The sample in this study was the elderly who currently have degenerative diseases. This research design is cross sectional, data collection techniques through questionnaires / questionnaires. From the research results, it was found that there was a significant relationship between degenerative diseases in the elderly with diet, physical activity of the elderly, rest patterns, and health care support for the elderly. Meanwhile, smoking habit with p-value = 0.283 means that statistically there is no relationship between smoking habits and degenerative diseases, this is because the proportion of elderly women who smoke and have degenerative diseases is less. The conclusion of this study is the productivity of the elderly in youth and lifestyle will have an influence on the health of the elderly in old age.

Abstract

Digital marketing has become a very important aspect of modern marketing. This has changed the way businesses interact with customers and reach their target audience. Advances in technology, especially the internet and mobile devices, have changed the way people interact with information and brands. Easy access to the internet and mobile devices has opened the door to digital marketing. Today's consumers are more likely to search for products and services online, read reviews, and conduct research before making a purchasing decision. This creates opportunities for businesses to leverage digital platforms to reach and influence consumers. Digital marketing allows businesses to use user data to target advertising more precisely. This means advertising can be tailored to individual interests and preferences, making it more effective. One of the advantages of digital marketing is the ability to better measure and analyze campaign results. This allows businesses to understand what is working and what is not, so they can improve their marketing strategies. Many businesses compete for customer attention in the digital world. This drives innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing practices. Digital marketing is more accessible to small and medium businesses, due to the lower cost of entry compared to traditional advertising. This provides an opportunity for small businesses to compete with big players. Although digital marketing offers many benefits, privacy issues also arise as data collection increases. This has resulted in changes in data privacy regulations, such as the European Union's GDPR. Digital marketing is becoming an important tool for businesses and organizations to grow their online presence, reach a wider audience, and influence consumers in a more measurable way. With a good understanding of trends and developments in digital marketing, people can use it to their advantage in promoting their business or understanding how information is presented to them online.

Abstract

Stunting remains a critical public health issue in Indonesia, prompting nationwide intervention programs involving multi-level stakeholders, including grassroots health volunteers (Posyandu cadres). This study investigates the persuasive communication strategies employed by Posyandu Anggrek II B cadres in Cipondoh, Tangerang, to promote balanced nutrition among mothers of under-five children. Utilizing a qualitative approach through participant observation and in-depth interviews, the research examines the six key elements of persuasive communication: communicator, message, channel, receiver, feedback, and effect. The findings reveal that the cadres effectively delivered culturally contextualized and motivational health messages using public health forums and practical demonstrations of diverse nutritious food menus. Notably, this communication fostered cognitive, affective, and behavioral shifts among mothers, indicating potential long-term impact on stunting prevention. However, challenges such as motivational barriers and semantic misunderstandings due to diverse sociolinguistic backgrounds were also identified. This study underscores the vital role of well-trained community health communicators in behavior change interventions and highlights the necessity of continuous support and adaptive strategies to overcome communication obstacles. By focusing on localized, persuasive engagement, this research contributes empirical evidence to the discourse on sustainable, community-driven public health strategies in the fight against child malnutrition.

Abstract

The rapid development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has significantly transformed various sectors, including smart irrigation systems for residential and agricultural applications. This community engagement program aims to introduce and implement an automated irrigation system based on IoT to enhance water efficiency and reduce manual labor in plant care. The program was conducted in Manis Jaya, Tangerang, involving local youth and community members through seminars and hands-on workshops. The results showed that 80% of participants demonstrated an improved understanding of IoT technology, and a majority expressed willingness to adopt the system in their households. Additionally, the automated irrigation system reduced water consumption by 25–30% compared to manual methods, demonstrating its effectiveness in sustainable water management. This study highlights the potential of IoT-driven smart agriculture in urban environments, providing data-driven irrigation solutions to optimize water usage. Future developments should focus on integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) for predictive irrigation based on environmental conditions and expanding public training programs for broader adoption. This initiative contributes to enhancing digital literacy, water conservation, and sustainable urban agriculture through accessible technological innovation.

Abstract

This community-based service initiative explores an educational and environmental intervention conducted in Alas Gede, Ngingit Village, Tumpang District, Indonesia, focusing on the transformation of plastic waste into ecobricks by elementary school students. As plastic pollution escalates into a critical global environmental challenge, this program presents an integrative solution by combining environmental education with practical waste management skills. Ecobricks—plastic bottles densely packed with clean, non-organic waste—serve as a low-cost, scalable, and ecologically responsible alternative for repurposing plastic waste into usable construction materials. The uniqueness of this initiative lies in its pedagogical approach that merges hands-on learning, environmental awareness, and community empowerment at the grassroots level. The program not only enhances students’ cognitive and behavioral competencies regarding recycling practices but also strengthens collective environmental stewardship within the village. This article delineates the step-by-step implementation of the program, identifies operational challenges, and evaluates its multi-dimensional impacts on both the educational environment and the broader community. Findings suggest that integrating ecobrick production into school-based environmental curricula fosters sustainable behavior, promotes participatory waste management, and has potential for replication in other rural contexts facing similar ecological issues

Abstract

Tutoring plays an important role in the development of children's learning, because not only what is obtained at school, learning outside of school has a considerable impact and influences student learning motivation. Non-formal education is expected to increase students' interest or interest in learning.  In non-formal education students are invited to study with methods that are different from formal education in general, non-formal education is more relaxed and attractive by introducing something new or what they don't understand with interesting things, in contrast to formal education, learning is more fun by  playing games as a distraction and also as an insert in learning. Students are not only required to be able to memorize but also must understand and be interested because by being interested students themselves find out what they don't know.  For this reason, the application of learning using the learning and playing method can motivate students in learning to become individuals who are more creative and active in thinking and also solving problems.
