Abstract

The aim of this research is to measure the effect of individual counseling services Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to overcome adolescent social anxiety at SMP Islam A-Ulum Terpadu Medan. The type of research used is quasi-experiment. The number of samples used was 10 students who entered the experimental class and control class. The sample used is a non-probability sampling sample using purposive sampling technique. Data collection used social anxiety psychological scale. Data analysis was carried out using the t-test. This analysis method is to measure the average value of the control class and the experimental class. Based on the paired sample t-Test test, it shows that the pair 1 output in the control class obtained a tcount value of 3.604 with a Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.023> 0.005, meaning Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. While the pair 2 output in the experimental class obtained a tcount value of 15.235 with a Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.005, it means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This shows that the experimental class using individual counseling services with the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach is effective for overcoming adolescent social anxiety at Al-Ulum Integrated Islamic Junior High School Medan

Abstract

Masalah siswa yang tidak memahami materi pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia menjadi dasar penelitian ini. Karena guru tidak menggunakan media pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran, siswa tidak termotivasi untuk belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media papan flannel kata sehingga memenuhi kriteria kelayakan untuk diimplementasikan pada pelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas II. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan menggunakan model 4D. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 28 siswa kelas II. Hasil validasi dihitung menggunakan skala likert, dari pakar media mendapatkan persentase 95% dan respon yang didapatkan dari siswa berjumlah 28 mendapat persentase 94%. Berdasarkan hasil perolehan disimpulkan bahwa media papan flannel kata pada pelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas II SD dikatakan sangat layak digunakan.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran video animasi terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi sistem tata surya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media video animasi terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi sistem tata surya; untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh penggunaan media video animasi dan pembelajaran konvensional terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi sistem surya; untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran video animasi pada materi sistem tata surya.Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen. Desain kuasi eksperimen adalah desain penelitian Nonequivalent Kontrol Group, yang melibatkan penilaian dari pengujian Pretest sebelum perlakuan dan pengujian Posttest setelah perlakuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VI SD Se-Kecamatan Sumedang Utara. Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VI A dan VI B di salah satu sekolah dasar yang ada di Kecamatan Sumedang Utara dengan masing-masing kelas berjumlah 30 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran video animasi pada materi sistem tata surya memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa sekolah dasar. Terbukti dengan hasil uji beda rerata yang didapatkan melalui hasil posttest kelas eksperimen lebih besar daripada hasil pretest. Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara penggunaan media pembelajaran video animasi dan pembelajaran konvensional, terbukti melalui hasil uji beda rerata kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan media pembelajaran video animasi mengalami peningkatan yang lebih besar daripada yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Respon positif dari siswa juga terbukti dari hasil angket, bahwa siswa merasa senang dan lebih mudah memahami materi sistem tata surya melalui media pembelajaran video aninasi. . Kata kunci: ​Media, Video Animasi, Sistem Tata Surya, Pemahaman Konsep Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of animated video learning media on students' concept understanding of solar system material. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of animated video media on students' concept understanding on solar system material; to determine the difference in the effect of the use of animated video media and conventional learning on students' concept understanding on solar system material; to determine student responses to the use of animated video learning media on solar system material.The research design used in this study was quasi-experimental. The quasi-experimental design is a Nonequivalent Kontrol Group research design, which involves the assessment of Pretest testing before treatment and Posttest testing after treatment. The population in this study were all grade VI elementary school students in North Sumedang District. The sample in this study was class VI A and VI B in one of the elementary schools in North Sumedang District with each class totaling 30 students. The results showed that the use of animated video learning media on solar system material had a positive effect on elementary school students' concept understanding. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test obtained through the experimental class posttest results which are greater than the pretest results. There is a difference in influence between the use of animated video learning media and conventional learning, as evidenced by the results of the t-test of the mean difference of the experimental class using animated video learning media experienced a greater increase than those using conventional learning. Positive responses from students are also evident from the results of the questionnaire, that students feel happy and easier to understand the solar system material through animated video learning media. Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan harus senantiasa mempersiapkan manusia untuk masa depan, sehingga dunia pendidikan harus selalu mutakhir. Media pembelajaran bebasis video akan menunjukkan pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif dalam mengatasi pemahaman siswa. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan video pembelajaran akan mengetahui pemahaman siswa terutama materi perpindahan kalor Kelas V di salah satu SD di Kabupaten Sumedang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent group desain. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistics Dari hasil analisis data dapat dikatakan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil Pretest dan Posttest pada kelas eksperimen. Dari hasil analisis angket respon siswa menunjukkan bahwa setelah diberikan treatment pada kelas eksperimen dengan persentase secara keseluruhan sangat tinggi pada kriteria 75%-100% dengan perolehan 90,6%.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan yang telah dijelaskan dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Pada penggunaan video Peka berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep pada materi perpindahan kalor. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan bahwa hasil uji hipotesis pada thitung lebih besar dibandingkan pada ttabel. AbstractEducation must always prepare human beings for the future, so that the world of education must always be up-to-date. Video-free learning media will show interactive multimedia-based learning in overcoming student understanding. Therefore, the use of learning videos will find out students' understanding, especially the material for heat transfer in Class V in one of the elementary schools in Sumedang Regency. The type of research used is quasi-experimental research with nonequivalent group design. The data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics software From the results of data analysis, it can be said that there is a significant difference between the results of the Pretest and Posttest in the experimental class. From the results of the analysis of the student response questionnaire, it was shown that after being given treatment in the experimental class with an overall very high percentage on the 75%-100% criterion with a gain of 90.6%. Based on the results of the research, from the results of the data analysis and discussion that has been explained, it can be concluded that: The use of sensitive videos affects the understanding of concepts in heat transfer materials. It can be proven that the results of the hypothesis test on the calculation are larger than in the table.

