Abstract

Kepercayaan diri adalah keyakinan seseorang terhadap kemampuan mereka untuk tanpa keraguan mengatasi masalah dan lingkungan mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepercayaan diri dan harga diri mahasiswa berhubungan satu sama lain. Ada hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dan harga diri dan kebersyukuran, menurut hipotesis penelitian ini. Tiga skala, yaitu Skala Kepercayaan Diri, Skala Harga Diri, dan Skala Kebersyukuran, digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yang merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Cluster sampling kebetulan digunakan. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Penelitian ini melibatkan 355 siswa dari kursus Geografi, Komunikasi, Pendidikan Agama Islam, dan Qur'an dan Tafsir. Hasil menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara harga diri, kebersyukuran, dan kepercayaan diri dengan nilai 0.00 (p <0.01), yang menunjukkan penerimaan hipotesis mayor. Ada juga hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara harga diri dan kepercayaan diri dengan nilai 0.000 (p <0.01), dan hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara kebersyukuran dan kepercayaan diri dengan nilai 0.009 (p <0.01). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa memiliki harga diri dan rasa syukur yang tinggi adalah penting agar seseorang memiliki kepercayaan diri yang tinggi. Kepercayaan diri yang tinggi dapat membuat seseorang lebih produktif dalam bertindak positif.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana kualitas produk dan layanan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sekitar 40 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kualitas produk dan kepuasan pelanggan.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Pelayanan, Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract

Masalah kesehatan mental sering kali menjadi prioritas utama dalam lansia, banyak di antara mereka menghadapi kesepian dan isolasi sosial. Hal ini bisa diatasi dengan mengikuti aktivitas ataupun kegiatan sosial. Belum lama pemerintah membuat program sekolah lansia sebagai cara dalam menghadapi masalah kesehatan mental, namun hal ini memiliki kendala yaitu kurangnya pionir untuk melanjutkan program tersebut. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah memberikan gagasan atau ide baru mengenai inovasi sekolah lansia yang di programkan pemerintah agar bisa mewujudkan lansia mandiri dan berkemajuan (applied research). Metode yang digunakan artikel ini adalah studi literatur, untuk persiapan awal dalam menyusun kerangka penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peran lansia dalam enkulturasi budaya ataupun pelestarian budaya, lansia dapat menjadi produktif, mandiri dan berkemajuan melalui praktik program sekolah lansia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemikiran Sunaryati dalam proporsionalitas pembangunan Hukum Ekonomi Pembangunan dan Hukum Ekonomi Sosial di Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian normative dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan history. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sunaryati membagi hukum ekonomi menjadi dua dimensi yakni hukum ekonomi pembangunan yang berbicara pada tataran keseluruhan aspek kebijakan pembangunan hukum ekonomi nasional, sedangkan hukum ekonomi sosial adalah berbica pada tataran hasil yang dinikmati dari pembangunan untuk kesejahteraan sosial rakyat. Pada konteks terkini, kebijakan pembangunan nasional yang tertuang dalam dokumen kebijakan Rencana Pembanguanan Jangka Panjang dan Jangka Menengah Nasional belum mampu terimplementasi dengan baik yang mengindikasikan bahwa hukum ekonomi sosial belum tercapai, hal ini dapat dilihat dari tingginya angka kemiskinan, Indeks Pembanguan Manusia (IPM) yang rendah dan juga akses hak terhadap hal fundamental seperti pendidikan, Kesehatan dan pekerjaan serta perlindungan sosial yang belum merata

Abstract

Sleep is one of the physiological needs that must be met by every human being. Changes in sleep patterns are generally caused by the demands of daily activities that result in a reduced need for sleep, so individuals tend to be hit by excessive sleepiness during the day. Sleep quality is affected by factors such as illness, exercise and fatigue, psychological stress, medication, nutrition, environment, and motivation. In previous studies, it was found that psychological well-being has a strong relationship with individual stress levels. This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological well-being and sleep quality in final students. The study used quantitative methods with a correlational approach. The study population consisted of final students who were taking 5th to 9th semesters of college. The sample taken consisted of 160 final students studying at universities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The results of the correlation test using Pearson Product Moment with a value of p = 0.013 (P < 0.05) and a value of r = 0.196 showed a positive relationship between psychological well-being and sleep quality in final students. This means that the higher the psychological well-being, the higher the quality of sleep for the final student.

Abstract

According to the data, there are still many teenagers in the DIY area who have bad behavior. In fact, there are quite a few cases of crime such as klitih, brawls between students, actions against teachers, and various other behaviors that are still being carried out. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between the love given by parents to their children in the process of forming children's moral intelligence. As stated in Bronfenbrenner's theory, the family sphere is very influential in the process of forming a child's behavior. The method used is quantitative. Using a scale distribution for late adolescents aged 18-21 years in DIY. This research found that there is a fairly strong relationship between parental love and children's moral intelligence. Finally, this research provides future input for future researchers to further strengthen this study with different methods.

