Data were obtained from interviews using a questionnaire with the chi-square statistical test with a significance level of α = 0.05 and an odds ratio value. The results showed that smoking (0.000) and physical activity (0.000) had a relationship with the incidence of hypertension. It is hoped that the Alak Health Center can play a role in providing counseling to the surrounding community about how to prevent hypertension and how to adopt a healthy lifestyle

Primary data by distributing questionnaires to patients who seek treatment. The population in this study amounted to 347 elderly hypertensive patients. Sampling using purposive sampling. With a sample of 78 respondents. The results were obtained based on the percentage of low compliance as many as 32 respondents (41.0%), moderate compliance as many as 27 respondents (34.6%) and the high compliance category as many as 19 respondents (24.4%). For the age category in the early elderly with moderate compliance as many as 14 respondents (53.8%), late elderly high compliance as many as 7 respondents (26.9%) and seniors low compliance as many as 17 respondents (6.4%). Based on the chi square test that has been carried out, the p value is 0.011 <0.05, which indicates that there is a significant relationship between age and compliance with taking antihypertensive drugs at the Tanjung Pinang Health Center, Jambi City in 2024. To improve compliance in taking medication, it is hoped that health workers can increase the provision of health education, counseling, motivation and encouragement to people with hypertension to always be obedient in taking medication and managing a healthy lifestyle for their recovery.

Food taboos in Indonesia are still a problem because there are still many foods that should be consumed but are still taboo. As a result, pregnant women, nursing mothers, infants and children dare not consume certain foods, reducing their food intake, which can reduce their nutritional status. The indigenous people in Detuara Village have a taboo of not consuming green vegetables during a traditional ritual called Pire Kema One in the process of building a house. This study aims to examine the practice of abstinence from green vegetable consumption, diet, and nutritional status of indigenous people in Detuara Village. This type of research is qualitative research using phenomenological methods with in-depth interviews and SQ-FFQ to assess food consumption habits with data obtained in the form of adequate levels of energy, protein, fat and carbohydrates. The informants consisted of four main informants and four key informants. The informants were selected using purposeful sampling. The results showed that all informants complied with the abstinence from consuming green vegetables until the house construction process was completed. Four informants (100%) had a poor diet during the abstinence from green vegetable consumption, while only one informant (25%) had a good diet during the normal diet. There were two informants (50%) who had normal nutritional status. There was one informant (25%) with overweigth nutritional status and one informant (25%) with obese nutritional status. Conclusion Food taboos still apply in Detuara Village until now and there will be bad risks if you violate these taboos.

Abstract

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are health problems involving joints, ligaments, muscles, and bones due to poor posture. A study showed that women, particularly housewives, have a higher prevalence of MSDs and suggested that household chores could be an independent risk factor for the increase in MSDs. This study aims to identify independent risk factors that may cause musculoskeletal complaints among housewives in Bedali, Ngancar. The research method uses a cross-sectional survey on 20 housewives aged 26 – 35 years, with data collected through interviews and the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaires combined with demographic data. The Nordic Body Map (NBM) is a questionnaire used to detect discomfort or pain in the body and identify musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) among workers. Data analysis used Spearman Correlation Coeficient test and Chi-Square tests. The results showed a strong correlation between Body Mass Index and working positions, specifically standing and squatting. Therefore, BMI and work positions, specifically standing and squatting can be independent risk factor for musculoskeletal complaint. Based on these findings, it is recommended that health promoters emphasizes educating the entire community about work safety, particulary regarding how to perform activities with ergonomic working positions. This study provides theoretical benefits for public health education.

Abstract

Medical record retention (shrinkage) is the reduction of archives through the process of sorting documents 5 years after the patient dies or the last date of treatment. This study aims to plan medical record retention activities at RSIJ Pondok Kopi to overcome the problem of file accumulation, improve the efficiency of medical record management, and support better health services. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and is sourced from 4 informants consisting of the head of medical records and medical record officers, in attracting informants using purposive sampling techniques. In the initial observation, the Jakarta Islamic Hospital Pondok Kopi has not resumed retention of medical records for the last 4 years due to hospital policies regarding service priorities. The results of this study indicate that RSIJ Pondok Kopi already has adequate retention SOPs, but has not retained medical records since 2020. This has resulted in the accumulation of medical record files in the storage room. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that RSIJ Pondok Kopi needs to immediately implement medical record retention to overcome the problem of file accumulation. The retention activity plan was made as input for retention so that it can overcome the problems in the medical record unit due to not having medical record retention.

The sample for this research was all 48 Siskohatkes managers. Data was obtained through a Google Form survey. The analysis uses the Chi-square test, namely connecting two variables, the independent variable and the dependent variable. The significance level is 95% (α= 0.05). Based on the research results, it is known that (P-value = 0.008) there is a relationship between Ability (Skill) and the Performance of SISKOHATKES Managers, (P-value= 0.001) there is a relationship between Work Motivation and Performance of SISKOHATKES Managers. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between skills, work motivation and training and employee performance in the work area of the West Sumatra Provincial Health Service. Abstract

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are major health problems that affect an individual's quality of life by resulting in physical disability and chronic pain. This study aims to measure the accuracy of age and additional work as independent risk factors for musculoskeletal complaints among housewives in Bedali Village, Ngancar District, Kediri Regency. This research is a quantitative explanatory research using a survey method on 20 housewives aged 26-35 years, with data collection through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used the Spearman correlation coefficient test with the results being said to have a very weak relationship (p = 0.00 – 0.25), quite strong (p = 0.26 – 0.5), strong (p = 0.51 – 0, 75), and very strong (p = 0.76 – 0.99). The results showed that there was no significant correlation between age and musculoskeletal complaints (p=-0.05), however, a correlation was found with additional work (p=0.875). Based on these findings, it is recommended that health promoters shift their focus from indicators that only focus on elderly people to communities with high workloads to reduce the risk of disability due to MSDs.
