Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of the Numbered Head Together Learning Model on the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Fourth Grade Students at the UPTD of State Elementary School 124394 Pematangsiantar. This study uses a quantitative research type using an experimental method (pre-experimental design). Data analysis is quantitative/statistical, with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. The study population was 23 students in the UPTD of State Elementary School 124394 Pematangsiantar located on Jl Tongkol Pematangsiantar. The sample in this study was taken from one class used as a One Group Pretest-Posttest class so that the sample in this study was all fourth grade students of UPTD of State Elementary School 124394 Pematangsiantar. The data analysis technique used was the N-Gain test and Hypothesis Test. The results of the study obtained were an increase in students' creative thinking abilities, namely with an average posttest of 83.91 while the pretest was 41.95. This can be seen from the results of the N-Gain test, there is an influence of the Numbered Head Together Learning Model on the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Class IV Students at the UPTD of SD Negeri 124394 Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Using the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Learning Model on the Science Learning Outcomes of Fourth Grade Students of UPTD SD Negeri 122345 Pematangsiantar. This type of research is Quantitative experimental method One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of this study were all fourth grade students of UPTD SD Negeri 122345, totaling 26 students. This research was conducted in August of the 2025/2026 academic year. The test technique that will be given in this study is multiple choice questions on the material of Plant Parts. Data were analyzed using the normality test (Shapiro-Wilk) and the score increase test (N-Gain). The results showed that the average student pretest score was 58.7 with a completion rate of 23%, which then increased to 86.6 with a completion rate reaching 96.2% in the posttest. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis using the partial test formula or t-test with a frequency (dk) of 26-1 = 25 at a significance level of 5%, 1.708 was obtained and from the results of the student test, t_hitung = 15.61 was obtained. Therefore, t_hitung > t_tabel = 15.61 > 1.708, which means that H_o is rejected and H_a is accepted, which means that there is an influence of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Learning Model on the learning outcomes of Class IV students of UPTD SD Negeri 122345 Pematangsiantar in the 2025/2026 academic year.

Abstract

SMEs are one of the important pillars in driving regional economic growth, including in the city of Palu. One product with high potential is instant red ginger produced by Raja Bawang SMEs. This study aims to formulate a strategy to increase the supply of instant red ginger products through an analysis of internal and external business factors. Primary data was obtained through observation, interviews, and sales report documentation, then analyzed using the SWOT method. The results of the study show that the greatest strength is the availability of quality raw materials and skilled labor, while the main weaknesses lie in limited production capacity, packaging design, and suboptimal promotion. Externally, the most dominant opportunity is the trend of consuming herbal products and the development of digital marketing technology, while the biggest threat comes from competition from similar products and fluctuations in raw material prices. The SWOT mapping places Raja Bawang SME in Quadrant I, which means that an aggressive strategy is the most appropriate choice. Recommended strategies include optimizing production with modern technology, product and packaging innovation, utilizing e-commerce and social media as marketing channels, and strengthening partnership networks. These findings confirm that Raja Bawang MSMEs have great potential to increase the competitiveness of instant red ginger products through the optimal utilization of internal strengths and market opportunities.

Abstract

Company management needs to continuously monitor and measure the performance of its employees to ensure the achievement of the goals that have been set. The performance monitoring process requires data and information obtained from 35 employees. The problem is in the process of the employee payroll system, attendance, leave and the main thing is data management for monitoring employees still use conventional method by manual. The results of performance monitoring will then be conveyed to interested parties, efficiently and effectively. After that, the existing data were analyzed using SPSS which stands for Statistical Product and Service Solution. Validity testing can also be done using SPSS and produces a validity test of the data, which is < 0.05 so it is valid. The reliability test of the data is > 0.70, 0.751 for employee salaries and 0.757 for employee performance so it is reliable. The normality test of the data are > 0.05, 0.077 for employee salaries and 0.059 for employee performance so that the data is normally distributed. The linearity test of the data is 0.604 > 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a linear relationship between salary and employee performance. Regression analysis test simple linear data from the data, namely the significance level of 0.001 < 0.05 then the regression model can be used to predict the participation variable or in other words there is an effect of the salary variable on the performance variable.

Abstract

Yogyakarta is a city historically rich in Javanese traditions and values. With increasing global interaction through information technology, tourism, and cultural exchange, Yogyakarta's socio-cultural landscape is undergoing significant changes. This study analyzes how the Javanese language, as the core of local cultural identity, faces challenges and adapts amidst the dominance of English and standard Indonesian. Shifts in language use, particularly among the younger generation, not only affect the preservation of Javanese dialects and speech levels but also reshape their perceptions of tradition and modernity. Furthermore, this abstract highlights how globalization influences cultural identity through cultural hybridization, where foreign cultural elements assimilate with local practices, creating new forms of expression that sometimes blur the boundaries of indigenous identities. While globalization brings positive impacts such as increased access to information and economic opportunities, there are also concerns about the erosion of traditional values and cultural homogenization. This study concludes that Yogyakarta stands at a crossroads between preserving its cultural heritage and embracing global change, highlighting the importance of adaptive cultural conservation strategies and strong language education to maintain its unique identity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the calculation and reporting of Value Added Tax (VAT) at PT. Roganda Gracia Artha, a service and trading company in Medan City that has been confirmed as a Taxable Entrepreneur (PKP). VAT is an indirect tax that has a large contribution to state revenue, so its management must be carried out appropriately in accordance with statutory provisions, especially Law No. 42 of 2009. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation of the company's finance and taxation departments. This study was conducted to determine the extent of the company's accuracy and compliance in calculating, collecting, depositing, and reporting VAT during the 2024 tax year. The results of the study indicate that PT. Roganda Gracia Artha experiences problems in reporting and recording VAT, such as overpayments almost every month, inconsistencies in reporting times with the actual tax period, and a lack of staff understanding of the tax invoice mechanism and e-SPT reporting. This has implications for potential losses and administrative sanctions from the tax authorities. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the internal control system, human resource training, and more optimal use of information technology to ensure that the implementation of tax obligations is more effective and in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

Patients have the option of undergoing examinations and treatment without having to stay in the hospital. The number of clinics serving patients continues to grow due to the high demand and busy schedules faced by patients. However, hospitals and clinics are still operating well because there are patients who need services, both outpatient and inpatient. In many countries, numerous clinics and hospitals have not implemented an effective data management system for outpatient queues. This results in a number of registered patients not showing up for their appointments, which is certainly detrimental to the nurses and doctors on duty that day. This situation is a loss for clinics and hospitals because manual data management prevents them from predicting the number of patients who will visit. One way to organize patient visit data, both for outpatient and inpatient care, is to utilize big data. The method used in processing this data is Decision Tree classification with Rusboost. By applying Decision Tree classification and Rusboost, we can obtain more accurate predictions, thereby assisting in decision-making.
