Abstract

The principal has a very important role in educational institutions. In his leadership, the principal is the key to success improvement of achievement both in terms of academic and non-academic. The approach used in the implementation of this research is a qualitative approach to describe, information related to the research in the place to be examined. The type of research that of an event that is currently happening. As for the efforts made by the principal in developing the learning system, namely, the BTQ Program (Baca Tulis Alquran), istighosah activities, dhuha prayers, and zuhur prayers in the congregation. In addition, the other important role of the principal is the habituation of the student's character. The programs carried out include teacher discipline programs, community programs. Several factors influence the implementation of the program, namely supporting factors such as teachers, the hall as a sufficient facility and inhibiting factors such as incomplete facilities, differences in background students, there is no BK teacher at school. Therefore, the principal is said to have been able to carry out his role as a leader as well as a teacher at MA Darul Faizin Assalafiyah if he can coordinate, organize, and as a school manager to improve school quality. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran sangat penting dalam lembaga pendidikan yang merupakan kunci keberhasilan sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas sekolahnya baik dari segi akademik maupun non akademik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendekripsikan peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ditempat yang di teliti. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu jenis penelitian deskriptif untuk mendiskripsikan peristiwa yang terjadi. Hasil dari penelitian ini peran kepala sekolah sebagai managerial yang mampu memanajemen secara prosedural, koordinasi yang merupakan proses penyatupaduan kegiatan dari unit lembaga untuk mencapai suatu tujuan, peran kepala sekolah dapat mengorganisir seluruh kegiatan pendidikan. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengembangkan sistem pembelajaran dengan adanya program BTQ (Baca Tulis Alquran), kegiatan istighosah, sholat dhuha dan salat zuhur berjamaah, progam pendisiplinan guru, progam kemasyarakatan. Faktor pendukung: guru memiliki sikap yang disiplin, siswa berprestasi dan berbakat. Adanya aula. Faktor penghambat: fasilitas yang kurang lengkap, perbedaan latar belakang siswa, tidak adanya guru BK. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin dalam sebuah lembaga mengampu beberapa tugas dalam mengkoordinasi, mengorganisir dan sebagai manajerial sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas sekolah. Dengan demikian kepala sekolah telah mampu dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai pemimpin sekaligus pengajar di MA Darul Faizin Assalafiyah.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The principal is the leader of the school or educational unit where he gives and takes lessons. The principal not only acts as a leader, but the principal also has various roles, one of which is as an educator. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the role of the principal in developing educational institutions at MTsN 2 Jombang. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the principal has tried to improve the quality of educational institutions and also the quality of human resources by holding trainings, seminars and so on. The principal is very concerned about the development of student activities in every teaching and learning activity. The principal has also tried to provide the best facilities to support the convenience of teaching and learning for students. However, every learning process does not always run smoothly, there must be inhibiting and supporting factors. One of the inhibiting factors is differences from various student backgrounds because students come from various regions and also cultural differences. And one of the supporting factors is the existence of various academic and non-academic achievements that have been achieved by students. Keywords: Principal, Development, Educational Institution ABSTRAK Kepala sekolah adalah pemimpin sekolah atau satuan pendidikan tempat memberikan dan mengambil pelajaran. Kepala sekolah bukan hanya berperan sebagai seorang pemimpin, melainkan kepala sekolah juga memiliki berbagai peran salah satunya sebagai seorang pendidik. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengeahui peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan Lembaga Pendidikan di MTsN 2 Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kepala sekolah telah berusaha untuk meningkatkan kembali kualitas lembaga pendidikan dan juga kualitas sumber daya manusianya dengan mengadakan pelatihan-pelatihan, seminar dan lain sebagainya. Kepala sekolah sangat memperhatikan perkembangan kegiatan siswa pada setiap kegiatan belajar mengajar. Kepala sekolah juga telah berusaha untuk memberikan fasilitas yang terbaik guna menunjang kenyamanan belajar mengajar para siswa. Akan tetapi setiap kepemimpinan pasti mengalami berbagai hambatan-hambatan. Salah satu faktor penghambatnya yakni perbedaan dari berbagai latar belakang siswa dikarenakan siswa yang berasal dari berbagai daerah dan juga perbedaan budayanya. Dan salah satu faktor pendukung yakni dengan adanya berbagai prestasi akademik maupun non akademik yang telah di capai oleh para peserta didik. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan kesulitan—kesulitan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran tematik di kelas kemudian memberikan solusi kepada guru khususnya di SD Negeri 2 klepu sumbermanjing untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran tematik di kelas I—6. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi, dengan subjek penelitian seluruh guru di SD Negeri 4 klepu suumbermanjing. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan waancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; pada indikator faktor pengetahuan adalah mereka tahu, tetapi belum memahami konsep pembelajaran tematik beserta sub indikatornya, hal ini ditunjukan dengan presentase 80% responden. Sebesar 10% responden sudah mengetahui dan memahami konsep pembelajaran tematik, dan 10% responden kurang mengetahui dan memahami tentang konsep pembelajaran tematik. Kemudian pada indikator faktor minat dan kemauan adalah sebanyak 60% responden memiliki minat dan kemauan dalam kategori sedang, bahkan 30% responden dapat dikatakan memiliki minat dan kemauan yang rendah, dan hanya 10% responden yang memiliki minat dan kemauan yang tinggi. Selain itu, pada indikator daya dukung adalah sebanyak 40% responden mengatakan bahwa daya dukung dalam pembelajaran tematik belum memadai dalam dalam beberapa tema pembelajaran, bahkan 50% responden mengatakan bahwa daya dukung dalam pembelajaran tematik kurang memadai dan hanya 10% responden yang mengatakan bahwa daya dukung dalam pembelajaran tematik sudah memadai. Berdasarkan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa responden mengalami kesulitan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik karena dipengaruhi beberapa faktor, seperti pengetahuan mengenai konsep pembelajaran tematik, minat dan kemauan yang rendah dalam memahami konsep pembelajaran tematik, daya dukung yang kurang memadai, serta sosialisasi yang kurang maksimal dari dinas terkait. Abstract