Abstract

Family is a fundamental entity in individual development, and family background can influence student behavior and academic performance. This research aims to investigate the impact of separated families on student behavior in a school environment. Using a qualitative approach, the researchers analyzed the determining factors associated with the behavior of students from separated families. The study involved a sample of 10 eleventh-grade students from broken homes, focusing on family interaction, emotional support, and personality. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. The results of the study showed a correlation between separated family backgrounds and student learning behavior, revealing significant variations in students' responses and coping strategies to the situation. Factors such as social support, parental education, and the availability of family resources were also found to play important roles in shaping student behavior

Abstract

This research aims to determine student career development thourgh information services to assist decisions making for further studies. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection tools used in this research were in-depth interviews, Participatory observation and documentation studies. The research subjects chosen were 3 BK teachers as secondary data informant and 10 class XII Religion students as primary data informant. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model, namely: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data in this research is credibility (internal validity), transferability (external validity), dependability (reliability), and confermability (objectivity). The research results show that information services that are routinely carried out every week has a positive impact on career students development in making decisions about further studies. Information services are the services most frequently implemented at MAN 1 Deli Serdang. Information services are a supporting indicator for career guidance and counseling teachers provide information about universities, study programs, jobs or things that students do after completing themselves at Madrasah Aliyah (MA). This help student develop their career and determine further study options. Student stated that they gained a good understanding after carrying out information services by the BK teacher so that they could determine further study and job prospect for themselves and felt motivated so as to increase their abilities and potential in accordance with the decision to further study for career development.

