Abstract

Many factors contribute to student learning boredom, but specifically the learning boredom experienced is related to time management, interaction with lecturers, adjustment to the campus environment, and lack of support. These are the things that most often and often trigger students to experience learning boredom. There are several methods to prevent and overcome learning boredom, one of which is by implementing good communication patterns for lecturers towards their students. Communication must be two-way, meaning that communication must be built with a response from the communicants, in this case between the lecturer and the students. . The method used in this research uses a qualitative approach. Communication patterns are closely related to the process of a lecturer's approach to students, of course each lecturer has a certain strategy in communicating. Several things that a lecturer can do to overcome students who experience learning boredom include improving teaching communication patterns. Lecturers need to package learning communication patterns to make them more interesting and enjoyable. To create creative, responsive and fun learning, of course it must be supported by students, parents and the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui setiap variabel yaitu pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Dukungan Keluarga terhadap Minat Berwirausaha pada mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi angkatan tahun 2020-2021 Universitas Jambi. Penelitian dilakukan di Universitas Jambi pada Oktober 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 117 responden mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi Angkatan 2020 – 2021 Universitas Jambi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Google Form untuk menyebarkan kuesioner/angket. Analisis regresi linier berganda dengan analisis data SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh antar variabel Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Dukungan Keluarga terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. Diperoleh nilai t hitung pada variabel Pendidikan Kewirausahaan (X1) sebesar 7,738 dan t tabel 1,981 atau 7,738 > 1,981. Dari perhitungan t hitung variabel Dukungan Keluarga (X2) sebesar 7,834 dan t tabel 1,981 atau 7,834 > 1,981. Uji f dengan perolehan nilai f hitung sebesar 36,987 dan f tabel 3,08 atau 36,987 > 3,08. Maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh antara Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Dukungan Keluarga terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa jika seorang mahasiswa memiliki pengetahuan yang didapatkan dari pendidikan kewirausahaan lebih dalam dan didukung dengan dukungan positif dari dukungan keluarga maka dapat menumbuhkan semangat dan kemauan untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha di dalam dirinya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and self-confidence on the entrepreneurial readiness of students of the Economics Education Study Program Batch of 2020, University of Jambi. This study uses a quantitative research method Ex Post Facto method. The population of this study consisted of 71 respondents who had attended entrepreneurship courses. The data collection method used by researchers is a questionnaire. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 2020 Anglatan Economics Education Students at the University of Jambi via a google form. After the questionnaires were distributed, the data were analyzed quantitatively using the SPSS 22.0 application and Ms. Excel. The results showed that partially entrepreneurial knowledge had a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness as indicated by the value obtained   6.832  > 1.668, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, self confidence partially has a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness as indicated by the value obtained 7.518 >   1.668 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. And simultaneously it also has an effect where the value of    is greater than >  namely 33.269 > 3.13 and a significance value <0.05 which is 0.000 < 0.05. Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so that there is a significant influence between Entrepreneurial Knowledge and Self Confidence on Entrepreneurial Readiness of Students of the Economics Education Study Program Class of 2020, University of Jambi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw terhadap cara berpikir kritis kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran IPS SMP Negeri 6 Tanah Sepenggal Lintas. penelitian pra-eksperimen (pra-eksprimen design). Dalam penelitian ini digunakan adalah Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 42 responden yang merupakan siswa kelas VIII SMPN 6 Tanah Sepenggal Lintas. Dalam penelitian ini tes yang digunakan yaitu tes berbentuk tertulis dengan tes akhir (posttest). Teknik observasi yang dilakukan yaitu observasi langsung atau pengamatan langsung terhadap objek yang diteliti dengan menggunakan lembar observasi berdasarkan beberapa indikator berpikir kritis. Hasil Penelitian data penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan model kooperatif jigsaw terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa atau kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol

Abstract

:  This study aims to determine the effect between variables, namely regarding the Effect of Financial Literacy and Perceptions of Financial Freedom on Stock Investment Decision Making in the Capital Market in KSPM University Jambi Students. This research is a quantitative study, the population and sample in this study were student members of the Jambi University KSPM 2019 - 2021. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to Jambi University KSPM students. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25.0 for windows program. The results of the study show that partially financial literacy (X1) influences stock investment decision making in the capital market (Y) with tcount > ttable 5.517 > 1.661 and partially the perception of financial freedom (X2) also influences stock investment decision making in the capital market (Y) with tcount > ttable, namely 5.288 > 1.661. Simultaneously financial literacy (X1) and perceptions of financial freedom (X2) have a significant effect on stock investment decision making in the capital market (Y) with fcount > ftable, namely 19.987 > 3.09. The Adjust R Square figure is 0.301 or 30.1%. This shows that the percentage contribution of the financial literacy variable (X1) and the perception of financial freedom (X2) on stock investment decision making in the capital market (Y) is 0.301 or 30.1%.

