Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak implementasi Sustainable Human Resource Management (S-HRM) terhadap kinerja organisasi dan keberlanjutan lingkungan pada industri pariwisata di Bali. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori, penelitian ini melibatkan manajer SDM, supervisor, dan kepala departemen hotel sebagai responden untuk menilai sejauh mana praktik S-HRM diterapkan dan berpengaruh terhadap indikator kinerja organisasi, seperti produktivitas, efisiensi operasional, serta stabilitas tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik S-HRM, termasuk rekrutmen hijau, pelatihan green skills, program kesejahteraan karyawan, dan penerapan perilaku ramah lingkungan, berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja organisasi. Selain itu, S-HRM juga berkontribusi signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan lingkungan melalui upaya pengurangan limbah, efisiensi energi, serta peningkatan kesadaran ekologis karyawan. Kinerja organisasi terbukti memediasi hubungan antara S-HRM dan keberlanjutan lingkungan, menunjukkan bahwa organisasi dengan kinerja lebih baik memiliki kapasitas lebih kuat dalam menerapkan praktik-praktik keberlanjutan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi strategi S-HRM dalam pengelolaan SDM perhotelan untuk memastikan keberhasilan jangka panjang sekaligus mendukung pariwisata berkelanjutan di Bali.

Abstract

Mahasiswi keperawatan merupakan kelompok yang rentan mengalami masalah kesehatan mental akibat tuntutan akademik, praktik klinik, serta adaptasi sosial, khususnya bagi mereka yang tinggal di asrama. Dukungan teman sebaya dipandang sebagai salah satu faktor protektif yang berperan penting dalam menjaga kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dukungan teman sebaya terhadap kesehatan mental mahasiswi keperawatan penghuni asrama putri. Penelitian menggunakan desain mixed methods dengan pendekatan sequential explanatory. Tahap kuantitatif melibatkan 34 responden dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dukungan teman sebaya (4 item) dan Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji Spearman Rank. Tahap kualitatif dilakukan melalui pertanyaan terbuka untuk memperdalam hasil kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki dukungan teman sebaya yang tinggi, namun kecemasan masih menjadi masalah kesehatan mental yang dominan. Uji Spearman menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara dukungan teman sebaya dengan stres, kecemasan, dan depresi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan teman sebaya berperan sebagai faktor protektif dalam menjaga kesehatan mental mahasiswi keperawatan penghuni asrama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi konsumen terhadap ketimpangan promosi antara menu pastry dan menu kitchen di Koze Patisserie, di mana promosi menu kitchen dinilai kurang optimal dibandingkan dengan promosi menu pastry. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan rendahnya perhatian (attention), minat (interest), dan daya ingat (recall) konsumen terhadap produk kitchen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan observasi lapangan dan wawancara mendalam kepada konsumen yang pernah berkunjung ke Koze Patisserie. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara sistematis untuk memahami bagaimana ketidakseimbangan promosi memengaruhi persepsi dan preferensi konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dominasi promosi menu pastry memperkuat citra produk tersebut, sementara menu kitchen kurang mendapat eksposur yang memadai sehingga dianggap kurang menarik dan kurang dikenal. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi promosi yang seimbang untuk membangun persepsi positif konsumen terhadap seluruh lini produk Koze Patisserie.

Abstract

Used cooking oil is a waste product from frying activities that poses a threat to the environment if not managed properly. This study aims to convert used cooking oil into environmentally friendly biolubricants through four main stages. The first stage involves activating zeolite catalysts using 6 M HCl solution to enhance their surface reactivity. This is followed by esterification and transesterification processes using 75% methanol to convert free fatty acids in the oil into methyl esters. The final stage is the synthesis of biolubricants by adding ethylene glycol to improve the lubricating properties of the final product. The best results were obtained at a reaction time of 60 minutes, producing biolubricants with a density of 0.854 g/ml, kinematic viscosity of 19.9 cSt, and a pour point of 2 °C. These values meet the quality standards for lubricants based on SNI 7182:2015, SNI 7069-10:2017, and SNI 06-7069.5-2005. This study demonstrates that used cooking oil can be transformed into a high-value, biodegradable product that is not only environmentally friendly but also a promising alternative to petroleum-based lubricants.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana tujuan program tercapai serta bagaimana kualitas kebahasaan laporan aksi sosial yang disusun oleh mahasiswa Teknik Eksplorasi Produksi Migas pada kegiatan di sekolah menengah pertama di sekitar lingkungan industri migas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis isi terhadap dua puluh laporan aksi sosial mahasiswa. Fokus analisis diarahkan pada kesesuaian antara tujuan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta pada aspek kebahasaan laporan yang mencakup ejaan, keefektifan kalimat, kepaduan paragraf, dan kelengkapan unsur laporan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar laporan telah menggambarkan ketercapaian tujuan kegiatan dengan cukup baik. Sekitar 70% laporan menunjukkan keselarasan antara tujuan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan, yang tercermin dari adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa SMP mengenai keselamatan dan safety sign. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat laporan yang belum sepenuhnya menjelaskan keterkaitan antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Dari sisi kebahasaan, kualitas laporan mahasiswa masih beragam. Sekitar 30% laporan masih ditemukan kesalahan ejaan, penggunaan kalimat yang kurang efektif, serta kurangnya kepaduan paragraf dan pemanfaatan landasan teori. Secara umum, kegiatan aksi sosial mahasiswa dapat dikatakan berjalan cukup efektif. Namun, laporan kegiatan sebagai karya akademik masih memerlukan penguatan, khususnya dalam aspek kebahasaan dan pendalaman analisis agar lebih sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan ilmiah.

