Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) motivasi siswa; (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa; dan (3) upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) motivasi belajar siswa terdiri dari mengejar prestasi, melanjutkan jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, orang tua yang mendukung pendidikan di pesantren, dan guru yang selalu mendorong siswa agar semangat belajar; (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar adalah siswa yang lebih bersemangat melakukan kegiatan di luar kelas, kurang fokus pada pelajaran, lingkungan teman belajar yang kurang mendukung, tidak melaksanakan jam wajib sekolah, dan tidak disiplin dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler; Tiga upaya untuk mengatasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar adalah: melakukan pembinaan melalui penjaga ruangan bagi siswa pada umumnya dan siswa yang bermasalah pada khususnya; menjaga kualitas tidur; mendampingi kegiatan belajar mandiri; penjadwalan dan pengawasan berjenjang; dan pengumpulan data jadwal kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam rangka penentuan waktu kegiatan siswa.Kata Kunci: hirarki kebutuhan Abraham H. Maslow; pondok pesantren; motivasiAbstract: This research aims to find: (1) the motivation of the students; (2) the factors that influence students' learning motivation; and (3) efforts being made to overcome the factors that affect the students’ motivation to learn. This research is qualitative with a case study approach. By using the purposive sampling technique and snowball sampling. The results show: (1) student learning motivation consists of pursuing achievement, continuing higher education levels, parents who support education in boarding schools, and teachers who always encourage students to be enthusiastic about learning; (2) the factors that influence learning motivation are students who are more enthusiastic about doing activities outside the classroom, less focused on lessons, a less supportive friend environment for learning, not implementing compulsory school hours, and not being disciplined in organizing extracurricular activities; Three efforts to overcome the factors that influence learning motivation are: conducting coaching through room guardians for students in general and students with problems in particular; maintaining sleep quality; accompanying independent study activities; tiered scheduling and supervision; and collecting data on extracurricular activity schedules in the context of timing student activities.Keywords: Abraham H. Abstract

Abstrak: disiplin. (2) apakah terdapat pengaruh komunikasi terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. (3) ada tidaknya pengaruh pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. (4) apakah terdapat pengaruh motivasi, komunikasi, dan supervisi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pelabuhan Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Cabang Tanjung Emas Semarang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling sebanyak 104 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap disiplin kerja dengan nilai thitung (3,286) > ttabel (1,983); (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan komunikasi terhadap disiplin kerja dengan nilai thitung (3,893) > ttabel (1,983); (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan supervisi terhadap disiplin kerja dengan nilai thitung (3,908) > ttabel (1,983); dan (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi, komunikasi, dan supervisi secara bersama-sama atau simultan terhadap disiplin kerja dengan nilai Fhitung (58,035) > Ftabel (2,70).Kata Kunci: koneksi; semangat; supervisi; kepatuhan kerjaAbstract: This study aims to determine (1) whether motivation has an influence on employee work discipline. (2) whether there is an influence of communication on employee work discipline. (3) whether or not there is an influence of supervision on employee work discipline. (4) whether there is an influence of motivation, communication, and supervision on employee work discipline. This study uses a quantitative approach with the correlation method. The population of this study was made up of employees of PT. Port Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Tanjung Emas Semarang Branch. Samples were taken using a simple random sampling technique from as many as 104 respondents. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire method. The results of this study are as follows: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on work discipline with the value of tcount (3,286) > ttable (1,983); (2) there is a positive and significant effect of communication on work discipline with the value of tcount (3,893) > ttable (1,983); (3) there is a positive and significant effect of supervision on work discipline with the value of tcount (3,908) > ttable (1,983); and (4) There is a positive and significant effect of motivation, communication, and supervision together or simultaneously on work discipline with the value of Fcount (58.035) > Ftable (2,70).Keywords: connection; motivation; supervision; work obedience

