Abstract

This study aims to examine the form of a communication strategy for the Resource-based Waste Management Education Team in Ubung Kaja Village. This research was conducted in Ubung Kaja Village. The sample in this study was selected by purposive sampling method. In this study, several data collection techniques were used, including observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis carried out in this study used data reduction, data presentation, and verification, then analyzed and interpreted in accordance with the research to be carried out so that the results obtained can truly be accounted for and a broader understanding is obtained which provides education regarding resource-based waste management. . From the results of data analysis, it was found that the Education Team used the concept of Middleton's communication strategy which was considered suitable for the program to be implemented, namely counseling on source-based waste management in a persuasive way, namely formulating plans by determining communicators, messages conveyed, media used, and targets. The communication process carried out by the Education Team is not always smooth, because there will be obstacles encountered. To analyze the obstacles the researcher used SWOT analysis and found internal and external supporting factors, as well as internal and external inhibiting factors. These factors were analyzed again using the SWOT Matrix analysis to find efforts or solutions to these constraints. In addition to the obstacles and efforts, of course there are communication effects expected by the education team, three implications are obtained, namely cognitive implications related to the knowledge of the community that understands different types of waste, affective implications which are related to emotions that are embedded in the community and the education team such as feelings, and responsibilities . The implication of behaviorism is a change in attitude, or expected behavior, namely that people have started to understand how to sort waste, make compost, biopore holes, eco enzyme, and become customers of the Garbage Bank. Abstract

"Menyama Braya" is the local wisdom of the Balinese people, which has been carried out since ancient times from generation to generation. By carrying out the menyama braya tradition, religious moderation will be realized, strengthening integrity and solidarity among religious believers in the present and future. However, recently the implementation of the rule of meyama braya has been almost forgotten; this is due to several factors, including the change in direct communication to indirect through digital media that can communicate remotely; the condition of covid 19 has also caused people not to be able to communicate directly between fellow religions and the lack of information about the importance of living together with braya. By tracing several research results and journals, until now, no one has brought up the tradition of mesama braya about religious moderation in Singaraja City. Therefore researchers feel the need and are interested in raising this issue for research. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with qualitative data types, namely data in the form of descriptive words, and supported by quantitative data, namely data in the form of numbers, such as the population based on religion. Primary data sources came from several informants: the Board of FKUB of Buleleng Regency, the Board of Traditional Villages in Buleleng District, Pekaseh (kelian Subak), Academics, and other general public. While the secondary data is in the form of library sources relevant to the problems studied, namely the research results, journals, and several books related to this research. The theories used in studying and analyzing the data are the theory of multiculturalism, integrative constructivism, and social action theory. Based on the data analysis, it can be seen that the meyama braya tradition is the root of religious moderation, which is implemented in the forms of the ngejot, magibung, sekaa duka, religious activities, and subak organizations

Abstract

Talepud Gianyar Traditional Village has a unique reality, namely adhering to two customary village government systems consisting of government with the spirit of Ancient Bali and Bali Dataran. Evidently, the Talepud Traditional Village was led by Jro Kubayan and Jro Bandesa. Even though the history of governance is different, the two of them still manage the traditional village according to their respective policies, so that there is quite a striking dualism of government in the Talepud Traditional Village. This study analyzes interpersonal communication as a space for peace that brings together the Jro Kubayan administration and Jero Bendesa Adat in carrying out customary government duties in Talebud Adat Village, Sebatu, Gianyar. The analysis is based on three problem formulations, namely why are there two government systems in the Talepud Traditional Village? how is the implementation of interpersonal communication between Jro Kubayan and Jro Bendesa in carrying out traditional tasks in the Talepud Traditional Village? and what is the impact of interpersonal communication between Jro Kubayan and Jro Bendesa on the implementation of traditional activities in the Talepud Traditional Village. The formulation of the problem is analyzed by functional and structural theory, interpersonal communication theory and S.O.R. communication theory. The results of this study indicate that the background of the dualism of traditional leadership in Talebut Traditional Village is based on the historical aspect, namely the acculturation of the hulu apad system (ancient Bali) and apanaga (Balinese Plains). Jro Kubayan and Jero Bandesa Adat are also seen as having a differentiation of duties and functions which together are very important to the community, namely, Jro Kubayan specifically becomes the leader for aspects of Hindu religious rituals, while Jro Bandesa focuses on the realization of executive duties in accordance with the applicable customary village regulations. The implementation of interpersonal communication between Jro Kubayan and Jro Bendesa fulfills the basic requirements of interpersonal communication consisting of communicators and communicants that involve both, messages are mostly non-verbal, feedback is seen unilaterally, namely only happening to Jro Kubayan through the act of refusing the treatment of traditional village officials , the media that is applied consists of formal media such as Pasangkepan and informal media such as small talk although it is not optimal, there are even obstacles such as physical, semantic, psychological, physical and human barriers. The impact of interpersonal communication consists of internal impacts as indicated by changes in people's attitudes and the quality of customary activities in the Talepud Traditional Village, as well as external impacts in the form of changes in communication with wawidayangan or pasemetonan traditional villages and changes in the image of Talepud Traditional Village in the eyes of other traditional villages. Abstract

The development of communication technology in this digital age requires students to adapt to the pattern of independent learning on campus (MBKM). Students as the country's next generation are a major asset in a country's progress, especially in the age of all media. This condition can be both an opportunity and a challenge in the educational communication model in this digital age. This article analyzes the various issues of adapting student learning communication in this age of all media. This communication brings many positive things like easy access and fast getting information from anywhere making it easy to learn from anywhere. This is in line with the principle of independent learning that aims to create superior students, namely through the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka program. Freedom of learning gives freedom in learning, that is, it can be anywhere, anytime and even from any source. In the independent learning program, students must think critically and be sensitive to the problems they face and arise in the society, then express their views and participate or be directly involved in solving these problems. In this way, we as students also play a role in the development of technology in the future. Along with the development of the times in the all-digital era, there are many hurdles and hurdles to overcome, one of which is communication. There is no denying that the development of technology also comes with the negative effects it causes. This should be avoided as much as possible and kept to a minimum, because the digital age also brings developments with many aspects, namely social, political, economic and cultural. One of  the negative consequences that arise is plagiarism. Plagiarism is common and common among academics, especially at the tertiary  level.  In  this  digital  age,  many  students  take  advantage of technological advancements to complete their assignments quickly and easily, by plagiarizing or copying other people's work on the Internet. It is no longer new for students to use technology in completing their assignments, which eventually led to the practice of plagiarism.Students' lack of understanding of the negative effects ofplagiarism makes it easy for students to plagiarize other people's work.Even if this can unknowingly lead to legal consequences for the perpetrators
