Abstract

Pramuka merupakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang ditunjukan untuk melatih dan mendidik peserta didik sebagai bentuk latihan yang berorientasi pada ketahanan hidup, pembentukan kepribadian yang luhur, jiwa sosial dan solidaritas kemanusiaan. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan kepramukaan dianggap sangat penting untuk peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen yang ada pada pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler pramuka putri Pesantren Modern Ummul Quro Al-Islami. Penelitian yang menggunakan metode kualitatif dan data-data yang digunakan merupakan hasil dari wawancara, observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: manajemen ekstrakurikuler pramuka di Pesantren Modern Ummul Quro Al-Islami dimulai dari tahap wawancara, observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi yang ada menunjukan 1) dari segi perencanaan,  ekstrakurikuler pramuka Pesantren Modern putri Ummul Quro Al-Islami telah menyusun visi, misi, tujuan program, rencana kerja dan pembinaan untuk pemberi materi pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka; 2) dalam pengorganisasian gugus depan Pesantren Modern Ummul Quro Al-Islami telah menyusun struktur organisasi dan pembagian tugas dan wewenangnya; 3) Pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler pramuka di Pesantren Modern Ummul Quro Al-Islami sesuai dengan rencana program kerja dan kurikulum yang ada; 4) Evaluasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka Pesantren Modern Ummul Quro Al-Islami dapat dikategorikan baik dibuktikan dengan evaluasi yang terjadwal

Abstract

Era globalisasi saat ini ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi itu perkembanganya sangat pesat dan hampir semua bidang menuntut serba cepat dan instan maka dari itu sumber daya manusia yang mandiri sangat diperlukan, untuk mempertahankan eksistensi pesantren saat ini maka pesantren harus mampu beradaptasi sesuai dengan perkembangan masyarakat, sehingga pesantren mampu membentuk manusia yang kreatif, cakap dan mandiri, termasuk para santri pesantren Pemberdayaan Ummat An-Nahl Pamijahan Bogor yang mendapat pendidikan melalui progam life skill yang ada dipesantren. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana progam life skill, kemandirian santri dan peran progam life skill terhadap kemandirian santri di Pesantren Pemberdayaan Ummat An-Nahl Pamijahan Bogor. Life skill adalah keahlian, kemampuan dan kecakapan hidup dalam mengahadapi berbagai macam problem kehidupan. Kemandirian adalah kemampuan untuk memecahkan masalah dan mengambil resiko setiap tindakan, cara berfikir mengelolah waktu dan tidak membutuhkan petunjuk yang detail dan terus menerus dalam menjalankan tugas, mencapai sesuatu yang di tuju dan dapat mengelola sesuatu sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut ditemukan bahwa program life skill yang ada di Pesantren Pemberdayaan Ummat An-Nahl Pamijahan Bogor itu dibagi menjadi dua yang pertama adalah program life skill umum dan yang kedua yaitu program life skill khusus seperti program pertanian, perikanan, dan peternakan. Kemandirian santri di pesantren Pemberdayaan Ummat An Nahl Pamijahan Bogor, sangat bagus dan telah melekat pada diri santri yang memiliki kemandirian yang tinggi dan beragam seperti bekerja keras, memiliki inisiatif sendiri, memperbaiki lampu, memperbaiki kran sendiri, memiliki rasa tanggungjawab, menjalankan tugas dengan baik tanpa diperintah secara terus-menerus. Program life skill dipesantren Pemberdayaan Ummat An-Nahl Pamijahan Bogor ini mempunyai peran besar terhadap kemandirian santri. Yaitu menumbuhkan, memunculkan, melahirkan, dan menguatkan perilaku – perilaku mandiri dalam diri santri