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Peran Guru dalam Memotivasi Belajar Peserta Didik di SMKN 1 Karanganyar (2) Hambatan Guru dalam Memotivasi Belajar Peserta Didik di SMKN 1 Karanganyar (3) Solusi Guru dalam Mengatasi Hambatan Memotivasi Belajar Peserta Didik di SMKN 1 Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri dari Guru OTKP SMKN 1 Surakarta, Siswa OTKP SMKN 1 Surakarta, Ketua Program Keahlian OTKP SMKN 1 Surakarta, dan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan peran guru dalam memotivasi belajar siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Uji validitas yang digunakan adalah triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Peran guru dalam memotivasi belajar siswa yaitu: a) Membimbing dan melakukan pendekatan kepada siswa, b) Memberikan hadiah, c) Memberikan pujian. (2) Kendala guru dalam memotivasi belajar siswa adalah: a) Keterbatasan kuota dan jangkauan internet, b) Kurangnya variasi metode pembelajaran yang digunakan guru, c) Siswa yang kurang responsif. (3) Solusi guru dalam mengatasi kendala adalah: a) Sharing session antar guru, b) Memberikan bimbingan kepada siswa melalui pendekatan yang humanis, c) Membuat pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif.Kata Kunci: guru sebagai motivator; kuantitatif; studi kasusAbstract: This study aims to determine (1) The Role of Teachers in Motivating The Learning of Students at SMKN 1 Surakarta Staffing (2) Teacher Obstacles in Motivating Learning of Students at SMKN 1 Surakarta Staffing (3) Teacher Solutions to overcome Obstacles in Motivating Learning of Students at SMKN 1 Surakarta Staffing. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. The data sources of this study consist of OTKP Teachers of SMKN 1 Surakarta, OTKP Students of SMKN 1 Surakarta, Head of the OTKP Expertise Program of SMKN 1 Surakarta, and documents related to the role of teachers in motivating student learning. The sampling technique is carried out by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The validity tests used are engineering triangulation and source triangulation. The results showed that (1) The role of the teacher in motivating student learning is: a) Guiding and approaching students, b) Giving gifts, c) Giving praise. (2) Teacher constraints in motivating student learning are: a) Limited quotas and internet coverage, b) a lack of variation in the learning methods used by teachers, c) Students who are less responsive. (3) Teacher solutions to overcome obstacles are: a) Sharing sessions between teachers, b) Providing guidance to students through a humanist approach, c) Making learning creative and innovative.Keywords: case studie; quantitative; teachers as motivators

Abstract

This study aims to find out: the implementation of 21st century skills (6C), obstacles in implementing 21st century skills (6C), and solutions to the obstacles in implementing 21st century skills (6C) in online learning at Business Simulation. This study used qualitative method with a case study approach. Research data obtained from informants, places, events, and documents. The sampling techniques used were purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data validation was done through source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model. The results of the research show: (1) planning begins with the preparation of the RPS, (2) the implementation of 6C skills implementation is shown by group discussion activities, creating new product launching videos, collaboration on expo and grand launching practices, etc., and (3) evaluation by monitoring with progress reports and peer assessments. The obstacles were: (a) lack of critical thinking skills in students, (b) miscommunication that causes confusion, (c) lack of cooperation and responsibility between individuals in the group, (d) lack cotrol from lecturers. Solutions to overcome the obstacles were: (a) assignment of observing photos and learning videos (b) regular offline discussions, (c) collaborating with each other and improving professional relationships, (d) implementing periodic control

