Abstract

The rapid development of technology allows people to shop remotely through e-commerce applications. Because of a lot of e-commerce users in Indonesia, there is fierce competition for customers. One of his efforts for e-commerce companies is to offer free shipping promotions to users. On the other hand, among the various existing e-commerce applications, few are popular and widely adopted by Indonesian people. This study aims to know if the promotion of free shipping affects the popularity of e-commerce applications in Indonesia. The research methodology employed in this study was a qualitative research methodology and the data collection technique used in this study was an analysis of the literature, which collects and compares data from various literature sources. Results from this research show that free shipping promotions influence e-commerce applications' popularity in Indonesia. Other than free shipping promotions, Other factors affecting the popularity of e-commerce applications in Indonesia are the affordability of products., attractive special offers or discounts, diverse product selection, fast delivery, and attractive e-commerce display.

Abstract

The study is aimed to analysis the effects of taxpayer’s motivation, commitment and tax sanctions on the level of individual taxpayer’s obedience at Small & Medium-Sized Entreprises (SMEs) in Jakarta. The study used the quantitative descriptive method, a research design aimed to analyze the correlations or effects among variables by using statistic approaches and mathematic equations. The research involves the individual taxpayers whose have proffessions as Small & Medium-Sized Entreprises (SMEs) to be samples. The data collecting technique is carried out by distributing questionnaire to 200 respondents using the convenience sampling technique, in which only respondents are willing to fill out the questionnaire to be used as study samples. The hypotheses testing technique is carried out by using multiple regression method to test research hypotheses. The results indicated that either partially or simultaneously there are positive effects of taxpayer’s motivation, commitment and tax sanctions on the level of individual taxpayer’s obedience at Small & Medium-Sized Entreprises (SMEs) in Jakarta. These influences are based on the strengthening of the interrelationships among the independent variables which then increase the level of individual taxpayer’s obedience. In this case, the existence of tax sanctions increases the taxpayer’s motivation and commitment so that their level of taxpayer’s obedience increases.

Abstract

In facing the era of globalization and increasing business competition, attention to employee performance becomes crucial. In this context, work stress and work culture become the primary focus of research. This literature review utilizes the literature study method to investigate the impact of work stress and work culture on employee performance. Work stress, arising from high pressure and uncertainty in the work environment, is examined in the context of its effects on psychological well-being and employee productivity. In line with that, the role of work culture, encompassing values, norms, and beliefs within the organization, is explained in the context of its influence on employee motivation and performance. Through the literature study method, this research presents key findings from previous studies to provide a deep understanding of the complexity of the interaction between work stress, work culture, and employee performance. These findings are expected to contribute to practical and theoretical insights into human resource management strategies in this era of globalization, where emphasis on stress management and the development of positive work culture is imperative for achieving optimal employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract Consumer satisfaction at Villa Cemara Situ Gunung can be influenced by many factors, including the quality of service and facilities. The existence of good service quality and complete facilities can certainly increase consumer satisfaction. This research aims to determine the influence of Service Quality and Facilities on Consumer Satisfaction at Villa Cemara Situ Gunung. The research method used is a descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. The test stages used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis technique and hypothesis testing using the t test, f test and coefficient of determination using SPSS 25 tools with the main data source being questionnaires distributed to consumers who are staying overnight. at Villa Cemara in 2023 there will be 230 respondents. The results of the descriptive analysis show that Service Quality has a total average score of 822.2 which is included in the "good" category. For the Facility variable, there was a total average value of 833.6 which is included in the "good" category. As for the Consumer Satisfaction variable, it shows a total average value of 876.5 which is included in the "good" category. The results of the verification analysis show that there is a partial influence between Service Quality on customer satisfaction by 17.4%, there is a partial influence between Facilities on Customer Satisfaction by 22.4%. The simultaneous effect of Service and Facility Quality on Customer Satisfaction is 59.4% and the remaining 40.6% is influenced by other variables. Keyword: Service Quality, Facilities, and Consumer Satisfaction Abstrak Kepuasan Konsumen pada Villa Cemara Situ Gunung dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan dan Fasilitas. Adanya Kualitas Pelayanan yang baik dan Fasilitas yang lengkap tentunya dapat meningkatkan Kepuasan Konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Fasilitas terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Villa Cemara Situ Gunung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tahap uji yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 25 dengan sumber data utama kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada konsumen yang sedang menginap di Villa Cemara pada tahun 2023 sebanyak 230 responden. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan memiliki total nilai rata-rata sebesar 822,2 yang mana nilai ini termasuk dalam kategori “baik”. Untuk variabel Fasilitas didapati total nilai rata-rata sebesar 833,6 yang mana nilai ini termasuk kategori “baik”. Sedangkan untuk variabel Kepuasan Konsumen menunjukan total nilai rata-rata sebesar 876,5 yang mana nilai ini termasuk kategori “baik”.Hasil analisis verifikatif menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh parsial antara Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 17,4%, terdapat pengaruh parsial antara Fasilitas terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen sebesar 22,4%. Pengaruh simultan Kualitas Pelayanan dan Fasilitas terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen sebesar 59,4% dan sisa 40,6% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Abstract

