Abstract

There are no written regulations containing prohibitions and threats of criminal The definition of a child according to Law number 23 of 2002 in conjunction with Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning child protection Article 1 paragraph (1) is someone who is not yet 18 (eighteen) years old, including children who are still in the womb. The problem in this research is how is the legal protection of children as victims of bullying at Batang Arah Tapan Elementary School and what factors become obstacles to legal protection of children as victims of bullying at the Batang Arah Tapan Public Elementary School. The type of research used is empirical and the whole is done using qualitative research methods. Batang Arah Tapan Public Elementary School has not maximally provided legal protection for children who are victims of bullying because according to the author's research sanctions against perpetrators of bullying perpetrated by the school. Factors inhibiting legal protection for children who are victims of bullying at public elementary schools in Batang Arah Tapan include the factor of parents who pay less attention to children because they are busy. Apart from that, there is a phenomenon in society that bullying is not considered a serious problem.

Abstract

Sayyed Hossein Nasr's deep reflections on God, nature and humans, his teachings on the environmental crisis facing modern humans today due to the lack of harmony between God, nature and humans should have a very bad impact on ecosystems. Given this, it is important to increase research on ecology because the lack of spiritual values in modern The environment will be impacted by society. This study uses library research methods with a qualitative approach. With an Islamic philosophy approach and studying primary and secondary sources in the form of books, journals and other related articles. Nasr's thoughts on ecological Sufism made a significant contribution to the ecological movement in the Islamic world. He helps articulate the Muslim vision of the environment and links it to Islamic spiritual concepts. This has encouraged many Muslims to care more about the environment and seek faith-based solutions.

Abstract

The low level of students' understanding in learning mathematics is caused by the assumption held by most students that mathematics is a difficult and boring subject. This diminishes students' motivation to learn, leading to the suggestion that mathematics is a subject to be avoided. This challenge serves as the foundation for the writing of this academic work. Through this research, it is hoped that we can identify the challenges in early math education, particularly in mathematics, and propose efforts to overcome difficulties in learning mathematics, especially in the third grade of Elementary School. This study is conducted using a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection aims to adjust and obtain information about the factors that make it difficult for students to grasp mathematical concepts. The research results indicate that students' difficulties in learning mathematics consist of three components: difficulty in understanding concepts, difficulty in skills, and difficulty in problem-solving. The factors causing difficulties in learning mathematics originate from both internal and external factors. Based on these factors, efforts that can be made to reduce difficulties in learning mathematics include teaching math in an enjoyable way, using tangible learning media, increasing practice exercises, and establishing cooperation with students' parents.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low thematic learning outcomes. This study aims to described the improvement of student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in class V SDN 07 Belakang Tangsi, Padang. Integrated thematic learning is learning that uses themes to link several sybjects so that the can provide meaningful experiences to students. This research method is a classroom action research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects of this study were class teachers as observers, researchers as practitioners, and 27 students of class V SDN 07 Belakang Tangsi. The result of this study are: (1) The percentage of RPP assessments has increased from 77,7% in cycle I to 94,44% in cycle II. (2) In the teacher aspect, it increased from 79,68% in cycle I to 96,87% in cycle II. (3) In the aspect of students, it increased from 79,68% in cycle I to 96,87% in cycle II. and (4) In the student learning outcomes increased from 73,48 in cycle I to 88,2 in cycle II.

Abstract

Learning in the independent curriculum is designed to suit the needs and environmental conditions, and is relevant to the current developments. Thus, it is important for us to find learning methods that can create a fun and interesting atmosphere for students in participating in the learning process. This research was conducted with the aim of seeing how far the transformation of fun learning can be carried out through the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in class 1 at SDN Karangrejo 02 Semarang. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and data collection from documents related to the implementation of learning with the Independent Curriculum. The collected data was analyzed through four stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, there were significant changes in learning practices after the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. The Merdeka curriculum enables students to learn through an active, creative and experience-based approach. The teacher encourages students to learn through exploration, experimentation, and discussion, so that students feel free to explore knowledge. Educational game integration is also carried out in learning to make it more fun and interesting. Although the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum faces challenges, such as preparing and developing materials suitable for this innovative learning approach, training and mentoring for teachers is considered important to help them implement this curriculum effectively. The hope is that the Merdeka Curriculum can form a generation that has a high interest in learning, developing creativity, and strong independence. With fun and student-centered learning, it is hoped that student achievement can increase.

Abstract

Learning as a learning process built by lecturers to develop creative thinking that can improve students' thinking skills. Project-based learning is a teaching and learning strategy that involves students to work on a project that is useful for solving community or environmental problems. The type of research used is research in the form of classroom action research. However, according to researchers, classroom teaching is not only in a room, but a group of students who are learning. This classroom action research can be done not only in the classroom, but anywhere, as long as there is a group of students who are learning. This study aims to see the results of the application of Project-based learning in Welding Technology Subjects with 29 students of the Department of Mechanical Engineering FT-UNP. The aspects seen in the observation results are visual, oral, listening, writing, monotoric, mental, emotional activities. Aspects seen in student learning outcomes include: project worksheets and assessment sheets. The results of the recapitulation of observation of activeness in Cycle I averaged 60.16% and the percentage of activeness in Cycle II averaged 80.56%. The overall average liveliness between cycles is 70.4% and learning outcomes are 79.65%. Based on the results of classroom action research that has been carried out in 2 (two) cycles in this study, it can be concluded that the application of the project-based learning model can improve learning activeness and learning outcomes of Welding Technology courses of Mechanical Engineering Department Students FT-UNP.

