Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the implementation of E-Government in the Government of West Sumatra Province. The number of samples taken as many as 100 respondents. Based on the results of the validity test, it can be seen that all statements used to measure the E-Government variable are declared valid, because each statement has a corrected item total correlation coefficient above 0.65. While the reliability test with internal consistency test has a composite reliability value that meets the criteria. Based on the test results, all variable indicator statements have met the criteria of validity and reliability. The results of hypothesis testing using SPSS for windows version 23.0 with t-test analysis or t-test indicate that the quality of Human Resources and Communication has a positive and significant effect on the implementation of E-Government in the government of West Sumatra Province. Meanwhile, Infrastructure and Leadership have no significant effect on the implementation of E-Government in the West Sumatra Provincial government.

Abstract

The beginning of the formation of social responsibility or better known as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the provision of assistance to local organizations and lower-class communities in developing countries from companies operating in the vicinity. This study is intended to analyze the relationship between CSR Implementation on Community Satisfaction and Corporate Image. This research will use quantitative methods. Based on the research objectives, it was made to analyze the Implementation of PT Semen Padang's Social Responsibility based on the Level of Public Satisfaction with the Company's Image in the City of Padang. The number of samples in this study were 130 samples. The results of this study are the implementation of CSR has an effect on the level of community satisfaction. The implementation of CSR has an effect on corporate image, the level of community satisfaction has an effect on corporate image. The implementation of CSR affects the Company's Image through Community Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to investigate the important factors that affect the decision of the buying on online platform. The sample used in this study were 215 respondents. The data analysis technique that will be used in this research is SEM – PLS. This research is expected to be a reference / consideration for companies, especially E-Commerce companies in making online marketing strategies. Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether word-of-mouth promotion and service quality have an impact on destination trust and intention to revisit tourism destinations in the Riau Archipelago. The population in this study were all tourists visiting the Riau Islands, both foreign and domestic tourists. Methodology: The sample is determined proportionally by considering the number of foreign and domestic tourists. The research sample was 350 tourists consisting of 150 foreign tourists and 200 domestic tourists. For analysis of data using with SmartPLS technique. Results: The results showed that all research hypotheses were accepted. This means that word of mouth and service quality has an impact on destination trust and revisit intention on Riau Islands’ destination.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of social messages conveyed by broadcasters in radio broadcast programs in changing the mindset of the listener community in dealing with the corona pandemic period (Covid 19). The object of research in this study is the capture power and changes in social attitudes of the people who live in the Serang Regency, especially those who listen to the radio. At the same time, the radio research subject is the Local Public Broadcasting Institute (LPPL) Serang Regency, which is located in Serang. The research data comes from the results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers on exposure to the message content conveyed by the announcer. The method used in this research is a survey to see how the community as listeners catches the message conveyed by the broadcaster as a message communicator and whether the listener community can accept the message. Research data in the form of findings in the field and the results of interviews complement the study's results. Through this research, researchers hope to get information about the program's effectiveness in delivering messages, especially during the current corona epidemic. The study's results are expected to be a reference, especially those that examine the effectiveness of broadcast programs on radio, the exposure of messages conveyed by broadcasters through radio broadcast programs, and recommendations for selecting the right media for delivering information.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the da’wah activities carried out by DKM Nurul Iman. The research used the management activities POLC (Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling) by Stephen Robbins. Used a qualitative-descriptive approach with a case study method. Data collections are derived from interviews, observations, literature studies, the social media activities of Nurul Iman Blok M Square Mosque, and other supporting documents. The results showed that the dakwah communication management activities carried out by DKM Nurul Iman were due to cooperation with da'wah partners, such as preachers, majelis taklim, and study communities managed by young people (millennials). In every stage of the activity process, starting from planning, organizing, leadership, and controlling activities, DKM Nurul Iman always invites da'wah partners to participate. As a facilitator of dawah activities, the mosque collaborates with millennial creative ideas to produce da'wah material that can change the tendency of negative millennial behavior to be more conservative in a bandage of Islamic values.

Abstract

Social media provides information and communicates profiles, history, tourism, culinary, and various advantages of tourist destinations in our area. Along with developments, each region uses social media to introduce the area to the wider community. By paying attention to this need, we can find out the needs of the community for managing tourist accommodations to do a good image. Based on data on tourist attraction objects in Jambi City, the category of artificial tourism in 2019 in Jambi City is 62.25% , providing information that the existence of artificial tourism in Jambi City, which is located in Seberang City, can be enjoyed by tourists who want to know the development of Islamic history in Jambi City. Jambi Province and the history of the construction of the Gentala Throne Museum. It also has a pedestrian bridge which tourists can enjoy.

Abstract

  In the current era of digitalization, SMEs are required to adapt quickly according to technological developments and increasingly complex consumer needs. . The role of the leader can create a comfortable environment that can encourage increased employee performance to something that contributes to increasing national income in micro, small and large companies. One way to adapt and develop a business that is currently popular is to use social media-based content marketing. The main objective of this research is to determine the role of social media in mediating the influence of leadership on the SME’S performance organization. This study uses a literature and field research design with a quantitative causal approach. Collecting data in the field using a questionnaire measured by several questions related to social media, leadership, and organizational performance. For data analysis using the PLS method and data collection technique using proportionate stratified random sampling.

Abstract

The structure of the market causes any business to have been conscious of being a winner. Honda dealers Jambi City as one of the businesses that provide marketing should understand in this situation, only how to determine new targeting strategies, increase sales, but also retain customers, because they can affect the increase in revenue. This thesis is to analyze the effect of marketing communication mix on brand loyalty. products from Honda dealers Jambi City, and the elements of the marketing communication mix that have the most significant effect on customer brand loyalty in Jazz hatchback car products at Honda Jambi dealerships. Respondents to the survey were 95 people responsible for consumer brand loyalty. The data in this study are collectives with questionnaires, interviews and literature. The data analysis used in this study is statistical analysis, such as linear regression with the SPSS 16.0 software program. The results of this study show that almost all variables of the marketing communication mix in brand loyalty in purchasing, and five of them such as advertising, sales promotion, personal sales, direct marketing, publicity, are significantly influenced.

Abstract

Desire to leave organization (turnover intention) is a phenomenon that has increased in recent years, especially for Millennial employees that dominate the job market now and have unique characteristics which require special attention. This systematic literature review aimed to identify the factors that influence turnover intention in Millennial employees. On 25 June 2022, a search on three databases: SAGE Journals, Springer Link, and Web of Science, and keywords “turnover intention*” AND “Millennial*” OR “generation y” OR “gen-y”, with year filter 2019-2022, showed 73 relevant articles. Furthermore, applying the inclusion and exclusion criterias, there were 5 articles selected. The results showed that the influencing factors are: psychological contract violations, work-life balance, job characteristics (task and knowledge), work fulfillment, and the quality of relationship with colleagues. By knowing these factors, organizations can use them as a reference in formulating strategies to retain Millennial employees in the workplace.
