Abstract

This study aims to understand the strengthening of madrasa literacy through managing change in the Tyagi model at MTs Negeri 1 Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study, where the researcher uses interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain accurate and valid data. The data analysis uses an interactive analytical model from Miles and Huberman, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the strengthening of madrasa literacy through the management of changes in the Tyagi model at MTs Negeri 1 Probolinggo was carried out through; 1) The power of change, 2) Recognizing and identifying problems, 3) The problem-solving process, 4) Implementation of change, and 5) monitoring, evaluating and measuring change. This research has implications for the importance of literacy culture for madrasas in realizing their vision and mission, so they must be managed in a planned and systematic manner.

Abstract

The background of this research is that children's cognitive abilities are lacking due to the lack of utilizing learning media, only using their fingers to say numbers. The teacher still focuses on using the singing method, so the children get bored and ignore the teacher. The purpose of this study was to improve the numeracy skills of children at Aisyiyah Kindergarten Bustanul Athfal 3 Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Cognitive ability is an ability or thought process, namely the individual's ability to connect, assess, and consider an event or event. Indicators in this study include mentioning numbers 1-20, sorting numbers 1-20, connecting numbers with objects. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research was conducted in 2 cycles. 1 cycle consisting of 2 actions. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing or observing, and reflecting. This research is collaborative between researchers and classroom teachers; data collection methods to improve cognitive abilities are collected through observation and documentation. Number ball game through indicators mentioning numbers 1-20, ordering numbers 1-20, and connecting numbers with objects. The results obtained from the two cycles were very significant in increasing children's cognitive abilities. Before the action was taken, the child's ability was still 32%, with the criteria for the child starting to develop (BB). After taking action, the child's development began to increase, namely, in the first cycle, the child's cognitive ability became 44% with the criteria for starting to develop (MB), in the second cycle, the child's cognitive ability increased to 73% with the criteria developing as expected (BSH). In cycle II, the agreed target was 70%. The conclusion of this researcher is that through playing numbers ball activities, children's cognitive abilities in TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 3 Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara Regency can be improved. Abstract

As one of the schools that is in great demand by students, SMA Negeri 2 Samarinda is an educational institution that has a good and systematic quality of educational services. So from this, it can encourage an effective and efficient educational process. This is undoubtedly influenced by the implementation of administrative management, which is reflected in the implementation of the duties of administrative staff and library staff in providing good administrative services and management to students at school. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of administrative management at SMA Negeri 2 Samarinda through the implementation of the duties of administrative staff and library staff. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Samarinda. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely an approach based on phenomena or realities that occur in the field. Sources of data in this study were the Principal, administrative staff, and library staff, using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in research, namely using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that SMA Negeri 2 Samarinda carries out the implementation of school administration management well. This is illustrated by the implementation of administrative staff duties, which include staff and student management, presentation of school data, preparation of an inventory of archival storage equipment, and implementation of school environment maintenance. And also, the duties of a librarian include procurement, processing, and empowerment of library books. So that from the implementation of administrative management, can encourage good educational services in achieving the desired educational goals. Keywords: Implementation, Management, Service

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the character through the domain of cognition and behavior. That the domain of cognition and behavior consists of three domains of intelligence; Cognitive, affective and psychomotor play an important role in shaping personality. However, it should be realized that each domain has a specific function in stimulating the pattern of autonomous psychological traits. The method used is qualitative analysis based on critical analysis approach. The results of the study show that there are various patterns of individual character in thinking, acting and acting. Observing the existence of function limitations, it is necessary to balance the internal domains, harmonize and synergize them with other domains. This is intended so that the internalization of positive values ​​instilled in each domain for the formation of good character can be carried out in a directed, simultaneous and optimal manner. Full awareness (conscious awareness) thinking activities that are connected through the work function of the brain can basically build connectedness and influence each other between domains in shaping behavior. Its optimization requires harmonization between body and spirit, mind and heart, knowledge and charity. With it, the intellectual clarity that a person has is not only in the normative-idealistic but empirical-applicative aspects. Ihsan, who has a core of moral values, is able to move conscious awareness while still standing on his strong individuality to also bring benefits among others, including relationships with his natural environment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research, inspired by the publication of the Minister of Education and Culture number 20 of 2018 concerning strengthening character education in formal education units, states that strengthening character education is an educational movement that is the responsibility of each educational unit to strengthen the character or character of students through a balance between Thoughts and sports that involve a partnership of several components, namely between the family education unit and the community, are part of the National Mental Revolution Movement (GNRM). One of the character values ​​that according to the researcher has an important role in shaping the character of students in the Indonesian context is religious values. Indonesia as a country based on God Almighty (read: holding fast to religious values) makes religious values ​​a guide in the life of its people. if it is specified in the implementation of education, then one of the components that play a role in the formation of this character is Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This study aims to determine the form of integration of character education values ​​in PAI learning at boarding school-based schools in Indonesia. Based on the findings and results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there are several character values ​​developed by PAI teachers in learning, namely: religious, honest, literacy, curiosity, communication, social care, environmental care and discipline. activities that are prioritized in its implementation.

