Abstract

Sertifikasi halal merupakan salah satu jenis sertifikasi yang dapat memberikan ketenangan bagi konsumen muslim dalam membeli suatu produk. Selama proses ini, keuntungan yang diperoleh pemilik usaha atau produsen cukup besar. Mereka tidak hanya peduli dengan jaminan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan, tetapi juga memberikan informasi hukum kepada konsumen tentang produk yang diproduksi dan didistribusikan, serta melakukan penyelidikan lain terkait produk tersebut. Oleh karena itu, produsen bertindak sebagai penjaga standar kehalalan dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, sehingga konsumen memiliki kepercayaan penuh terhadap produk yang mereka beli.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana produsen memberikan jaminan kepada konsumennya bahwa produk yang diedarkan adalah benar kehalalanya dan apa jaminan yang mereka berikan bahwa produknya telah halal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitianini berjenis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosial berupa pendampingan terhadap pelaku usaha. Hasil dan Pembahasan Produsen meyakinkan pelanggannya bahwa produk yang dijualnya adalah benar halalnya. Selain itu, produsen juga memperoleh keuntungan dari proses sertifikasi produk halal dan dapat menjadi tolok ukur kualitas produk dan kepatuhan produsen terhadap regulasi mengenai sertifikasi produk halal.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa produsen berupaya untuk memberikan kepastian hukum tentang produk olahan yang diolah dan diedarkan adalah benar kehalalanya sesuai dengan tandar halal dengan dibuktikan melalui sertifikat halal yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah.

Abstract

Konsep transfusi darah atau "Blood Transfusion", merujuk pada proses memindahkan darah dari seorang donor ke penerima untuk menyelamatkan nyawa seseorang. Perdagangan darah masih marak terjadi. Alasan darah dijual karena keseimbangan antara permintaan dan pasokan darah terganggu. Jual beli yang tidak memenuhi syarat dan rukunnya, dan jual beli yang meskipun sah tetapi tetap dilarang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep dasar kajian mengenai jual beli transfusi darah dalam hukum dan pandangan islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif naratif dengan pencarian data melalui wawancara. Peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling (MUI, NU, Muhammadiyah, Persis, dan Tokoh Masyarakat). Hasil penelitian ini adalah ada yang menolaknya karena nilai-nilai agama dan berdasarkan hukum, ada pula sedikit yang mengizinkannya dalam situasi darurat untuk menyelamatakan nyawa seseorang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran Lembaga Sertifikasi Halal (LSH) dalam membangun ekosistem halal yang kredibel dan berkelanjutan, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapinya. LSH berfungsi sebagai penjaga standar kehalalan, memastikan produk dan layanan yang beredar memenuhi kriteria yang ketat. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi perlunya standarisasi dan harmonisasi internasional, menjaga transparansi dan kepercayaan publik, mengatasi regulasi yang berbeda di berbagai negara, serta keterbatasan sumber daya dan kapasitas. Di sisi lain, terdapat peluang besar dalam pasar halal global yang terus berkembang, penggunaan teknologi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi, peningkatan kerjasama internasional untuk pengakuan sertifikasi, edukasi yang lebih luas kepada produsen dan konsumen, serta diversifikasi layanan sertifikasi ke sektor-sektor lain seperti kosmetik, farmasi, dan keuangan syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan strategi yang tepat, LSH dapat memperkuat ekosistem halal, meningkatkan kepercayaan publik, dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi halal di tingkat global. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam upaya memperbaiki dan mengoptimalkan peran LSH dalam ekosistem halal.

Abstract

This study examines the implications of halal certification on the sales of meat in Palapa Market, Brayan, using a phenomenological approach and data triangulation. The findings indicate that halal certification significantly enhances consumer trust and boosts sales, with an observed increase of up to 20% in some vendors after certification. Consumer surveys reveal that 80% of respondents prefer buying meat from certified vendors, aligning with previous research indicating that halal certification is associated with higher perceived quality and safety. However, the study also identifies challenges in obtaining certification, particularly the high costs and complex procedures, which pose significant barriers for small-scale vendors. To address these issues, government intervention and supportive policies are essential, including subsidies and streamlined certification processes. Overall, halal certification not only meets consumer demands and improves market competitiveness but also contributes significantly to economic growth in the halal food sector.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of halal product certification on the application of Sharia accounting practices within the food industry. As the demand for halal-certified products increases globally, it is crucial to understand how such certification affects the accounting practices of companies that adhere to Islamic financial principles. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing surveys and interviews with professionals in the food industry to gather data. The findings are expected to reveal the extent to which halal certification impacts the transparency, accountability, and ethical financial reporting of these companies. This study contributes to the literature on Islamic finance and provides practical insights for companies seeking to align their accounting practices with Sharia principles.