understanding arabic language is the key to understanding arabic literature. students at salafiah islamic boarding school pondok take years of time to be independent to read the yellow book without the teacher. the alamaba method focusing the three books as requirements for both reading and translation of arabic languages. the books are alfiah, bhalagoh and, mantiq. learning the alamaba method takes two years of santri ability to read and translate the yellow book. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of alabama method in reading the yellow book, advantages and disadvantages in using the method of alabama in Pondok Pesantren Gedangsewu Kecamatan Pare. Data analysis conducted by the author is to reduce the data generated from the informant. Then present the data in accordance with the research objectives systematically. The final analysis provides conclusions by comparing the suitability of the research subject's statement with the basic concepts in the study.The results showed that the method of alabama is a new method of breakthrough to facilitate reading the yellow book. The advantages of the alabama method of the book of alabama is a programmed and printed lesson with a systematic arrangement. Keywords: Alabama method, yellow book

Abstract

Salah satu fenomena Pendidikan di Indonesia adalah kecenderungan lepasnya tanggung jawab masyarakat terhadap pendidikan dan terciptanya Lembaga pendidikan dari akar social-kemasyarakatan. Pendidikan berbasis masyarakat merupakan pendidikan yang dirancang oleh masyarakat untuk membelajarkan masyarakat sehingga mereka berdaya, dalam arti memiliki kekuatan untuk membangun dirinya sendiri melalui interaksi dengan lingkungannya. Pendidikan berbasis masyarakat merupakan usaha pemberdayaan (empowering) masyarakat dalam pendidikan. Untuk memberikan nafas baru bagi madrasah. Salah satunya adalah dengan melakukan penambahan nama “Program Khusus” pada nama Madrasah. Peran masyarakat dalam pengembangan Madrasah yaitu Pembentukan team pengembang,membentuk komite sekolah, membentuk badan pemeriksa harian. Untuk mewadahi peningkatan potensi guru, Kepala Madrasah memberikan wadah berupa Teacher Study Club yang diadakan setiap hari Sabtu minggu keempat.

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum is a learning system or approach that involves several disciplines to provide broad experience and knowledge to students. The 2013 curriculum is more than character education, especially at the basic level, which will be the foundation for the next level. Character education in the 2013 curriculum aims to improve the quality of the learning process and educational outcomes that lead to good character and morals of students, and in balance with the competency standards of graduates from each educational unit. And in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, character education can be included in all fields of study contained in the curriculum. This research is qualitative in nature by formulating concepts from philosophical, theoretical and practical implementation. The researcher started this research by collecting research materials and data, analyzing and then formulating the updated knowledge. The results of the K13 Management research in improving the learning process of the Qur'an is to allocate sufficient time for learning the Qur'an, which is four hours every week and added 30 minutes at the beginning of each lesson. Based on the curriculum book for SD Muhammadiyah 23 Semanggi, it is stated that the time allocation for learning the Qur'an is four hours of lessons for one week. In addition, the principal also allocates time for al-Qur'an subjects every day from 07.00 to 07.30 WIB for joint tadarus between teachers and students in their respective classes. Abstract

Pendidik Nasional berfungsi mengembangkan kemampuan dan membentuk watak serta peradaban bangsa yang bermartabat dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, bertujuan untuk berkembangnya potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri, dan menjadi warga Negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab . Pendidik atau Guru adalah orang yang memberikan pendidikan atau pembelajaran kepada siswanya.Pendidikan agama islam merupakan program yang terencana dalam menyiapkan peserta didik untuk mengenal, memahami, menghayati, hingga mengimani ajaran agama islam serta diikuti tuntunan untuk menghormati penganut agama lain dalam hubungannya dengan kerukunan antar umat beragama hingga terwujud kesatuan dan persatuan bangsa . Menurut Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2003, pendidikan adalah usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara . Pendidikan adalah proses pembentukan kecakapan-kecakapan fundamental secara intelektual dan emosional kearah alam dan sesama manusia.

