Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the two stay two stray (TSTS) learning model on the learning outcomes of grade IV social studies subjects at SDN Kadu Sempur. This research is quantitative research using quasi-experimental research methods with pretest-postest. The population subjects in this study were grade IV students at SD Negeri Kadu Sempur by taking samples of two classes as many as 32 class IV B students as a control class and 32 grade IV A students as an experimental class. So it can be concluded "There is an influence of the two stay two stray learning model on student learning outcomes in grade IV social studies subjects of SDN Kadu Sampur". The results of the hypothesis testing study using paired sample t-test, for testing the posttest hypothesis from the results of the t-test obtained Tcalculate = 5.01. And it can be known the value of ttable 1.66. Based on the hypothesis that has been formulated earlier, it can be known that the calculated value of ttable > then 5.01 > 1.66. Thus H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the speed reading skills and comprehension of fourth grade students at Karang Tengah 12 Public Elementary School, Tangerang City. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used are tests, observations, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students at Karang Tengah 12 Public Elementary School, Tangerang City. The results of this study indicate that almost all students' speed reading skills and comprehension are good, but there are some students whose reading skills are still lacking, namely in reading fluency, reading intonation, sentence use, punctuality, confidence, not being able to read text correctly and clearly, answering questions related to the text, explaining the meaning contained in the reading, interpreting difficult words in the reading text and transcribe information in reading.

Abstract

Education is a conscious effort made by educators to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students are more active in developing their potential, intelligence, personality, noble character, and skills needed when in society. Developing the potential of students who are creative, knowledgeable, independent, and become democratic citizens can be achieved through subjects at school, one of which is through Social Sciences (Social Science) subjects. IPS learning is one of the main subjects at the elementary school level. IPS education has a fairly broad range of material, because IPS education covers social symptoms and life problems in society. Social studies education helps students in solving the problems they face so that it will make them understand and understand the social environment of the community more. Given that, students' abilities differ, especially in terms of remembering. So that we need a learning model with a method that fits the criteria of elementary school students who are still synonymous with the word play, interact and have fun. Abstract

Principal managerial competence is one of the competencies possessed and implemented by the Principal in designing, compiling and implementing administrative plans and educational activities within a predetermined time period. There is a task carried out by the Principal so that all components run according to a predetermined plan and achieve mutually agreed goals. This research aims to describe the influence of the Principal’s managerial competence on the performance of educators at the primary school level. The research method used is an ex post facto research method with a correlation design. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The sample for this research was 15 school Principals and 30 Teacher at the primary school level in the Mojotengah subdistrict, Wonosobo Regency, Central Java. The results of this research reveal that the Adjusted R Square (Coefficient of Determination) value was 0.410. This means that there is a 41% influence of the Principal’s managerial competence on the performance of Teachers. Based on the research results that have been presented, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between the managerial competence of the Principal and the performance of Teacher.

Abstract

Abstract: Research on the development of Lontara script reading and writing books aims to improve the ability to read and write Lontara script in elementary school students in phase C (class V). This type of research is R&D and uses the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). This research trial was carried out according to the initial observation location, namely at SDN 106, Barru Regency. The subjects of this research were 17 class V students (phase C). The instruments of this research are tests, questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The cultural expert validation results showed 92% in the very feasible category, the linguist validation results showed 94% in the very feasible category, and the material content validation results showed 90% in the very feasible category. Initial trial results showed that the ability to read and write the Lontara script reached 87% of the category. very good, and in the results of the final trial (large group trial) the students' ability to read and write the Lontara script reached 89.3% in the very good category. This achievement shows that the Lontara script reading and writing textbook is suitable for use as teaching material in improving the Lontara’ script reading and writing skills of class V elementary school students (phase C). Abstract

The Society 5.0 era is impacting basic education, with significant changes in the way students learn through technology. Elementary schools have an important role in facing this digital transformation and strengthening the characters of Pancasila. Although technology enables access to online resources, challenges of disruption and uncertainty arise. This research details the strategy for integrating digital transformation with the formation of Pancasila character in elementary schools. Training teachers in the use of technology is important, while involving parents and the community is emphasized. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews and observations. The results of this research emphasize the importance of this integration to prepare a better generation in the Era of Society 5.0.

Abstract

The condition of children's interests tends to have an impact on current traditions which can eliminate cultural sustainability. So that culture is no longer left behind and teaching and learning activities are not monotonous, one way is to introduce local wisdom by using edugame learning media in the form of CAI-based quizzes. This research and development aims to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the remo gagrak anyar based vibrating sidaqu edugame to improve student learning outcomes in class V arts and culture subjects at SDN Penjaringansari 2. This research is a type of R & D with the ADDIE research model. Data collection techniques use validation sheets, observations, questionnaires, tests. The research results showed that the validity of the material was 90% and the media graphics were 86% in the very valid category. The practicality of Edugame Getar Sidaqu media is based on the implementation of the teaching process at 97% in the very good or practical category. Effectiveness based on the results of the student response questionnaire reached 89% in the very good category. Keyword : Learning Media, Edugame, Learning Results

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of using Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based learning media to increase students' learning motivation in elementary schools. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research. The data collection method uses a research approach in the form of literature study. The research results obtained show that ICT-based learning media plays a very important role in 21st century learning. This can provide increased learning and student learning outcomes, showing interest, enthusiasm, focus, direction, in participating in learning activities. Apart from that, the use of ICT-based learning media can create an interesting and enjoyable learning atmosphere or what is called joyful learning. Apart from being a means of increasing students' learning motivation, ICT-based learning can also help teachers provide learning material more easily, familiarize teachers with adapting to rapidly developing times. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can be used in learning and is suitable as a learning medium to increase students' learning motivation in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model on the learning outcomes of class IV Pancasila Education at MIM Al Muttaqien. This research is quantitative research using a pre-experimental design research method with one group pretest-posttest. The population in this study were all class IV students at MIM Al Muttaqien. The data collection technique in this research uses multiple choice questions as an instrument. To test the hypothesis, a significance value (2 tailed) of 0.000 is obtained, which means it is less than the significance level (α) of 0.05, so Ho is rejected. This means that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest. From these results it can be seen that the t count has a negative value, namely – 8.906, which means the average pretest score is lower than the average posttest score. Based on these data, it can be concluded that "There is an influence of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model on the Pancasila Education learning outcomes for class IV MIM Al Muttaqien".

Abstract

Education in Indonesia declined when the Covid-19 pandemic emerged in early 2020. The emergence of Covid-19 caused many learning activities to be postponed or even eliminated. With the decline in the quality of education due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the government is making new innovations so that education in Indonesia improves again and is in line with the goals of education in Indonesia. The Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture innovated by creating a driving school program specifically created during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. The aim of creating this driving school program was to improve the quality of education which had declined due to the emergence of the Covid - 19 pandemic in Indonesia. Researchers want to know more about the stages that schools go through to have driving school status, then the obstacles or challenges in implementing driving school activities or programs and implementing driving school learning activities. In the research carried out, researchers took data from schools using a qualitative descriptive method approach with interview, observation and documentation techniques. And the results obtained are that this driving school is a program in which the Ministry of Education and Culture together with the regional government work together to make the school become a driving school so that it can be used as an example or reference for schools that do not have driving school status.
