Abstract

This community service was conducted in the form of a webinar delivered to stock investors. Indonesian stock investors face the problem of high percentage of investor experiencing negative return. This is strange as Indonesian stock market index (IHSG) generally trend upward from year to year. One of the possible causes is the inability of investors to perform good analysis of stocks. Thus, the topic of stock fundamental analysis is chosen for the webinar. In the webinar, various topics of fundamental analysis such as value investing, how to identify cheap stocks, how to measure company performance, how to understand risk, are explained and discussed. It is expected that by improving the investor’s ability to conduct fundamental analysis, investors can earn higher return for their investment. Judging from the feedback of webinar participant, the webinar was conducted well and very useful for investors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of research variables on the the Corporate Income Tax (PPH) owed, including : (1) the current ratio variabel; (2) debt to equity ratio variabel; (3) long-term debt to asset ratio variabel; (4) variable operational costs; and (5) the simultaneous influence of the variables current ratio, debt to equity ratio, long-term debt to asset ratio, and operational costs on the Company's PPH payable. This research is quantitative research using secondary data from annual financial reports. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 18 companies from 48 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 so that the research data analyzed amounted to 90. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and tests. hypothesis. The research results show simultaneously: current ratio, debt to equity ratio, long-term debt to asset ratio, and operational costs have a significant effect on corporate income tax payable.

Abstract

This research aims to assist the researchers at Surya Nusantara Adventist College in gaining knowledge about qualitative research methods. The goal is to encourage respondents to conduct research using qualitative approaches in their respective fields of expertise. The workshop covered the following topics: What is qualitative research methodology, and how does it differ from quantitative methodology? What are the strengths and weaknesses of qualitative research, and how can one effectively conduct qualitative research (tips)? Prior to the workshop, the respondents admitted to having difficulty with qualitative research due to a lack of understanding. However, after the workshop, the respondents reported a better understanding of qualitative research concepts and felt motivated to consider qualitative research as an alternative method. 75% of participants stated that the material presented met their needs, and 81% said that it broadened their insights. They expressed motivation to apply qualitative research in their future projects.

Abstract

Implementing knowledge management within an organization is to transforming the organizational culture. Knowledge management implementation encourages the development of a knowledge-sharing culture and learning habits that involve all personnel in the organization. This is why the initial stages of knowledge management implementation are often the most challenging for organizations, as there may be resistance to change or a lack of interest in knowledge management implementation. This is where the crucial role of organizational leaders comes into play in leading knowledge management implementation. Leaders are directly responsible for guiding this change. Certainly, tangible actions from leaders are essential to motivate organizational members to actively engage in knowledge management implementation and demonstrate their commitment through concrete actions. This article constitutes a library study and identifies that knowledge management and technology play a crucial role in enhancing organizational leadership capacity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara shopping lifestyle terhadap minat beli, discount terhadap minat beli, minat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian, shopping lifestyle terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli dan discount terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli produk pada marketplace Shopee Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan populasi tidak diketahui dan sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cara perhitungan statistik yaitu dengan menggunakan rumus Hair et al. Sedangkan jenis sampel yang digunakan yaitu Purposive sampling, metode analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Shopping lifetsyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, 2) Discount berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, 3) Minat beli berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 4) Shopping lifestyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli, 5) Discount berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli. Hasil empiris dari Shopping lifestyle, Discount, minat beli dan keputusan pembelian diamana Shopee agar dapat mempertahankan promosi penjualan dengan cara memberikan diskon kepada konsumennya, dikarenakan shopping lifestyle dan diskon mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli dan keputusan pembelian.

