Abstract

Halal industry is an effort to process raw goods into finished or semi-finished goods using facilities/equipment whose licenses are in accordance with Islamic law. The large number of Muslim population in Indonesia has a positive impact on the development of the halal industry in Indonesia. In its development, the halal industry is divided into several sectors including halal food, halal fashion, halal pharmacy, halal tourism, halal finance, etc. This study was conducted to review Indonesian halal industry from a microeconomics and macroeconomics perspective. This research uses literature study obtained from various books and relevant journals. The results of this study are in the form of data on Indonesian state revenues and expenditures generated from the halal industry and their effects on the Indonesian economy.

Abstract

Abstract. The halal product process assistant (P3H) plays an important role in managing self-declaration halal certification, namely as a person who assists micro and small entrepreneurs (MSEs) to declare the halalness of their digital-based products. Services that are not maximized can reduce the trust and number of MSEs to take care of halal certificates. The originality of this research lies in a comprehensive study of business actor satisfaction with P3H performance. This study aims to identify and measure business actor satisfaction and analyze attributes that are very important in influencing the quality of P3H services. The respondents of this study were 100 MSEs who had obtained halal certificates through P3H assistance. The research method is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method which is then plotted using the Cartesian Diagram and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method.   The results showed that the IPA calculation had a suitability level value of 97.75% and on the Cartesian Diagram of 19 attributes there were 2 attributes that required improvement and improvement, namely attribute number 3 (tangibles) and 16 (assurance). The results of the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method get a score of 88.51%, indicating that MSE businesses feel "very satisfied" because the score is in the scale range of 81% to 100%, so it can be said that P3H's performance is very good. This study implies that P3H must continue to improve service quality, especially attributes whose service value is less than satisfactory and can maintain or improve attributes that are very important and very satisfying in order to increase satisfaction with self-declare halal certification services.

Abstract

Excellent health is part of having immunity which tends to be stable, where normal flora is the most important parameter in increasing the body's resistance. Normal flora that is not well controlled can also increase the body's immune system to become threatened so that disease and infection have the potential to attack each individual. Smelly armpits are a sign of disease or Staphylococcus hominis infection. Women's intimate organs experiencing vaginal discharge is a sign of disease or infection caused by Candida albicans. The solution that can be offered to inhibit the growth of these two microbes is to bathe using herbal soap that is environmentally friendly and antimicrobial, namely solid bath soap made from the active ingredient of telang flower kombucha. This research aims to produce environmentally friendly pharmaceutical biotechnology products in the form of solid bath soap formulations and preparations made from the active ingredient of telang flower kombucha. This research is a laboratory experiment by making a solid bath soap base without active substances and a solid bath soap made from the active ingredient of butterfly pea flower kombucha with sugar concentrations including 20%, 30% and 40%. This research has proven that solid bath soap with the active ingredient telang flower kombucha at a concentration of 40% is significantly different as a pharmaceutical biotechnology product in inhibiting the growth of the two test microbes, both bacteria that cause underarm odor and pathogenic fungi that cause vaginal discharge in women's intimate organs at concentrations of 20% and 30%. based on one-way ANOVA analysis with a P value <0.05. This research can be proven and concluded that telang flower kombucha solid bath soap at a concentration of 40% is an effective treatment as a pharmaceutical biotechnology product and as an antimicrobial for both bacteria that cause underarm odor and pathogenic fungi that cause vaginal discharge in women's intimate organs

Abstract

Usaha Penggilingan Daging Bakso Alex di Pasar Aur Duri Kota Jambi menjadi salah satu sektor industri makanan halal. Tujuan Penelitian ini dilakukan adalah menganalisis Usaha Penggilingan Daging Bakso Alex dalam upaya melakukan perbaikan proses produksi untuk mencapai sertifikasi halal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan kombinasi teknik pengumpulan data, termasuk observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil observasi ditemukan bahwa Usaha penggilingan daging bakso Alex belum memiliki sertifikasi halal, Usaha penggilingan daging bakso alex belum melibatkan pengelolaan yang cermat mulai dari pemilihan bahan baku, proses produksi, dan penyimpanan. Hal ini penting dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa adonan bakso yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip halal dalam Islam.

Abstract

Dalam ajaran Islam proses pemotongan hewan harus mendapat perhatian yang khusus sehingga pemotongannya benar-benar sesuai dengan syariat yang sah. Untuk itu harus mengetahui dan menentukan dengan jelas bagaimana pemotongannya, profesi penyembelih, proses pemotongan pada hewan, alat pemotongan, tata caranya, penyebutan (tasmiyah), niat serta hal- hal yang berhubungan dengan pemotongan termasuk syarat-syarat sah dan syarat-syarat yang bersifat etis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan proses penyembelihan hewan di Rumah Pemotongan Hewan Sesuai dengan ajaran Islam atau Tidak. Hasil penelitian dirumah pemotongan Sapi di daerah Simpang rimbo Kota Jambi mengungkapkan bahwa sudah sesuai dengan syariat dan sudah mendapatkan sertifikat halal dari Majelis Ulama Indonesia, juru penyembelih nya juga khusus yang sudah terampil dan bersertifikat.

