Abstract

This study investigates the application of the indonesian realistic mathematics approach (PMRI) in teaching integers and its impact on students’ learning outcomes. Employing two-cycle classroom action research (CAR) design, the study involved 18 sixth-grade students at MIN 11 Aceh Tenggara in the 2024/2025 school year. Data were collected through structured observation and objective tests and analyzed using Pearson’s product moment correlation. The results showed improvement in both implementation and outcomes: the first cycle reached an average score of 79.31 (good) and the second cycle 92.24 (very good). Student mastery also increased, with 61% exceeding the minimum mastery criteria (KKM) in cycle I and 83% in cycle II. The correlation analysis produced a coefficient of 0.592, indicating a moderate positive relationship between the two cycles.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) learning methods at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Banjarmasin and the factors influencing their effectiveness. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research involved the head of the madrasah, SKI teachers, and 40 students, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings reveal that SKI learning remains dominated by the lecture method with limited media use, resulting in low student motivation and participation. Contributing factors include short class time, non-linear teacher backgrounds, limited pedagogical competence, inadequate media utilization, and less effective classroom management. Students expressed higher interest in interactive approaches such as discussion, role playing, and multimedia. The study suggests diversifying methods, integrating technology-based media, and enhancing teacher competence to foster engagement and align SKI learning with the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation and the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka in Indonesia necessitate a paradigm shift in education. This study aims to analyze the teacher's role as a supervisor in fostering creative and innovative learning environments. Using a qualitative library research method with content analysis, this study synthesized literature from 2019 to 2025. The results indicate that the teacher's supervisory role has evolved from rigid administrative oversight to a formative-interactive process that integrates digital mentoring. Effective strategies include the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and the integration of immersive technologies like VR/AR. Furthermore, addressing challenges such as high administrative workloads and resistance to change requires continuous professional training and resource optimization. In conclusion, teacher supervision acts as a vital catalyst for educational transformation in the Society 5.0 era, supporting national goals for higher student competency.

Abstract

Parents are the primary educators and have a significant impact on building children’s love for the Qur’an from an early age. Their motivation becomes a psychological support that helps students overcome obstacles in maintaining and improving their memorization. This research aims to explore the parental role along with the supporting and inhibiting factors experienced by parents in motivating students at Qur’anic memorization house of Thoriqul Qur’an Samarinda. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using role and motivation theory. The results show that parents contribute to enhancing children’s motivation through roles as educators, motivators, role models, counselors, supervisors, and facilitators. Encouragement, Qur’anic habits at home, advice, rewards, and supervision positively influence memorization, although role-modeling in memorization is not yet optimal. Supporting factors include aspirations for pious children, good religious understanding, and adequate economy, while barriers include economic hardship and an unsupportive environment.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of marketing mix, service quality, and brand image on repurchase intention, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, at Warung Bakso Presiden in Tulungagung. The research is driven by the intense competition among culinary MSMEs, necessitating strategic customer retention. Using a quantitative approach, data were gathered from 100 respondents via accidental sampling. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis. The results demonstrate that marketing mix, service quality, and brand image exert positive and significant effects on both customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Furthermore, customer satisfaction partially mediates these relationships. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated analysis of three marketing constructs within the local culinary MSME sector. These findings offer practical implications for practitioners to optimize marketing strategies and service quality to foster customer loyalty and ensure long-term business sustainability.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of psychological capital and knowledge sharing on organizational citizenship behavior, with organizational commitment as a mediating factor, among employees of the Regional Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) of West Seram Regency. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population consists of all 20 employees, selected using a full sampling technique. Data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire. The findings reveal that psychological capital exerts a positive and significant influence on both organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Similarly, knowledge sharing positively and significantly affects organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover, organizational commitment is found to partially mediate the relationship between psychological capital and knowledge sharing on organizational citizenship behavior. These results suggest that employees who possess strong psychological resources and actively participate in knowledge-sharing practices are more likely to develop stronger organizational commitment and demonstrate positive discretionary behaviors. Therefore, strengthening psychological capital and cultivating a knowledge-sharing culture are vital strategies for enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

The educational background of a teacher strongly shapes the quality of instruction, particularly in early childhood settings where pedagogical decisions must align with children’s developmental needs. This study examines the pedagogical competence of early childhood teachers who graduated from non-Early Childhood Education (non-PAUD) programs an increasingly common condition in many PAUD institutions due to limited availability of qualified teachers. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through observations, interviews, and document analysis, the research focuses on classroom teachers at TK Islam An-Nur Bastari whose academic backgrounds differ from typical PAUD educators. The findings show that the mismatch between educational background and teaching field directly affects teachers’ mastery of developmental theories, lesson planning, and the implementation of play-based learning. Despite this, the study also reveals that pedagogical competence can continue to grow through teaching experience, targeted training, and strong institutional support. These insights highlight the urgency for schools and policymakers to design structured professional development programs, especially mentoring and in-house training tailored for non-PAUD graduates, to ensure quality learning in early childhood education.

Abstract

This research investigates how perceptions of fairness within the organization and the ethical conduct of leaders shape the innovative capacity of personnel at the South Buru Regency Trade Office. Innovation within this institution is particularly crucial because the agency faces challenges related to distribution networks, supply chain limitations, and the need to improve licensing and trade service processes. Strengthening employees’ innovative capability is therefore essential for enhancing efficiency, supporting regional economic development, and improving public service quality. The study adopts a descriptive-quantitative design with a causal-correlational framework, emphasizing that the independent variables are considered contributors to changes occurring in the dependent variable. The entire workforce of the South Buru Regency Trade Office, consisting of 57 employees, served as the research population, and because the group was relatively small, a saturated sampling technique was applied. Data processing was carried out using multiple linear regression procedures. The findings reveal that: (1) organizational justice provides a measurable contribution to enhancing employees’ innovation capabilities, (2) ethical leadership also plays a significant role in strengthening innovative behavior among employees, and (3) when considered simultaneously, both organizational justice and ethical leadership jointly exert an influence on the innovation ability of employees within the South Buru Regency Trade Office.

Abstract

This study investigates how organizational commitment and employee engagement influence organizational change through the mediating role of employee voice behavior. Using a descriptive–quantitative approach with a causal–correlational framework, the research was carried out at the Regional Revenue Agency of West Seram Regency over a two-month period (April–May 2024) and involved all 35 employees through a full-sampling technique. Data were analyzed using path analysis to examine direct and indirect effects among variables. The results show that organizational commitment and employee engagement each have a positive and significant effect on employee voice behavior, while voice behavior strongly promotes organizational change, indicated by a substantial path coefficient of 0.887. In contrast, neither organizational commitment nor employee engagement has a direct impact on organizational change; their influence appears only indirectly through voice behavior, confirming a full mediation effect. These findings underscore the strategic importance of fostering a supportive climate that empowers employees to express constructive ideas, as such behavior serves as a critical mechanism for enabling organizational transformation.
