Abstract

Pembangunan Desa merupakan upaya peningkatan kualitas hidup dan kehidupan untuk sebesar-besarnya kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa. Desa Ngamplangsari sendiri masih keterbatasan tempat untuk melakukan berbagai aktivitas masyarakat. Maka dari itu, pemerintah Desa sedang mengupayakan untuk membangun kantor dan GOR desa yang lebih layak. Namun, hal tersebut menjadi suatu kegiatan yang cukup berat bagi Desa karena didasarkan kepada: keterbatasan anggaran, pengoptimalan pemanfaatan dana Desa dan SDM dalam melakukan perencanaan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan terhadap kegiatan perencenaan pembangunan Detail Engineering Design (DED) Kantor Desa dan GOR dan perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB). Hal tersebut dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan solusi perencanaan yang tepat dan efisien. Selain itu, tujuannya adalah mencegah terjadinya longsor dan menjaga stabilitas lereng, sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembangunan jalan di daerah tersebut. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, Kegiatan ini dilakukan dari mulai mengukur lokasi survei, kemudian data hasil pengukuran tersebut dijadikan sebuah perencanaan DED dan dibuat perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), yang diminta oleh 13 pihak desa guna membantu dan mempermudah desa dalam pembangunan infrastruktur. Hasil dari perencanaan DED mencakup gambar kerja sesuai dengan karakteristik Desa dan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) yang memadai serta ekonomis. Adapun luasan bangunan yang dihasilkan sebesar 453.36 m2. Begitu hasil dari perhitungan RAB mencapai Rp. 3.168.344.000,00.

Abstract

Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) in Brunei Darussalam face various economic challenges, including low sharia financial literacy, less than optimal financial management, and limited access to formal financial services. This study aims to improve PMI's sharia financial literacy through training in establishing Baitul Maal Wat-Tamwil (BMT) as a sustainable economic solution for 15 members of the Indonesian Community Association (PERMAI). The method used is interactive online and offline training that includes material delivery, simulations, and technical assistance in establishing and managing BMT. The results of the training showed that participants gained an understanding of the concept of sharia finance, financial planning, and management of community-based financial institutions. This program also opens up opportunities for PMI to build economic independence and strengthen social networks in their environment. With this approach, it is hoped that similar training models can be applied in other PMI communities abroad

Abstract

PPS GHD seluas 3,26 hektare menghasilkan sekitar 1.500 liter sampah dedaunan kering per hari akibat banyaknya pepohonan. Selama ini, pengelolaan dilakukan dengan pembakaran yang menimbulkan emisi karbon dioksida serta gangguan bagi masyarakat sekitar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menawarkan solusi melalui pengolahan dedaunan kering menjadi kompos sebagai alternatif ramah lingkungan dan bernilai ekonomi. Kompos yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan untuk pemeliharaan tanaman di area PPS GHD maupun dipasarkan sebagai pupuk organik, sehingga mengurangi ketergantungan pada pupuk kimia dan mendukung pengelolaan lingkungan berkelanjutan. Implementasi dilakukan dengan penerapan sepuluh unit biokomposter berkapasitas 120 liter serta pelatihan penggunaan biokomposter dan pengembangan model bisnis kompos dan pupuk organik cair. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan potensi signifikan dalam mengurangi volume sampah sekaligus membuka peluang ekonomi. Ke depan, PPS GHD berperan sebagai fasilitator program pelatihan pengolahan sampah organik dan sebagai penggerak penciptaan lapangan kerja baru di sektor pengelolaan limbah.

Abstract

Village fund management requires transparency and community participation. One effort to support this is the implementation of the Kawal Desa application as a digital solution. This community service activity aims to enhance the digital literacy of village officials and residents, as well as to strengthen oversight of village fund usage. Methods employed include workshops, distribution of materials, and application usage demonstrations. The results indicate an improved understanding among village officials and residents in operating the application, leading to more transparent and efficient village services. This activity contributes to fostering collaboration between village authorities and the community toward more informative and integrated village governance.

Abstract

Sukatani Village in Cisurupan District, Garut Regency has strong development potential, particularly in agriculture and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, MSME marketing activities, village administration, and information dissemination have largely relied on manual methods. This program successfully increased digital literacy by 85% among 40 participating MSME actors, improved village administrative efficiency by 60% through the implementation of the Kawal Desa application, and produced a digital administrative map with 95% accuracy. Pre-test results showed that only 25% of MSME actors understood digital marketing, which rose to 90% in the post-test. Socialization of the Kawal Desa application was conducted for 15 village officials and 50 residents, resulting in enhanced transparency in village services. The creation of the village’s digital administrative map provides a clear representation of village boundaries, roads, rivers, the village office, and public facilities in Sukatani Village.