Abstract

Employee performance is the work ability of an employee. School employee performance is a work achievement that must be achieved by an employee in an educational institution. Employee performance is part of the marketing mix of educational services, namely HR (human resources). This study aims to analyze the effect of employee performance as a marketing mix strategy for education services at SD Negeri 5 Damar. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. This research was conducted by means of observation through data collection using questionnaires. The research respondents were 11 people consisting of 1 principal, 8 teachers, and 2 administrators. This study also uses a literature review of several research results, e-books, articles, and case studies that occur in the field. The results of this study are the problem of employee performance, employee impact as a marketing mix strategy at SD Negeri 5 Damar, and problem solving efforts

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is not a barrier for mosques to develop their potential so that mosque functions can be carried out. This study focuses on the implementation of management, supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as the analysis of the Great Mosque of Daarul Muttaqien Balung, Jember Regency in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Identification of problems using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results obtained are the Great Mosque of Daarul Muttaqien Balung, Jember Regency, has implemented the functions of the mosque even though it has not been maximized. Based on the SWOT analysis, the Great Mosque of Daarul Muttaqien Balung, Jember Regency is in quadrant I which allows it to use a growth strategy. Meanwhile, the efforts made by mosques to adapt in the 4.0 era are still considered less than optimal due to limited facilities and experts

Abstract

In the 21st century, students must have skills and develop their potential, so that they become successful individuals and develop in their lives. Among the 21st century skills are 4C skills (Critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity). There are many opinions about what 21st century skills are, one of which is the 4C (Critical thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, and Communication). Critical thinking is all about problem solving skills. Creativity is about thinking outside the box, trying new approaches to getting things done, innovation, and invention. Collaboration is the skill of how someone works together, synergizes with each other, adapts in various roles with others to achieve common goals. Communication is a person's skill to convey and share their thoughts, questions, ideas and solutions in the best possible way. This paper will describe these various skills in order to provide additional insight and skill development so that they can be useful in preparing students to face the inevitable changing times

Abstract

Santri Organization is an intra-Islamic boarding school organization. Similar to OSIS in public schools, but there are many differences. The santri organization in the pesantren has a role compared to the OSIS in the school. At the Modern Islamic Boarding School Ummul Quro Al-Islami all these activities are controlled by the administrators of the Men's Santri Association (ISPA). Through these activities, it is hoped that students can develop self-discipline, improve morals, and can enrich and broaden their knowledge and skills. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the management of student development through ISPA organizational activities?How are the activities of the ISPA organization at the Modern Islamic Boarding School Ummul Quro Al-Isalmi? How is the management of student development through ISPA organizational activities? While the purpose of this study was to determine the meaning and application of the management of student development through the activities of the ISPA organization at the Modern Islamic Boarding School Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang, Bogor. The type of research that the author uses in this research is descriptive qualitative which explains thoroughly and in depth the results of the research conducted. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The object of this research is the management of the ISPA organization. From the results of this study, it was found that the management of santri development through the activities of the ISPA organization at the Modern Islamic Boarding School Ummul Quro Al-Islami used good management in fostering students. It can be seen by the implementation of four management functions, namely, planning, organizing, implementing and directing and five methods of coaching, namely, exemplary, attention, advice, habituation and rewards or punishments. And the activities of the ISPA organization at the Modern Islamic Boarding School Ummul Quro Al-Islami are going well, judging from the work program they have implemented

Abstract

The Scout Movement is an organization that pays great attention to moral issues or the character of students. This study specifically examines the character building carried out by Scoutmasters at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Bogor. This study aims to determine how the strategy of character building for students through scout extracurricular activities at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Bogor. The data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data was obtained from the triangulation technique which was achieved by comparing the observed data with the interview data. The data analysis technique in this study has 3 stages, namely data collection, data presentation, and with conclusion. The results of the study indicate that habituation, example, assignments, lectures, and punishments or sanctions are methods used in fostering the character of students through scouting activities. Habituation by telling students to come on time, greet each other, perform congregational prayers and others. Exemplary is to provide examples of direct actions to students. Assignment is when the inauguration activity takes place, new students are given individual and group assignments. Lecture by providing an explanation of the importance of good morals as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad. Penalties or sanctions for students who violate the rules in the form of a direct warning by the coach, asked to read the Dasa Dharma in front of other students, run in the field. And what causes students to experience boredom, boredom, truant during scouting practice is due to the density of activities on Thursday. The types of scouting activities are routine training, skills, General Skill Requirements (SKU), Marching Skill Practice (PBB), Special Skill Mark (TKK), Resume and Evaluation. The values ​​that are instilled include religious, discipline, independence, responsibility, environmental care, leadership and tolerance

