Abstract

Kepala Madrasah sebagai pemimpin memiliki peran yang sangat besar dalam mengimplementasikan Pendidikan karakter di Madrasah Aliyah Al Muttaqin Jayapura, Pendidikan karakter dapat di internalisasikan dalam setiap kegiatan peserta didik. Dibutuhkan perubahan mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan pengawasan supaya yang telah direncanakan berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien penelitian ini menganalisis manajemen kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah dan menemukan: 1). Bagaimana peran kepala Madrasah dalam mengimplementasikan Pendidikan karakter, 2. Bagaimana Implementasi Pendidikan karakter pada Madrasah Aliyah Al Muttaqin Jayapura. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan pedagogic yang mengembangkan konsep tentang hakikat manusia, hakikat anak, tujuan Pendidikan dan proses Pendidikan dengan Teknik wawancara, observasi/pengamatan lapangan dan dokumentasi setelah data terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi untuk disimpulkan

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of digital technologies in online learning based on the students’ perceptions. The qualitative descriptive method is applied in this research. The researchers implied semi-structured interview to collect the data with 10 English Education Department students of Maros Muslim University as the participants. The interviews are done by individually and recorded through audio recording. The findings of this research show two different perceptions from students. The first, students who think that online learning using digital technology is very helpful to assist them in understanding the material well because they can directly look for on the internet and they can repeat the materials many times in learning platform. The second, students who argue that utilizing digital technology in online learning is not effective since the direct interaction is absence. They feel difficult to communicate with the teachers in virtual way when the teaching and learning process is run so that they cannot comprehend the material well. Likewise, some students are bothered with the unstable internet network that makes them are difficult to attend the online learning smoothly. Therefore, all of these perceptions can lead to the positives and negatives of the usage of digital technologies in online learning. Abstract

The education sector in particular of technology learning brings benefits in a number of ways. An up-to-date learning has become the norm for teaching and learning in digital era. Both teachers and students are given a challenge to fully support the success of the integrated learning. When presenting educational resources to their students, teachers need to employ a greater degree of innovation meanwhile students are urged to engage in frequent study on their own as independent and effective learners. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to ascertain the EFL learner’s perception on the use of Mentimeter platform and to figure out the advantages of using Mentimeter Platform in enhancing speaking skills performance. The qualitative descriptive approach has been chosen as the method of this study. The data were obtained from interview and questionnaire. The findings showed that there were some perceptions about using Mentimeter Platform in enhancing the EFL learners’ speaking skills. Mostly students in definitely thought that the implementation of Mentimeter platform could enhance their speaking competence and surprisingly it also greatly benefited to their advance speaking and translating abilities.

Abstract

Skripsi merupakan salah satu bentuk produk penelitian yang berupa karya tulis ilmiah sebagai syarat dalam menyelesaikan pendidikan di Perguruan Tinggi terutama bagi setiap mahasiswa pada tingkat Strata (S1). Khususnya UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi dalam penyusunan Skripsinya dengan dibimbing oleh Dosen yang disebut dengan Dosen pembimbing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan dan mendeskripsikan skripsi mahasiswa di Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi literatur dengan mejuk kepada tiga puluh tujuh skripsi. Skripsi – skripsi yang digunakan sebagai sumber diambil secara acak dari pepustakaan UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. Hasil dari analisis terhadap skripsi ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1. Skripsi cenderung menggunakan metode kuantitatif dari pada kualitatif, deskriptif atau R&D. 2. Skripsi cenderung melakukan penelitian di Sekolah Menengah Petama (SMP). 3. Skripsi cenderung menggunakan teknik random sampling. 4. Skripsi cenderung menggunakan instrumen berupa tes.