Abstract

The research conducted aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and income expectations on the interest in entrepreneurship in economics education students class of 2020 FKIP Jambi University. This research is a descriptive quantitative research using the Ex Post Facto research approach. The data collection tool used a questionnaire with the help of the Google form which was distributed to a sample of 71 students. Sampling technique with full sample. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is an influence of Entrepreneurship Education on Interest in Entrepreneurship in Students. (2) There is an influence between Income Expectations on Interest in Entrepreneurship in Students. (3) There is an influence between Entrepreneurship Education and Income Expectations on Interest in Entrepreneurship in Students. From these results it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Entrepreneurship Education and Income Expectations on Interest in Entrepreneurship in Students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect between variables, namely regarding work motivation and product innovation on the success of the batik business in Jambi City of Seberang. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were batik business students in Jambi, Seberang City, with 44 batik entrepreneurs as respondents. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires (hard files) directly to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPPS 25.0 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of work motivation on business success seen in the value of tcount > ttable, namely 4.034 > 2.019. And there is a positive influence of product innovation on business success seen in the value of tcount > ttable, namely 4.044 > 2.019. Based on the results of the F test, the value of Fcount > Ftable is 10.586 > 3.23, so Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected, so there is a significant influence between work motivation and product innovation on business success

Abstract

: Senior High School is an educational institution that emphasizes the mastery of knowledge that is theoretical in its learning as a provision for continuing education to a higher level (university). But in reality, at this time there are still many high school students who do not continue their education to higher education and prefer to go straight into the world of work. Where this can happen because it is influenced by two factors, namely external factors and internal factors such as parental income and learning achievement. This study aims to determine the effect of parents' income and learning achievement on the interest in continuing their education to tertiary education in class XII students of Social Sciences Department at SMAN 3 Jambi City. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive analysis method. The data collection technique used in this study was using a questionnaire with a total sample of 108 students of class XII Social Sciences Department at SMAN 3 Jambi City. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that: There is a significant influence between parents' income on the interest in continuing their education to tertiary education in class XII students of the IPS Department of SMAN 3 Jambi City with a value of tcount > ttable, namely 3.392 > 1.982. Furthermore, there is a significant influence between learning achievement on the interest in continuing their education to tertiary institutions in class XII students of the Social Sciences Department at SMAN 3 Jambi City with a tcount > ttable, namely 4.440 > 1.982. And there is a significant influence between parents' income and learning achievement on the interest in continuing their education to tertiary education in class XII students of the IPS Department of SMAN 3 Jambi City, where the value of Fcount > Ftable is 23.299 > 3.1. From the results of this study it is suggested that students can further improve learning achievement both from the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains in order to increase self-confidence to continue their education at a higher level.Keywords: Learning Facilities, Peers, Service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial attitude and reference groups either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions in e-commerce. This research is a research with a quantitative approach to the type of survey research. The population of this study were Students of the Social Sciences Education Department (PIPS) Class of 2020, the Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP), Jambi University. Data collection techniques using Google from. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are that partially there is a positive and significant effect of financial attitude on purchasing decisions in e-commerce and there is a positive and significant influence of reference groups on purchasing decisions in e-commerce. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect of financial attitude and reference group on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect between variables, namely regarding entrepreneurial literacy and creative thinking skills on students' interest in entrepreneurship in students majoring in PIPS and PMIPA class of 2019, University of Jambi. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were students majoring in PIPS and PMIPA class of 2019 with a total of 243 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing the Google link via the WhatsApp group which contained a research questionnaire to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPPS 22.0 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that there is a mutual influence between entrepreneurial literacy and the ability to think creatively on the interest in entrepreneurship. The Entrepreneurial Literacy variable (X1) has a tcount value of 4.645 greater than ttable or 4.645 > 1.651 with a positive sign at sig 0.000 <0.05. And from the calculation of the Creative Thinking Ability variable (X2) it has a tcount of 6.302 which is positive, while ttable can be obtained ttable 1.651, because the tcount value is 6.302 greater than ttable or 6.302 > 1.651. Based on the results of the F test with an SPSS calculation of 22.0, it can be seen that the Fcount value is 24.661 while the Ftable is 3.033, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that there is a significant influence between entrepreneurial literacy and the ability to think creatively on entrepreneurial interest.