The goal of the study is to determine how customer loyalty at Trans Resort Bali is impacted by service recovery, complaint handling, and perceived value. Because it fosters repeat business, positive word-of-mouth advertising, and a steady clientele, customer loyalty is essential to a hotel’s success. The goal of the study is to determine how customer loyalty at Trans Resort Bali is impacted by service recovery, complaint handling, and perceived value. Customer loyalty at The Trans Resort Bali is significantly impacted by the research’s findings about service recovery. Customer loyalty at The Trans Resort Bali is significantly impacted by how complaints are handled. Customer loyalty is significantly impacted by perceived value at The Trans Resort Bali. At The Trans Resort Bali, factors including perceived value, complaint resolution, and service recovery have a big impact on client loyalty. In order to guarantee a satisfying and unforgettable stay, the hotel should implement a proactive and sympathetic service recovery approach by quickly responding to guest complaints, extending heartfelt apologies, and offering practical solutions. The hotel can improve how it handles complaints by creating a more efficient communication system, giving employees the freedom to handle problems quickly, and regularly asking for input to identify and remedy areas where customers are not satisfied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh e-commerce innovation dan e-service quality terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan pengguna Tokopedia di Jabodetabek. Desain kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk memperoleh data. Subyek penelitian adalah pengguna Tokopedia yang pernah melakukan pembelian melalui aplikasi Tokopedia dalam kurun waktu 6 bulan terakhir dan berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Pengolahan data menggunakan PLS-SEM pada SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa e-commerce innovation memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction, e-commerce innovation memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty, e-service quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction, e-service quality tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty, customer satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty, e-commerce innovation memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty yang dimediasi oleh customer satisfaction, dan e-service quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty yang dimediasi oleh customer satisfaction. Manajemen Tokopedia terus meningkatkan inovasi e-commerce, kualitas layanan elektronik, kepuasan pelanggan, dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi kepada manajemen Tokopedia untuk mengambil keputusan dalam mengidentifikasi strategi untuk mengungguli pesaing, serta meningkatkan inovasi e-commerce, kualitas layanan e-service, kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi kepada manajemen Tokopedia untuk mengambil keputusan dalam mengidentifikasi strategi untuk mengungguli pesaing, serta meningkatkan inovasi e-commerce, kualitas layanan e-service, kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada platform Tokopedia dan variabel tertentu saja seperti1 inovasi e-commerce, kualitas layanan elektronik, kepuasan pelanggan, dan loyalitas pelanggan. Sampel hanya dilakukan di wilayah tertentu saja yaitu Jabodetabek dengan kuantitas sampel terbatas.

Abstract

This research investigates the intricate interplay between information quality, process quality, service quality, innovativeness, and organizational performance within the context of beauty clinics in Surabaya. Drawing upon a mixed-methods approach, data is gathered from a diverse sample of beauty clinics. The study aims to discern the extent to which information quality influences the quality of processes adopted by beauty clinics and how this, in turn, impacts service quality. Furthermore, the research delves into how service quality and the overall competitiveness of beauty clinics mediate the relationship between information quality, process quality, and organizational performance. Surabaya, a vibrant cosmopolitan hub, serves as an ideal setting for this inquiry due to its burgeoning beauty industry and competitive market landscape. The findings are expected to provide valuable insights for beauty clinic operators, policymakers, and researchers alike, offering actionable recommendations to enhance organizational performance through strategic improvements in information management, process optimization, and service delivery. Ultimately, this study seeks to contribute to the existing literature on organizational innovativeness and performance within the beauty industry while offering practical implications for stakeholders navigating the dynamic business environment in beauty clinic in Surabaya.

Abstract

Jumlah Calon mahasiswa yang masuk ke perguruan tinggi khususnya perguruan tinggi swasta adalah merupakan masalah serius. Terjadi penurunan jumlah calon mahasiswa yang terjadi dalam masa pendemik covid-19 antara tahun 2018-2019 dan berlanjut sampai tahun 2022. Ini merupakan masalah serius bagi perguruan tinggi Swasta di Indonesia karena keberadaan mahasiswa yang menentukan keberlanjutan perguruan tinggi. Karena itu, dalam penelitian ini menggali lebih dalam tentang karakteristik seorang manajer atau pejabat struktural program studi yang memiliki kemampuan marketing di perguruan tinggi swasta, dan diperlukan untuk memilih calon manajer baru yang akan masuk di perguruan tinggi swasta. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah data mining, dan data yang dipakai adalah berasal dari data primer yang didapat dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi swasta di Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Dengan menggunakan metode Logistic Regression dan Supervisor Learning akan didapat model dari keputusan dalam memilih karakteristik seorang manajer yang memiliki kemampuan marketing di perguruan tinggi swasta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi integrasi antara pengalaman pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan word of mouth intention terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada merek Skintific dan harga sebagai variabel moderasi. Di era saat ini, industri kosmetik Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat, didorong oleh perubahan sikap masyarakat yang semakin sadar akan perawatan diri. Fenomena ini memicu kemunculan banyak merek baru dan menghasilkan persaingan ketat yang tentunya menjadi tantangan dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan. Maka diperlukan penelitian mendalam mengenai loyalitas pelanggan dengan faktor-faktor pendorongnya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari Oktober 2023 - November 2023. Penelitian ini diterapkan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner online Google Forms yang disebarkan kepada 320 sampel. Data diolah dengan program SPSS 26 dan AMOS 24. Hubungan antar variabel dikaji dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa integrasi pengalaman pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan word of mouth intention berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Namun, temuan menarik adalah harga memoderasi hubungan antara integrasi pengalaman pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan niat word of mouth intention terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menyajikan pandangan mendalam mengenai peran harga sebagai faktor moderasi yang dapat memengaruhi hubungan antara pengalaman pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan word of mouth intention terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