Abstract

Akreditasi merupakan sistem penilaian terhadap satuan pendidikan yang mencakup komponen mutu lulusan, proses pembelajaran, mutu guru, dan manajemen sekolah/ madrasah. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk meniai satuan pendidikan disebut IASP 2020. IASP 2020 terdiri dari butir inti dan butir kekhususan (sekolah luar biasa/SLB dan sekolah menengah kejuruan/SMK). Hasil akreditasi mencerminkan mutu satuan pendidikan dalam kurun waktu 5 tahunan. Akreditasi adalah penilaian terhadap kinerja satuan pendidikan dalam kurun waktu 5 tahunan. Jumlah sekolah yang diakreditasi pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 280 satuan pendidikan terdiri dari SD 145, SMP 76, SMA 38, SMK 20, dan SLB 3 satuan pendidikan. Rata-rata nilai komulatif hasil akreditasi komponen mutu lulusan, komponen proses pembelajaran komponen mutu guru, dan komponen manajemen sekolah/madrasah sebesar 84,99. SD memperoleh rata-rata nilai 79,18, SMK 84,64, SMP 86,53, dan SMA 89,62 Sebanyak 31,43% satuan pendidikan memperoleh predikat akreditasi A (Amat Baik), 30,71% satuan pendidikan memperoleh predikat akreditasi B (Baik), 29,64% satuan pendidikan memperoleh predikat akreditasi C (Cukup),dan sisanya 8,21% satuan pendidikan tidak terakreditasi. SD membutuhkan intervensi yang untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Pembinaan dapat dilakukan melalui siklus manajmen terhadap empat komponen tersebut secara simultan, komprehensif, dan kolaboratif dengan melibatkan warga sekolah dan stakeholder (pemangku kepentingan) secara berkelanjutan (continuous improvement).

Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out the influence of linguistic intellingence in increasing the students’ writing ability through neighborhood walk strategy. This research used factorial design. The population was the tenth-year students of SMA Negeri 1 Popayato. The sample selected considering linguistic intelligence test which consist of. 40 students from three parallel classes. The data were analyzed by t-test, one way ANOVA and followed by Tukey test. The researcher finding shows that: (1) the achievement of students’ writing who studied through neighborhood walk strategy was different than those are studied through direct instructional strategy, t-test value (9.635>1.685) for the experimental groups and (7.570 > 1.685) for the control groups. (2) there are was an interaction effect between the use of teaching strategy and linguistic intelligence (f-test value is 49.69 > 2.72 with the level of significance of 0.05. (3) the student who had high linguistic intelligence and studied by Neighborhood Walk strategy had higher on the increase of writing achievement than those who had high linguistic intelligence and studied by direct instructional strategy (Q = 25.238), and (4) the student who had low linguistic intelligence and studied by Neighborhood Walk strategy had higher on the increase of writing achievement than those who had low linguistic intelligence and studied by direct instructional strategy (Q = 21.767).

