Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of curriculum development principles towards the development of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum at Al Hadi Mojolaban Sukoharjo Islamic Junior High School and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the development of the Islamic religious education curriculum at Al-Hadi Mojolaban Islamic Junior High School. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The results showed that there are 4 principles in curriculum development, namely religious principles, philosophical principles, social principles and organizational principles. Al-Hadi Islamic Junior High School in developing Islamic religious education has been based on these principles. The form of curriculum development of Islamic education is carried out in intracurricular, co-curricular, extracurricular and school habituation activities.

Abstract

Civic education is an important teaching that should be introduced to children as early as possible. This education is closely related to a person's character and character. The purpose of this education is to become a society that has high moral values and is virtuous like the values that have been contained in Pancasila. One of the values already contained in it is the state's goal to always integrate without any divisions in it. There needs to be character building education for children and the Indonesian people starting from the family scope. Today, character education is very much needed and is considered to be able to make every human being smart, virtuous and behave politely. Moral and virtuous character education is embodied in civics education (PKn) subjects which are carried out at every school level. Based on the results and discussion, it can be understood that the role of civic education is to foster citizens, especially the next generation who are good for the life of the nation and state. Citizenship education for the next generation is very important in order to raise awareness of defending the country and increasing love for the homeland.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence students' interest in learning dance in the teaching and learning process. This research is a qualitative research, the research population is class VII 5 MTs Negeri 1 Prabumulih with a total of 31 students. Data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Results Based on observations at school there are still many students who are less interested in learning dance. This situation is caused by several factors, namely intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors. Intrinsic factors are factors that come from within the individual and can affect student learning outcomes, for example physical factors, physical, intelligence, interests and talents. While extrinsic factors are factors that come from outside the individual and can affect learning outcomes, for example family, school, and community factors. It can be said that these factors have a considerable influence on students' interest in learning art. There should be cooperation between teachers, schools, and families to increase students' interest in learning dance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of the implementation of Biology learning in integrating 21st century skills at the Muhammadiyah High School Special Program for Kotatabarat Surakarta. This research is a qualitative research, with a case study research design. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses an interactive model analysis technique from Miles Huberman. The results of the study show that: a. Biology learning planning in integrating 21st century skills in SMA Muhammadiyah Special Program for Kotatabarat Surakarta begins with the creation of learning tools, namely: annual programs, semester programs, learning outcomes and learning objectives, as well as teaching modules; b. The organization of Biology learning in integrating 21st century skills at the Muhammadiyah High School Special Program for Kotatabarat Surakarta is contained in the teaching module; c. The implementation of Biology learning in integrating 21st century skills at the Muhammadiyah High School Special Program for Kotatabarat Surakarta consists of initial/preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities; and D. Evaluation of the implementation of Biology learning in integrating 21st century skills at the Muhammadiyah High School Special Program for Kotatabarat Surakarta includes initial assessment, process, and summative or final assessment assessments. Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems that occur in schools that students at SMK N 2 Lubuk Basung still tend to do things that are not in accordance with the values of Pancasila, especially the value of unity among students. Some of these problems include there are still students who distinguish friends, do Body shaming. Lack of togetherness and cohesiveness of students, there are still many students who have not applied the attitude of the form of practicing the value of unity in learning activities in the classroom and outside the classroom. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research. With data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data triangulation carried out is source triangulation, technique triangulation and time triangulation. And data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and verification/conclusion. The results of this study explain that: 1) teachers design and prepare learning tools and teaching modules. This learning design is to achieve the specified Learning Outcomes (CP). 2) the inculcation of the value of unity in Civics learning in students is instilled through 3 aspects of education, namely aspects of knowledge, aspects of attitudes and psychomotor aspects. 3) the teacher's obstacle and solution in instilling the value of unity in Civics learning in students is that there are still students who have not applied the value of unity in the school environment but this can be handled well by the teacher by the teacher instilling in students a sense of kinship and instilling a sense of belonging. love the homeland. Conclusion The results of this study are teachers are able to design learning about the value of unity and apply it in the form of 3 aspects, namely aspects of knowledge, aspects of attitudes and psychomotor so that obstacles to the value of unity against students can be overcome.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's strategy in building the learning motivation of street children in the ERBE Foundation tutoring and the inhibiting factors in building the learning motivation of street children at the ERBE Foundation. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and audio-visual materials. Data calibration techniques used in this study are audit trial, member check, triangulation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that the strategies used by teachers in building children's motivation use various methods. In building motivation, The teacher uses an approach by knowing the child's interests, numbers, giving praise and gifts. Factors that become obstacles in building children's motivation such as children who are lazy, parents who don't care about their children's education, the influence of the environment in which they live and the number of educators at the ERBE Foundation.