Abstract

Agar tubuh kita dapat melakukan banyak aktivitas, kita harus memiliki kebugaran jasmani yang mumpuni. Kebugaran jasmani merupakan kemampuan fisik seseorang untuk melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari tanpa lelah dan tetap memiliki cadangan energi. Hal ini dapat dilakukan Latihan salah satunya melalui Latihan sirkuit. Latihan sirkuit merupakan jenis latihan di mana peserta diminta untuk melakukan suatu kegiatan tertentu, seperti latihan dalam waktu yang singkat, menggunakan beban yang sedang, repitisi yang tinggi, dan waktu istirahat yang singkat. Setelah itu, peserta melanjutkan dengan program latihan sirkuit lainnya. Tujuan program latihan ini adalah untuk memberikan tantangan otot dan sistem kardiovaskular dengan hal-hal baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan seberapa efektif latihan sirkuit untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani siswa sekolah dasar. Program latihan sirkuit terdiri dari tiga sesi setiap minggu, dua belas kali pertemuan, dengan durasi 30 menit setiap sesi. Tes kebugaran termasuk (1) lari 40-meter, (2) tes gantung siku tekuk, (3) baring duduk selama 30 detik, (4) loncat tegak, dan (5) lari 600 meters. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yang disebut quasi eksperimen. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 siswa kelas atas Madarasah Ibtidayah Muhammadiyah Wonorejo, masing-masing 15 putera dan 15 puteri. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk memberikan sampel penelitian ini. Untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini, program SPSS Versi 26 digunakan. Uji beda sampel berpasangan dan independen dilakukan dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa sekolah dasar mungkin lebih sehat dengan latihan sirkuit. Karena penelitian ini hanya mencakup satu sekolah, diperlukan penelitian tambahan. Penelitian lebih lanjut harus dilakukan pada berbagai sekolah. Penelitian ini harus melihat bagaimana karakteristik siswa, kondisi psikologis, lingkungan sosial, kondisi fisik, dan latihan yang dapat meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani siswa.

Abstract

Generasi Z, yang tumbuh dalam era teknologi dan informasi, dihadapkan pada tren wirausaha yang semakin relevan. Masa remaja adalah periode kritis dalam memilih dan mengeksplorasi karir, dan kewirausahaan dapat menjadi pilihan yang unik. Meskipun fenomena berwirausaha semakin populer, masih banyak remaja yang enggan berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali faktor kognitif yang mempengaruhi penghindaran risiko pada remaja yang enggan berwirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap tiga remaja yang enggan berwirausaha. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan remaja enggan berwirausaha, yaitu persepsi, efikasi diri, perbedaan individual, mindset dan identitas peran, skema kognitif, kecenderungan untuk menghindari risiko, ketakutan terhadap kegagalan, resistensi terhadap perubahan.

Abstract

Register is a phenomenon where the use of language variations or terms that have peculiarities based on the situation and language needs and this phenomenon contains types and functions in speech. This research aims to find out the types and functions of utterances used in the game Mobile Legends: Bang-Bang. The data of this research comes from the terms in the Mobile Legends game. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to describe a research object with a description. The researcher uses observation and documentation methods to collect data. The researcher used the theory of register types from Martin Joos (1962) and Halliday's register language function (1985). The researcher found four types of registers namely casual, formal, consultative and intimate registers with a total of 60 data divided into 40 casual registers (70%), 3 formal registers (5%), 14 consultative registers (23.33%), and 1 intimate register (1.67%) and the researcher found five functions of register language namely function of information, Regulatory, interactional, instrumental, and function of personal with a total of 60 data divided into 38 data of function of information (63.33), 15 data of regulatory function (25%), 3 data of interactional function (5%), 3 data of instrumental function (5%), and 1 data of personal function (1.67). The most used register type is casual register (70%) and the most used function is function of information (63,33%). the study identified the potential educational benefits of leveraging the gaming environment for language learning. Integrating Mobile Legends' language registers into educational practices can enhance students' linguistic skills and foster a more interactive and immersive learning experience.

Abstract

This study analyzes violationsof maxim in CNN Breaking news twitter account. The study aims to achieve two objectives: (a) identify violations of Grice's cooperative principles in netizen responses to CNN Breaking News on Twitter during the November period, and (b) explain the reasons behind these violations. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing data from netizen responses to tweet uploads on CNN Breaking news twitter in November. Data collection involves documentation and note-taking. The analysis reveals a total of 101 violations of Grice's cooperative principles, categorized into four main types: 19 (18.8%) violations of the maxim of quantity, 13 (12.9%) violations of the maxim of quality, 48 (47.5%) violations of the maxim of relation, and 21 (20.8%) violations of the maxim of manner. The reasons behind netizens flout the maxims include expressing emotion, conveying sympathy, expressing personal opinions, sarcasm, condescension, and diverting the conversation or topic. The study found instances of Grice's Cooperative Principle violations, indicating challenges in maintaining effective and cooperative communication in online discourse. The findings highlight the necessity for improved online communication ethics, emphasizing clarity, relevance, and respect. This is crucial for fostering more meaningful and respectful communication on social media platforms.
