Abstract

Transformasi digital dan perkembangan ekonomi berbasis pengetahuan telah mengubah faktor-faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan kewirausahaan, terutama melalui peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran kedua faktor tersebut dalam mendukung keberhasilan kewirausahaan melalui pendekatan tinjauan pustaka. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif terhadap artikel ilmiah yang diperoleh dari Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, ResearchGate, Emerald Insight, Taylor & Francis Online, dan MDPI Journals pada periode 1964–2026. Penelusuran awal menghasilkan 50 artikel, kemudian diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi sehingga diperoleh 45 artikel yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sumber daya manusia meningkatkan inovasi, kemampuan adaptasi, dan pengambilan keputusan, sedangkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendukung efisiensi operasional, perluasan pasar, dan daya saing usaha. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa integrasi kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan pemanfaatan teknologi merupakan faktor utama dalam mewujudkan kewirausahaan yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan pada era ekonomi berbasis pengetahuan.

Abstract

The performance accountability of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is an important element in ensuring the quality of public services in the food sector and supporting the achievement of the national food security agenda. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital technology-based ASN performance accountability on public services in the food sector and its support for the Asta Cita of national food security in Deli Serdang Regency, as well as to examine the mediating role of public services in the food sector. The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory design and cross-sectional data collection. The research sample consisted of 34 ASN directly involved in public services in the food sector and was selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS. The results showed that ASN performance accountability had a positive and significant effect on supporting the achievement of Asta Cita of national food security with a path coefficient of 0.617 and p<0.001. ASN performance accountability also had a positive and significant effect on public services in the food sector with a coefficient of 0.729 and p<0.001. Public services in the food sector have the strongest positive and significant influence on support for the achievement of Asta Cita with a coefficient of 0.846 and p<0.001, and are also proven to mediate the relationship between ASN performance accountability and support for the achievement of Asta Cita. These findings imply the need for integration of accountability systems, digital reporting, data traceability, and improvement of ASN competencies. It is concluded that strengthening accountability based on digital technology can improve the quality of public services in the food sector and strengthen the implementation of food security policies. Future research is recommended to expand the study area, use a longitudinal design, and add variables of digital competency, internal supervision, institutional coordination, and community participation.

Abstract

Mathematics learning in elementary schools still faces challenges in simultaneously developing students' problem-solving and computational thinking skills, especially in schools with limited digital devices. This study aims to analyze the effect of elementary school mathematics learning based on eco-friendly unplugged coding integrated with Artificial Intelligence on students' problem-solving and computational thinking. The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. Data were collected through questionnaires from 120 public elementary school students in Lubuk Pakam, then analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS software. The evaluation model included testing convergent validity, discriminant validity, construct reliability, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing through bootstrapping. The results showed that elementary school mathematics learning had a positive and significant effect on computational thinking with a path coefficient of 0.649, a t-statistic of 11.630, and a P value of 0.000. A positive and significant effect was also found on problem-solving, with a path coefficient of 0.623, a t-statistic of 10.527, and a P value of 0.000. These findings indicate that the integration of unplugged coding activities, an environmentally friendly context, and AI support can encourage problem decomposition, pattern recognition, algorithm development, debugging, and systematic mathematical problem solving. The research implications confirm that this model can be an innovative and inclusive learning alternative for elementary schools. Further research is recommended using experimental designs, control groups, larger samples, and testing the contribution of each learning component separately.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence-based digital marketing transformation has become a strategic necessity for MSMEs in improving competitiveness, business sustainability, and marketing performance. However, the utilization of Artificial Intelligence and the implementation of Green Digital Marketing in MSMEs in Serdang Bedagai Regency are still not optimal. This study aims to analyze the influence of AI-Driven Digital Marketing and Green Digital Marketing on business sustainability and marketing performance of MSMEs, as well as to examine the mediating role of business sustainability. The study used a quantitative explanatory approach with a sample of 100 MSMEs selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS. The results showed that AI-Driven Digital Marketing had a positive and significant effect on business sustainability with a coefficient of 0.367 and on marketing performance with a coefficient of 0.380. Green Digital Marketing had a positive and significant effect on business sustainability with a coefficient of 0.325, but did not directly affect marketing performance with a coefficient of 0.028. Business sustainability had a positive and significant effect on marketing performance with a coefficient of 0.287. However, business sustainability was unable to mediate the effect of AI-Driven Digital Marketing or Green Digital Marketing on marketing performance. This finding implies that MSMEs need to prioritize the use of AI for personalization, customer analysis, and promotional efficiency, and integrate green marketing practices with concrete operational evidence. Future research is recommended to use a longitudinal design, cross-sector samples, and add variables such as digital literacy, innovation capability, and consumer environmental awareness.
