Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the context of the IDUKA Program (Link and Match), including (a) the quality of student competencies, (b) policies and objectives of the IDUKA Program (Link and Match), (c) readiness for the management of the IDUKA Program. (Link and Match) The results show: (1) Evaluation of the context of the IDUKA program is high. This aspect consists of: (a) The quality of the students competencies. (b) The conformity of the implementation of the IDUKA program with the policies and objectives set by the school. Abstract

Ibnu Maskawaih is an intellectual in the field of moral philosophy. Ibn Maskawaih's moral philosophy thoughts do not hinder them and may even be able to provide motivation and great influence for the existence of renewal thoughts in Islam, especially in moral education. Based on the thoughts above, the author considers that it is important to study the title "Ibn Maskawaih's Thoughts on Moral Education and Its Relevance in Moral Education at Mts Islamiyah Kepung", so this research will discuss the thoughts of Ibnu Maskawaih and their relevance to moral education at Mts Islamiyah Kepung, this research aims to determine the implementation of Ibn Maskawaih's moral education at MTs Islamiyah Kepung and to determine the relevance and impact of moral education at MTs Islamiyah Kepung. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with descriptive analysis techniques as well. In the process of collecting data, the authors used observation, interviews and documentation, the results of the study showed that some of the methods proposed by Ibnu Maskawaih were relevant for use in formal education such as at MTs Islamiyah and implemented in daily teaching and learning activities (KBM) especially in lessons The Akhlak Aqidah which of course contains lessons about morals, conclusions.moral education. The purpose of moral education is implemented in MTs by providing materials and methods that can mold students into pious and morally good people. The impact of moral education on students is to make students who can be emulated and become good role models or have noble character. and have good manners.

Abstract

The rapid development that occurs due to the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0 causes many changes in the implementation of learning so that educators need to adapt and innovate in carrying out learning. The application of instructional leadership and servant leadership of school principals is needed in the professionalism of educators, especially in the era that continues to develop today so that it will determine the quality of school learning quality in the era of society 5.0. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between instructional leadership and servant leadership of elementary school principals with learning quality in the era of society 5.0. The population totalled 161 education personnel. The sampling was using proportionate stratified random sampling technique consisting of school principals and some educators in Gugus Matahari Natar District with a total of 63 respondents. The design used is a quantitative approach. The research data were collected through questionnaire and documentation techniques. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between instructional leadership and servant leadership of elementary school principals with the quality of learning in the era of society 5.0 with a correlation coefficient of 0.825 which is in the ‘Very Strong’ criteria. Abstract

Human resources are the driving force for the overall management of a company in achieving its goals. So the effectiveness of a company in managing human resources greatly determines the success of the company. The current performance condition of BAPPEDALITBANG needs to be optimized again so that development planning in Bogor Regency can be as expected. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and organizational commitment on employee performance with commitment as an intervening variable. The research was carried out at BAPPEDALITBANG with a research population of 113 employees. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 89 respondents. For data collection, the questionnaire method and direct observation were used. And to analyze the data using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method version 3.0, the data tests used in this research are reliability testing, validity testing, hypothesis testing and classical assumption testing. Based on the results of the research and discussion, several conclusions can be drawn, namely that there is a direct positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, there is a direct positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, there is a direct positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance, there is a direct positive and significant influence from organizational culture on organizational commitment, there is a direct positive and significant influence from organizational commitment on employee performance, there is an indirect positive and significant influence from job satisfaction on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence significant indirect impact of organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

