Abstract

Spiritual Intelligence is intelligence that elevates the function of the soul in order to have the ability to have a complete understanding of the teachings of Islam and be able to apply it properly in daily life. Being a man of faith and fear of Allah SWT and being able to actualize himself in accordance with the teachings and norms of Islam with an Islamic personality and moral character. This study uses a qualitative approach using interview techniques on the research subjects. The results showed that the development of spiritual intelligence was carried out through religious activities such as praying before starting learning, reading Asmaul Husna, Dhuha prayer, dhuhur prayer in congregation and reading and writing the Qur'an after school.

In the era globalization which is happening at this time the0development of science and0technology0also plays an important role for students. Because in that case both must run in balance. Therefore the goverment agreed0to improve a policy which is to0improve the0quality0of0education. The achievement0of the0results0of0the quality0of0education is a step that must be done by a teacher with the results of the quality of education is astep that0must be0done0by a teacher with the results of the efforts of professional abilities possessed by the teacher. Like wise0with0islamic0religious0education0teachers have a very important role, which the teacher as a facilitator in the process of learning activities. Therefore, as a teacher must provide motivation to students because motivation is one of the factors that can affect the spirit of the students degrees. Abstract

The development of morality in Islam is a very important process in life, whether it is within the scope of the family or the wider community in general. This is the background for carrying out descriptive research on what morality is, what things can accelerate a teacher in fostering the morals of students, and what things can hinder a teacher from fostering the morals of students at SMPI Darussa'adah Poncokusumo . This research began on May 10-14, 2021. The research in a subject is the teacher, especially PAI teachers, and student. This study uses qualitative research techniques in order to understand what phenomena are the research subject are experienced. The result of the research include: 1) the moral condition of the students, 2) the causal factors that influence the development of morality, 3) the solution of the PAI teacher in dealing with the causes of the failure to foster the morals of the students. Kata kunci : Guru Pai, Akhlakul Karimah

Abstract

The reason for this study is to portray the job of Islamic strict training educators inexpanding understudy learning inspiration at MTs Raudhatul Ulum Karangploso,depict the procedures of Islamic strict schooling instructors in further developingunderstudy learning at MTs Raudhatul Ulum Krangploso, depict the repressing andsupporting variables in expanding understudy learning inspiration in MTs RaudatulUlum Karangploso. This examination utilizes a subjective methodology with a kindof contextual investigation approach. In gathering information, this study utilizedperception techniques, meetings and documentation. In the mean time, in actuallytaking a look at the legitimacy of information by testing trust, adaptability,steadfastness and confirmability. The results showed that the role of Islamic religiouseducation teachers in motivating students to improve learning outcomes at MTsRaudhatul Ulum Karangploso, namely Using varied teachi. Methods Islamic religiouseducation teacher strategies in improving student learning outcomes at MTsRaudhatul Ulum Krangploso, namely teachers here must attend training first toimprove the quality and learning resources. Abstract

Character education has been discussed for a long time, but it has not yet made significant changes to the world of education, on the contrary. All elements are expected to be able to work together in resolving this problem. Among parents, theachers and the community can provide exampels and teaching related to character education by looking Ki Hajar Dewantara dan ibnu miskawaih. This study that leads to the thinking of characters through sources such as documentation, books, and journals.

Abstract

Education is a container inherit and develop the knowledge, skills and expertise. Throught education most human can develop the potential and improve the level of live of them. Islam education is one of the siences that is always present in the education curriculum in Indonesia. Education of Islam aims to prepare students to believe, understand and practice the teaching of Islam throught the activities of learning, guidance or training. The reasearch is aimed to describe the character of discipline, motivation and interest in learning the students throught the subjects of aqidah akhlaq in MTs. Raudlatul Ulum Koarangploso Malang. In addition it is also to describe the obstacles thet experience by teachers in foster discipline, motivation and interest learning aqidah akhlaq along with the solution in MTs. Raudlatul Ulum Karangploso Malang. Research is using approach qualitative to perform retrieval of data throught observation, interviews0and0documentation.0The research0was conducted on students in MTs. Raudlatul Ulum Karangploso Malang. Results of the research were obtained by exposure to a resource, the efforts of teachers PAI in foster character discipline, motivation and interest in learning the students throught of subjects aqidah akhlaq in MTs. Raudlatul Ulum Karangploso Malang by way of peparing a plan of learning, creating an atmosphere that is pleasant in activity learning teaching, using the method of teaching that is not boring or varied, giving assigments to students, provide asseement or evaluation and give praise. The constraints are understood better by the teachers to foster an attitude of discipline, motivation and interest in learning is the lack of support from the parents of students to spur the spirit of0learning., the influence0of environment ot the0association of students at home, the influence of the gadgetor handphone and are not too interest with lessons of aqidah akhlaq.Key words : Character discipline, motivation, interest in learning.