Abstract

Halal tourism is a sector that is experiencing very rapid growth and is a contributor to foreign exchange in Indonesia. On the other hand, halal restaurants have an important role in fulfilling the food and drink needs of Muslim tourists who come to visit a halal tourism destination. Halal restaurants for the halal tourism sector must at least have criteria such as having a halal certificate to guarantee that food and drinks can be enjoyed or consumed by Muslim tourists who come to visit. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the market potential for the halal restaurant industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development. Over the last few years, Indonesia has been ranked first as a consumer of halal food in the world. However, this huge market potential has not been able to be utilized optimally to improve the halal tourism sector. Maintaining the halal quality of food products (halal integrity) in halal restaurants is one way to compete in halal tourism with other countries

Abstract

Pariwisata halal merupakan istilah yang saat ini sedang tren di sektor industri halal dunia. Hal ini membuat negara-negara muslim seperti Indonesia mencoba menjaring wisatawan nasional dan mancanegara dengan meningkatkan produk, layanan dan sarana prasarana untuk memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan. Meskipun merupakan tren yang meningkat, namun masih terdapat kekurangan publikasi teoritis dan penelitian terkait hal ini. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjabarkan dan mengilustrasikan konsep pariwisata halal dalam konteks Al Qur’an dan Hadist. Sementara itu untuk memberikan gambaran tentang konsep ini diberikan contoh studi di daerah-daerah tertentu di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan bersifat deskriptif, dengan menggunakan studi pustaka dalam mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan pandangan Al-Qur’an dan hadist tentang pariwisata halal dan perkembangan pariwisata di Indonesia saat ini serta perbandingan kasus pariwisata di Indonesia.

Abstract

Halal drugs became a very important issue discussed given th at th ere a re st ill ma ny drugs found that are suspected of containing illegal substances and have not been identified as halal. The aim of this research is to determine the level of knowledge, perception, and public attitude about the validity of drugs and to identify the factors that influence the knowledge, perceived, and attitude of the public about the legitimacy of drugs in the villages of Sukarendah, Sukaraja, and Padasuka. This research uses a descriptive approach model (non eksperimental). On sampling in the population of the village community Sukarendah, Sukaraja, and Padasuka used propability samplings, and collected data through questionnaires. According to the results of the research showed that the level of knowledge about the validity of drugs in the villages of Sukarendah, Sukaraja, and Padasuk very well has a score of 82.86%, the perception of the village people of Skarendha, Sukarasu, and Padasuk to the legitimacy of drugs very good score of 74.29%, the attitude of the people of the towns of Sskarendh, sukaraja and Padassuk very good to the validation of drugs score of 94.3%. Overall, it can be said that the knowledge, understanding, and perception levels of the community of villages are very good.

Abstract

Consumption is an important activity in human life. Therefore, Islam regulates it carefully, from upstream to downstream of the human consumption process. However, in practice, incidents occur that need to be specifically reviewed by Islamic law. Among them is the law on the consumption of agricultural products with fertilizers from pig derivatives such as oil and manure. In addition, consumption standards based on Islamic law have been standardized by the Indonesian government to protect Muslim consumers, known as the halal product guarantee system (SJPH) criteria. So it is necessary to study various aspects of community consumption from upstream to downstream. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the law on agricultural products with fertilizer made from pig manure which is compiled from fatwas and commented critically based on SJPH criteria.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of the Halal Label, Performance, Conformance and Features on the decision to purchase Haibee Chips tempe chips. The basic method of this research is a combination method, while the sample was taken by accidental sampling as many as 75 consumers. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that descriptively the variable data for halal labels is 92 (strongly agree), conformance 80 (agree), features 78 (agree) and performance 78 (agree). Based on regression analysis together with the F Test, the halal label, performance, conformance and features variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at α 0.000 < 0.01 (1%). Partially in the T test, the variables that influence the decision to purchase Haibee Chips tempeh chips are the halal label variable 0.040 < 0.05, conformance 0.000 < 0.01, features 0.000 < 0.01. And the variable that has no real influence is performance 0.324 > 0.05. The conclusion is that purchasing decisions are influenced by the halal label, conformance, features and performance.
