Abstract

The enactment of Law No. 1 of 2024, as the second amendment to Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, holds paramount significance for both society and the state. Public dissemination becomes essential to ensure community members comprehend and adhere to these regulations. The law serves to guide citizens in understanding and implementing its provisions. Information exchange and communication among community members fulfill fundamental human needs and constitute basic human rights. From the state's perspective, this law establishes guidelines for conducting information and electronic transactions, preventing misuse and deviation in information reception and electronic transactions. In today's globalized era, information and electronic transactions have become essential human necessities. Thus, communities must develop legal awareness for compliance. For those who violate these provisions, enforcement mechanisms through criminal sanctions are established under this law.

Abstract

Adolescent groups demonstrate high vulnerability to various health problems. Based on data obtained from YMI Wonopringgo High School, several health issues were identified related to low knowledge and understanding of health matters, particularly regarding Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS), Reproductive Health, and Mental Health. Socialization and education programs were designed to enhance students' knowledge and awareness as solutions to the identified health problems. The community service method was implemented through two stages: the first stage involved problem identification, and the second stage involved problem intervention through six programs: Drug Abuse Hazard Socialization (BERANI), Reproductive Health Socialization (Personal Hygiene Genitalia), Mental Health Socialization (Talk It Out), Environmental Cleanliness Activities (Giat Berlian), Hand Washing with Soap Socialization (CTPS), and Anti-Smoking Expo (EAR). Program results showed an 80% increase in participants' knowledge and awareness, along with active participation in health-related question-and-answer sessions, although barriers remained in the form of low participation rates, limited supporting facilities, and challenges in disseminating adequate information regarding other health aspects. The intervention program successfully enhanced adolescents' understanding of health importance and is expected to provide long-term impacts including reduced drug abuse rates, improved adolescent reproductive and mental health, and the creation of healthy, clean, and comfortable school environments.

Abstract

The Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMDes) serves as a fundamental framework for steering village development across a six-year span. Nevertheless, numerous villages encounter significant obstacles in drafting this plan, primarily due to constrained human resources and a lack of technical proficiency. This community engagement initiative seeks to support the local administration of Aimo Village in formulating an RPJMDes that prioritizes community involvement, relies on accurate data, and adheres to regulatory standards. The approach adopted encompasses capacity-building sessions, collaborative dialogues, and hands-on technical guidance. Findings reveal that a preliminary version of the RPJMDes was effectively crafted, incorporating the village leader’s vision and mission, strategic policy outlines, and a structured set of priority development initiatives. Furthermore, the process bolstered the skills of village officials and fostered greater public engagement in shaping development plans.

Abstract

The development of rural areas remains a key focus within national policy efforts to enhance community welfare by leveraging local resources. Arar Village, located in Mayamuk District, Sorong Regency, Southwest Papua, possesses abundant marine resources, particularly rebon shrimp, that have yet to be fully harnessed. This community engagement initiative was designed to stimulate the village economy by providing hands-on training in producing rebon shrimp chili sauce. The program involved several stages: initial preparation, community outreach, skills training, and ongoing production support. Throughout the process, participants—primarily women and local youth—demonstrated remarkable enthusiasm and quickly adapted to the techniques required to create hygienic and attractively packaged products. The resulting chili sauce has the potential to serve as a signature culinary product for Arar Village and may pave the way for new entrepreneurial ventures. Beyond technical skills, the program fostered increased household income and reinforced the village’s unique economic identity, all rooted in the sustainable use of local potential.

