Abstract

Stunting is one of the strategic problems experienced by people in Banten, especially in the Pancur sub-district, Serang, Banten. The socialization and training activity "Stunting Prevention" is a form of implementation of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) theme in Banten. This activity will be carried out in August – September 2023, located in Pancur Village, Taktakan District, Serang City. The stunting prevention outreach and training program is carried out by adopting the knowledge and importance of drinking milk which explains that food consists of carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, minerals and water. Partners involved in the KKN program include children, teenagers, young people, PKK mothers, Posyandu Group and the surrounding community. Furthermore, activities to socialize parenting patterns and meet the nutritional needs of mothers and children need to be increased. Then, training on washing hands using soap by implementing 7 steps on how to wash hands using soap to kill microorganisms went smoothly. The "Lungs of the World" program by planting fruit trees, such as manga, rambutan and longan as a source of oxygen and useful for public consumption. It is hoped that the KKN program will continue to be implemented by Muhammadiyah Tangerang University as a forum for students to actualize knowledge, insight and gain experience to help overcome problems and interact in society.

Abstract

A fire-free urban community environment can be created through early fire prevention and suppression efforts. This early fire prevention and suppression aims to develop community-based fire preparedness. The forms of fire prevention efforts carried out by the community include simulations, counselling, and training on fire hazards, as well as being a member of the Fire Volunteer Front. It is hoped that this model will be more easily accepted by the public because it is part of the South Tangerang City Fire and Rescue Service program.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to create an enjoyable learning experience by introducing English songs to children at KB/TK Kasih Ibu 05 in Periuk, Tangerang. During this activity, the instructor used direct and demonstration methods. The activities included obtaining implementation permits, preparing materials and tools, executing the program, and evaluating its effectiveness. The training began by introducing new vocabulary through English videos tailored to the level of KB/TK students. The children watched several English song videos, practiced pronunciation of the vocabulary with appropriate intonation, rhythm, and stress related to the songs, and concluded with singing English songs together with movements. It is hoped that after participating in this activity, the PAUD children will become familiar with English songs and that teachers can utilize simple English songs as a learning resource.

Abstract

Pregnant women who experience chronic energy deficiency (KEK) can put their baby at risk of stunting. Stunting is a child's developmental disorder caused by a lack of nutritional intake, infection, or inadequate stimulation. Flat feet in children are a consequence of various factors such as obesity or heredity. It can be classified as a physiological or pathological disorder. Foot problems such as flat feet or flat feet are one of the main causes of various other complaints that are often underestimated. The implementation method used in this Community Service activity is presentation, discussion, and mentoring. It was concluded that increasing stunting knowledge for SEZ pregnant women and flatfoot risk factors in children meant that the learning process which lasted for two sessions with 20 participants of pregnant women with SEZs could be carried out smoothly and well.

Abstract

Potential-Based Community Service (PMBP) includes education, training, and service which are the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. PMBP activities are important to continue to be carried out by students, the purpose of PMBP is to develop the personality of the students themselves "Personality Development". This PMBP activity was carried out in two different places with different activity programs. The location of the first activity of MI "Literacy" Miftahul Huda Wajak with educational activity programs (reading tutoring and mathematics olympiad), and sports training. The second location is at SMK Dharma Wanita 02 Wajak with a Bullying Counseling activity program. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observations, and documentation. The results obtained in the field of education are in the form of improving reading skills, and practicing the ability to work on mathematics Olympiad problems. In the field of training in the form of providing a basic understanding in sports. In the field of counseling, it is in the form of understanding the dangers and negative impacts of bullying in the school and community environment. This PMBP activity can be able to provide benefits for the schools where PMBP is carried out.

