Abstract

Difficulties Learning difficulties are a disturbance in a child's learning process that can interfere with plans and goals that should be achieved. Learning difficulties are caused by there is a disturbance in the nerve center of the brain which causes speech disorders, reading, writing, counting, and in the comprehension process. This can cause students' academic ability to decline. The purpose of this observation is to determine the learning difficulties due to the development of students in Class XI-1 SMAN 1 Sidoarjo, knowing the development that can interfere with the learning process of students. This observation also aims to find out whether students have learning difficulties in learning when the development of technology has ruled the world, and can analyze how influential the effect of development beats the spirit of learning of students. Preparation of This article uses quantitative and qualitative approaches. The method The research method is based on secondary data derived from observation. The method This research method uses a survey approach, while the data collection is is done through questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation.

Abstract

Stress that occurs in education is often known as academic stress. This academic stress can occur at all levels of education, including kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, high school, and university. Academic stress occurs because of the pressure felt by students with the emergence of stressors related to academics. Students who are in class XII SMA are one of the most closely related to academic stress, they are faced with the choice to continue their education in college which will determine their future. Stress experienced by students can be overcome to help regulate emotions that arise when stress is experienced, emtional focused coping can be a way to relieve stress. This study aims to see the effect of emotional focused coping on academic stress in XII grade students of SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Padang. The type of research conducted is quantitative research with non-parametric statistical methods Normality test using Kolmogorov-Smirnov. The sample in this study were all XII grade students of SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Padang, where data collection used an academic stress scale and an emotional focused coping scale in the form of a questionnaire distributed via QR Code and WhatsApp groups of XII grade students. Significant results are at 0.056 which indicates that there is an influence between Emotional Focused Coping on Academic Stress in XII grade students of SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Padang. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that XII grade students of SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Padang have the ability of emotionally focused coping strategies to resolve academic stress.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education aims to create learners who are moral and God-fearing. To measure the achievement of the objectives of Islamic religious education needs an evaluation process. The evaluation process consists of 3 domains, namely Cognitive, Affective, and psychomotor. However, this affective realm often reaps gaps, even though the evaluation of this affective realm is quite important to support the achievement of the goals of Islamic Religious Education. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach that is used to determine or describe the reality of the events examined so as to facilitate obtaining objective data. In this study, data collection was carried out by triangulation, which is a combination of interview techniques, observation, and documentation that makes one of the PAI teachers at SMPN 12 Surakarta as an object of research. Exploration of several new method innovations to succeed the evaluation of Pai learning from the affective sphere. These innovations were initiated by Pai teachers at SMPN 12 Surakarta because they had experienced obstacles and difficulties in using the previous evaluation method. The innovation of the PAI affective learning evaluation method in SMPN 12 Surakarta has so far run smoothly and is quite effective to measure the achievement of Pai learning. The learning evaluation process in SMPN 12 Surakarta emphasizes the importance of the role of teachers as evaluators to ensure the success of education, especially PAI. This evaluation not only focuses on academic values, but also includes affective domains such as attitudes, morals and adherence to religious teachings. SMPN 12 Surakarta not only measures the final result by scoring but also forms morals to Allah SWT as a reference in achieving holistic PAI goals.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays an important role in supporting the success of Islamic educational institutions, such as madrasahs and Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to explore the concepts, strategies, and challenges in HRM management in Islamic educational institutions, by integrating Islamic values ​​and modern management approaches. The method used is a literature review, analyzing various literature related to aspects of HR planning, training, development, and evaluation. The findings show that structured and sustainable HRM planning can improve organizational effectiveness, while competency-based training and development not only improve the professional capacity of educators but also strengthen Islamic character. In addition, job satisfaction of educators is influenced by decent compensation, a supportive work environment, and an organizational culture based on the values ​​of justice and trustworthiness. The integration of Islamic values ​​such as justice, trustworthiness, and deliberation with modern management practices has proven effective in creating a productive and harmonious work environment. This study recommends the implementation of a technology-based HRM management system, ongoing training programs, and further research on the impact of Islamic values ​​on HRM effectiveness. The results of this study are expected to contribute to improving the quality of HRM management in Islamic educational institutions and support the achievement of their vision in producing a generation with noble character and global competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze community participation in disaster mitigation and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors influencing community involvement in Nagari Batu Palano, Sungai Pua District, Agam Regency. A mixed-methods approach was used, with quantitative questionnaires to measure participation levels and qualitative interviews to explore influencing factors in depth. The results show that community participation in Mount Marapi disaster mitigation remains low, with a participation index of 51.52%. Awareness and active involvement in training and evacuation simulations are not yet optimal. Inhibiting factors include the lack of mitigation activities organized by the government and the absence of evacuation route maps. Conversely, supporting factors for participation are the community's good understanding of the importance of mitigation. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the challenges and potential in enhancing community preparedness for Mount Marapi disasters.

