Abstract

The Indonesian cosmetics industry is currently experiencing very rapid development so that this situation has given rise to competitive and tight business competition. Even though the majority of the cosmetics industry targets women as its main consumer target, it has recently begun to innovate with products for men. Currently, the halal trend is receiving special attention in society, including cosmetics in the form of facial foam products for men which are labeled halal. There are several factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions in purchasing halal products, including halal labeling, brand image, product quality and also product price. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach because the data used is in the form of numbers which are then processed using statistical methods. Based on research results It was concluded that halal labeling, product quality, product price and brand image simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. This is proven by the calculated F test results of 1 9.388 with an F significance of 0.000, so it can be concluded that the four independent variables simultaneously have an influence significant to the dependent variable. However, halal labeling and product price partially influence it, but product quality and brand image do not partially influence the decision to purchase facial foam products for men labeled halal in Serang City.

Abstract

This research was written regarding the politics of Islamic law in the law on halal product namely which is in accordance with the definition put forward by Mahfud MD in his book on legal politics in Indonesia, namely "legal policy or official (policy) lines regarding laws that will be enforced either by new legal actions as well as by changing old laws, in order to achieve state goals" (.MD, Depok, p. 1), from this definition this research begins which will discuss the politics of Islamic law in the law on halal product guarantees (UU No. 33 of 2014) analysis of the role of halal assistants in the Sehati 2022 program. As stated in the law on halal product guarantees that all products circulating in Indonesia must be halal certified, the provisions of this law on halal product guarantees also require the existence of a special body tasked with determining the halalness of food, medicines and cosmetics which in matters this is called the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency, abbreviated as BPJPH which is under the auspices of the ministry of religion, currently BPJPH is conducting a free halal certification program (sehati program) for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) where a halal companion is someone who has been a companion from the start for MSME business actors in the process of applying for halal certification on their products. Departing from the description above, the authors are interested in conducting research on how Islamic legal politics is in the law on halal product guarantees, how is the Sehati program implemented by BPJPH and what are the roles of Halal assistants in the Sehati 2022 program, the research method used is the normative research method - empirical where the author conducts an analytical study based on applicable laws and research on business actors and also halal assistants on how the role of halal assistants at each stage of this free halal certification program is carried out. The results of the research conducted show that politically the law on halal product guarantees which was ratified by the government with all the dynamics on it is a must, where before this law existed, which became the permanent legal umbrella for MUI as the executor of the halal certification process at that time not yet strong and the form of the presence of this halal certification law makes for a division of labor between the Ministry of Religion, in this case BPJPH and other agencies in the process of halal certification and this free halal certification program is one manifestation of the development and development of the product halalization program in Indonesia.

Abstract

Food is not just about halal and haram laws, but the quality (nutritional content) and effect of food on body health. Many diseases are caused by consuming foods that contain dangerous substances. So it is not surprising that the Prophet was very concerned about food issues. Good and halal food is food that is considered good by normal human instincts, or is considered good by all humans. For Muslims, there is one factor that is even more important, namely the relationship between whether food is halal or haram. Muslims are taught to eat clean and healthy food. Islam is very concerned about the source and cleanliness of food, how to cook, serve and eat food. that the regional government's efforts to deal with unhealthy food in the school environment have not been properly realized due to a lack of socialization and supervision from related parties, this is indicated by the fact that there are still many snacks in circulation that do not meet the standards stated in Minister of Health Decree No. 942/MENKES/SK/ VII/2003 concerning Guidelines for Hygiene Sanitation Requirements for Snack Foods and Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health and Government Regulation Number 28 of 2004 concerning Food Safety, Quality and Nutrition. In the view of Islamic law and Positive Law, the government is obliged to provide protection to all Muslim consumers from the distribution of unhealthy food and must be halal. Where the steps taken by the government are to make regulations relating to the protection of Muslim consumers against unhealthy and halal food products, there are no specific regulations that require every business to have a halal certificate.

Abstract

In this research, we discuss the VIKOR method system to facilitate the identification process of RASKIN rice aid recipients in Sindanghayu Village. The VIKOR method is used to select potential aid recipients considering several important criteria. This study first identified the criteria for determining RASKIN rice assistance recipients, including the number of family members, per capita income, health status and food needs. In addition, data on these criteria were collected from each household in Sindanghayu Village. The families of potential funding recipients are then analyzed and compared using the VIKOR method based on defined criteria. In this phase, the criteria are weighted using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) technique to determine the level of importance of each criterion. Families are then evaluated using the VIKOR method based on the level of importance and the relationship between the criteria. The results of the VIKOR analysis can give the highest priority to potential aid recipients who meet higher weighting criteria. In this way, the identification of the RASKIN rice aid beneficiaries in Sindanghayu Village can be carried out more objectively, effectively, and efficiently.