Abstract

Islam is a religion that encourages to cultivate a culture of literacy among its people. This is inseparable from the history of the revelation of the Qur'an. So, the obligation to read has existed for a long time, various efforts have been made to improve literacy starting from writing activities, then using it to think about what is read. However, the current problem is that the literacy skills of students in Indonesia are quite good and not too low. The problem at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School is that students still do not have high reading interest due to any factors. The aim is to find out management of the library's literacy program in increasing student interest in reading at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, Bogor. This study uses qualitative research, with a qualitative descriptive research design format. The results of his research, namely the management is quite good because it is based on the work program that was made during the work deliberation session. The literacy programs include: reading and writing activities, writing articles, scientific competitions, procurement of mobile libraries and so on to make them as interesting as possible. Because, the majority of students have low reading interest where these students use various reasons so that they spend more time on other activities in the afternoon, both deepening lessons for students who are lacking in cognitive aspects and have not been able to regulate affective aspects that can arise from activities that generate interest

Abstract

Curriculum is the most important component in education. Curriculum development in Islamic education is a necessity, because changes must occur following the times. So the purpose of this writing is to examine policies related to Islamic education curriculum development, especially in Indonesia with due regard to history and applicable regulations. This paper uses the library research method with a content analysis approach. The results of the study show that the Islamic education curriculum in historical review from the time of independence to the reform era continues to change according to conditions and needs. The development of the Islamic education curriculum is divided into 3 periods; namely first, during the old order, there were 3 changes, namely the 1947, 1952, and 1964 curricula; secondly, during the New Order era, there were 4 changes, namely the 1968, 1975, 1984, and 1994 curricula; third, the reformation period, there were 3 changes, namely the 2004 curriculum (KBK), 2006 curriculum (KTSP), the 2013 curriculum which has been used until now. Whereas in the review of Islamic education curriculum regulations there are 4 categories namely: first, madrasah curriculum regulations follow Law number 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system; second, the pesantren curriculum regulations follow Law number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools; third, the curriculum regulations for Islamic religious tertiary institutions are based on Law number 12 of 2012 concerning higher education; and fourth, regulation of the Islamic religious education curriculum for public schools/campuses based on Law number 20 of 2003

Abstract

This study aims to describe job satisfaction on internal and external factors that affect teacher job satisfaction. Each type becomes a supporting and inhibiting factor that affects teacher performance. The research instrument is an interview, in qualitative descriptive learning. From the results that can be obtained in this study is that the job satisfaction of teachers at the al-bunyan Islamic boarding school has largely been fulfilled, for more details, the researcher describes the results of the study specifically as follows: Factors that influence job satisfaction of human resources at Al-bunyan Islamic boarding school, namely: (1) psychological factors, (2) social factors, (3) physical factors, (4) financial factors. Psychological factors consist of factors related to social interactions between (Education HR Job Satisfaction) fellow members of the organization, relationships with directors, direct superiors, employees with different job functions, volunteers. Supporting and inhibiting factors that affect HR job satisfaction are: Supporting factors consist of: the involvement of all stakeholders, the availability of sufficient personnel, infrastructure, facilities and financing, the support of all stakeholders, the community, and related active agencies, conducting regular and scheduled monitoring and evaluation. Thus the results of this study are expected to contribute to the world of science and technology. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the satisfaction of learning activities at Pondok Pesantren Al-bunyan can be influenced by services at school, teacher welfare, and positive factors can improve student learning outcomes.