Abstract

Kajian sintaksis terhadap Al-Quran merupakan salah satu bidang yang menarik untuk dieksplorasi, terutama dalam konteks analisis qowaid harfu maa. QS. Al-Kahfi menjadi salah satu fokus utama dalam analisis ini karena terdapat ayat-ayat yang memuat konstruksi bahasa yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan qowaid harfu maa dalam QS. Al-Kahfi dengan pendekatan sintaksis. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah pendekatan sintaksis, dimana ayat-ayat yang memuat konstruksi harfu maa dianalisis secara mendalam dari segi struktur kalimat, hubungan antarklausa, dan makna yang tersirat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan harfu maa dalam QS. Al-Kahfi sangatlah beragam dan memiliki kedalaman makna yang mendalam. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif analisis isi karena dipelajari berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan peneliti tanpa menggunakan metode statistik. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Kitab Terjemah Tafsir Jalalain, Aplikasi الباحث القرآني dan ayat-ayat dari surat Al-Kahfi yang bermakna harfu maa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam QS. Al-Kahfi terdapat harfu maa isim yang mengandung harfu Maa Isim Maushul terdapat 19 lafadz, harfu Maa Isim Istifham terdapat 1 lafadz, harfu Maa Isim Syartiyah terdapat 1 lafadz, dan harfu Maa Isim Masdariyah terdapat 3 lafadz serta Maa harfu yang mengandung Maa Nafi terdapat 14 lafadz dan Maa Zaidahterdapat 2 lafadz. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang struktur bahasa Arab dalam Al-Quran serta mendukung perkembangan metodologi analisis sintaksis dalam kajian Al-Quran.

Abstract

Kompetensi leadership (kepempimpinan) guru adalah kemampuan seorang guru untuk mempengaruhi dan mengarahkan perilaku peserta didik untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Kesiapan belajar sangat penting untuk diperhatikan karena kesiapan belajar merupakan kemampuan dasar yang harus dimiliki peserta didik untuk mendukung kelancaran proses pembelajaran. Namun kesiapan belajar peserta didik di MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya masih sangat rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merngertahuri bagaimana kepemimpinan guru SKI dalam memimpin, mengelola, dan membangun kesiapan belajar peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran (leadership for professional teaching). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, subjek penelitian 1 orang guru SKI, dengan informan penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, Wakamad Kurikulum, dan 10 orang peserta didik kelas XI. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ledaership for professional teaching dalam membangun kesiapan belajar SKI di MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hal tersebut karena gurrur SKI mampur memenuhi kompetensi leadership dan menerapkannya dalam proses pembelajaran. Guru SKI juga selalu berupaya dalam membangun kesiapan belajar dengan menjaga kondisi fisik, mental, emosional, kebutuhan, dan pengetahuan agar berjalan secara optimal, sehingga pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dengan efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

The curriculum plays a crucial role as a guide for learning. Teachers and the curriculum are like two sides of a coin that must not be separated. The success of curriculum implementation is greatly influenced by the readiness and abilities of teachers, who serve not only as educators but also as curriculum developers. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the independent curriculum planning and the readiness of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers from cognitive, physical, psychological, and financial perspectives in implementing the independent curriculum, ensuring an effective and efficient teaching and learning process. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study methodology. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the planning of the independent curriculum implementation at SMP N 1 Percut Sei Tuan is adequate but not optimal, as it does not fully align with students' interests and talents. PAI teachers are not fully prepared cognitively, as they do not completely understand the independent curriculum and still focus on teacher-centered teaching. Physically, PAI teachers are young, healthy, and capable of effectively utilizing technology in their teaching. Psychologically, PAI teachers demonstrate readiness with high interest and motivation in implementing the independent curriculum. However, financially, readiness is lacking due to inadequate facilities and infrastructure, although PAI teachers continue to be creative in developing learning media.

Abstract

This study examines the character development of students through Islamic Education extracurricular activities at SMAN 1 Perbaungan. The focus of this research is on the efforts made in implementing Islamic Education extracurricular activities at SMAN 1 Perbaungan to foster students' behavior. This qualitative research employs a phenomenological approach. The findings indicate that the school's efforts in nurturing students' character at SMAN 1 Perbaungan are carried out through various activities, including giving students the opportunity to deliver short speeches to their peers during activities, weekly worship sessions/Tazkir Fridays, Quran reading programs, and other activities. These extracurricular activities aim to instill and enhance religious beliefs and values among students.
