Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of administrative service quality and employee performance on community satisfaction in the Limusnunggal sub-district, Sukabumi City. Public services, which fulfill citizens' fundamental needs and civil rights, are vital in human life, and the demand for improved public services has become a significant public expectation. The research employs a quantitative approach, focusing on employees in the Limusnunggal sub-district as the study's subject. A random sampling technique was used, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with SPSS version 23. The results indicate that both administrative service quality and employee performance have a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction, as evidenced by the t-test results of (4.482 > 1.987) for service quality and (5.374 > 1.987) for employee performance, with significance values of (0.000 < 0.05) for each variable. The F-test results (F_count = 232.023 > F_table = 3.090, sig = 0.000 < 0.05) further confirm a significant simultaneous effect. The coefficient of determination reveals that 82.4% of the variance in community satisfaction in Limusnunggal is explained by the quality of services and employee performance, while the remaining 17.6% is influenced by factors not addressed in this study.

Abstract

Nutrition Leadership and Nutrition Program Management is a leadership and network-based program that focuses on enhancing the capacity of individuals to become skilled professionals and leaders in the field of human nutrition. Leadership in nutrition is an emerging state and country-level data are lacking. Broader reviews looking beyond the discipline have emphasized the need for a contextual understanding of how leaders operate, without losing sight of the individual skills needed to negotiate complex issues and equally complex policy environments. The two FAO recommended actions that are least implemented at the country level are nutrition situation analysis and nutrition promotion. These two actions are also least frequently included in documents developed by subregional institutions. This is not surprising as technical competence for these actions is often lacking in the agricultural sector. Cross-sectoral collaboration and value-added are two other recommendations that are rarely included in regional/institutional documents. Given the difficulties faced in vertical and horizontal coordination not only by country but also at the regional level, this is also a significant barrier to creating synergies that can foster better linkages between agriculture and nutrition.

Abstract

The global climate crisis has become a critical global issue that negatively impacts the survival of living beings in the future, necessitating the involvement of various sectors, including banking. The banking sector plays a significant role in channeling financing to those in need, such as industries and society, by implementing the concept of green banking. Sustainable financing aims to support development that meets present needs without compromising future generations. Green banking emphasizes investments that consider environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts while maintaining a balance between financial profit and environmental sustainability. Green banking also plays a crucial role in supporting Indonesia's commitment to reducing carbon emissions within the context of developing environmentally friendly technologies and green financing. This study aims to identify gaps in the implementation of green banking and outline the challenges and opportunities for the banking sector in realizing a more sustainable financial system. Using a qualitative research method based on a literature review, this study finds that while green banking has the potential to support economic and environmental sustainability, its implementation is hindered by low green financial literacy among the public, regulatory limitations, and a lack of incentives for Islamic banks. However, opportunities remain open through government policies, increased public awareness, and financial sustainability innovations. Therefore, collaboration between the government, the banking sector, and society is a key factor in the successful implementation of the green banking concept in promoting green economic sustainability within the Islamic banking system.

Abstract

This study examines how the implementation of green banking principles affects the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in the Indonesian e-commerce sector. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this study focuses on two main aspects: access to sustainable funding and the impact of environmental education programs. The aim is to understand how these two factors affect the performance and sustainability of e-commerce UMKM. UMKM that have participated in the green banking program were selected as the subjects of the study. Data were collected through structured interviews to obtain direct information from business actors, as well as analysis of related documents such as financial reports and business strategies. Thematic analysis methods were used to identify patterns and themes that emerged from the data, revealing the relationship between green banking and UMKM success. The results of the study are expected to provide real contributions in designing effective and environmentally friendly strategies to support the growth of sustainable e-commerce UMKM. These findings will be useful for policymakers and financial institutions in formulating policies and programs that encourage the adoption of sustainable business practices in the Indonesian e-commerce sector. This study aims to provide a foundation for greener and more sustainable economic development.

