Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relevance, ecological messages, and environmental education concepts to prevent floods and landslides in Sumatra in QS Ar-Rūm verse 41. Using a qualitative approach based on literature study, this study examines classical and contemporary interpretations, disaster reports, and scientific literature related to environmental damage. The results of the study indicate that the concept of facade described in the verse is in line with the current ecological crisis triggered by deforestation, land conversion, watershed damage, and irresponsible human behavior. These factors exacerbate disaster risks and make them anthropogenic disasters. The study concludes that Qur'anic ecotheology through the principles of monotheism, caliphate, mizan, and Amanah is an important foundation for environmental education and the formation of ethical-spiritual awareness to prevent ecological damage.

Abstract

This research focuses on optimizing biochar production from palm kernel shells (PKS) as an environmentally friendly alternative to metallurgical coke. PKS was chosen due to its abundance, high lignocellulose content, and competitive heating value. The conversion process was carried out via pyrolysis at temperatures of 400–700°C with varying residence times. To ensure the biochar produced meets metallurgical coke specifications, this research uses a Response Surface Methodology (RSM) approach with a Central Composite Design (CCD) model to optimize temperature and time parameters. The initial stage involved pre-treatment using water leaching, successfully reducing ash content from 5.68% to 1.25%. Optimization results show that at a temperature of 600–700°C with a residence time of 2–3 hours, the resulting biochar exhibits characteristics that comply with metallurgical coke standards, such as high fixed carbon content (>85%), low ash content (<6%), and a calorific value of 7200 kcal/kg. Moreover, increasing pyrolysis temperature and time also reduces volatile matter and moisture content, resulting in more stable and efficient biochar. This research provides a real solution for utilizing PKS waste as an alternative raw material for the steel industry, reducing dependence on imported coal-based coke. The results of the RSM optimization indicate an optimal temperature of 612°C and a residence time of 3 hours.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan Pendidikan Agama Islam di Kota Balikpapan, sebuah kota industri yang masih menghadapi ketimpangan akses dan mutu pendidikan. Menjawab keterbatasan bukti empiris tentang mekanisme CSR yang berujung pada luaran pendidikan, studi ini menggunakan desain studi kasus kualitatif pada PT Inkorincorp Velocity. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi lapangan, dan analisis dokumen, lalu dianalisis dengan analisis tematik yang dipandu perspektif CSR berbasis pemangku kepentingan serta etika Islam ta’awun (tolong-menolong). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua bentuk utama CSR, yaitu (1) bantuan material (beasiswa, sarana pembelajaran, dan perbaikan fasilitas) dan (2) bantuan non-material (pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi pendidik), yang dijalankan melalui mekanisme pasif (berbasis permohonan lembaga) dan aktif (inisiatif perusahaan). Kombinasi mekanisme tersebut memperkuat akses, kondisi belajar, dan kapasitas guru, sekaligus membangun nilai reputasi perusahaan. Studi ini menawarkan kontribusi konseptual berupa pemetaan jalur mekanisme CSR–pendidikan pada konteks Pendidikan Agama Islam serta implikasi praktis untuk menyelaraskan tata kelola CSR dengan prioritas pendidikan lokal dan kerangka kebijakan. Kata Kunci: CSR; Pendidikan Agama Islam; mekanisme CSR; pengembangan guru; beasiswa; Balikpapan Abstract This study examines how corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives contribute to the development of Islamic religious education in Balikpapan, an industrial city where educational inequality remains salient. Addressing limited empirical evidence on the mechanisms through which CSR translates into educational outcomes, the study employs a qualitative case study of PT Inkorincorp Velocity. Data were generated through semi-structured interviews, field observations, and document analysis, and analysed using thematic analysis informed by stakeholder-oriented CSR perspectives and the Islamic ethical principle of ta’awun (mutual assistance). The findings show two dominant CSR streams—(i) material support (scholarships, learning facilities, and infrastructure) and (ii) non-material support (teacher capacity-building programmes)—implemented through passive (institution-request driven) and active (company-initiated) delivery systems. These mechanisms jointly strengthen access, learning conditions, and teacher competence while simultaneously producing reputational value for the firm. The study contributes an integrative mechanism-based account of CSR-to-education pathways within Islamic schooling contexts and offers practical implications for aligning corporate CSR governance with local educational priorities and policy frameworks. Abstract