Abstract

The method used in this study is qualitative that researchers will see or observe natural objects. The research approach used is a qualitative description of a method that describes what happened in the field of akidah teacher's strategy for containing post-online student delinquency in MTSN 3 religions. The data gathering technique by observing school and class environment then interviewing akidah teacher and a few Indonesian students and teachers. The typical prank of MTSN 3 is that students often enter the classroom late, and boys don't follow the dress code and students often say bad things to their teachers and friends. How the whole world of akidah teachers take over this post-online delinquency. And what are the factors against and supporting akidah teacher's strategy to combat post-online student delinquency in MTSN 3 religion. From research, akidah teacher's strategy for overcoming delinquent students who are late into the classroom is with preventive measures that are being given taulans, reciting prayers. The law repressive action of repeating prayer in front of the class aloud, of standing in front of the class while raising his hand for a few minutes. A strategy for overcoming male students who do not follow the dress code is given a repressive measure by reproving errors and punishing by overturning the shirt.A teacher's strategy against delinquency that speaks impolitely by giving preventive measures of addressing students with the importance of modesty, the repressive act of reprimanding them for their errors, being directed at forgiveness, punishing by instructing to learn the scriptures or the hadith. Inhibitors come from a school environment, poor teacher cooperation, influence of peers, lack of parent cooperation and teachers keep a record of problem students' names. Support factors from school and parental support.

Abstract

The PAI teacher's strategy in implementing tolerance values is obtained by developing a moderate attitude towards religion in students. It means nothing other than this personal piety, it can be seen that being a teacher of Islamic religious education is taught in class, he gives the right for non-Muslim students to attend lessons or not to study religions other than their own, the beliefs provided are in accordance with the beliefs they embrace. The key informants or people who act as information providers in this research are PAI teachers and the supporting informants are students. The author collects data using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Then the data that the researchers obtained were processed using descriptive data analysis techniques and data triangulation, namely by comparing data obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the PAI teacher's strategy in instilling values Religious moderation is inseparable from the teacher's implementation of an upright attitude, a middle attitude, an attitude of tolerance, anti-violence and changes in thinking for students to understand religious moderation. Researchers are very interested in doing this research because teachers use the implementation of religious moderation with thinking strategies for students.

Abstract

The author limits the comparison between Minangkabau commentators on two commentators, namely Mahmud Yunus and Buya Hamka with their commentary products Tafsir Al-Qur'an Al-Karim by Mahmud Yunus and Tafsir Al-Azhar by Buya Hamka. The background of this research departs from the problem of literacy in Indonesia which is in a low class from all over the world according to a survey conducted by PISA (Program for International Student Assessment), which is in 62nd position out of 70 countries. In fact, according to statistical data, Indonesia is a country with a predominantly Muslim population. The Qur'an as the main source of religion and the life of its people has indicated a strong suggestion to form literate human character through the first prophecy received by the Prophet Muhammad. Besides that, the same social background of the two interpreters made the writer interested in examining socio-cultural values in the interpretations carried out by the two, especially in verses regarding literacy. This study uses the muqarran method (comparison/comparison) in the context of comparing the interpretations of one commentator with another. The type of this research is library research which collects data from written sources with the main sources being Tafsir Al-Qur'an Al-Karim and Tafsir Al-Azhar, and will also be supported and complemented by related written sources. such as journals, books regarding interpretation, and others. This research resulted in an understanding that there was no disagreement or significant difference in the meaning of the verses between the two commentators. While the difference between the two lies in the method of explanation used in which Mahmud Yunus chose a concise and global interpretation path, while Buya Hamka interpreted the verse with a detailed explanation and included several supporting histories to complete his interpretation. Departing from the socio-culture of the two exegetes, the writer finds the existence of cultural values in the interpretation of the two which is shown in the form of the choice of local words, the use of local expressions, and the conditions that occur locally.

Abstract

Boarding School, West Pasaman Regency, especially in SKI subjects, seems to rarely use learning media during the learning process. This can be seen from the results of research, at the Darul Hadith Islamic Boarding School, West Pasaman Regency, it was found that so far the use of learning media is very rarely used, especially in the form of learning videos. To overcome this problem, researchers developed SKI learning video media using Khulafaur Rasyidin material. The purpose of this study was to develop valid, practical and effective video-based learning media on Khulafaur Rasyidin material in SKI class VII subjects. The research method used in this study is the Research & Development (R&D) method using the 4D version of the approach, namely Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The Luther Sutopo version of the multimedia development model consists of six stages, namely concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing and distribution. The product test used is validity testing, namely content, construct and language. The practicality test by the SKI subject teacher uses the Moment Kappa formula and the effectiveness test by students uses the N-Gain formula. The results of research on SKI learning video media used by teachers and students in SKI subjects. The form of this learning media is in the form of video in mp4 format. For the product validity test it was 0.91 which was declared valid, the product practicality test result was 0.97 which was stated to be very practical and for the product effectiveness test result it was 0.80 which was stated to be very effective. So it can be concluded that the SKI learning video media on Khulafaur Rasyidin material as a learning medium is valid, practical and effective.
