Abstract

literasi baca tulis sangat diperlukan untuk mengembangkan komunikasi siswa. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi literasi baca tulis di SDN 39 Raba Bima yang dilihat dari aspek 1) Jumlah variasi bahan bacaan di sekolah 2) peminjaman bahan bacaan di perpustakaan 3) kegiatan sekolah yang berkaitan dengan literasi baca tulis 4) kebijakan kepala sekolah yang berkaitan dengan literasi baca tulis  dan 5) Komunitas Baca di sekolah. penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif.  Pengambilan data menggunakan angket mendalam mengenai perkembangan literasi disekolah dan di bantu oleh wawancara  dilakukan kepada beberapa pegiat literasi disekolah seperti kepala sekolah, kepala perpustakaan dan ibu pembimbing literasi ibu Y untuk mendukung data. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif atau statistik deksriptif. Penarikan kesimpulan dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan hasil yang diperoleh dengan kategori nilai presentase menggunakan rumus likert skala 1 sampai 4. Hasil Implementasi Literasi Baca Tulis SDN 39 Raba Bima masuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan aspek 1) Jumlah variasi bahan bacaan di sekolah dengan presentase 83% dengan kategori sangat baik 2) peminjaman bahan bacaan di perpustakaan dengan presenatse 88 % dengan kategori sangat baik 3) kegiatan sekolah yang berkaitan dengan literasi baca tulis dengan presentase 84% dengan kategori sangat baik 4) kebijakan kepala sekolah yang berkaitan dengan literasi baca tulis dengan presentase 88% dengan kategori sangat baik dan 5) Komunitas Baca di sekolah dengan presentase 92% dengan kategori sangat baik. Secara garis besar  Implementasi Literasi Baca Tulis SDN 39 Raba Bima sudah sangat baik akan tetapi masih harus meningkatkan kualitas implementasi literasi baca tulis dan harus dilakukan evaluasi literasi secara menyeluruh bukan saja hanya literasi baca tulis untuk mengetahui implementasi literasi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu sumber informasi yang diselenggarakan pada suatu Lembaga Pendidikan, dikelola sepenuhnya oleh lembaga yang bersangkutan, untuk mencapai tujuan Pendidikan pada umumnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan sistem informasi manajemen perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Jenis penelitian ini menerapkan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan informasi dari 3 narasumber. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang kemudian diolah menjadi sebuah kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan sistem informasi manajemen perpustakaan dalam menumbuhkan minat baca di SMAN 1 Berau telah memenuhi standar nasional Pendidikan dan dilakukan dengan tahapan yang sangat baik; 1) Sistem Informasi Manajemen Perpustakaan merupakan gabungan melalui teknologi informasi dan juga aktivitas manusia yang menanfaatkan teknologi itu sendiri sebagai dukungan operasi manajemen dalam pengolahan data dan informasi. 2) Setiap lembaga pendidikan diharapkan memiliki perpustakaan di lingkungan sekolah masing-masing guna menunjang proses pendidikan agar siswa mendapatkan tambahan informasi dan juga dapat mengerjakan tugas-tugas dari guru, mengingat perpustakaan sekolah menjadi bagian integral dari sistem pembelajaran, bukan hanya menjadi sarana pelengkap bagi keberadaan sekolah. 3) Pemanfaatan SIM Perpustakaan di SMAN 1 Berau merupakan kunci utama dalam menumbuhkan minat baca siswa dan juga meningkatkan kualitas manajemen sistem informasi dalam sebuah perpustakaan. 4) Pemanfaatan SIM Perpustakaan harus memiliki struktur organisasi yang mencakup aspek-aspek penting pada proses pengorganisasian, antara lain: pembagian kerja, bagan organisasi formal, rantai perintah dan kesatuan perintah serta tingkat hirarki manajemen, sehingga sistem informasi yang merupakan kumpulan komponen organisasi atau lembaga dapat saling berhubungan dengan proses perencanaan.

