Abstract

Tahfidz or memorization of the Qur'an is a process to maintain, guard, and preserve the purity of the Qur'an which was revealed to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) by memorizing it outside the head so that there is no change and falsification and can guard against forgetfulness either in whole or in part. . The need for a structured method and a competent supervisor in memorization so that mistakes do not occur and the memorization process is easier. This study examines the Pakistani method applied in Ma'had 'Aly Imam Bukhari in the Syu'bah Lughah department in semester 4. The results obtained are that this method is quite effective to be used in carrying out the method of memorizing the Qur'an. Female students who graduated from high school or Islamic boarding schools can follow using this method. This research is a field study research that uses a qualitative descriptive approach. In data collection, this research is carried out by means of observation and direct interviews and applying the literature study method by studying and searching for data sourced from documents that are in accordance with the research topic. The data obtained is then processed and analyzed until conclusions can be drawn from all findings. All findings that have been analyzed are then described in the form of descriptive explanations to provide a broad, comprehensive, and in-depth picture.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is one of the key elements in improving the quality of education, particularly at the junior high school (SMP) level. HRM in education encompasses a series of activities aimed at managing and developing human resources within educational environments, including teachers, administrative staff, and educational personnel. The purpose of this article is to analyze the role of HRM in enhancing the quality of education in SMPs through an integrated approach, involving planning, development, and performance evaluation of teachers and educational staff. Teachers, as the primary human resources, play a central role in the learning process. Effective HR management enables schools to create a conducive learning environment, improve teacher professionalism, and enhance student achievement. The objective of this study is to identify effective human resource management strategies to support the achievement of educational goals. Additionally, the study is expected to contribute to the development of HRM in education, particularly in efforts to improve the quality of education in junior high schools. The research method used in this study is a literature review. The steps include selecting sources, determining inclusion and exclusion criteria (limiting the time frame), collecting data, and analyzing the data. The findings indicate that the implementation of appropriate HR management strategies can improve the quality of learning, students' academic outcomes, and the overall school environment, thereby enhancing the quality of education.

Abstract

Evaluation activities in the world of education are an integral component in the learning program in addition to the learning plan (curriculum), learning objectives, forms of learning, learning methods (methods), and learning tools (media), and learning methods. This study aims to determine the function of the question grid. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely research conducted by observing the surrounding phenomena and analyzing them using scientific logic. This study also uses a descriptive method, namely research that attempts to describe the actual conditions in the field purely as they are in accordance with the context of the study. The conclusion of this paper is that the question grid must be made in the right way, but many teachers in making question grids are still far from perfect due to several factors including: Teachers still do not understand how to choose the right Basic Competencies. Many indicators contain material that should not be there. Evaluation in Education at least covers three things, namely; learning program design, program implementation, and the results achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the learning by doing principle in Moral Education based on the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta and to identify factors influencing its success or challenges in implementation. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, involving students, teachers, and parents as research subjects. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data were thematically analyzed to identify key themes related to strengthening students' moral values through experiential learning activities. The findings reveal that the learning by doing principle in P5 is implemented through activities integrating Islamic values and real-life practices, such as social actions and environment-based learning. However, several challenges were identified, including time constraints, students' limited understanding of moral concepts, and a lack of parental involvement. The study concludes that the learning by doing principle holds significant potential in enhancing students' moral values but requires stronger collaboration between teachers, students, and parents to ensure more effective implementation. These findings contribute to the development of experiential-based moral education in Islamic school settings.

Abstract

Multicultural education is a crucial component in creating an inclusive learning environment in Indonesia, a nation renowned for its cultural diversity. This study aims to identify multicultural education models implemented in schools, supporting factors, and obstacles in their implementation. The research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach, gathering data from various books and journal sources. The findings reveal that multicultural education models include curriculum revision, reforming learning systems, and integrating multicultural values into school activities. Supporting factors for success include a positive school climate, an inclusive curriculum, and active roles of teachers. Conversely, challenges faced include ineffective communication among students, a lack of educational media, and limited socialization outside the classroom. This study concludes that by addressing these barriers, multicultural education can make a more significant contribution to building a tolerant and respectful society.

