Abstract

In a business era full of uncertainty and high competitive dynamics, the company's ability to develop and execute mature strategic management is the main determinant in maintaining business sustainability. The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the application of strategic management at PT X through a comprehensive approach, starting from the analysis of mission statement components, SWOT analysis, IFE and EFE Matrix, Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM), to Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE) Matrix, as well as the design of corporate strategy using The Three Horizons model. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection technique includes a study of documents on the financial and annual statements of PT X and its subsidiaries from 2012–2019, then financial and annual report data of three companies for benchmarking. The results showed that PT X had significant internal strength (IFE score 3.04) but was less than optimal in responding to external dynamics (EFE score 2.61). The proposed corporate strategy includes strengthening core business (H1), transforming business unit portfolio (H2), and long-term innovative development (H3). This research is expected to be an initial reference for follow-up studies that can enrich the analysis of business strategies through additional approaches such as PESTLE and Balanced Scorecard to establish more holistic sustainable performance indicators.

Abstract

Peritoneal dialysis, particularly Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD), is an established modality for renal replacement therapy in patients with end-stage kidney disease (ESKD). Although generally safe, mechanical complications such as dialysate leakage can significantly disrupt treatment. Case Report: We present the case of a 32-year-old male with ESKD on dual dialysis (CAPD and hemodialysis) who developed acute right scrotal swelling following CAPD fluid exchange. Physical examination and imaging raised suspicion of a dialysate leak into the scrotal sac, potentially through a patent processus vaginalis, mimicking hydrocele. CAPD was suspended, and the patient was switched to hemodialysis while awaiting urological evaluation. Discussion: This case highlights the diagnostic challenge of differentiating dialysate leak from other causes of scrotal swelling, such as hydrocele, hernia, or infection. Prompt identification and management are essential to prevent further complications and maintain dialysis access. Conclusion: Dialysate leakage should be considered in CAPD patients presenting with acute scrotal swelling. Multidisciplinary evaluation and temporary suspension of peritoneal dialysis are often necessary for diagnosis and recovery.

Abstract

This study analyzed the damage to the Axle Counter Module ZP D 43 at the Maros Station crossing. The ZP D 43 module functions to detect the presence of the train, but it was found to be disrupted due to lightning strikes and a poor grounding system, which caused fatal damage to the module and counting head. The research method uses a qualitative approach through observation, technician interviews, as well as SWOT and TWOS analysis. The results of the SWOT and TOWS analyses show the need to improve system protection and grounding improvements to improve operational reliability. These findings provide strategic recommendations to improve the safety and efficiency of train travel in the Makassar–Parepare Railway Project.

Abstract

Mountain water is the main raw material in drinking water depots and water from drinking water companies is known as healthy water and good for consumption, people think this water is the best, while the population, costs increase every year, and transportation terrain is increasingly difficult, how long can this condition last. River water and soil that are properly processed, namely filtration and ozone disinfection, can be a substitute for mountain water, by designing, creating, and implementing appropriate technology to process river water and soil so that it is suitable for consumption. Plasma Generator is a tool for producing Ozone, which is used as a strong disinfectant and without residue in water. This tool uses a spiral cylinder electrode method with Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD). Corona release occurs between high voltage electrodes of 13.28 kV from a distance between electrodes of 0.5 mm, capable of producing ozone that can purify dirty water and sterilize water containing E. coli bacteria.

Abstract

As environmental sustainability becomes a core concern for consumers, brands must rethink their green marketing strategies not merely to drive purchase, but to cultivate deeper consumer participation and advocacy. This conceptual paper proposes an integrated framework that maps the consumer journey from green brand awareness to active advocacy. Drawing upon the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model, the framework highlights key psychological constructs—such as attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control—and links them to digital engagement as a catalyst for consumer mobilization. Unlike traditional models that conclude at purchase behavior, this framework advances the discussion toward post-purchase advocacy, examining how digital platforms empower consumers to promote, co-create, and influence sustainable practices. The model offers theoretical advancements and practical insights for brands aiming to foster long-term environmental engagement through marketing strategies that activate participation beyond transactional touchpoints.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of archival activities and office layout on employee performance in the restaurant industry, specifically focusing on Bejana Restaurant in Nusa Dua, Bali. These two aspects are often overlooked, yet they play a critical role in ensuring proper record-keeping and an efficient workspace, both of which can positively affect employee performance. The research employs various data analysis methods, including validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, and tests for linearity, normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity. The findings show that while the F-test significance value was 0.031, confirming that the regression model can be used to analyze employee performance, neither archival arrangement nor office layout had a significant impact on employee performance.