Abstract

Self-regulated e-learning modules are an innovative teaching method to increase student success and results in light of the desire to include technology in nursing education and the rising demand for online training. According to a learning requirements analysis, the addition of a self-directed, self-paced e-learning module might give students a way to more adequately get ready for a scenario simulating pediatric dehydration with medium realism. Three members of the faculty—a faculty topic specialist, a faculty content consultant, and a librarian/instructional designer—were assembled into a collaborative, interdisciplinary project team. Using the notion of self-regulated learning, the team created an online learning module. The purpose of this module is to better prepare undergraduate nursing students for pediatric simulation. It is an asynchronous, standalone, self-paced supplement. The inclusion of an online learning module will improve student engagement with the subject matter and encourage greater self-directed learning.

Abstract

Problem: The governance of the education unit under the auspices of the foundation is not coordinated measurably in terms of milestones. Purpose: This paper provides direction for the leadership management strategy of the foundation’s chairman in coordinating the management of educational units. Methods: Collection of data and information using observation, direct interviews, the Delpy method, documentation, and physical artifacts. Inductive, process, and goal-oriented Result: the head of the foundation carries out a transformative leadership management strategy coordinating with the management strategy, and coordinating with the educational unit.  The pattern of transformative leadership as a strategy for adapting a harmonious and productive democratic leadership model in mobilizing school principals and teachers to the demands of changes in the management information and technology-based education units, as well as student-oriented leadership strategy that emphasizes the quality of management of educational units under the foundation’s internal supervision, governance of quality-oriented foundations in educational units, developing the quality of teaching and educational staff resources, developing facilities and infrastructure, involving parent of students and benchmarking in educational unit at the same level.

Abstract

This paper draws upon the possibility of integrating cultural values into Indonesia's Buddhist Sunday School (BSS) learning system. It employed George’s (2008) library research methods consisting of motivation or assignment, imagination, research questions (brainstorming), research plan (strategy), reference works and databases (tools and tactics), sources, evaluation, insight, thesis, argument and outline, and drafting and revising. By reviewing 25 journal articles and books regarding with culture and education, this paper proposed three things to establish cultural-based religious learning in BSS, which are strengthening cultural content and values in the learning process, building a community-based learning, and involving parents.

Abstract

In 2020, around February, the spread of the corona virus disease occurred throughout the world, causing changes in the economic, educational and health sectors. Likewise, in our country, Indonesia, learning has been disrupted by the presence of the corona virus disease, where previously learning was carried out in classrooms, but to prevent the spread of this virus from becoming widespread, learning was not carried out in schools but in individual homes. In order for learning to take place effectively even if you do not meet face to face, learning is carried out online. The results of this research show that using ICT learning is useful in supporting the learning process. By using ICT, teachers can do homework, mid-semester exams, final semester exams and can give grades to students without disturbing them and not being late in the class promotion process. As a result of using ICT, the learning process runs smoothly and effectively, providing motivation and making the learning process easier in getting broader information about learning at UKI. The purpose of this study is to facilitate learning during the COVID-19 period. We know that during the COVID-19 period all learning was carried out at home using daring learning. The study was conducted at the Christian University of Indonesia with a sample of 58 students who were randomly selected. And using the experimental method with a 2 x 2 factorial design.The findings of this study are to make students more active in learning. The results showed that learning through E-Learning can improve learning and competency-based curriculum especially UKI during the COVID-19 period

Abstract

Paper writing aims to explain the empowering education unveiling the transformative potential of pedagogical competence for educator and learners. Pedagogics is a science that discusses education, namely the science of children's education. So pedagogic explains the ins and outs of children's education, pedagogic is a theory of children's education. Pedagogics as a science is needed by teachers. The task of the teacher is not only to teach to convey or transform knowledge to students at school, but the teacher has the task of developing the personality of his students in an integrated manner. The teacher develops the child's mental attitude, develops the child's conscience or the child's heart so that the child will be sensitive to humanitarian issues, human dignity, as well as the teacher only develops children's skills, life skills in society so that he is able to face all the problems of his life. Conclusion in writing papers: pedagogy competence is a set of knowledge, skills, and behaviors that must be possessed, lived and mastered by teachers or lecturers in carrying out professional duties. This type of research uses qualitative research by means of researchers conducting observations, interviews and documentation with key informants and supporting informants, namely, teachers and students at the Muhammadiyah Kendari Private High School, and the novelty of the results of this research will be useful for the development of science, especially related educational sciences. how teachers and lecturers must master pedagogical competence, social competence, personality competence and social competence.  Conclusion: pedagogical competence has a central role in shaping quality and relevant education. The transformative potential of pedagogical competence not only enriches students' learning experiences, but is also the key to the sustainability and success of the education system in the future. Therefore, continuous efforts in developing and strengthening pedagogical competence need to be implemented as a long-term investment to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Generation Alpha and the era of society 5.0 are an obstacle  for Muhammadiyah’s Islamic Education. Because everything is based on technology, all information is easy to get through digitally,  which has positive and negative impacts. The negative effect is more dominant, so  the progressivism of Muhammadiyah’s Islamic Education becomes  necessary for education providers. The research aims to explore the existence of Muhammadiyah’s Islamic Education in facing the Alpha generation and the era of Society 5.0. In this study, the authors used a qualitative method of library research. Journals, articles, books, and other relevant information can support this article's data as a source. The results showed that the existence of Muhammadiyah’s Islamic Education in the generation Alpha  and the era Society 5.0 was pursued by innovating technology-based learning and lecture programs such as the eduMu, edutabMu, ISMUBAKU and SiberMu University and Trensains schools.