Abstract

Evaluation is very important for a program.model for assessing a program is the Kirkpatrick model which consists of the reaction level, learning level, behavior level, and final outcome level. This evaluation model is one of the most popular educational evaluation models around the world, and has been widely used to evaluate training programs in various countries. However, this model has never been used to evaluate Dai's Special Program at the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences, Antasari State Islamic University, Banjarmasin, so the results are not yet known. Therefore, the authors are interested in conducting an evaluation study of the Dai Special Program based on the Kirkpatrick evaluation model. The results of this mixed methods research show that the Dai Special Program at the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences, Antasari State Islamic University Banjarmasin at the reaction level, learning level, and behavior level has been implemented well. However, the results of the evaluation at the final outcome level show that this program still needs improvement because the results of this program have not shown optimal results.

Abstract

The need for various innovations in Islamic religious learning in schools is a necessity that must be carried out to develop the quality of education. One aspect that allows innovation in learning is the use of methods that vary according to the situation and condition of the class. The use of appropriate methods in learning is one of the steps that must be taken in order to achieve learning objectives. The proverbs method can be an alternative in responding to the demands of innovation and variation in the learning process. This study aims to describe the concept of the proverb method and its implementation in learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Sources of data obtained from various books, books, and journal articles will be analyzed and presented in the form of a description. The results of the research show that the proverb method is a method of simulating something abstract with something more concrete and easy to understand. The Proverbs method also gives and motivates people to act according to the purpose of the parable if it is something the soul likes; on the other hand, it also encourages people not to act like the parable because it is something that is hated by the human conscience.

Abstract

This article discusses the problems of managing micro, small and medium enterprises to improve the welfare of the people who demand their existence. The purpose of this research is how the problems of managing MSMEs are to improve community welfare, how are the internal and external conditions of MSMEs, how is the urgency of handling them and what are the priority strategies of MSMEs. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with SWOT analysis and the QSPM method. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it can be ascertained that micro, small and medium enterprises in Langkat district are in the status of a turn-around strategy. The meaning is to minimize weaknesses and seize opportunities. Currently, Langkat Regency MSMEs are indeed developing. The weakness comes from the MSME actors themselves while the opportunities come from outside opportunities and the QSPM matrix is generated from the SWOT matrix contained in the WO strategy. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the urgency, art, and essence of the new halal logo design issued by the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH) after the enactment of Law Number 33 of 2014 and Government Regulation Number 39 of 2021 concerning the transfer of authority for administering halal certification from LPPOM of Indonesian Council of Ulama to the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH). BPJPH's Halal Logo Design reaps the pros and cons of the Muslim community in Indonesia, both in terms of Arabic writing, the shape of the halal logo that resembles a puppet, and the urgency of a total change from the halal logo of the Indonesian Council of Ulama. This research is interesting to study because the halal logo design is a sign of halal certification of a product and is a halal guarantee for Muslim consumers in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a normative juridical approach because it discusses regulations related to guaranteeing halal products in Indonesia both in terms of urgency, art, and essence. This study describes that the total change of the halal logo is not urgent to improve the quality of halal product assurance services in Indonesia. BPJPH's halal logo design puts more emphasis on art than Halal writing in Arabic as a sign that the product is "Halal" so it is difficult to read as a "Halal" sign. The essence of the halal logo is as a sign that the product has been certified halal by BPJPH so that the certainty of halal writing is more considered. Keywords: logo, halal, BPJPH, urgency

Abstract

The complex Indonesian society requires the residents to always maintain good relations to realize a harmonious life with each other. Peaceful and conflict are the potential two poles presenting in human life. Maintaining stable community conditions is a shared responsibility, from the government to the small community level. Besides, the level of the role of academics, especially students, becomes important as an object of research. Religious moderation is a wise attitude toward one's self during the conditions of a multicultural and multireligious society. Researchers focus on how the attitude of religious moderation in the form of tolerance of students representing generation Z, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin, can be questioned. The students who are the object of their research are studying at FKIP, FK, and FEB. The results of research findings based on a standard of tolerance indicators that correspond to students’ response are more likely to be in an attitude of mutual respect, mutual help among each other, focus on equality, and always tolerance for all communities. In addition, the researchers classified the research findings based on the response of the answers on three categories of students: pluralist, inclusive, and exclusive. Potential attitudes tend to make students enter the pluralist category up to 53%. The type thus shows that students are more receptive to differences by supporting each other's good in the teachings of religions. Next, there are 41% enter the inclusive category. This category tends students to welcome differences in beliefs, but they still hold more of what is within the religions. The last category is exclusive, with 6% of the student classification results. This third catalog fully believes that goodness and truth are only in the person of his religion. Therefore, the three classifications' results show that Lambung Mangkurat University students tend to be more open to each other in the difference of beliefs. It will give positively impact on collaborative affairs in solving specific problems that need to be solved together, especially regarding the issues of this nation.