Abstract

The problem found in the Islamic bank Bank Bukopin Syariah in the implementation of CSR programs is that there are still many criteria that have not been explained in detail and have not been implemented, this causes stakeholders to lose confidence in the bank if the promised CSR program is not realized. And if some of the criteria do not work, it will reduce the concept of Sharia with the application of Maqashid Sharia in the bank. Islamic law requires Muslims not only to be guided by the Al-Quran and As-Sunnah alone, but also to be subject to the objectives of Sharia, namely Maqasid Sharia in CSR activities in banking. This study aims to examine the implementation of CSR towards stakeholder benefits from the perspective of Maqashid Sharia at Bukopin Syariah Bank in Indonesia. The results of this study prove that Bukopin Syariah Bank is able to meet several criteria contained in maqashid sharia, namely ad-dharuriyyah and al-hajiyyah. Although maqashid at-tahsiniyyah has not been fulfilled, Bukopin Syariah Bank is still trying to implement CSR programs that are related to maqashid at-tahsiniyyah criteria.

Abstract

Culinary MSMEs in Semarang City make significant contributions to the regional economy (22% of local revenue), yet face challenges such as low digital adoption (only 18% of MSMEs utilize technology optimally), raw material inflation (15-20%), and competition with modern franchises. This study analyzes competitiveness enhancement strategies through a qualitative case study approach involving 15 traditional culinary MSMEs (Lumpia, Bandeng Presto, Tahu Gimbal) that use at least one digital platform. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, then evaluated using an integrated SWOT matrix (RBV, Dynamic Capabilities, and Institutional Theory). The findings reveal: (1) Iconic products possess competitive advantages based on local wisdom, yet 72% of MSMEs fail to optimize digital branding; (2) Adoption of TikTok Shop and GoFood increases revenue by up to 40%, but is hindered by low digital literacy among older generations (58% can only upload product photos); (3) Technology-based upstream-downstream collaboration (e.g., blockchain) is required to mitigate inflation and logistics risks; (4) Government programs (Digital KUR, Semarang MSME Digital Hub) serve as transformation catalysts. In conclusion, competitiveness strategies require the integration of three aspects: optimization of local products, enhanced digital capabilities, and policy synergy. Recommendations include practical digital training, creative packaging innovation, and strengthening support ecosystems. This study contributes the Digital Heritage Culinary Framework model, applicable to other heritage cities.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how Islamic financial literacy, religiosity, Islamic financial inclusion, and digital m-banking services affect Generation Z's savings decisions at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in Bandar Lampung from 2020 to 2024. Generation Z, which is made up of people born between 1997 and 2012, is considered to be a more religious and technology-adaptive group. With Islamic banking becoming more popular in Indonesia, it is important to understand how people behave financially, especially when making savings decisions. To investigate the relationship between the variables of Islamic financial literacy, religiosity, Islamic financial inclusion, and digital m-banking services on savings decisions, this study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis method. The sample in this study was obtained through purposive sampling technique to BSI customers aged 18–27 years who are actively using m-banking services. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study showed that all independent factors of Islamic Financial Literacy, Religiosity, Islamic Financial Inclusion, and M-Banking Digital Services had a positive and significant effect on saving decisions. Sharia Financial Literacy is the most dominant factor influencing saving decisions, followed by Sharia Financial Inclusion, Religiosity, and M-Banking Digital Services.

Abstract

In modern organizational dynamics, employee work engagement levels fluctuate significantly, especially amidst increasing work pressures and evolving organizational expectations. Studies show that low work engagement negatively impacts employee productivity, innovation and retention. This study uses negative affectivity as a moderator and psychological capital as a mediator to examine the relationship between perceived organizational support and work engagement. With a population of 250 employees and a sample of 72 respondents selected using random sampling procedures, the methodology used is quantitative. Questionnaires, observation, and documentation were used to collect data. The conditional process approach was then used to analyze the data and test the direct, mediating, and moderating relationships between the variables. The findings show that psychological capital and work engagement are positively influenced by perceived organizational support. This suggests that psychological capital mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support and work engagement and has a beneficial impact on work engagement as well. Although it reduces the impact of perceived organizational support on work engagement, negative affectivity does not reduce the impact of perceived organizational support on psychological capital. However, the relationship between psychological capital and work engagement was not moderated by negative affect.
