Abstract

This study aims to determine the procedure for granting credit, as well as the obstacles that occur in collecting non-performing loans at PT. BPRS Al Washliyah Medan. The results showed that the procedure for giving credit to PT. BPRS Al Washliyah Medan has been running well such as customers applying for credit to service customers, filling out the credit application sheet (APK) then given to the credit administration. Then it is handed over to the account officer (AO). The account officer conducts interviews and surveys on the spot. After that, make a credit analysis report (LAK) to be submitted to the credit committee, then decide whether or not the credit application is accepted. The credit administration accepts credit application applications and credit analysis reports to be kept as archives. Furthermore, the credit administration makes a credit approval (SPK) of 2 sheets accompanied by the customer's signature. Sheet 1 is for credit administration and sheet 2 is for customers. Based on the approved SPK, the credit administration makes a credit agreement (PK) of 2 sheets, sheet 1 for tellers and sheet 2 for accounting. The teller notifies the customer about the binding. Furthermore, the customer provides the original guarantee, then the teller realizes and provides credit guarantee to the customer. The original collateral is handed over to the credit administration as an archive. Based on the credit agreement, accounting conducts bookkeeping and submits the credit agreement sheet to the credit administration as an archive. The credit administration received the original guarantee and credit agreement to be used as an archive of PT. BPRS Al Washliyah Medan. Problems in collecting non-performing loans at PT. BPRS Al Washliyah Medan from the banking side minsally in conducting analysis, the manager or credit department is not careful, so that what should happen, is not predicted in advance from the customer. From the customer's own side, credit congestion can occur due to two things, namely: There is an element of intentionality. In this case, the customer deliberately does not intend to pay his obligations to PT. BPRS Al Washliyah Medan, so the credit given is bad. It can be said that there is no security element to pay. The presence of an element is accidental. This means that customers want to pay but can't afford it. Example: credit financed experiencing a disaster such as fire, flood or bankruptcy. So to pay the credit does not exist.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine if the adoption of green banking has a sizable impact on the environmental performance of the banking industry. Organizations in Indonesia's banking industry served as the study's sample. Nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling was the strategy utilized to select the research sample. The Sustainable Finance Initiative (IKBI) program, which has 13 bank members, provided the samples for this study's banking sector companies. Quantitative research is the style used. The focus of this study's data collection strategy is on documentation and literature review. There are numerous techniques and tools for statistical testing that can be used to examine and handle research data. The Eviews application was employed as the research's analytical instrument. The implementation of green banking does not appear to have an immediate impact on banking profitability, but it is an investment that will yield significant returns in the future. The research also demonstrates that ROA does not become the only metric for evaluating the financial performance of banks that implement green banking. The effects of green banking practices by banking organizations are both immediate and long-term.

Facts gathered directly from survey respondents are considered primary data. It is here retrieved directly by responding to a questionnaire. The scale that is widely used in the construction of questionnaires is the Likert scale. The data analysis methods employed in this study are hypothesis testing, conventional assumption testing, and data quality testing (validity and reliability testing). Workplace discipline has a significant impact on how well people perform, according to research findings. Work motivation has a big impact on employee performance. A leader's style does not significantly affect employee performance. Job satisfaction has a substantial impact on employee performance. Work ethics, work motivation, leadership style, and job satisfaction all have a big impact on employee performance. Abstract

This study examines the effects of cash flow, discretionary accruals, and accounting profit on the persistence of profits in manufacturing enterprises. Manufacturing firms registered on the Indonesian Stock Exchange make up the study's population. Purposive sampling was the technique employed for sample selection. Secondary data, specifically financial reports of manufacturing firms that have gone public and are listed on the IDX, is the type and source of data used in this study. Descriptive statistics and multiple regression are the statistical techniques used to examine data and test hypotheses. Profit persistence is significantly harmed by the discrepancy between accounting profit and fiscal profit, which serves as a stand-in for deferred tax expense. Earnings permanence is significantly harmed by discretionary accrual. Profit persistence is significantly influenced favorably by operating cash flow. We can draw the conclusion that a company's earnings will last longer the higher its operating cash flow.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether psychological capital and work engagement have a substantial impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Employees from the marketing, human resources, and claims divisions made up the population in this study. 300 employees were employed as respondents for this study. In this investigation, sampling was done using accidental and non-probability approaches. The researcher performed confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to evaluate the measuring device's construct validity. Multiple regression analysis methods were employed in this study. The automated SPSS program was utilized to compute regression in this investigation. According to the findings of the study, psychological capital (self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience) and work engagement (vigor, devotion, and absorption) have a considerable impact on employees' organizational citizenship behavior. Five independent variables were shown to have a substantial impact on organizational citizenship behavior according to the findings of the minor hypothesis test, which examined the regression coefficient of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Self-efficacy, optimism, resilience, vigor, and absorption are the five independent variables. Hope and dedication are two more independent variables that do not significantly affect outcomes. All independent variables together have an overall influence of 45% on organizational citizenship behavior. Additionally, self-efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience, vigor, and absorption are the six independent factors that significantly influence the proportion of variation to organizational citizenship behavior.