Abstract

Karang Taruna is a youth organization which is a partner for community service from universities. Business actors can take advantage of the rapid development of information technology to increase their business volume. Digital marketing, which is now widely used, is not well known by the Karang Taruna in the city of Padang. Karang Taruna youth are also Small Medium Enterprise (SME) actors. Therefore, training in marketing strategy, packaging design, and appropriate media design is needed to reach the target market so that sales volume can increase. The training held contained the Urgency of Utilizing Digital Marketing for SME Products; Powerpoint Based Digital Packaging Design; Digital marketing through social media and marketplace; SME Product Marketing, Halal certification. The results of this activity increasing the knowledge of participants in utilizing online media as a means of product marketing. This provides an opportunity to expand the product market which can have an impact on increasing business turnover.

Abstract

Purpose this thesis aims to determine the application of halal certification practices according to Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning JPH for D'star Krepes business actors in the city of Palopo; to find out what factors hinder the implementation of halal certification practices according for D'star Krepes business actors in the city of Palopo. Method: The type of research used in this research is empirical research with an empirical juridical approach. Empirical jurisprudence in this research is analyzing phenomena that occur in the field based on applicable laws. The data sources used are primary data, namely Mrs. Mirnawati who is the business owner and main source in the research, and secondary data in the form of official documents, journals, articles and so on. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Data management techniques are editing and organizing. Results and Discussion: The results of this research show that: the implementation of halal certification according to Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning JPH for D'star Krepes business actors in the city of Palopo has implemented halal certification practices in accordance with the JPH Law. Which consists of the obligation to produce halal products, requirements for submitting applications for halal certification, and PPH (Halal Product Process). So the D'star Krepes business actor has succeeded in certifying his business product. However, D'star Krepes business actors have not been able to apply the halal label to products that have been certified halal. The factor that hinders the implementation of halal certification for both business actors and PPH assistants is the network, because registration for halal certification is carried out using the self-declaration method which is done online.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi pelajar terhadap makanan dan minuman halal di propinsi Lampung. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang melibatkan pelajar dari berbagai tingkat satuan pendidikan muali dari Sekolah Dasar (SD/MI), Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP/ MTs), Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA/MA/SMK). Penelitian ini mencakup pertanyaan tentang pengetahuan pelajar tentang konsep halal, sertifikasi halal dan kesadaran dalam mengkonsumsi makanan dan minuman halal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online menggunakan google form. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 410 pelajar SD/MI sebanyak 91 orang, SMP/ MTs sebanyak 105 orang dan SMA/SMK/MA sebanyak 205 orang yang tersebar di seluruh propinsi Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi awal pelajar yang berkaitan dengan produk yang bersertifikasi halal adalah produk yang berkualitas. Jawaban yang diperoleh dari responden yaitu sebanyak 54.8% responden menjawab sangat setuju, 36.8% responden menjawab setuju, 7.7% responden menjawab netral dan 0.3% responden menjawab tidak setuju. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Sebagian besar pelajar terlah memiliki persepsi yang baik bahwa produk bersertifikasi halal adalah produk yang terlah terjamin memiliki kualitas yang baik. Namun pada kesadaran pelajar untuk tidak membeli bahan makan asing yang mencurigakan kehalalannya diperoleh respon sebanyak 46.6% responden menjawab sangat setuju, 42.1% responden menjawab setuju, sebanyak 8.9% responden menjawab netral, sebanyak 1.7% responden menjawab tidak setuju dan sebanyak 0.7% responden menjawab sangat tidak setuju.

Abstract

Tourism in Semarang's Old Town is a phenomenon that has a significant impact on tourists' dress preferences. This article presents an observational analysis of how age, economy, and culture influence tourists' dress choices in the context of Semarang's Old Town. The research method used is an ethnographic approach involving in-depth observations, interviews, and active participation in the traveller community. The results revealed age variations among tourists, with young people and older generations visiting. The implications of age are reflected in dress preferences, with the younger generation being more experimental in Islamic fashion styles, while the older generation is more conservative. Economic characteristics also play an important role, with high-income travellers opting for luxury clothing while low-income ones opt for more modest clothing. The influence of Islamic values creates diversity in clothing choices, with visitors who identify themselves as Muslims more likely to choose clothing in accordance with Islamic teachings. A sense of respect for a particular culture also influences clothing choices. In conclusion, tourists' dress preferences in Semarang's Old Town are reflected through a complex interaction between age, economy, Islamic values, and culture. Knowledge of these factors is important in the development of inclusive and sustainable tourism experiences.

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan perekonomian suatu negara. Saat ini pariwisata yang tengah menjadi tren yaitu pariwisata syariah yang mana pengoperasiannya sesuai dengan syariah islam. Adanya sector baru yaitu pariwisata syariah diharapkan akan berimplikasi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat diukur dari seberapa besar tingkat pendapatan yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkahlangkah penerapan wisata halal dalam perkembangan kota sabang, untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan wisata halal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat Sabang dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mewujudkan wisata halal di kota Sabang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah langkah-langkah penerapan Wisata Halal dalam pengembangan Kota Sabang seperti adanya pemandu wisata dan memiliki qanun-qanun syariah. Dampak penerapan Wisata Halal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan pengeluaran sektor pariwisata akan menyebabkan perekonomian masyarakat lokal menggeliat dan pertumbuhan disektor keuangan. Faktor pendukung dalam mewujudkan Wisata Halal adalah saling bekerjasama baik masyarakat maupun pemerintah dalam pelaksanaan Wisata Halal, keramahtamahan, sopan santun, dan murah senyum. Faktor penghambat dalam mewujudkan Wisata Halal adalah rendahnya arus kunjungan wisata karena minimnya mutu sarana dan prasarana, akomodasi, dan masih menyepelekan lebel Halal.