Abstract

Education is essential in enhancing life quality. It fosters societal benefits and prosperity. The necessity of education extends its significance to individuals, societies, and even nations. Multiple elements contribute to enhancing education quality, encompassing teacher professionalism and school culture. Hence, this study assesses the impact of teacher professionalism and school culture on education quality, individually and collectively. The research utilizes a descriptive and verificative methodology, employing Likert scale questionnaires to gather data from 59 teachers. Regression analysis techniques process the data, and significance is assessed via F-tests. The findings indicate: (1) Teacher professionalism significantly and positively affects education quality; (2) School culture similarly exerts a positive and significant influence; (3) Simultaneously, teacher professionalism and school culture significantly enhance education quality. In light of these outcomes, the author proposes (1) Enhancing teacher professionalism through self-growth, academic participation, and adherence to ethical standards, further enriched by engaging in educational activities and community collaborations facilitated by school committees. (2) For improved education quality, emphasize the underrepresented dimension of norms within school culture, integrate various educational norms into school life and social interactions, and foster alignment with internal school policies and government regulations

Abstract

Penelitian ini yang berjudul "Perencanaan Strategik Sarana dan Prasarana di SMA AL Falah Ketintang Surabaya", bermaksud  untuk fasilitas yang ada dapat memenuhi kebutuhan penggunaannya secara efektif dan efisien. Hal tersebut terlihat dari adanya sarana prasarana yang cukup memadai, serta menyesuaikan kebutuhan peseta didik pada SMA Al Falah Ketintang Surabaya. Sarana dan prasarana tersebut dikelola secara langsung oleh para pendidik maupun staf karyawan bidang tugas masing-masing seperti bidang kebersihan dan pemeriksaan sarana prasarana seperti : pemeriksaan kendala AC setiap 3 bulan sekali, kebersihan toilet serta fasilitas umum lainnya yang di lakukan setiap hari, dibawah pengawasan Waka sarana dan prasarana, langkah tersebut dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas, efisien serta menciptakan kenyamanan proses pembelajaran. Kemudian pengelolaan fasilitas dan infrastruktur dilakukan sebagai bagian dari proses manajemen. Selanjutnya, pelaksanaan manajemen fasilitas dan infrastruktur pendidikan, SMA Al Falah Ketintang Surabaya dilaksanakan secara bersinambung, berawal dari perencanaan pengadaan,  pemeliharaan, pencatatan inventarisasi hingga proses penghapusan. Prosedur tersebut di laksanakan agar manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang di lakukan selalu berada dalam keadaan ketertiban dan keteraturan sesuai dengan tujuan yang sudah di rencanakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam, artikel ini yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif. Adapun metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Penulis merekomendasikan untuk pihak sekolah dapat memenuhi berbagai sarana prasarana serta fasilitas yang dibutuhkan oleh siswa lebih banyak dan lengkap lagi seperti pembagian alat kebersihan disetiap kelasnya. menambahkan pemasangan Wi-Fi atau menambah kecepatan Wi-Fi, serta apabila ada kerusakan pihak sekolah diharapkan memperhatikan sarana apa yang sekiranya perlu diganti maupun diperbaiki untuk kenyamanan  pengguna fasilitas sekolah.