Abstract

Used cooking oil waste in Pamulihan Village has not been properly managed, resulting in water pollution and declining soil quality. This condition negatively impacts both the environment and public health. To address this problem, the KKN Group 7 of Pamulihan Village carried out a community service program. The main objective of this activity was to train residents to convert used cooking oil waste into economically valuable products—aromatherapy candles. The program included education on the dangers of waste, demonstrations of candle-making techniques, and hands-on practice sessions. This initiative addresses a key gap in Pamulihan Village, where awareness of the hazards of used cooking oil waste remains low and no practical household-level solution exists to transform it into a marketable product. The program stands out from previous efforts that may have focused solely on waste collection, as it specifically provides upcycling skills with creative economic value. As a result, residents’ understanding of the environmental risks posed by used oil waste increased significantly. They also succeeded in producing aesthetically appealing aromatherapy candles. This activity not only provides a solution to environmental problems but also opens up new economic opportunities for the community.

Abstract

Desa Simpangsari memiliki potensi besar di bidang pertanian, perikanan, dan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), namun pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk pengelolaan potensi tersebut masih terbatas. Permasalahan yang dihadapi meliputi rendahnya literasi digital, kurang optimalnya promosi produk lokal, dan terbatasnya sarana informasi publik. Bertujuan mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi dengan pengembangan potensi lokal melalui serangkaian kegiatan yang melibatkan masyarakat dan pemerintah desa. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pemeliharaan situs web kawal desa, pendampingan digital marketing bagi pelaku UMKM, branding logo kemasan, pembuatan peta digitasi, , pembuatan papan nama RW (visual display), desain ulang beberapa fasilitas publik seperti kantor desa, koperasi, dan lapangan mini soccer, desain papan nama RW (visual display). Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara partisipatif melalui observasi, wawancara, pelatihan, dan pendampingan langsung. Hasil yang diperoleh diantaranya situs web kawal  desa yang telah diperbaiki seperti melakukan pengisian terkait fitur dan data-data yang dibutuhkan oleh web kawal desa seperti pengumpulan data UMKM dll, UMKM di desa Simpangsari mulai memanfaatkan media sosial dan marketplace untuk promosi, sebelumnya ada beberapa UMKM yang belum memiliki branding logo, dan kini UMKM memiliki branding logo kemasan produk menjadi lebih menarik dan informatif, serta tersedianya peta dan media visual yang memudahkan akses informasi. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi teknologi informasi dan pemberdayaan potensi lokal mampu meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi, memperkuat identitas desa, dan memperluas jangkauan promosi potensi daerah secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The development program for Karamatwangi Village, Garut Regency, was implemented to address community needs in the areas of economy, health, infrastructure, and tourism. The activities were designed using a work breakdown structure (WBS) approach, which divides the program into measurable stages ranging from planning and implementation to evaluation. The economic sector focused on issuing Business Identification Numbers (NIB), promoting the use of QRIS, and digitalizing micro-enterprises; the health sector included education on healthy homes; the infrastructure sector involved the installation of public street lighting and supporting facilities; while the tourism sector was enhanced through the management of the Tepas Papandayan agro-tourism area with a digital ticketing system. The results show an increase in the community’s capacity to manage businesses, heightened awareness of environmental health, and strengthened village tourism appeal. The application of WBS proved effective in ensuring that activities were carried out systematically, easily monitored, and capable of generating recommendations for the sustainability of community empowerment.

Abstract

Sirnagalih Village Park is a public green open space with ecological, social, educational, and aesthetic functions. However, its existing condition is less than optimal due to minimal shade vegetation, the dominance of hard surfaces, the lack of separation between pedestrian and vehicle circulation, and a weak local identity. This study aims to redesign the park through a biophilic design approach and user-friendly circulation separation to create a safe, comfortable, and inclusive public space. The research method uses a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach through literature studies, field observations, interviews with village officials, data analysis, and the preparation and evaluation of design concepts through FGDs. The design results show that the application of biophilic design through elements of vegetation, water, natural materials, and spatial patterns improves thermal comfort, ecological quality, and a more integrated spatial experience with nature. Separation of circulation through elevation differences, gentle ramps, and vegetation barriers improves safety and accessibility for all users. The spatial zoning is divided into ecological, productive, and aesthetic zones to support ecological and educational functions and strengthen local identity. Thus, this revitalization produces an environmentally friendly, functional, and sustainable village park, while strengthening the character of Sirnagalih Village.

Abstract

Waste is one of the major problems in villages, affecting public health, cleanliness, and tourism potential. The lack of community awareness regarding waste management is largely due to limited access to information and educational media. This community service activity aims to provide a solution through the creation of educational boards as a shared awareness-building medium. The implementation method included field surveys, design planning, production, installation of the educational board at a strategic location near the intersection by SDN 1 Situsari, and socialization of its messages to the community. The results show that the information board successfully attracted residents’ attention and had a positive impact on their cleanliness-related behavior. Strong support from both the community and village authorities further strengthens the sustainability of the program. Through this educational signage, it is expected that community awareness of environmental cleanliness will continue to grow.