Abstract There are many varieties of advertisement, and one of them is billboard. The usage of language on the billboard requires a short message but the meaning is easily understood by consumers. It aims to encourage consumers to buy the products offered. So, the function of language is used to promote goods, and it is also be useful for learners to analyze its language as well as meaning. The purpose of this study is to know the usage of noun phrase on billboards advertisement. The type of research used is qualitative. The object of this research is advertisement boards. Data collection technique is done by choosing billboard images randomly. While, data analysis technique used 3 steps, they are: settle the data obtained, and then apply it in the research result and discussion. The final activity is to analyze data based on the usage of noun phrases on the billboard. From the results of 15 billboards that have been chosen, it can be conclude that not all the language used in the advertisement is in the form of phrases. It is also in the form of sentences. Even, there is a combination between sentence and a phrase in one advertisement. Data prooved that there are 8 advertisements of billboard included in noun phrase. 2 advertisements involved in adjective phrase. And, there are 2 advertisements are categorized as verb phrase. Finally, the others are in the form of sentences. The result of this research can be the additional references for the students in studying about grammar, syntax or even semantics in the university level. Abstract

The problem at PAUD Rukun Bengkulu city is that children's physical motor skills are less developed, children are still not strong in holding toys, still not neat in arranging puzzles, children have not hit small tennis balls, children are still slow in moving, walking and jumping. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hockey table games on the physical motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Rukun, Bengkulu city. The type of research used by the author is quasi-experimental design research, with data collection of observation sheets, anecdotal records and documentation. The results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is an effect of hockey table games on the physical motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Rukun Bengkulu city, this is evidenced by the increase in the average value of children who at the beginning of the study (pre-treatment) amounted to 39.71 to 44.92 after learning using hockey table games. The results of data analysis obtained the tcount value is 4.149 which is compared with the ttable (dk = 26 with the error rate set at 5%, which is 2.056), then tcount> ttable (4.149> 2.056).

Abstract

The humans` psychological needs can lead to frustration or satisfaction. Satisfaction with regard to basic psychological needs is characterized as an energetic situation that causes a rise in confidence as well as a healthy motivational orientation promoting wellness. The aims of this study were to adapt the Basic Psychological Need Satisfaction and Frustration Scale (BPNSFS) for use in Malaysia and to indicate how levels of need satisfaction and frustration are related to the daily life of students in the classroom. The three core psychological demands of competence, autonomy, and relatedness are taken into account in the scale's measurement of satisfaction and frustration. The researchers relied on Brislin's (1970) outline of the back-translation method's basic framework to carry out the process of translating this instrument. To carry out the translation process, a total of eight qualified linguists who are experts in the language field were utilized. Other than that, the researcher employed the external critic approach to evaluate the content validity and linguistics. In general, expert assessors accepted the BPNSNF instrument items. It can be concluded the current research offers researchers a tool to evaluate students' basic psychological need satisfaction and frustration among adolescents.