Abstract

Agriculture is a vital sector for the majority of Indonesians, especially in regions with unique agroecological characteristics such as East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province. Existing conditions indicate that some agriculture in NTT's drylands is still rain-fed. One modern irrigation technology that offers a potential solution to overcome these challenges and is relevant for dryland conditions is the sprinkler irrigation system. This system operates by spraying water onto agricultural land in the form of fine droplets, resembling natural rainwater, thereby offering specific advantages over other systems. The development of digital technology presents opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of sprinkler irrigation systems by integrating them with the Internet of Things (IoT). By utilizing IoT-based controllers, sprinkler systems can be operated, monitored, and managed remotely in real-time via smart devices, such as smartphones or mini-computers. The results of this Community Partnership Empowerment (CPE) activity indicate that the application of sprinkler irrigation technology can increase farmer productivity and reduce water consumption by approximately one cubic meter (m³) per week. The results are very suitable and have the potential to be applied in dryland areas such as NTT.

Abstract

The stunting prevalence rate indicates the percentage of toddlers whose height is below the standard for their age, indicating chronic nutritional problems. Stunting is a complex health problem, which not only impacts children's physical growth, but also cognitive development and long-term productivity. Therefore, handling stunting requires a holistic approach and strong collaboration between the government, the community, and various related sectors. This study aims to determine the effect of simulation training models and conventional training models (lectures) in detecting stunting and to determine the most dominant effect between simulation training and conventional training (lectures) in detecting stunting at the Dorekar Community Health Center. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test with a control group design. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect between the simulation training model and conventional training (lectures) on improving the ability of cadres in detecting stunting at the Dorekar Community Health Center (p = .001). The analysis of the difference test showed that the simulation model has a more significant effect than conventional training (lectures) on improving the ability of cadres in detecting stunting (p = .001). The conclusion is that there is an increase in the cadre's abilities after participating in training using simulation methods and conventional methods (lectures), and the simulation training model is more influential than the conventional training model (lectures) in improving the cadre's abilities.

Abstract

Abstract: Jamu is declared as a beverage full of benefits, becoming a local treasure of Java that has been passed down by the ancestors. There is a strong philosophy that shapes the history of jamu, namely “djampi oesodo”. The philosophy of djampi oesodo emphasizes the concept of balance between nature and the human soul, body, and mind. In theory, this philosophy is in line with the concept of wellness tourism, so there is strong potential to strengthen the djampi oesodo narrative in the modern understanding of jamu, which aims to enhance the tourist experience in interpreting jamu as a healthy drink. Unfortunately, however, the djampi oesodo narrative does not go hand in hand with the popularity of modern jamu. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method through data collection via literature review and interviews. The data in this study is used to formulate strategies to strengthen the djampi oesodo narrative as a potential wellness tourism concept in the modern era.

Abstract

Kuliner tradisional perlu dilestarikan agar dapat bersaing dengan produk modern. Otak-otak ikan sebagai makanan lokal Indonesia menghadapi tantangan minimalnya inovasi variasi rasa yang menurunkan daya saing terhadap kuliner modern. Oncom sebagai produk fermentasi lokal yang kaya nutrisi dan mudah dipadukan dengan berbagai olahan makanan berpotensi menjadi bahan substitusi untuk menciptakan variasi rasa baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh substitusi oncom terhadap karakteristik organoleptik otak-otak ikan dan menentukan formulasi optimal. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen kuantitatif dengan menguji tiga formulasi substitusi oncom 40%, 60%, dan 80% dari total adonan. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Friedman untuk memunculkan mutual hedonik dan tingkat kesukaan terhadap atribut warna, aroma, rasa, dan tekstur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan substitusi oncom memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan (p<0,05) terhadap seluruh atribut organoleptik. Sampel 60% oncom memperoleh Mean Rank tertinggi dengan karakteristik warna cokelat keemasan merata, aroma khas harmonis, rasa sangat gurih, dan tekstur optimal. Substitusi oncom 60% merupakan formulasi terbaik yang menghasilkan mutu hedonik optimal dan tingkat penerimaan tertinggi, sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai produk inovasi otak-otak ikan yang kompetitif dan mendukung pelestarian kuliner tradisional Indonesia.

Abstract

His study aims to analyze the physical characteristics of sediments based on grain size and grain shape in order to interpret sediment provenance, transportation processes, and depositional environments. Granulometric analysis was carried out using the sieve analysis method with a series of graded sieves to obtain grain size distribution. The grain size data were then classified using the Wentworth Scale to identify sediment types and interpret the energy conditions of the depositional environment. In addition to grain size analysis, morphometric analysis was conducted by measuring the three main axes of sediment grains (length, width, and thickness) and determining grain roundness using the Powers Scale (1953) to infer transport distance and intensity. This research was conducted in the Puay and Abe Pantai areas, Jayapura, which were selected due to their diverse sediment types ranging from clay to pebble-sized materials. The results indicate that variations in grain size and grain shape reflect differences in energy conditions and depositional mechanisms at the study sites. Therefore, granulometric and morphometric analyses are effective methods for interpreting sedimentary processes and depositional environment characteristics in coastal areas.
