Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Live Shopping and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) on consumer purchase decisions, with Seller Credibility as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was applied by distributing questionnaires to respondents who had purchased electronic products through the Shopee platform. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results reveal that Live Shopping and BNPL have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase decisions. Furthermore, Seller Credibility moderates the relationship between Live Shopping and purchase decisions, and strengthens the effect of BNPL on purchase decisions. These findings suggest that marketing strategies based on interactive engagement and flexible payment methods effectively enhance consumers’ purchase intentions and decisions on e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Price Perception and Perceived Product Quality on Purchase Intention through Brand Awareness as a mediating variable. The research focuses on consumers initial perceptions of a local jewelry business in Bali. A quantitative approach was employed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results show that Price Perception has a positive but insignificant effect on Purchase Intention, while Perceived Product Quality has a positive and significant effect. Both Price Perception and Perceived Product Quality significantly influence Brand Awareness, and Brand Awareness itself significantly affects Purchase Intention. The mediation analysis reveals that Brand Awareness fully mediates the relationship between Price Perception and Purchase Intention, and partially mediates the relationship between Perceived Product Quality and Purchase Intention. Overall, the findings highlight the crucial role of brand awareness in enhancing purchase intention, particularly for local jewelry businesses that have not yet actively engaged in digital promotion.

Abstract

In the increasingly competitive logistics industry, companies must develop competitive advantages through the improvement of digital service quality that delivers value and positive experiences for customers. High-quality technology-based services can create customer satisfaction and foster loyalty toward the company. This study aims to examine the effect of E-Service Quality on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable at J&T Cargo Kapten Regug. This research employs a quantitative associative approach. Data were collected from 120 customers of J&T Cargo Kapten Regug who have used digital services such as the application, website, or online tracking system. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Moreover, E-Service Quality has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Satisfaction positively affects Customer Loyalty. The findings also reveal that Customer Satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between E-Service Quality and Customer Loyalty. This study supports the Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM), which explains that satisfaction arises when service performance meets or exceeds customer expectations, and such satisfaction becomes the foundation for building customer loyalty toward J&T Cargo’s digital services.

Abstract

Bali’s tourism sector continues to strengthen, supported by its positive image and the steady increase in both domestic and international visitor arrivals. Most tourists come to Bali not only to enjoy its well-known attractions but also to seek a complete experience ranging from the ambiance and service to the overall impression they receive after dining. Avera Bali, a restaurant located in Legian, has experienced fluctuating customer visits from January to July 2025. This instability is suspected to be related to varying Google Review comments, including critiques about long waiting times for food, overly loud music, and insufficient service quality. This study aims to determine whether restaurant atmosphere, service quality, and product quality influence repurchase intention. A quantitative approach was used by distributing questionnaires to 144 respondents who met specific criteria. The research instruments included descriptive statistics, validity tests, and reliability tests, followed by classical assumption testing and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings show that restaurant atmosphere, service quality, and product quality each have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Future research is advised to enhance the overall dining environment, provide regular staff training, maintain product consistency, and incorporate additional variables that may influence repurchase intention, as well as examine different objects to broaden and compare the results.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and explain in depth the concept of leadership from the perspective of the Qur'an through a descriptive qualitative approach with a thematic interpretation method (tafsir maudhui). The focus of the study is directed to verses that contain leadership values and principles, such as the caliphate, imamah, wali and ulil al-amr, which are the basis for the formation of the character and responsibilities of a leader in the Islamic view. The main data are obtained from the verses of the Qur'an and classical and contemporary tafsir such as Tafsir al-Ṭabari, Tafsir al-Qurṭubi, and Tafsir al-Mishbah. Through thematic analysis, this study found that the concept of leadership in the Qur'an is rooted in spiritual and moral values A leader in the view of the Qur'an is not only a holder of power, but also a servant of the ummah who is obliged to uphold justice, maintain trust, and direct society towards the common good. These values show that leadership in Islam has a strong ethical and social dimension, not just administrative or political. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the development of the concept of Islamic leadership derived from the Qur'an and provide practical guidance for modern leaders in applying Qur'anic values in social and institutional contexts. The results of this study confirm that the Qur'anic leadership model is relevant to build a leadership system that is just, trustworthy, and oriented towards the benefit of the ummah.