Abstract

Abstract: The aplication of business ethics is a very important and needs special attention, since a good quality of school service can be obtained if the business ethic applications works effectively. The purpose of this study is to know the business ethics and theacher discipline of the quality of school service. the results of this study suggest that the implementation of business ethics falls at a high category. In addition, the effect of teacher work discipline on the quality of school service is civilised in moderate categories. based of research results, there are several recommendattions needed to improve quality management effectiveness, including continuous improvement and optimizing the total quality management approach. the reseach to discuss how corporate social responsibility must be reunderstood for better education. this suggests that there are mutually beneficial opportunities for national companies and governments to maintain human resources and overcome trade gaps and mismatches. Many companies often train and sponsor individuals to further study for their career advancement. It also indicates that some businesses angage in good behavior to attract prospective workers. In addition, the article argues that the providing of education, professional development and training will increase morale and employee job satisfaction, which in turn may lead to lower staff turnover and greater productivility levels in the workplace. Abstract

Maqāṣid Al-Syarī'ah from the perspective of Ibnu 'Āsyūr, a contemporary scholar who has contributed greatly to developing maqasidus sharia, not only from the point of view of how Islamic law becomes a means for individuals to get closer to God, but also how humans actually function as individual beings , social beings and Godly beings. Understanding and developing Maqasidus sharia knowledge becomes tenting for us to be able to feel the spirit of tasyri' so that our faith will increase. Maqasid al Sharia can be in the form of maqasid al'ammah sharia, which covers all aspects of sharia and Maqāṣid Al-Syarī'ah al khasah which is devoted to one of the chapters of sharia that has chapters, such as maqasid al sharia in economics, family law and others , or Maqāṣid Al-Syarī'ah al juz'iyyah which includes every syara' law such as the obligation to pray, forbidden adultery, and so on. In this paper, the discussion will be focused on the maqashid sharia theory according to Ibn 'Āsyūr. With the hope of knowing the characteristics and uniqueness of the theory. This research is a research that uses a qualitative descriptive approach using the literature study method, namely by searching for and studying literature related to the problem that is the object of this research study. Abstract

Penelitian ini, mengungkap pemikiran konsep pendidikan Islam ala KH. Abdurrahman Wahid dalam memberikan model pendidikan Islam yang dapat berkembang dan sesuai dengan kondisi serta situasi era yang sudah mengalami banyak perkembangan. Pendidikan Islami klasik dipandang oleh sebagian kalangan tidak lagi relevan jika tetap digunakan pada bentuk aslinya, sehingga perlu terobosan baru dalam kemasan yang tetap menjadikan pendidikan Islam klasik bisa berjalan dengan era perkembangan yang terjadi di saat ini. Penelitian ini bersifat kajian pustaka, dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif tanpa menggunakan angka. Dan juga menggunakan metode analisa dalam melakukan analisa terhadap data yang ada yakni meneliti konsep pemikiran beserta definisi, maupun model pendidikan Islam, tujuan pendidikan Islam dan bentuk atau sistem pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa konsep pemikiran KH. Abdurrahman Wahid tentang pendidikan Islam yang dianggap dapat menjadikan pendidikan Islam klasik tetap berjalan dengan perkembangan zaman saat ini adalah Pendidikan Islam wajib merelevansikan antara nilai tradisional dan modern, pendidikan wajib dilakukan modernisasi serta pendidikan wajib mendahulukan penanaman nilai akhlaq atau etika terhadap generasi penerus bangsa dan agama. This study reveals the concept of Islamic education in the style of KH. Abdurrahman Wahid in providing a model of Islamic education that can develop and in accordance with the conditions and situations of the era that has undergone many developments. Classical Islamic education is considered by some to be no longer relevant if it is still used in its original form, so it needs a new breakthrough in packaging that still makes classical Islamic education work in the current era of developments. This research is a literature review, with a qualitative descriptive approach without using numbers. And also using analytical methods in analyzing existing data, namely examining the concept of thought along with definitions, as well as models of Islamic education, the goals of Islamic education and the form or system of Islamic education. This study resulted that the concept of thinking KH. Abdurrahman Wahid regarding Islamic education which is considered to be able to make classical Islamic education continue to run with the current developments is that Islamic education is required to be relevant between traditional and modern values, education must be modernized and education must prioritize the cultivation of moral or ethical values ​​for the next generation of the nation and religion.
