Abstract

The sea is the boundary between a country and another country which is determined through extradition. On December 13, 1957 the government issued a statement known as the Djuanda Declaration with the intention of uniting the fragmented land areas so that the declaration would close the existence of the open sea between mainland islands by covering the problem of the ideal concept of regulating the authority to enforce maritime accident laws in indonesian territorial waters. The approach method in this research is normative juridical based on an analysis of the law. Then it is described in a descriptive-analytical description. The problem is investigated by describing/describing the condition of the subject/object of research, finding facts thoroughly, and systematically reviewing national regulations. Conclusion maritime law enforcement can cause potential friction between one institution and another. For this reason, this research provides a concept that maritime security and law enforcement institutions will be productive and effective-efficient if they are in accordance with Pancasila.

Abstract

This study aims to explore financial management practices within fishing groups by comparing successful and unsuccessful groups. The research method employed is a qualitative approach with a comparative case study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and direct field observations. The results show that successful fishermen have comprehensive financial planning, multiple income sources, saving and investing habits, good debt management, and an adequate level of financial education. In contrast, unsuccessful fishermen tend to lack clear financial planning, rely on fish catches as their sole income source, have little or no savings and investments, have poor debt management, and lack financial education.

Abstract

The education quality assurance system in Indonesia, which is regulated in Minister of National Education Regulation Number 63 of 2009, covers many things, including quality limits, quality assurance objectives and quality level references, among others the oldest in several articles. The ultimate goal of ensuring the quality of education is the high intelligence of human life and the nation as envisioned in the Preamble to the Constitution. This study was carried out using a library study method which focused on searching for sources through books, journals and available literature. The approach used in this writing uses a qualitative approach. The aim of this study is to find out how to manage or manage quality in Islamic educational institutions as well as tips for creating and maintaining quality Islamic educational institutions. The research results show that it is in accordance with the concept of quality in education which includes input-process-output elements. So education quality control is also directed at input, process and output aspects. The quality of educational institutions will be realized if all existing systems in educational institutions are oriented towards improving the quality of educational institutions, one way is through the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM). Through the application of TQM, efforts to build a quality-oriented organizational culture structure can be realized in accordance with the expected competency targets.

Abstract

In a growing company, various issues inevitably arise. These issues can disrupt and hinder ongoing business processes. One of the human resource (HR) problems is the increasing intention of employees to leave the company. Therefore, turnover intention in the company needs to be examined further. This study analyzes turnover intention regarding servant leadership style and social work environment with job satisfaction as a mediator. This research is a type of quantitative study conducted at PT PNM Mekaar Region Surabaya 1. The data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling. This study's population comprises PT PNM Mekaar Region Surabaya 1 employees. The analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that the servant leadership style affects job satisfaction, and the social work environment also affects job satisfaction. Moreover, the servant leadership style influences turnover intention. However, the social work environment does not affect turnover intention, and job satisfaction moderately influences turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of Penta Helix Model actors on the development of Halal Tourism in Trowulan, Mojokerto Regency and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of the role of penta helix model actors on the development of halal tourism in Trowulan, Mojokerto Regency. The results of this study are five actors in the form of government, business, community, academics, and media that play a role in the development of halal tourism in Trowulan. The conclusion of this research is that the penta helix actors are not running optimally because there is no binding regulation for the five roles to collaborate with each other and there is no legal umbrella for the development of halal tourism. The research suggestion is that the government forms a team consisting of the roles of the penta helix and makes a legal umbrella for reference to the development of halal tourism in Trowulan, Mojokerto district.

Abstract

Building a culture of safety and risk management is an important element to improve patient safety and quality of service. The aim of this research is to identify the relationship between Safety Culture and Risk Management on Patient Safety Incidents in the Inpatient Room at Stella Maris Hospital, Makassar. The research method uses a descriptive approach, with a cross sectional method. The research sample was 57 nurses in the Inpatient Room at Stella Maris Hospital, Makssar, using a simple random sampling technique. From the results of the Spearman correlation test, it was found that the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.575, which means that the level of strength of the relationship (correlation) between risk management and patient safety incidents is 0.575 or very strong. The correlation coefficient number is positive which indicates a unidirectional relationship, the resulting Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 where this result is <0.05, there is a significant relationship between risk management and patient safety incidents. The conclusion and implementation of the research results is that a good safety culture and risk management will reduce patient safety incidents and improve the quality of service and patient safety

Abstract

Patient safety is one of the key indicators of healthcare service quality. This study evaluates strategies for developing a safety culture in hospitals, focusing on shifting from a blame culture to a learning culture. The research employs Systematic Literature Review techniques. The findings indicate that management commitment, psychological safety, and staff engagement are critical components in fostering an effective safety culture. The study suggests the importance of continuous training and supportive reporting systems as strategies to enhance patient safety. This research contributes to a better understanding of how safety culture can be strengthened in hospital environments.

Abstract

Puskesmas is a place where promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative health efforts are carried out by the government, regional government and community. The main aim of this research is to obtain an epidemiological picture of the implementation of the first month of the Puskesmas Mini Workshop in Jeneponto Regency in 2024. This research uses a descriptive survey method. The results showed that 7 (35%) Community Health Centers carried out mini workshops (Lokmin) in the first month on time, 13 (65%) not on time, and 11 (55%) produced annual RPK, and 9 (45%) did not produce Annual RPK. 8 (40%) Puskesmas produce monthly RPKs, and 12 (60%) do not produce monthly RPKs. 2 (10%) Community Health Centers carry out the distribution of tasks for the target areas (Darbin), and 18 (90%). 7 (35%) community health centers produced a Proposed Activity Plan (RUK) for the coming year, while 13 (65%) did not produce a RUK for the coming year. 19 (95%) community health centers produced a Strategic Plan, while 1 (5%) did not produce a Strategic Plan. Therefore, policy makers must evaluate the head of the community health center as an additional position to assess the implementation of the main duties and functions. The head of the community health center pays more attention to the Puskesmas management cycle to increase the accuracy of the TPCB in accompanying the mini workshop. The RPK report and Decree of the Person in Charge of Darbin must be sent to the Health Service no later than the second week of January of the current year. using RUK as a source for Village and District Musrenbang proposals

Abstract

This study examines at how gamification and hedonism value influence product purchasing decisions using the TikTok app, with a focus on Generation Z in Gresik, East Java. The study used quantitative methods and a correlational research design, with a questionnaire distributed to Muslim Generation Z individuals aged 18-28 who were selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed with linear regression. The results show that while hedonism value influences purchasing decisions, gamification does not. Gamification and hedonism value both influence product purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of Customer Engagement, Service Quality and Brand Trust on the Brand Loyalty of the Jambuluwuk Malioboro Hotel. The research sample was 290 respondents who were determined using purposive sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that customer involvement, service quality, brand trust have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. Customer involvement is the most dominant variable influencing brand loyalty.