Abstract

The influence of transformational leadership is a very important aspect in the science of Islamic education management, especially on teacher work motivation in Islamic schools. However, not all teachers have high work motivation, teacher dissatisfaction is also often caused by a lack of support from the principal and the lack of solidity of the work team at school. So an effective leadership approach is needed to encourage their enthusiasm and dedication. By integrating Islamic values in leadership such as justice, trust, and responsibility, transformational leadership is able to increase teachers' work motivation, both professionally and spiritually. Through the literature review method from journals, articles, and others, this research can deeply analyze the influence of transformational leadership on teacher work motivation in Islamic schools. The results showed that transformational leadership has a significant influence on teachers' work motivation. Teachers led by this style tend to be more motivated, proactive, and satisfied with their work. External factors, such as adequate work facilities and organizational support, were also found to support the successful implementation of this leadership style. therefore, well-implemented transformational leadership in Islamic schools not only improves teacher performance but also contributes to the overall achievement of Islamic education goals.

Abstract

In the learning process parents have a very important role in the learning process. Parents are the first and main educators of their children. Therefore, the first education that children receive is education from parents. Education for their children is education that is based on love for children. The task of educating children is a shared responsibility between father and mother who have the responsibility to act as educators for their children. The good and bad of a child can be seen from the parenting style provided by his parents. With this, fathers and mothers have responsibility for their children's education and all aspects of their lives from the time the children are small until they are adults. So parents have an obligation to accompany their children's learning process.

Abstract

This article provides students with an understanding of the important role of Pancasila education in forming the character of elementary school students who are intelligent, creative andhave noble character. The problems currently occurring are a lack of understanding about right andwrong behavior and a lack of direction from the school regarding character education. This research uses Systematic Literature Review (SLR) or systematic literature review. This research focuses on the use of clear and defined scientific methods to identify, select, evaluate, and summarize the results of relevant studies. Therefore, Pancasila has an important role in shaping the character of students in elementary schools, so it is necessary to instill Pancasila values in students through education. Character education through Pancasila needs to be implemented in elementary schools in order to improve the quality of Indonesia's young generation in the future. Therefore, it is hoped that Pancasila education can shape the character of students in accordance with Pancasila values.

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling (BK) plays a vital role in supporting the development of students, especially in overcoming personal, social, academic, and career problems. One important component of BK services is supporting activities such as home visits, advocacy, and case conferences. Home visits aim to understand the conditions of students' families in depth and build cooperation with parents, so that solutions to problems faced by students can be optimized. Advocacy functions to accompany students who face unfair or discriminatory treatment, with a focus on restoring their rights. Case conferences, as a discussion forum involving various related parties, play an important role in finding the best solutions to student problems collaboratively and confidentially. These three services complement each other, providing comprehensive support in overcoming student problems, and building stronger relationships between schools, families, and communities in achieving optimal educational goals. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study to analyze the role and implementation of these three services in the context of implementing Guidance and Counseling.

Abstract

Globalization is an event that causes many changes in all aspects of people's lives, especially the younger generation. The ease of obtaining information changes the mindset of the younger generation to become more modern. This can affect the interest of the younger generation in preserving Indonesian traditional arts. Therefore, this paper aims to describe the influence of modernization on the interest of the younger generation in preserving Indonesian traditional arts in the era of globalization. This research is descriptive and qualitative. The data collection method is literature study by collecting various references, both primary and secondary sources that are relevant to the younger generation and traditional arts in the era of globalization. The results of the research study show that the current of globalization greatly affects the lives and mindsets of young people to become more modern, this thinking makes some of them think that something traditional like traditional arts is something ancient so that their interest in and interest in traditional arts begins to decrease and begin to forget about traditional arts. Another factor is the large number of young people who consider arts from foreign countries to be better and more interesting than traditional Indonesian arts, and also their lack of awareness of the importance of maintaining traditional arts, which is Indonesia's national identity.
