Jurnal Dehasen Untuk Negeri (Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) adalah jurnal multidisiplin ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Unived Press dengan menggunakan dua bahasa (Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia). Jurnal Dehasen Untuk Negeri merupakan jurnal yang bertaraf nasional yang memiliki fokus utama pada pengembangan ilmu-ilmu di bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat terbit dua kali dalam satu tahun yaitu pada bulan Januari dan Juli. Lingkup bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat antara lain meliputi pelatihan, pemasaran, keamanan pangan lokal, Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG), desain, pemberdayaan masyarakat, pendidikan untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan, Transfer Teknologi, Globalisasi dan Transformasi Sosial, Pengembangan Kompetensi dan Kewirausahaan, Pengembangan Ekonomi Kerakyatan, Rekayasa Sosial, Manajemen Konflik, dan Literasi Informasi Digital. Jurnal Dehasen Untuk Negeri, berisi berbagai kegiatan Mahasiswa dan Dosen sebagian besar di Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu dalam menangani dan mengelola berbagai potensi, hambatan, tantangan, dan masalah yang ada di masyarakat. Implementasi kegiatan layanan juga melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan mitra. Kegiatan pelayanan diorganisasikan menjadi kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

<![CDATA[Deaths from cervical cancer occur in low and middle income countries such as Indonesia, GLOBOCAN (2019) states that breast cancer ranks second in Indonesia as a cause of death from cancer. Public awareness to carry out early detection efforts for cancer results in many cancer patients who do not know about it and only use health services at a late stage, as a result of which maximum treatment cannot be carried out. Prevention of death can be overcome by increasing public knowledge and early detection efforts through breast self-examination (SADARI) and clinical breast examination (SADANIS)The purpose of this activity is to increase WUS knowledge and teach SADARI and SADANIS examinations.This activity was carried out from May to July 2024 in Bengkulu City on 50 WUS, by providing education about cancer to mobilizing the community to carry out SADARI independently and facilitating SADANIS activities in health service facilities that are referrals for WUS health insurance.The result is 80% of their knowledge increased, 100% were able to demonstrate SADARI according to SOP, 78% performed SADANIS in local health services with the result that no one was at risk of breast cancer. Providing education and simulation of SADARI and SADANIS activities effectively mobilizes the community to make efforts for early detection of breast cancer. The role of health workers in disseminating health information and simulations with the community directly can improve optimal health levels.]]>

<![CDATA[Building Early Childhood Social Emotional Skills Through Science Video Media discusses the importance of social emotional development in early childhood, which includes the ability to recognize, understand and manage emotions, and build positive relationships with others. These abilities are the foundation for children's success in learning and life, yet many young children still face limitations in this aspect. Science video media offers an innovative solution with engaging visual content and evocative narration, which not only builds curiosity towards science but also teaches social-emotional values through real-life situations. Despite its great potential, the implementation of this media faces challenges, such as the lack of understanding of educators and parents, limited technological infrastructure, and the risk of children's dependence on digital media. Through this community service program, educators and parents are educated on the use of science video media to create relevant, engaging, and holistic learning, which is expected to improve children's social-emotional abilities while strengthening the quality of education in the digital era.]]>

<![CDATA[Rice plants are the main food source in Indonesia which has the potential to continue to be increased in supporting rice self-sufficiency with significant production. However, rat pest attacks can reduce rice production by up to 37%. Through this community service program, the aimed is for farmers in Sumbersari Village, Sumberharta District to be able to carry out more efficient and effective pest control techniques through the gropyokan method. This activity will take place from June to August 2024 and will involve the active participation of more than 80% of local farmers. The results of this gropyokan activity showed that more than 500 rats were successfully caught. This activity also showed that rat pest attacks decreased by 30% after the implementation of the activity. Besides that, this program not only increases the effectiveness of pest control but also strengthens solidarity and cooperation between farmers. Awareness of the importance of environmentally friendly methods in pest control is growing, encouraging farmers to schedule regular gropyokan activities. This activity not only provides a practical solution to the problem of rat pests, but also fosters a spirit of collaboration and environmental awareness among village communities.]]>