Abstract

Teacher competence is one of the key factors influencing the quality of education in a country. Competent teachers are able to carry out the teaching and learning process effectively, enabling students to achieve optimal learning outcomes. However, in reality, not all teachers possess adequate competence. Therefore, continuous efforts are required to improve teacher competence. One effective way to achieve this is through educational supervision. This study aims to identify the definition of teacher competence, understand the role of supervision in improving teacher competence, and explore the strategies of supervision to enhance teacher competence. The research method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach, analyzing various literatures related to educational supervision. Data was collected through a review of relevant journals, articles, and books, and analyzed descriptively. The findings indicate that with effective supervision, teachers can receive the guidance and support needed to develop their professional competence. Several supervision strategies that can be applied include clinical, collaborative, formative, and technology-based supervision. With continuous and directed supervision, it is expected that teacher competence will improve, which in turn will enhance the overall quality of education.

Abstract

This study explores the concept of educational supervision, focusing on its understanding, importance, objectives, functions, objects, and guiding principles. A qualitative research method was employed, supported by a library research approach, to provide a descriptive and contextual analysis. The study highlights the necessity for educational supervisors, principals and school supervisors to possess strong professional competencies in implementing instructional supervision. These professional abilities are crucial for enhancing the quality of teacher development in schools. Effective school supervision, guided by the principal's ability to responsibly execute their duties, aims to improve and advance teacher performance. By fostering professional growth, supervision ensures that teachers can fulfill their responsibilities with competence and integrity.

Abstract

Da'wah is part of carrying out Allah's commands, amar ma'ruf nahi munkar. People who preach are usually called da'i or preachers, and in various regions have certain titles such as ustadz, Kyai, musyrif, Gus and so on. One of the pros and cons of carrying out da'wah activities is the use of certain sentences which are considered harsh by some groups. This article will explain the background of the obligation of da'wah for a Muslim, how a Muslim carries out da'wah, namely bil mau'idzah hasanah, the aim of da'wah, namely increasing the level of people's thinking, and recommendations for those who actively carry out da'wah. This article was written using a literature review method sourced from news, books and journals.

Abstract

Pancasila is the foundation and guideline for life of the Indonesian nation and contains five important values ​​which are the goals of the country. The story of the birth of Pancasila reflects the processes and dynamics that occurred in Indonesian society both before independence and during the independence and Old Order era. In this context, Pancasila is not only seen as the basis of the state, but also as a moral and ethical guideline for the state and behavior. This researcher examines the role of Pancasila in the state and country. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the role of Pancasila for the nation and state. The research method used is using a type of library research, which is related to writing methods and library data by obtaining information through secondary data collection in the form of journals and other sources that support and will be discussed in this research. The research results obtained are that there are many values ​​from Pancasila which can become the role of Pancasila for the nation and state. So this article can be used as a reference for implementing Pancasila values ​​in everyday life.

Abstract

Learning starts from the understanding that Islamic education has a very important role in shaping the true Muslim personality. Generations of young Muslims must be educated based on the concept of Islamic education so that they can contribute positively to meeting the needs of the people and the general public. This learning study is very important in providing direction on issues of Islamic education reform such as learning methods, curriculum development and teaching approaches that are directly related to the effectiveness of Islamic education in Islamic educational institutions. The questions that arise are what is the meaning of contemporary issues, what are the theories and concepts of contemporary issues, and what is the scope of contemporary issues. In addition, this paper also explains the issues that occur and the renewal that gives rise to new thoughts along with the structural and cultural changes of the times in the field of education in an Islamic education institution.