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) implementasi pengarsipan elektronik pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kota Surakarta; 2) hambatan; dan 3) upaya mengatasi hambatan. Metode studi kasus kualitatif digunakan untuk penelitian semacam ini. Wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Purposive sampling dan snowball sampling digunakan dalam proses pengambilan sampel. Memanfaatkan uji kredibilitas, yang mencakup uji transferabilitas, ketergantungan, dan konfirmabilitas, untuk menilai validitas data. Model analisis interaktif digunakan untuk reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi dalam teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian: Pertama, Disarpusda Kota Surakarta melakukan peralihan pengelolaan arsip dari sistem manual ke sistem kearsipan berbasis teknologi informasi yang disebut SIMARDI-Offline, dengan tahapan pengelolaan arsip meliputi pembuatan, penggunaan, dan pemeliharaan serta sebagai depresiasi. Kedua, kurangnya tenaga ahli, belum onlinenya aplikasi SIMARDI, keterlambatan penyerahan arsip OPD, dan belum tertatanya penataan arsip di OPD menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan pengarsipan elektronik oleh Disarpusda Kota Surakarta. Ketiga, upaya mengatasi kendala dengan pemenuhan formasi CPNS bagi tenaga fungsional arsiparis dan beberapa alternatif upaya, pengembangan aplikasi menjadi online, pengajuan anggaran, dan mengadakan pelatihan kearsipan bagi seluruh pengelola arsip di setiap OPD.Kata Kunci: studi kasus; arsip elektronik; penelitian kualitatif Abstract: This study aims to determine: 1) the implementation of electronic filing at the Regional Library and Archives Service in Surakarta City; 2) obstacles; and 3) efforts to overcome obstacles. A qualitative case study method was used for this kind of research. Interviews, observation, and document analysis were the methods that were used to collect the data. Purposive sampling and snowball sampling were used in the sampling process. Utilize the credibility test, which includes the transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests, to assess the data's validity. An interactive analysis model is used for data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification in the data analysis technique. The results of the study: First, Disarpusda of Surakarta City carried out the transition of archive management from a manual system to an information technology-based archive system called SIMARDI-Offline, with archive management stages including creation, use, and maintenance, as well as depreciation. Second, a lack of experts, the SIMARDI application not being online yet, a delay in OPD submitting archives, and an unorganized arrangement of archives in OPD are all barriers to the implementation of electronic filing by Disarpusda of Surakarta City. Third, efforts were made to overcome obstacles by fulfilling the CPNS formation for archivist functional staff and several alternative efforts, developing applications to become online, submitting budgets, and holding archival training for all archive managers in each OPD. Keywords: case study; electronic archives; qualitative research

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the use of information technology in online learning at SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta (2) efforts to overcome lost traffic, limited facilities, infrastructure, and IT personnel, and the lack of student responsiveness during online learning at SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta; (3) the development that will be carried out is related to the limitations of infrastructure, IT personnel, and the lack of student responsiveness when learning online at SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The sampling techniques used are purposive and snowball sampling. Sources of data used are informants, places, and events, as well as archives and documents. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validation was carried out using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The data analysis technique used is interactive model analysis. The results showed that the use of information technology in online learning at SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta includes: background, role of utilization, role of IT personnel, various technologies used, efforts made by SMA N 5 Surakarta to overcome obstacles, and development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) coworking space management; 2) barriers to coworking space management; and 3) solutions to overcome the barriers to coworking space man-agement in El Samara, Surakarta. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a type of case study. Data sources include events, informants, and documents in the cowork-ing space. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in-clude interviews, observation, and document analysis. The data validity test technique in-volves the triangulation of sources and techniques. The data analysis technique is interac-tive analysis. The results showed: 1) the management of coworking space in El Samara Surakarta by the community manager includes planning, organizing, actuating, and con-trolling in providing various types of collaborative working space as an attraction; 2) barriers to coworking space management in El Samara Surakarta are related to the unifi-cation of the vision and mission of collaboration, staff workload, income, supporting means of remote working communication, dissemination of concept and benefits, as well as administrative services; 3) solutions to overcome the barriers to managing coworking space in El Samara Surakarta, namely looking for potential collaborators, holding intern-ship programs, increasing private offices, planning telecommunication stalls, utilizing in-formation systems, and other facilities for administrative services.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) the influence of online learning methods on learning outcomes; (2) the influence of student learning motivation on learning outcomes (3) the influence of online learning methods and student learning motivation on learning outcomes. This research applied quantitative research with correlational methods. The population in this study is all students of OTKP class IX at SMK N 1 Sukoharjo, especially for the 2021/2022 school year, which amounts to 107. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling with a sample count of 84 students. The data collection method is a questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques used prerequisite tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of online learning methods on the learning outcomes amounting to (tcount 2,981> table1,990) with significance (0.004 < 0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant influence of student learning motivation on the learning outcomes, amounting to (tcount 3, 311> table 1,990) with significance values (0.001<0.05); (3) there can be a positive and significant influence between online learning methods and student learning motivation together on the learning outcomes (Fcount 14,739 > Ftabel 3,190) with a significance value (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

 Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) apakah terdapat pengaruh pengawasan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar; (2) apakah terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar; dan (3) apakah terdapat pengaruh pengawasan dan disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 110 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 86 orang pegawai. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis dan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS v25.0. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengawasan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan (thitung 2,868 > ttabel 1,988 dan signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05); (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan (thitung 4,423 > ttabel 1,988 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05); (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengawasan dan disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan (Fhitung 31,060 > Ftabel 3,11 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05).Kata Kunci: kuantitatif; metode korelasi; pengawasan kerja pegawaiAbstract: This research aims to determine: (1) whether there is an influence of supervision on employee work passion at Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar; (2) whether there is an influence of work discipline on employee work passion at Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar; and (3) whether there is an influence of supervision and work discipline on employee work passion at Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi, kendala, dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala dalam implementasi SIPD untuk mendukung perencanaan pembangunan daerah di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di kantor Bappeda dan OPD di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Data penelitian diperoleh dari informan, peristiwa, dan dokumen dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Implementasi SIPD di Kabupaten Wonosobo meliputi: a) perencanaan SIPD; b) sosialisasi SIPD kepada OPD; c) pengisian data SIPD; dan d) monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap data yang telah dientri dalam SIPD. 2) Hambatan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan SIPD antara lain a) belum adanya Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP); b) server sering mengalami error; c) indikator yang ada dalam SIPD tidak sesuai dengan kondisi Kabupaten Wonosobo; dan d) jaringan internet yang belum memadai. 3) Upaya yang dilakukan Bappeda untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut antara lain: a) memberikan bimbingan teknis kepada OPD; b) melakukan koordinasi dengan Kemendagri untuk perbaikan sistem; c) melakukan koordinasi dengan Diskominfo untuk pembuatan sistem “Wonosobo Satu Data”; dan d) memperkuat jaringan internet di setiap OPD.Kata Kunci: kualitatif deskriptif; sistem informasi; studi kasus; teknologiAbstract: This study aims to determine the implementation, constraints, and efforts made to overcome obstacles in the implementation of SIPD to support regional development planning in Wonosobo Regency. This type of research is descriptive-qualitative with a case-study approach. The research was conducted at the Bappeda and OPD offices in Wonosobo. Research data is obtained from informants, events, and documents with sampling techniques using purposive and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and document analysis. The validity of the data was obtained through a triangulation of techniques and sources. The data analysis technique uses interactive model data analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) SIPD implementation in Wonosobo Regency includes:a) SIPD planning; b) SIPD socialization to OPD; c) SIPD data filling; and d) monitoring and evaluation of data entered in SIPD. 2) Obstacles that occur in the implementation of SIPD include a) the absence of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP); b) the server often has errors; c) the indicators in the SIPD are not in accordance with the conditions of the Wonosobo Regency; and d) the internet network is inadequate. 3) Efforts made by Bappeda to overcome these obstacles include: a) providing technical guidance to OPD; b) coordinating with the Ministry of Home Affairs for system improvement; c) coordinating with Diskominfo for the creation of the "Wonosobo Satu Data" system; and d) strengthening the internet network in each OPD.Keywords: case study; descriptive qualitative; information system; technology