Abstract

The incidence of HIV / AIDS in Sleman Regency is still a health problem that must get attention, although the numbers have decreased, this is because HIV AIDS is still an undiagnosed iceberg phenomenon because tracing and testing processes are not carried out in all at-risk groups, especially now that the Covid-19 pandemic is a major concern in the health sector. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the activities of mobile cadres in socialization or educational services to be hampered and even stopped because they follow the rules to comply with health protocols to prevent transmission of the coronavirus. Promotive and preventive efforts as a solution to problems are important to be implemented, namely providing HIV/AIDS prevention education to various stakeholders in Ngaran Hamlet and involving HIV AIDS cadres who have been formed through the Aisyiyah Balecatur branch management which is considered to have a risk for Ngaran, and providing an HIV/AIDS website platform.

Abstract

Financial managers using digital literacy in the family are still unfamiliar at this time. The lack of financial management in a family can trigger greater problems within it. However, when the family's finances are well planned and managed, then every member of the family will feel peace in his home. With the socialization of the use of digitalization on financial management for household mothers as well as technical guidance on using existing family financial management applications, the financial issues faced will be easier to anticipate in advance. If this problem can be solved by every family, then the purpose of a prosperous family can be realized. The dedication to the community is aimed at explaining the mastery of family financial management and providing technical guidance using Android-based financial management applications for household mothers. The post-test results showed that 79% of participants had a better understanding of how to use a family financial management app using a handheld phone device they had. This figure increased 41% of the pre-test result done before the activity was carried out.

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia is still a concern, seen from a number of problems that become obstacles to improving the quality of education as well as affecting the quality of Indonesian youth. This study aims to group provinces in Indonesia based on the aspect of youth education using the K-Means and K-Medoids methods. To determine the optimum k, the average silhouette method is used and the SW and SB ratio is used to evaluate the cluster results. The results obtained are 2 clusters optimum. For the K-Means method, cluster 1 consists of 19 provinces and cluster 2 consists of 14 provinces. Whereas in the K-Medoids method, cluster 1 consists of 22 provinces and cluster 2 consists of 11 provinces. The K-Means method is better than the K-Medoids method because it has a ratio value of 0.527941 which is smaller than the K-Medoid ratio value of 0.5612719.Keyword: K-Means; K-Medoid; Education; Average Silhouette; Standard Deviation.

Abstract

The shift from conventional business models to digital business models has become a significant trend among competitors of SMEs. The use of digital media holds great potential to accelerate SMEs' growth. This article aims to socialize the concept of digital marketing to SMEs so that they can effectively leverage it to enhance their competitiveness and business growth. The approach employed in this article involves conducting activities through seminars focused on imparting knowledge, training, and practical assistance to SMEs regarding digital marketing strategies relevant to the context of the Industrial Revolution. By gaining a better understanding of digital marketing, SMEs can attract a broader audience and experience sustainable business growth in this increasingly digital environment.

Abstract

Serabi is a traditional snack originating from Indonesia. There are two types of Serabi, namely Serabi Solo and Surabi Bandung. Both types of Pancakes have different flavors and ingredients. Pancakes or soerabi are similar to pancakes. These typical Indonesian pancakes are usually associated with the city of Bandung or Solo. The main difference may lie in the main ingredients and various toppings. The author introduces Surabi in Tangerang which has various types of toppings. There is a Surabi Bandung restaurant which is no longer served with gravy, but served with various kinds of western-flavored toppings. Several restaurants in Tangerang serve Surabi with western topping variants. Therefore, we found 3 different restaurants in Tangerang, including Waroeng Bangpeh, Surabi Teras, and Rumah Surabi 74 Larangan. They serve delicious Surabi Bandung and various western toppings. This study aims to determine the background of the mixing of local and western cultures which can be seen from the food. Then, the writer wants to provide information related to Surabi's multiculturalism. In addition, readers get to know the cultural background of the seller or surabi maker. Researchers uses qualitative research methods. This research used an observation approach and interviews with informants. Researchers collected data by interviewing surabi sellers in three different shops in the Tangerang area, then we recorded data findings from informants. This research was conducted at the Surabi restaurant. The data collection process starts from giving questions to informants. Then data is collected by listening and recording all information related to the research problem.
