Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in education has created new opportunities for improving academic writing in higher education. This study investigates the utilization of Chat GPT, an artificial intelligence-powered conversational model, as a tool to assist in writing. Students who used Chat GPT for academic writing were interviewed using a qualitative approach and semi-structured interviews. The data research showed that Chat GPT provides consumers with information regarding its origins, advantages, and trustworthiness. Additionally, it is regarded as a valuable instrument for creating ideas and facilitating the writing process. Nevertheless, the study revealed both benefits and drawbacks associated with its utilization, emphasizing the importance for teachers to maintain a balance between its advantages and potential negatives. The outcomes offer a more profound comprehension of Chat GPT's function in academic writing and propose additional investigation to evaluate its enduring influence on students' writing abilities and rectify any partiality in AI-generated text

Abstract

This study examines 43 master's students' perceptions of ChatGPT in English language learning at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Using a descriptive quantitative methodology, data was gathered via questionnaires and interviews. Results show positive attitudes towards ChatGPT, with most students finding it user-friendly and beneficial for reading, writing, and cultural understanding. However, they are less confident in its ability to improve listening and speaking skills. Concerns include potential plagiarism, information leakage, and accuracy of content. Despite these issues, students find ChatGPT helpful and call for more structured guidance to enhance its integration into language learning. The study underscores the need for strategies to optimize ChatGPT’s benefits while mitigating its limitations

Abstract

Inflation and foreign investment have an important impact on economic growth in a province, including Banten Province. Investment can open up extensive employment opportunities. This research method uses a literature review method. Literature review is an important stage in research which aims to collect, analyze and summarize information from various sources relevant to the research topic. The research results show that high inflation can reduce people's purchasing power, so that household consumption can decrease. When inflation is out of control, people will be more careful in spending, which can affect demand for goods and services. High inflation rates can create uncertainty in the market, thereby reducing investors' interest in investing. Conversely, low and stable inflation can encourage greater investment

Abstract

There are several models that can be used in analyzing a company's Financial Distress, the most widely used is the Altman model. The study aims to analyze and identify the influence of fundamental factors represented by ratios such as Sales Growth Analysis, ROA Ratio, Current Ratio, and Firm size on Financial Distress conditions. This research was conducted on financial statements of oil and gas mining sector. Data was collected using data panel with multiple linear regression technique analysis. Data was proceed using Eviews 12. The result show Sales growth, ROA, Current Ratio and TATO ratio have a partially significant effect on Financial Distress. Sales growth ROA, Current Ratio and TATO ratio together and a simultaneous have an effect on Financial Distress

Abstract

Solar power plants (PLTS) generate electricity from the energy of solar photons. Solar cells, or solar cells made of crystalline silicon, are examples of solar panels that generate electricity through the photovoltaic effect. Thus, the construction of solar power plants (PLTS) is one of the right choices to save energy. The purpose of this study is to utilize the energy that is owned and to introduce it to the surrounding community.  The community has widely used solar power generation (PLTS) technology, one of the main components of solar power plants is solar photovoltaic technology, which is used to operate juice blenders, cup sealers, and energy-efficient lighting. PLTS functions as an alternative energy source to help juice traders. Based on solar energy for this off-grid system, it has a power capacity of 3 x 200 WP. This monocrystalline solar panel also has a 300 Ah VRLA battery, a 2000 W inverter, and a 50 A solar charger controller (SCC). In addition, the PLTS off-grid system for juice traders has blender equipment, cup sealers, and lighting with an average power rating of 600 Watts. With an efficiency calculation of 80%, this system can be fully used to support business operations. This study is to develop and Design a 600-watt peak Solar Power Plant using an off-grid system for juice vendors that costs Rp. 22,000,000, including all essential components and services needed to ensure that the system can operate properly

Abstract

This research was carried out in four villages in Parungkuda sub-district, Sukabumi district, including Parungkuda Village, Sundaauthor Village, Kompa Village, Langensari Village. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of Village Fund Allocation income and Village Income on Infrastructure Development in four villages in Parungkuda sub-district, Sukabumi district. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study is the village financial report for 2019-2021. Based on the research results of the normality test with a value of 0.200 > 0.05, the multicollinearity test results VIF 0.10 <10.00, the Durbin-Waston autocorrelation test 2.4206, Village fund allocation Based on the value of r, calculate the Pearson correlation for the Village Fund Allocation variable (X1) = -0.206 < r table n = 12 samples from two-tailed test 0.576. Village income Based on r calculated Pearson correlation variable Original Village Income (X2) 0.395 < r table n = 12 samples from two-way test 0.576. So the Village Original Income variable (X2) has no positive relationship or correlation with the Infrastructure Development variable (Y) with a Pearson Correlation degree of 0.395, which is in the very low correlation category. And testing the hypothesis simultaneously with a value of 0, .394 > 0.05 means that the village fund allocation and village income variables simultaneously have no effect on the infrastructure development variable