Abstract

Program ini menginisiasi Desa DARLING (Desa Sadar Lingkungan) melalui inovasi eco enzyme berbasis prinsip 3R (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle) sebagai upaya pemberdayaan perempuan dan penerapan ekonomi sirkular di Desa Panti, Kec. Panti, Kab. Jember. Sasaran utama dari kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK dan KWT yang belum memiliki sistem pengelolaan sampah organik secara optimal. Metode partisipatif digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan yang mencakup edukasi pemilahan sampah, pelatihan pembuatan eco enzyme, serta pelatihan perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP). Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan keterlibatan aktif perempuan desa dalam pengolahan limbah organik menjadi produk ramah lingkungan bernilai ekonomi. Program ini menghasilkan produk eco enzyme yang memiliki segudang manfaat, publikasi ilmiah, video edukatif, dan HaKI. Inovasi ini diharapkan menjadi model replikasi pengelolaan sampah dan pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis lingkungan di wilayah pedesaan.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance learning quality at SMA Negeri 2 Medan through training in the development of technology-based interactive 3D flash cards. The initiative responds to teachers’ and students’ need for more engaging learning tools that align with digital advancements. The training program was designed to give participants hands-on experience in creating and utilizing 3D flash cards, using visual design and augmented reality applications. The process emphasized a learning by doing approach, ensuring active involvement from planning to product evaluation. Data were gathered through observation, interviews, documentation, and assessment of participants’ work. The results reveal improved understanding among teachers and students regarding technology-based learning media, greater proficiency in 3D design applications, and better integration of 3D flash cards into classroom activities. Beyond fostering teacher creativity, the training also increased students’ motivation to learn. These findings suggest that digital technology, especially interactive 3D visual media, is effective in supporting secondary education. This training is expected to serve as a foundation for SMA Negeri 2 Medan to continue innovating in educational technology.

Abstract

The challenges encountered during the learning process at TPA Toriqul Huda encompass the lack of structured educational guidelines, reliance on conventional lecture approaches, and limited technological literacy among educators. This community service initiative seeks to address these issues through the development and application of instructional modules and interactive educational tools as pedagogical innovations. The implementation methodology comprises several phases: preparation and strategic planning, creation and proposal of teaching modules alongside interactive media, production and development of flipbook-based materials, practical implementation, and comprehensive evaluation. Findings reveal that the application of instructional modules and interactive media generated favorable outcomes for the educational process at TPA Toriqul Huda. Students demonstrated increased engagement, active participation, and improved comprehension of the presented material. Furthermore, educators received clear instructional frameworks for content delivery, resulting in more organized and systematic teaching-learning processes. Consequently, these pedagogical innovations hold promise as viable solutions for enhancing educational quality in TPA settings while fostering generations of morally upright individuals grounded in strong religious foundations.

Abstract

The Internship Program organized by the Campus aims to provide students with experience to apply the knowledge they have learned during college in the real world of work. This program is expected to be carried out properly and can overcome and resolve problems that exist in the real world and the world of work. In addition, it adds experience in the world of work and trains students to be disciplined and responsible for the work given to male and female students. In carrying out obligations as students, responsibility is required to carry out tasks as students to complete tasks given in the workplace, and complete and behave well in the workplace.

Abstract

As times evolve, particularly in the field of education, the learning process has undergone significant changes. Therefore, educators are required to provide engaging and varied teaching methods. It has been observed at one school in Depok, SMK Karya Muda, that there is a lack of teaching variation, such as the use of different learning resources, teaching tools, and instructional media. This has led to students feeling bored and disengaged. As a result, students experience a decline in enthusiasm, interest, and motivation to learn, which negatively affects their academic performance in several subjects. To address this issue, a proposed solution is to conduct a socialization program for educators at SMK Karya Muda, Depok, on how to implement engaging and varied teaching methods. This includes diversifying learning resources, teaching tools, instructional media, and teaching methods to enhance students' enthusiasm, interest, and motivation, ultimately improving their academic performance at SMK Karya Muda.

Abstract

Abba Orphanage is an orphanage under the Abba Affection Foundation (YKSA) located in Merauke. This foundation specializes in serving and fostering indigenous Papuan children with dormitory education. Currently, the electrical capacity of the Abba Orphanage has an installed electrical power of 1300 VA and is not adequate to meet all daily electricity needs of the orphanage. This also causes a lack of lighting at the entrance of the orphanage along ±300m from the main road. So the purpose of this activity is to utilize the potential of solar energy based on solar cell technology in order to help meet the electricity needs of the orphanage. The installed technology is 2 solar cells with a capacity of 100 Wp each, Solar Charge Controller/MPPT 40A, Battery/ACCU with a capacity of 60AH, DC Step-Up and Step-Down Converters, DC lights, and control boxes. The technological results of this activity have been handed over to partners as well as training activities/workshops on equipment operation and maintenance are carried out. The electrical energy storage capacity of this device is 1440W with load usage for 6 hours/working day, which is from 18:00 WIT to 21:00 WIT for an estimated use for 2 days.