Abstract

The leading aspect of achieved quality education requires the role of teachers as educators, who are professional and dignified. Realized the fundamental and strategic role and position of humans in determining or-ganizational success, a high level of teacher performance is need in every aspect of the education sector. This research aims to determine the contribution of the variable spiritual intelligence, work culture and interpersonal communication to teacher performance, both individually and in pairs. Validity testing was carried out in 2 ways, namely by logical validity testing by getting input from experts to improve the instruments, and the empirical validity testing on 25 respondents. Meanwhile, overall reliability obtained a score of more than 0.7, which means it is reliable. Furthermore, the results of the validity and reliability testing, the items declared invalid will be discarded and not used in further research. So, this instruments analysis with valid items continued to obtain research data involving 82 Christian religious education teachers in Manado City. The results of the analysis using multiple regression were obtained variables whose significance was less than 0.05 was work culture on teacher performance, which means work culture contributed to teacher performance, spiritual intelligence and work culture together contributed to teacher performance, work culture, and interpersonal communication. -together contribute to teacher performance, spiritual intelligence, work culture, and interpersonal communication jointly contribute to teacher performance.Contribution, spiritual intelligence, work culture, interpersonal communication, teacher performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test the significant influence of using the problem-based learning model accompanied by multi-representation-based students worksheets (LKPD) on junior high school students' learning outcomes. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were class VIII students at SMP Katolik Santo Petrus Jember in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, with 52 students divided into experimental and control classes. Data collection uses test techniques in the form of pretest and posttest accompanied by data analysis techniques in the form of normality test, independent sample t-test, and right-tailed t-test. The results of the research show that the use of the problem-based learning model accompanied by multi-representation-based students worksheets (LKPD) for junior high school students has a significant effect on improving the learning outcomes of junior high school students.

Abstract

Land certificate service is an implementation practice of land office’s institutional function in the context of land registration and issuance of land certificates, in order to guarantee a legal certainty and provide a legal protection for land owners. Somehow in the implementation, there are some insights or judgements from the people who used this service to process certificates regarding to service performance at the land office. There are some insights such as: the requirements are difficult, the procedures are complicated, the completion time is uncertain, the terms take a long time, the costs are expensive and the assessment is not transparent. This is cannot be separated from the aspects of service management. This research aims to analyse and find out the extent of the implementation of land certificate services at the East Halmahera Regency Land Office, then to analyse and find out in depth the factors that support and impede the implementation of land certificate services at the East Halmahera Regency Land Office. This research is qualitative research used a descriptive approach. Based on the research results, there are the following conclusions: First, the implementation of land certificate service management at the East Halmahera Regency Land Office has not been successively well, which has an impact on improving service performance and providing satisfaction for the entire community. From the planning aspect, there are clear targets and service program strategies as well as resources in the form of budget availability, however at the implementation stage there are deficiencies in the aspect of guaranteeing certainty of timely completion. However, from the aspect of actuating ability, in terms of motivation to carry out actions with awareness to achieve service goals, there are employees who still weak in the responsiveness indicator. For example, the employee while serving the community, they keep chats with fellow employees about something that is not related to the work or service being carried out, so the work are take more time to be done; Second, there are supporting factors in the form of a strategic office location in providing services as well as a comfortable office atmosphere. However, there is a constraining factor that has a real influence, namely the lack of employees in accordance with the workload of services that must be carried out. Based on the result conclusions above, the recommendations/suggestions of this research are: First, the Head of the East Halmahera Regency Land Office needs to increase the application of employee discipline at work and provide action or sanctions to employees who are not disciplined at work. In addition to efforts to increase the number and quality of employee human resource capabilities according to the need for competency and skills needed to ensure that the implementation of land certificate service management can run effectively and efficiently in improving the performance of good land certificate services; Second, every employee must have the awareness and work motivation to ensure that aspects of land certificate service management at the East Halmahera Regency Land Office can run well. In this way, it can increase public satisfaction in receiving services
