Jurnal Kreatif Online (JKO) merupakan jurnal yang dikelola oleh Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Tadulako dan saat ini telah terakreditasi (sinta 5). Jurnal ini terbit empat kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember dan penulis dapat mengirimkan artikel yang akan diterbitkan melalui sistem OJS. Jurnal Kreatif Online (JKO) menerima artikel berkaitan dengan pendidikan secara umum. Students who write theses must make an article published in a scientific journal. The most difficult part for non-English students is writing abstract into English. The aims of this study was to find errors made by students in writing abstracts and to find the most dominant types of errors in writing abstracts. The research used descriptive qualitative method. The number of articles published throughout 2020 is 30. Researchers took 30% from the number of articles so the sample of this study is 9.The students' errors in writing abstract are: 1) not understanding the suitability of subject and verb, not changing verb forms to past forms, not understanding the use of connectors, 2) changing word order influenced by source language, 3) reducing suffix determining: word class, singular plural forms, and tenses, 4) removing prepositions and objects, 5) generalizing verb forms for both singular and plural subjects, including past and present forms, so the use of suffixes is not clear. The most dominant type of error made by students is misinformation which is the use of tense and auxiliary verb BE causing errors in subject verb agreement

Kahoot can be an option to meet the demands of the 4.0 era in teaching. The use of this kind of application should not only be limited to fulfilling these demands. The implication of the application for students is also an important thing to study. This study aims to describe student perceptions of the use of Kahoot in learning activities, specifically in online learning. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year in the General Biology course. This research is descriptive. The data in this study were collected using the help of a questionnaire regarding student perceptions. The study results found that overall, students felt that there was no difficulty in the accessibility of Kahoot, students felt that using Kahoot for quizzes was helpful in General Biology learning, students felt that taking quizzes with Kahoot was easy to implement, and students had a positive attitude towards using Kahoot for the quiz.

The development of technology and learning media has a major impact on the teaching and learning process. One form of this development is the creation of a Wordwall application to support a more interesting learning process. This study aims to describe the application of interactive Qugamee using Wordwall and determine student responses to its application in science-physics learning. This research method uses the Waterfall model. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively descriptively. The conclusion of this study is that the application of Qugamee using Wordwall makes learning more quality, more fun and interesting, can stimulate students' cognitive development, and students respond good to its application in science-physics learning.

The absence of digital visualisation in mathematical concepts leads on students' difficulty in learning and affect on lack of students' participation. The study aims to increase students' participation through the implementation of triple integral didactical design assisted by using GeoGebra and Nearpod. GeoGebra is a tool used to help students in finding mathematical concepts as well as demonstration and visualization. In addition, in this didactical design, there are several problem practices and quizzes that were provided by using recorded video from lecturers and processed into digital quizzes on Nearpod. The subjects were 65 students in the third semester of Mathematics Education Study Program who have never taken triple integral course. The research method used was Didactical Design Research. The data were collected by triangulation of observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the percentage of students' participation increases through the implementation of triple integral didactical design assisted by using GeoGebra and Nearpod.

The purpose of this study was to describe the characteristics of geometry problem solving in junior high school with cognitive style field independent and field dependent. This study used a qualitative method based on Polya's problem solving. The results show that the characteristics of the field independent subject are focusing on the details of problem information, focusing on facts and principles that exist with the problem being asked by relating knowledge and experience that have been studied previously, applying ideas to solve problems and focusing on facts and principles with its own structure, and processing information by checking the results of the work. Characteristics of field dependent subject tend to think globally takes longer, mastering things that have been previously learned and used in new situations, forming a connection between a person's new experience and what is already stored in his mind, and processing information by rechecking the work.

This study aims to describe the effect of the application of modules in science learning on the learning outcomes of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Mepanga. This type of research is a quasi-experimental by forming two groups of research subjects, namely the experimental group using learning modules and the control group using student books in the learning process. The research design used was unreated control group design with dependent pretest and posttest samples. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the average learning outcomes of experimental group students and control group students. The average experimental group student learning outcome of 79.54 and the average value of control group student learning outcomes is 73.04. This is evidenced by the value of Sig. (2-tailed) on a t-test smaller than 0.05, Sig. (2-tailed) 0.001 <0.05, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of application of modules in science learning on the learning outcomes of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Mepanga.

This study aims to determine the character of tolerance in learning temperature and heat based on local culture of dreadlocks treatment. The research method used was qualitative research and the data collection techniques was literature review. The research findings were in the form of various tolerance characters that were generated in the implementation of culture-based learning, namely dreadlocks treatment. The conclusion of the study shows that there are several tolerance characters that can be increased through temperature and heat based on local culture of dreadlocks treatment, they are mutual respect for differences, peace, awareness, as well as a sense of love for one's own culture.

The study focuses on structural ambiguity that found on students’ writing made by fourth semester students of English Education Study Program in Tadulako University. The objectives of the study are to identify the types of structural ambiguity on the students’ writings and to discover the most dominant type of those structural ambiguities. This study used qualitative research method with descriptive research design. The research sample was 23 students. The sample was chosen by using purposive sampling technique. The data of this study are the sentences contain structural ambiguity in students’ writings. The conclusion of the study are six types of structural ambiguity in the students’ writings, they are VP+NP+PP (2 structures), VP+NP+PP1+PP2 (5 structures), NP+Adj.Clause (1 structure), PP+S / S+PP (more than 1 person in a sentence) is 1 structure, VP+NP+VP: Infinitive+PP1+PP2 (1 structure), VP+PP1+PP2 (2 structures) and the most dominant type is VP+NP+PP1+PP2.

Various problems experienced by students have an impact on the learning process until the completion of student studies. If this problem is allowed to continue, it will have a bad impact on students and faculty. Students may be late in completing their studies until drop out which ultimately affects the accreditation of the faculty of medicine. The problems experienced by students are mostly caused by their lack of skills or ability to solve problems independently. The transition from the previous education level to higher education causes various problems that affect the quality of student academic performance on campus, resulting in behaviors such as procrastination habits to complete assignments, low motivation to learn, poor self-regulation, difficulty managing time, not knowing the appropriate learning method with their personality, and stress. This study aims to increase knowledge about time management and stress management skills in medical faculty students. This research method used a quasi-experimental approach with a quantitative approach. The experimental design used was one-group pretest-posttest. The instrument used was the knowledge test about stress management skills and the knowledge test about time management skills. The results showed that there was an increase in students' knowledge about time management skills in the high category and an increase in stress management skills in the high category.

The purpose of this study was to describe the profile of the mathematical connection abilities of vocational high school students in solving mathematical problems based on Polya's steps in terms of gender. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach that is in accordance with Polya's steps. The results showed that the profiles of male and female students' mathematical connection abilities in solving mathematical problems based on Polya's steps, namely (1) the stage of understanding the problem, students understand and identify facts, concepts by associating available information such as things that are known and asked about problems in other fields of study as well as writing down the information known and asked in full in the form of sentences, pictures and mathematical symbols; (2) the stage of making plans, students reveal about the steps of solving the problem of system of linear equation with two variables that will be used to solve problems regularly and precisely, using one method in solving problems; (3) the stage of carrying out the plan, students use the relationship between facts, concepts, mathematical principles on problems that will be solved properly; and (4) the re-examining stage, students recalculate the results obtained so that the test results obtained are the same as the results obtained at the beginning.