<![CDATA[Small-scale local entrepreneurs are often the pulse of the grassroots economy that supports the pulse of daily life. Seblak Cik Maya is one of the local businesses that is growing in Bengkulu City and is engaged in the culinary specialty. In the midst of the digital era that continues to develop, traditional strategies are starting to be abandoned and shifting towards a digital-based system. This study aims to optimize the digital marketing strategy that can be implemented by Seblak Cik Maya in order to reach a wider market and increase sales. The method used is descriptive qualitative through direct observation, interviews with business owners, and documentation of marketing activities that have been carried out. The results show that with the right digital approach, Seblak Cik Maya has the potential to increase brand visibility and expand customer reach. This study provides a contribution in the form of understanding and technical assistance regarding digital marketing based on social media for local entrepreneurs. In addition, this study also provides implementation recommendations that can be used as a reference by similar MSMEs in adapting digitalization as a sustainable means in the current era of digital transformation.]]>

<![CDATA[In Indonesia, breast cancer attacks more women than men (KPKN, 2015), and around 70% of breast cancer patients come to the hospital in an advanced stage (Despitasari, 2017). The prognosis of breast cancer is closely related to the stage at which the cancer is diagnosed. An earlier diagnosis will help reduce mortality from breast cancer, therefore several screening and early diagnostic programs have been developed to detect breast cancer in the early stages (Rukmi, 2017). Breast self-examination (SADARI), clinical breast examination (CBE), and mammography are used as references for breast cancer screening (KPKN, 2015). One of the efforts that can be made in the context of early detection of breast cancer is breast self-examination (SADARI), which is an examination carried out by a person to detect breast conditions.]]>

<![CDATA[The purposed of this activity is carried out to provide intervention in the form of psicoeducation that counseling to parents who have toddlers. The goal is to increase parental knowledge and awareness regarding parenting patterns that parents have that can affect tantrums in children. This intervention provides information about the definition of tantrums, forms of tantrums, causes of tantrums, impacts of tantrums, how to handle tantrums, and how to prevent tantrums. The service provider hopes that the intervention carried out can help parents to better understand and realize the impacts of improper tantrum handling, so that parents can provide appropriate parenting patterns in handling tantrums. Then based on the results of the pre-test and post-test of the counseling that has been carried out, it was obtained that there was an increase in parental knowledge regarding parenting patterns for tantrums in children.]]>

<![CDATA[The Family Hope Programme (PKH) is an effort to accelerate poverty by the Government of Indonesia since 2007. The community receiving PKH assistance tends to be passive in managing the assistance received, so that the positive impact on improving the quality of life is still limited and seems to wait or depend on the next assistance (periodic assistance). Dusun Besar Village is one of the villages that is still a PKH beneficiary, namely 115 households. Based on the survey results, it can be concluded that partners (PKH group in Dusun Besar Village) need training and assistance to be able to achieve the long-term goals of the PKH programme. The training and assistance needed is a Marketing Management Workshop on basic entrepreneurship. The purpose of the Community Service aims to provide education and strengthening about basic entrepreneurship through workshops and training activities for PKH beneficiary families in Dusun Besar Village, Singaran Pati District, Bengkulu City. This activity is carried out with stages of problem identification, training consisting of lecture, discussion and hands-on practice methods as well as mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. Participants of this activity are members of PKH beneficiaries from Dusun Besar Village, totalling 35 people. The results showed an increase in knowledge, motivation and skills of partners which had an impact on improving the welfare of families receiving the PKH programme in Dusun Besar Village, Singaran Pati District, Bengkulu City.]]>

<![CDATA[The Merdeka Mengajar Platform application is a technology platform provided to be a driving companion for teachers and principals in teaching, learning, and working. The Merdeka Mengajar Platform was built to support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum so that it can help teachers get references, inspiration, and understanding in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The Community Service Team consisting of Lecturers and Students carried out community service activities, especially at the Rejang Lebong Regency Coordinator. Rejang Lebong has not fully understood how to implement the School Mover Program, so the results of observations and interviews from various School Parties, both Elementary and Junior High Schools along with the Education Office conveyed that the problems they are currently facing are the difficulty of learning the PMM (Merdeka Mengajar Platform) and understanding the Pancasila P5 Profile. Thus, the BPMP took the initiative to invite cooperation with Lecturers at the FKIP Dehasen University Bengkulu to support the acceleration of the Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Rejang Lebong. The objectives of this activity are: Providing socialization and training on the use of the Teaching Platform to Junior High School Teachers in Rejang Lebong, Providing socialization and understanding of the Pancasila P5 Profile to Junior High School Teachers in Rejang Lebong. The results of this activity are Community Service Material as additional knowledge for Junior High School Teachers of Rejang Lebong Region II. that it turns out that the use of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform Application is very important. The community service participants were very enthusiastic and excited to participate in the activity, the Pancasila P5 Profile understanders and Junior High School Teachers of Rejang Lebong Region II really felt the effects of the benefits of knowledge about P5.]]>