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas bagaimana pendidikan membekali individu dengan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis yang diperlukan untuk melawan kesenjangan dan ketidakadilan. Artikel ini menyoroti potensi pendidikan untuk mengangkat komunitas marginal dan menjembatani kesenjangan sosial ekonomi. Studi ini mengeksplorasi nilai-nilai etika yang mendasari sosial keadilan, seperti kesetaraan, keadilan, hak asasi manusia, dan empati. Hal ini menjelaskan bagaimana pertimbangan etis memandu individu dalam mengenali dan mengatasi ketidakadilan sistemik. Makalah tinjauan ini bertujuan untuk menggunakan pendidikan dan etika sebagai jalan menuju keadilan sosial dan menumbuhkan masyarakat di mana setiap orang memiliki persamaan kesempatan, hak, dan akses terhadap sumber daya, tanpa memandang latar belakang atau identitas mereka. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan individu untuk memahami, menantang, dan membongkar sistem penindasan dan diskriminasi sambil mempromosikan nilai-nilai dan perilaku positif yang berkontribusi pada komunitas yang harmonis dan adil. Tinjauan ini mengkaji kontribusi sudut pandang didaktik dan karya tulis John Dewey yang memperkenalkan perubahan paradigma inovatif dalam pendidikan pada pergantian abad yang juga diadopsi dan dikembangkan berbagai filosof salah satunya, Paulo Freire. Pengaruh pemikiran Dewey meluas ke berbagai bidang, termasuk pengajaran dan pembelajaran, keterlibatan politik, humanisme, kepraktisan, dan estetika. Titik fokus dari penelitian ini berpusat pada filsafat pendidikan Dewey, perspektifnya terhadap tantangan pendidikan, dan hubungan rumit yang dibangunnya antara pendidikan, demokrasi, dan penerapan praktis sekaligus konsep pendidikan modern. Penekanannya pada pembelajaran berdasarkan pengalaman, prinsip-prinsip demokrasi, dan nilai intrinsik dari pengalaman individu yang terus mempengaruhi para pendidik, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti yang berupaya menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang bermakna, adil, dan efektif.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to find out whether the use of Make a Match method can improve vocabulary mastery in terms of meaning, use, and form of the eighth grade students of MTsN Soppeng. The researcher applied pre-experimental method with one group pre-test and post-test design. The population of the research was the eighth grade students of MTsN Soppeng. The total sample of the research was 27 students. It was taken by using cluster random sampling. The data were collected through vocabulary test 9pre-test and post-test). To find out whether or not the implementation of reading short stories improves the vocabulary mastery of the eighth grade students of MTsN Soppeng, the researcher used t-test analysis. The result of the data analysis showed that there was a significant difference between pre-test and post-test. It can be seen from the result of statistical calculation where it showed that the value of sig (2-tailed) was smaller than the value a 0.05 (0.00<0.05). based on the finding and discussion of the study, the researcher concludes that use make a match method is able to improve vocabulary mastery of eighth grade students of MTsN Soppeng.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini yaitu: Untuk memaparkan bagaimana profesionalitas guru agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Entrop Jayapura, untuk mengetahui keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar bidang studi Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Entrop Jayapura, serta untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh profesionalitas guru agama Islam terhadap keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar bidang studi Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Entrop Jayapura.Hasil penelitian : Secara umum profesionalitas Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) SDIT Entrop Jayapura terhadap keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar dapat dikategorikan sedang, bahkan cenderung meningkat, namun masih terdapat kekurangan pada pengelolaan dan penggunaan media serta sumber belajar. Kekurangan pada pengelolaan dan penggunaan media serta sumber belajar berakibat pada penurunan tujuan/hasrat belajar dari diri pribadi siswa. Kekurangan tersebut bukan hanya disebabkan oleh keterbatasan Guru dalam mengaplikasikan kemampuannya untuk menggunakan media serta sumber belajar, namun keterbatasan itu juga muncul dari kemampuan sekolah dalam menyediakan media serta sumber-sumber belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) pada SDIT Entrop Jayapura. Faktor yang sangat kuat melemahkan proses belajar mengajar pada SDIT Entrop Jayapura terletak pada: Hasrat belajar dari diri sendiri dan pengaruh lingkungan sekitar, memperlihatkan kategori nilai yang rendah.

Abstract

Language and linguistic diversity in Papua are on the edge of extinction. Merely few languages have been documented and hundreds of them are still hitherto underdescribed or undescribed. The paper provides a brief description regarding the situation and condition of endangered languages in Papua by using a descriptive qualitative. The data was outlined in the shortlisted information based on Fishman’s EGIDS involving dormant languages, nearly extinct languages, and moribund languages. As a result. 42 languages in Papua are generally categorized as critically endangered. Moreover, rapid vitality decline is driven by several issues such as cultural assimilation, economic pressures, breakdown of language transmission, and the dominance of superior languages. Describing and documenting those endangered languages is crucial for preserving their unique linguistic features, cultural heritage, and traditional knowledge. Without immediate and comprehensive documentation, the richness of linguistic diversity in Papua stands to be irretrievably gone.