The autism rate according to the World Health Organization (WHO) as of 2023 is 1 in 100 children, which is likely to continue to increase. Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as part of the disabled community have the right to receive education in accordance with the mandate of the United Nations (UN) in various declarations. The presence of inclusive education is a solution to equal education for people with disabilities, including children with ASD. ASD children with all their varied behavioral symptoms require more study of the learning curriculum so that educational goals can be achieved. So the  of this article is to combine existing research regarding learning programs for children with ASD in inclusive education, namely the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program and Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication Handicapped children (TEACCH). The method used is literature study in journals related to ABA and TEACCH as well as inclusive education for children with ASD, journal screening using the InOrdinatio method. It is hoped that the ABA program combined with TEACCH will become a curriculum benchmark for learning for children with ASD, in addition to combining teacher skill factors through training and support from parents and families of children with ASD.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) to develop a website-based learning media for Quran memorization (Tahfidz) for junior high school students at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Iman Al-Hasanah in Bogor Regency, and (2) to evaluate the results of expert validation on the Quran memorization website learning media at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Iman Al-Hasanah in Bogor Regency for junior high school students. This research is classified as Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model. The research subjects are male students aged 12–15 years. Data collection techniques include interviews, documentation, and questionnaires administered to experts and students, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data. The results of the expert validation trials show that: (1) the media expert's assessment was 83.9%, (2) the material expert's assessment was 76.6%, and (3) the instructional design expert's assessment was 87.5%, indicating that the website-based Quran memorization learning media falls into the "Very Feasible" category. Additionally, the results of the one-to-one trial were 85.25%, and the small group trial results were 90.38%.

Abstract

Educational background is a very important aspect and cannot be ignored in the life of every individual. In the context of faith-based education, Islamic religious education has the aim of communicating the principles of Islamic teachings to mankind. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the learning of aqidah akhlak in students in class VII MTS Humaira Bojong Gede Bogor. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, with data collection using questionnaires that focus on learning aqidah akhlak in an effort to shape student character. The study population consisted of 56 respondents, and the entire population was sampled because the number was less than 100. To test the hypothesis, this study used a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of research on aqidah akhlak learning in class VII Humaira Bojong Gede Bogor, after data analysis was conducted, showed that the average score was 39.803, with a standard deviation of 5.564. The range of values ranges from 21 to 50. Meanwhile, the character building of students in class VII Humaira Bojong Gede Bogor, the results of data analysis showed an average score of 38.803, with a standard deviation of 4.90. The range of values ranges from 22 to 39. It can be concluded that this study shows that there is an influence of aqidah akhlak learning on the character formation of students in class VII Humaira Bojong Gede Bogor, with a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

This paper reviews the role of Islamic Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in gender perspective education as a key component towards Indonesia Emas 2045. Gender education involves an understanding of gender roles and human rights. HEIs have a responsibility to integrate religious values with gender education, shaping leaders who are aware of gender equality, and able to address complex social challenges. HEIs can play a major role in addressing this. By understanding the concept of gender education, integrating it in the curriculum, and involving lecturers in the delivery of gender materials, PTKIS can create an inclusive and civilised educational environment. Through gender inclusivity policies, prevention of gender-based violence, and active student participation in gender equality, PTKIS has the potential to shape a more inclusive, just, and competitive society, in accordance with the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045 that reflects the values of justice, equality, and sustainable progress.

Abstract

Religious moderation has become an important theme in social and religious discourse in the contemporary era, especially in the Islamic context. The research aims to explore the concept of religious moderation as the basis of social life, with a deep philosophical approach. In this context, religious moderation is not only understood as an attitude of tolerance between religious communities, but also as an approach that prioritises balance, justice and respect for differences. Data and statistics show that religion-based social conflicts are often fuelled by extremism and intolerance. Therefore, it is important to analyse how religious moderation can be a solution to create social harmony. In this study, the author will discuss various aspects of religious moderation, including the values contained in the Qur'an and Hadith that support the practice of moderation. In addition, the author will also present case examples from various countries that demonstrate the successful application of religious moderation in reducing conflict and increasing harmony. Through a philosophical approach, this research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the role of religious moderation in building a harmonious and sustainable social life. By referring to valid references, this research will present a strong argument regarding the importance of religious moderation in an increasingly complex global context. This research is expected to be a contribution for academics, practitioners, and policy makers in an effort to promote the values of moderation in everyday life. Finally, it is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a reference for further research on religious moderation and its impact on social life in diverse societies

Abstract

Islamic education has an important role in shaping the personality of adolescents, especially in the era of globalisation which is characterised by the rapid flow of information and changes in social values. This study aims to analyse the influence of Islamic education on the character and personality formation of adolescents in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach and quantitative data, this study collected information from various sources, including surveys, interviews and literature studies. Results show that Islamic education not only provides a moral and ethical foundation, but also helps adolescents in facing the challenges of globalisation. Through education based on Islamic values, adolescents can develop a strong self-identity, increase their sense of tolerance, and build a positive attitude towards differences
