftable 3.09.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Syaukath Sejahtera Gandapura. The independent variables in this study are Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment, while the dependent variable is Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This type of research uses a quantitative method, data collection using a questionnaire containing questions and statements by distributing it to the employees concerned at PT Syaukath Sejahtera Gandapura. The scoring technique uses a Likert scale. This research was conducted at PT Syaukath Sejahtera with 116 respondents, where the sampling in this study used saturated samples, where all populations were sampled so that the number of samples in this study was 116 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) program. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership and organizational commitment do not affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Syaukath Sejahtera Gandapura, while the job satisfaction variable has a negative and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Syaukath Sejahtera Gandapura. The better the transformational leadership and organizational commitment in a company, the more it will increase the Organizational Citizenship Behavior or extra-role behavior of employees, thereby increasing employee performance.

Abstract

This research conducted on STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi students, it can be concluded that the influence of perceptions about security and speed in digital wallet applications greatly influences digital wallets and plays an important role in increasing user adoption and loyalty, as well as influencing the success of digital wallets in market. Consumer perception of the level of security offered by digital wallets is also very important. When consumers feel that their transactions are safe and personal data is protected, they tend to be more trusting and loyal to the digital wallet service.

Abstract

The issuance of Job Seeker Card (AK 1) is one of the services provided by the Manpower and Transmigration Office (Disnakertrans) of Sikka Regency to help residents who are looking for work. This study aims to analyze public service communication implemented by Disnakertrans in the process of making AK 1. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques and participatory observation. The results of the study indicate that communication between officers and job seekers still faces obstacles in terms of clarity of information and procedures. However, most job seekers are satisfied with the responsiveness and friendly attitude of the officers. The conclusion of this study is that improving clearer and more efficient communication will improve the quality of public services at Disnakertrans of Sikka Regency. This study provides important implications related to the management of public service communication in the context of local government.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership and employee loyalty on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Stabat Regent's Office, Langkat Regency, north Sumatra. This research used a quantified qualitative method with a population of 122 people and the entire population was used as a sample. The data collection technique uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to 122 Regent's Office employees. The measurement instrument for this research uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis and mediation effect test (Sobel Test) using SPSS version 26 software. The results of this research show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Then job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance so that it can be concluded that there is a partial mediation relationship. And job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of employee loyalty on employee performance so that it can be concluded that there is a trial mediation relationship.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the Influence of Transformational and Transactional Leadership on Employee Performance Through Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable in Several Health Centers in Southwest Aceh Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative method, data collection using a questionnaire containing questions and statements by distributing it to the employees concerned at the Health Centers in Southwest Aceh Regency. This research was conducted at 3 Health Centers in Southwest Aceh Regency, namely Alue Sungai Pinang, Alue Pisang and Babahrot Health Centers. The population in this study were employees of the Health Centers in Southwest Aceh Regency totaling 173 employees. While the number of samples in this study was 64 employees. The data analysis method used was path analysis and was processed with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) application program. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of transformational and transactional leadership on organizational commitment and there was also an influence of transformational, transactional and organizational commitment leadership on the performance of employees of the Health Centers in Southwest Aceh Regency. Furthermore, the research results found that the organizational commitment variable fully mediates (full mediation) the relationship between transformational leadership and the performance of employees at the Southwest Aceh District Health Center and the organizational commitment variable directly mediates (partial mediation) the relationship between transactional leadership and the performance of employees at the Southwest Aceh District Health Center.

Abstract

This study discusses consumer preferences in making purchasing decisions for traditional snacks at Tenank Cafe, Medan City. This study aims to analyze consumer preferences for purchasing decisions for traditional snacks at Tenank Cafe, Medan City. The independent variables in this study are price, tangible, and food quality. While the dependent variable in this study is the purchasing decision. This type of research is quantitative. The population used in this study were all consumers at Tenank Cafe, Medan City. The sample used was 100 respondents with a non-probability sampling method with an accidental sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to Tenank Cafe consumers. Data processing and data analysis techniques were carried out using the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study indicate that price (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) for traditional snacks at Tenank Cafe with a t-count value of 7.303> 1.985 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Tangible (X2) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) of traditional snacks at Tenank Cafe with a calculated t value of 5.520> 1.985 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the food quality variable (X3) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) of traditional snacks at Tenank Cafe with a calculated t value of 8.352> 1.985 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. If done together, price, tangible, and food quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) of traditional snacks at Tenank Cafe with a calculated f test result of 32.790> 3.94 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05.