Abstract

This research is backgrounded by the problems, namely: How is the application of learning strategies by PPKn teachers in dealing with deviant behavior. The purpose of the study was to find out the strategies of PPKn teachers in overcoming deviant behavior, how the implementation of learning strategies by PPKn teachers, what obstacles were found by PPKn teachers in dealing with deviant behavior. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive methods, research informants are school principals, PPKn teachers, waka student affairs, waka curriculum, parents, and students who do deviant behavior at school. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data processing with data analysis with data reduction steps, data display, and drawing conclusions verification. The results showed that the strategies of Civics teachers in dealing with deviant behavior were, providing classroom learning, delivering learning about norms in the life of society, nation and state. by taking preventive measures, giving sanctions to students who violate the rules, giving advice, and taking an intensive approach. In addition to being in the classroom, teachers can carry out activities outside the classroom, namely by placing themselves as friends for students, teachers can accept the outpouring of students who have problems so that they can provide input to students in finding solutions to their problems, teachers also direct students to behave positively according to with school rules and regulations.

Abstract

This research was motivated by several problems, including: SMPN 2 Padang has an A accreditation and is one of the favorite schools but because student admissions under the zoning system have an impact on student behavior because tests are not applied when new students are admitted to school, problems related to student discipline are found. . An example is being late for school and there are students who do not do their homework when the learning process takes place. The purpose of this study was to describe the form of applying the value of discipline at the time of the implementation of activities to open learning to improve the character of students at SMPN 2 Padang. To describe the form of application of disciplinary values during the implementation of core learning activities towards improving the character of students at SMPN 2 Padang. To describe the form of application of the value of discipline at the time of the closing of the learning activities towards improving the character of students at SMPN 2 Padang. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive research which produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior at the research location of SMP N 2 Padang. With data collection techniques through Observation, Interview by seeking complete and in-depth information and Documentation Study. The results of this study indicate that first, the form of applying the value of discipline in the learning process of activities opens to improving the character of students at SMP Negeri 2 Padang, namely in this activity the teacher applies the value of discipline by coming to class on time, discipline in class cleanliness, delivering grades. -discipline values to students, explain the rules of the learning process as a form of applying discipline and also explain sanctions or penalties if students violate. Second, the form of applying the value of discipline in the learning process of core activities to improving the character of students at SMP Negeri 2 Padang, namely in this activity carried out by the teacher to shape the character of students by linking the material with the value of discipline, being consistent with the rules made, being able to behave assertive, giving praise to students if they can answer questions. Third, the form of applying the value of discipline in the learning process of closing activities to improving the character of students at SMP Negeri 2 Padang, namely before ending the learning activities, the teacher asks students to discuss things that have been learned, asking for the attitude of responsibility of students who are picket also including in applying discipline and closing learning activities by praying and giving greetings.

Abstract

The importance of implementing democratic values in the life of the nation and state for every citizen, especially for students as the younger generation of future leaders of the nation. In this current era, the character of the nation has experienced a decline due to various factors, both from itself and environmental factors so as to form an uneducated generation, such as promiscuity, discrimination between seniors and juniors, brawls that create unrest in society and even fall into drug use. Whereas in the past students were recorded as the genuine force of the reform movement in Indonesia. Sincerity, passion, and partiality to the fate of the people and the future of Indonesia have made students as agents of change that are always taken into account from time to time. So that democratic values are needed by the students of today's millennial generation for character building, because in essence the students are the generation of the nation's movers who are the successors of the future leadership. Democracy as a state political system that is seen as the best model and capital to manage political life, so that students' understanding of democratic values is an important investment in building character as a process towards achieving a civil society order based on Pancasila, students should prioritize exemplary attitudes and abandon behaviors that discriminate against others, by improving their abilities in accordance with their fields.

Abstract

The challenge in implementing Pancasila is due to the globalization of new thinking that is very contrary or distorted to the values and ideology of Pancasila because of the influx of foreign cultures that can increasingly erode the indigenous culture of Indonesia. The development of technology is the biggest influence in changing people's personality and behavior today so that Pancasila is now starting to be further eroded by the process of modernization and globalization. The purpose of this study is to implement the ideology of Pancasila in modern society. The research method used is a qualitative method with techniques in the form of observations of cases that currently occur in modern society related to the current implementation of pancasila. This discussion is related to the implementation of Pancasila in this modern era, which is carried out by instilling Religious education and civic education as well as conducting and socializing Pancasila values so that modern society does not forget and can continue to maintain the identity of the Indonesian nation.