Abstract

The Modern Guide of Al-Rifa'ie is one of the modern, modern-based pesantren whose vision is to print broad-knowledge, artful and noble saints. In the Modern Guidelines Al-figure’ie santri is taught constantly to respect teachers and parents. At Al Rifa'ie santri's modern hut was also taught to do all kinds of everyday life activities by holding on to the Islamic holy guiding. In fact, there have been applications of daily life activities that fall within the conscriptable hut ordinance for sanitation. And who is violating the rules established by the hut, would receive the punishment or commonly known as ta’zir by the Modern Pondoc, Al-Rifa'ie. Not all of the santri also implemented what was already a hut rule. And of course it falls into the category of character crisis in the Modern guide Al-Rifa'ie style. In such a condition, the effort to plant the values of educational character in the generation of national successors, especially in the Modern Pondoc's sandbox Al-Rifa'ie, is a must. Because education has a vital role in building the character and intelligence of the nation's children to make for a better generation. Because of that, educational implementation must be continuously built and developed in order for the results of educational implementation to produce quality generation.

Abstract

 Education is an aspect that has a strategic role in building intelligence as well as the personality of the human child for the better. Character education is a cultivation of character values to all schools which include elements of knowledge, awareness or willingness and actions to perform character values. Character education must also be based on Islamic religious education for Muslims and must begin at an early age. School is one of the determinants of achieving character education. Therefore, researchers conducted research on the implementation of character education in Islamic Religion subjects at Al-Rifa'ie Gondanglegi High School. This study used qualitative research methods. The results showed that the implementation of character education in the applied character education method was in the form of a Classic character education model.

Abstract

Education in high science has an important role, one of which is in the field of work. Higher education is one of the containers of several fields of education in which there is a class of a group of students. Increasingly intense competition in various aspects of life makes students required to be able to adjust to it. Not only in terms of intellectuals, but also demanded to be able to be responsible in the social field. The phenomenon of students workers in no stranger to be found in Malang Islamic Universities especially in the Faculty of Islamic Religion. Being a student worker is certainly not easy, they are required to be able to balance between time and activities in lectures and also their work, because this will impact on the learning achievements produced. In this study using a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of case study. Researchers used insteuments in the form of observation, interviews, documentation. From 15 student workers, the work fields of student workers in the Islamic Religion faculty of Malang Islamic University include 4 students as baristas, 4 students as teachers, 2 students as online shop traders, 1 student as waiters, 1 student as wedding organizer, 1 student as guard shop, 1 student as cleaning service, and also 1 student as graphic design. Face to face lecture activities of student workers who are pursuing work as teachers have better motivation to learn, because enthusiasm when students are learning in class increasing. The average value of each semester of student workers whose work in flexible and can condition between college and work activities, has a better average grade.

Abstract

Lack of attention and interest in islamic religious education in children on adolescent morals. Terefore, the formation of bad morals into good morals must be carried out regulary and directed, as is the case with praticipating in the Nurul Muttaqin ta’lim assembly. Whit this background, this research has a research focus, namely, to find out how the role of the Nurul Muttaqin ta’lim assembly in the formation of adolescent morals in Sitirejo Lemah Duwur Village. By using a qualitative approach and using the type of case study research is data collected in the from of pictures, written or spoken words from the people observased, this research is not in the from of numbers and not statistical data. From the results of observations and interviews that researchers have done, researchers found the results of the role of the Nurul Muttaqin congregation in the formation of adolescent morals, namely: inviting the community to be good citizens and parents for their children, inviting youth to familiarize and instilling the teachings of islam, providing aplace for teenagres and the community to study religious knowledge.