Abstract Era digital telah memunculkan ancaman perang informasi yang mengganggu stabilitas politik, sosial, dan keamanan nasional. Indonesia menghadapi tantangan serius berupa disinformasi, polarisasi, dan lemahnya regulasi digital, sehingga menuntut kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan visioner. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tantangan kepemimpinan Indonesia dalam menghadapi perang informasi global serta merumuskan strategi penguatan kepemimpinan digital. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis normatif dan studi kepustakaan, dengan kerangka teori kepemimpinan transformasional dan perspektif keamanan non-tradisional. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan digital di Indonesia masih terbatas akibat rendahnya literasi digital, kapasitas sumber daya manusia yang lemah, dan fragmentasi kebijakan, namun terdapat peluang melalui penguatan regulasi perlindungan data, pembangunan ekosistem literasi digital, dan kolaborasi hexa-helix. Kajian ini menegaskan celah kajian yang masih terbatas dalam mengintegrasikan kepemimpinan digital, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan keamanan non-tradisional dalam konteks resiliensi informasi Indonesia. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa efektivitas kepemimpinan digital Indonesia terletak pada integrasi visi transformasional, tata kelola inklusif, dan pemanfaatan teknologi modern untuk menjaga kedaulatan informasi serta memperkuat resiliensi nasional.Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan digital, perang informasi, strategi nasional, regulasi, resiliensi. Abstract The digital era has introduced the threat of information warfare that disrupts political, social, and national security stability. Indonesia faces major challenges such as disinformation, polarization, and weak digital regulations, demanding adaptive and visionary leadership. This study analyzes Indonesia’s leadership challenges in dealing with global information warfare and formulates strategies for strengthening digital leadership. It employs a qualitative, literature-based normative analysis framed by transformational leadership theory and the perspective of non-traditional security. The analysis indicates that Indonesia’s digital leadership remains constrained by low digital literacy, weak human resource capacity, and fragmented policies, yet opportunities exist through strengthening data protection and platform accountability, developing a digital literacy ecosystem, and fostering hexa-helix collaboration. Addressing a gap in integrative scholarship, this article links digital leadership, transformational leadership, and non-traditional security to propose a coherent strategy for national information resilience. The study concludes that effective digital leadership lies in integrating a transformational vision, inclusive governance, and modern technology to safeguard information sovereignty and reinforce national resilience.Keywords: digital leadership, information warfare, national strategy, regulation, resilience

Abstrak Akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan negara menjadi salah satu indikator utama tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik, termasuk di lingkungan TNI Angkatan Darat yang dituntut untuk mempertahankan opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran strategis Perwira Keuangan Satuan Kerja (Paku Satker) dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan untuk menjaga kualitas pelaporan dan keberlanjutan opini WTP di lingkungan TNI Angkatan Darat. Pendekatan teori yang digunakan meliputi Resource-Based View untuk melihat kapabilitas internal Paku Satker sebagai sumber daya strategis, Agency Theory untuk memahami hubungan keagenan dalam pengelolaan keuangan, serta Teori Akuntabilitas Publik sebagai dasar tata kelola yang transparan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam terhadap tiga informan kunci, studi dokumen, dan observasi, serta analisis data melalui proses open dan axial coding menggunakan perangkat NVivo yang disintesiskan dengan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Paku Satker memiliki tiga peran utama, yaitu peran teknis, strategis, dan manajerial dalam memastikan kualitas laporan keuangan. Faktor pendukung mencakup struktur organisasi yang hierarkis, sistem aplikasi SAKTI, dan komitmen pimpinan, sementara hambatan utama meliputi rotasi personel, kompetensi, serta konflik peran antara komando dan kepatuhan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kompetensi, standarisasi prosedur, dan transformasi peran Paku Satker menuju fungsi penasihat keuangan strategis untuk memperkuat akuntabilitas keuangan dan keberlanjutan opini WTP di TNI Angkatan Darat. Abstract Accountability in state financial management is a key indicator of good governance, including within the Indonesian Army, which is required to maintain an unqualified audit opinion (Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian—WTP) in a sustainable manner. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of Unit Finance Officers (Perwira Keuangan Satker) in preparing financial statements to ensure reporting quality and the continuity of the WTP opinion within the Indonesian Army. The theoretical framework draws upon the Resource-Based View to examine the internal capabilities of Finance Officers as strategic resources, Agency Theory to explain the agency relationships in financial management, and Public Accountability Theory as the foundation of transparent governance. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method involving in-depth interviews with three key informants, document review, and observation. Data were analyzed through open and axial coding using NVivo software, synthesized with SWOT analysis. The findings reveal three core roles of the Finance Officers: technical, strategic, and managerial, each contributing to the quality of financial reporting. Supporting factors include a hierarchical organizational structure, the SAKTI financial information system, and strong leadership commitment, while constraints involve personnel rotation, competence gaps, and role conflicts between command and compliance. The study concludes that strengthening competence, standardizing procedures, and transforming Finance Officers into strategic financial advisors are key to reinforcing financial accountability and sustaining unqualified audit opinions in the Indonesian Army. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini berangkat dari maraknya promosi judi online yang memanfaatkan media sosial dan platform digital sebagai sarana penyebaran konten bermuatan perjudian. Aktivitas ini tidak hanya melanggar hukum nasional, tetapi juga bertentangan dengan prinsip syariat Islam yang melarang segala bentuk perjudian (maisir) karena berdampak pada kerusakan moral dan sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaturan hukum positif Indonesia terkait tindak pidana promosi judi online, mengidentifikasi pandangan hukum pidana Islam terhadap tindakan tersebut, serta mengevaluasi penerapan hukum positif di wilayah Polda Jambi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan yang dipadukan dengan studi kepustakaan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dengan Tim Cyber Ditreskrimsus Polda Jambi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif dengan membandingkan norma hukum positif dan prinsip hukum pidana Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hukum positif Indonesia melalui Pasal 303 KUHP dan UU ITE secara tegas melarang promosi perjudian dalam bentuk apa pun. Penerapan hukum dilakukan melalui kerja sama lintas lembaga, namun masih dihadapkan pada kendala teknis dan yurisdiksi. Dalam perspektif hukum pidana Islam, promosi judi dikategorikan sebagai jarimah ta‘zir yang haram dan dapat dikenai hukuman demi mencegah kerusakan sosial. Abstract This study stems from the rise of online gambling promotion through social media and digital platforms as a means of disseminating gambling-related content. Such activities violate national law and contradict Islamic principles that prohibit gambling (maisir) due to its moral and social harm. The research aims to analyze the Indonesian positive law concerning the criminal act of online gambling promotion, identify Islamic criminal law perspectives on the issue, and assess the law enforcement efforts within the Jambi Regional Police. A qualitative approach was employed, combining field research and literature study. Data were collected through observation, interviews with the Cyber Crime Unit of the Jambi Regional Police, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively and comparatively between positive law norms and Islamic criminal principles. The findings reveal that Indonesian law, through Article 303 of the Penal Code and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law, strictly prohibits all forms of gambling promotion. Enforcement is carried out through inter-agency cooperation, though constrained by limited regulations, digital tracking capacity, and extraterritorial challenges. In Islamic criminal law, gambling promotion is classified as a ta‘zir offense, deemed unlawful, and punishable to prevent social harm. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tindak pidana penipuan identitas dengan modus cinta di media sosial dalam perspektif hukum pidana dan hukum pidana Islam. Fenomena ini semakin meningkat seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi digital yang memudahkan pelaku untuk memanipulasi identitas demi memperoleh keuntungan emosional maupun finansial dari korban. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaturan hukum positif Indonesia terhadap penipuan identitas bermodus cinta di media sosial, mengkaji pandangan hukum pidana Islam terhadap perbuatan tersebut, serta menilai efektivitas penegakan hukum di wilayah hukum Polda Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan empiris melalui studi pustaka, wawancara dengan aparat kepolisian (Ditreskrimsus Polda Jambi), dan analisis perbandingan antara hukum positif dan hukum pidana Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penipuan identitas bermodus cinta diatur dalam Pasal 378 KUHP dan Pasal 28 ayat (1) jo. Pasal 45A ayat (1) UU ITE sebagai tindak pidana penipuan berbasis elektronik. Namun, penerapan hukumnya masih terkendala bukti digital, keterbatasan alat pelacak, dan yurisdiksi lintas negara. Dalam perspektif hukum pidana Islam, perbuatan ini tergolong jarīmah ta‘zīr yang dapat dikenai hukuman sesuai kebijakan hakim demi melindungi kemaslahatan umat. Abstract This study examines identity fraud using a romance scam modus operandi on social media from the perspectives of criminal law and Islamic criminal law. The phenomenon is increasingly prevalent alongside digital technological advances that enable perpetrators to manipulate identities for emotional or financial gain. The research aims to analyze Indonesia’s positive law regulations regarding identity fraud through online romance scams, explore the Islamic criminal law perspective on such acts, and evaluate the effectiveness of law enforcement within the jurisdiction of the Jambi Regional Police. A qualitative method was employed using normative and empirical juridical approaches through literature studies, interviews with the Special Crime Directorate officers (Ditreskrimsus Polda Jambi), and a comparative analysis between positive law and Islamic criminal law. The findings reveal that identity fraud through romance scams is regulated under Article 378 of the Indonesian Criminal Code and Article 28 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45A paragraph (1) of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law as an electronic-based fraud offense. However, its legal enforcement faces challenges such as digital evidence verification, tracking limitations, and cross-border jurisdiction issues. In Islamic criminal law, this act is classified as jarīmah ta‘zīr, a reprehensible act subject to discretionary punishment by the judge to uphold public welfare. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas strategi guru Al-Qur’an Hadis dalam meningkatkan minat membaca Al-Qur’an di kalangan siswa kelas VIII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Sarolangun. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena rendahnya minat baca Al-Qur’an secara mandiri di kalangan remaja madrasah, meskipun secara institusional sudah banyak program keagamaan yang diterapkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis efektivitas berbagai strategi pembelajaran dan solusi yang digunakan guru serta kontribusi lingkungan sekolah dan keluarga dalam membangun budaya literasi Qurani. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat baca siswa cenderung tumbuh seiring rutinitas, motivasi, keteladanan guru, dan dukungan keluarga serta budaya madrasah. Strategi pembiasaan, penghargaan, pendekatan kontekstual, kegiatan keagamaan, dan kolaborasi dengan orang tua menjadi faktor dominan. Namun, masih ditemukan kendala pada motivasi intrinsik siswa serta pengaruh media sosial yang memerlukan solusi berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi guru, madrasah, dan keluarga dalam menciptakan generasi Qurani yang adaptif di era modern. Kata Kunci: Minat membaca Al-Qur’an, strategi guru, pembiasaan, motivasi, budaya madrasah, kolaborasi keluarga Abstract This study examines the strategies of Qur’an Hadith teachers in increasing the interest in reading the Qur’an among eighth-grade students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Sarolangun. The research is motivated by the low interest in independent Qur’an reading among madrasah adolescents, despite the institution’s implementation of various religious programs. The aim is to analyze the effectiveness of instructional strategies and solutions applied by teachers, as well as the role of school and family environment in building a culture of Qur’anic literacy. A qualitative phenomenological approach with observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation was employed. Results show that students’ reading interest tends to develop through routines, motivation, teacher role modeling, and support from both family and the madrasah culture. Main factors include habitual practice, recognition, contextual learning, religious activities, and collaboration with parents. Barriers remain regarding students’ intrinsic motivation and the influence of social media, highlighting the need for sustainable solutions. The research emphasizes the importance of synergy among teachers, madrasah, and families to foster a Qur’anic generation that is adaptive in the modern era. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the concepts of vinta (mahabbah) and compassion (rahmah) from the perspective of the Quran and hadith, and their relevance to inclusive education practices in Islam. This study is based on the understanding that love and compassion are the essence of Islamic teachings, which are not only normatively taught in religious texts but also have significant implications for a learning process that is friendly, just, and respectful of diversity. The research method used is literature review, examining literature related to the Quran, Hadith, Islamic education, and inclusive education. The study results show that the Quran and Hadith clearly emphasize the importance of rahmah and mahabbah as the foundation for social and educational relationships. These values then became the basic principles of inclusive education in Islam, as they encourage an attitude of valuing differences, empathy, and providing equal learning opportunities for all students. In addition, the application of love and affection in inclusive learning can be realized thru teacher modeling, a humanistic approach, teaching strategies responsive to individual needs, and the creation of a safe and supportive school culture. Thus, this research confirms that integrating the values of love and compassion is an important foundation for realizing holistic, humanistic, and inclusive education that aligns with the principles of Islamic education.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang praktik moderasi beragama yang dilakukan santri Pondok Pesantren di Kecamatan Lasem, kemudian menggali bagaimana penerapan nilai-nilai Islam terapan dalam praktik moderasi beragama tersebut serta faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat penerapan nilai-nilai Islam terapan dalam praktik moderasi beragama. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, setting penelitian di pondok pesantren Kecamatan Lasem, dengan subjek penelitian santri, kyai, dan tokoh masyarakat Tionghoa dan objek penelitian adalah praktik moderasi beragama santri dan nilai-nilai Islam Terapan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah praktik moderasi beragama santri dan analisis nilai Islam terapan adalah: (a) komitmen kebangsaan berupa praktik upacara bendera 17 Agustus sesuai nilai hubbul wathan (cinta tanah air), ruhul wathaniyyah (semangat patriotisme), ukhuwah (persatuan), (b) toleransi berupa kegiatan buka bersama bernilai Islam silaturrahmi, tasamuh (toleransi), hishshotussa’adah (berbagi kebahagian), ruhul amal al-jamaiy (semangat kebersamaan), quwwatul insijam (kekuatan kerukunan). (c) anti-kekerasan berupa kegiatan tegur sapa selaras dengan nilai nilai al-mahabbah (kasih sayang), as-salam wal amnu (kedamaian dan keamanan). (d) Akseptabilitas terhadap budaya lokal berupa praktik ro’an dan haul pesantren. Ro’an bernilai ta’awun (kerjasama), an-nadhafah (kebersihan) dan haul pesantren sesuai nilai ta’awun (kerjasama), al-mas’uliyah al-musytarikah (tanggungjawab bersama). Adapun daya dukung praktik moderasi beragama santri adalah pesantren di Lasem lebih inklusif dan ada waktu tertentu santri berinteraksi dengan masyarakat. Sedangkan daya hambatannya adalah masifnya pemberitaan di media sosial tentang radikalisme, adanya santri yang tidak menerima tradisi masyarakat, dan faktor keragaman pemahaman santri. Abstract This study discusses the practice of religious moderation carried out by students of Islamic boarding schools in Lasem District, then explores how the application of applied Islamic values in the practice of religious moderation is carried out, as well as the factors that support and hinder the application of applied Islamic values in the practice of religious moderation. The researcher uses a descriptive qualitative research type, with the research setting in the Lasem District Islamic boarding schools, the research subjects being the students, clerics, and Chinese community leaders, and the research object being the religious moderation practices of the students and applied Islamic values. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the students' religious moderation practices and the analysis of applied Islamic values are: (a) National commitment in the form of flag ceremony practice on August 17 in accordance with the values of hubbul wathan (love of homeland), ruhul wathaniyyah (patriotic spirit), ukhuwah (unity). (b) Tolerance in the form of breaking the fast together activities that reflect Islamic values of silaturrahmi (friendship), tasamuh (tolerance), hishshotussa’adah (sharing happiness), ruhul amal al-jamaiy (spirit of togetherness), quwwatul insijam (strength of harmony). (c) Anti-violence in the form of greeting activities in line with the values of al-mahabbah (love), as-salam wal amnu (peace and security). (d) Acceptability of local culture in the form of ro’an and pesantren haul practices. Ro’an embodies the values of ta’awun (cooperation), an-nadhafah (cleanliness), and the pesantren haul aligns with the values of ta’awun (cooperation) and al-mas’uliyah al-musytarikah (shared responsibility). The supporting factor of santri religious moderation practices is that pesantrens in Lasem are more inclusive and there are specific times when santri can interact with the community. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the widespread reporting on social media about radicalism, santri who do not accept community traditions, and the diversity of santri understanding.
