Abstract

Moderation in religion, as a key concept in maintaining harmony amid Indonesia's plurality, is an important value that must be instilled from an early age through formal education. The Merdeka Curriculum, which provides flexibility for teachers to develop contextual learning, presents an opportunity to integrate values of religious moderation, such as tolerance, love, and peace, into the materials of Christian Religious Education (CRE). This study aims to examine strategies for building the character of religious moderation through CRE within the Merdeka Curriculum. This research employs the literature review method by analyzing relevant literature related to religious moderation, Christian Religious Education, and the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The findings indicate that the integration of moderation values into CRE can be accomplished through several strategies, including: developing contextual materials, interfaith dialogue-based learning, experiential education, and the role of teachers as models of moderation. The implementation of these strategies has the potential to shape students' characters to be moderate, tolerant, and able to live harmoniously in a diverse society. Thus, Christian Religious Education within the Merdeka Curriculum plays a strategic role in supporting the creation of social harmony through the strengthening of religious moderation values.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of one of the schools that has participants of different religions who are often found in the comparison of the actions of disrespect for each other. Forms of actions that do not respect the comparison, include: Discriminating against friends who have different religions, discriminatory treatment of friends whose religions are different from your own. Next, disturbing and not respecting others who have different religions, As believers we must respect friends who have different religions, and respect the right of everyone to choose their religion. And do not want to be friends and act badly towards friends who have different religions. This research procedure uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The researcher's information collection uses information collection, analyzes information, interprets information, and ends with a conclusion that refers to the analysis of the information. The information analysis method used is mostly explanatory in nature from the results of questions and answers and selection research. The information that has been obtained will be analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form. The results of this study prove that the development of religious personality education of students at SD Fransiskus Bukittinggi. Intended to recognize how a teacher in cheerful religious character of students at SD Fransiskus Bukittinggi. Teachers of religious personality education of students at SD Fransiskus Bukittinggi must be tried and implemented so that the personality of students can be built and fostered from an early age so that when they grow up tomorrow ethics to respect religious comparisons When they associate with the community. And the development of religious personality education of students at SD Fransiskus Bukittinggi so that they can maximize the activities available at SD Fransiskus Bukittinggi and then always carry out tasks that are in accordance with the program located at SD Fransiskus Bukittinggi to cheer up the personality of students in a religious way and glorify comparisons in religion.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes of Pancasila and Civics Education (PPKn) in grade II students of SDN Sewulan 02 through the use of ‘Pancasila Smart Board’ media. The method used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out in two cycles. In the pre-cycle, the observation results showed that only 30.77% of students achieved learning completeness with an average score of 60, which indicates low performance. After the application of smart board media in cycle I, the percentage of completeness increased to 69.23%, but was still in the ‘Moderate’ category, indicating the need for further improvement. In cycle II, with improvements made based on the reflection of the previous cycle, the percentage of student completeness increased significantly to 92.31%, indicating a category of ‘Very High.’ This increase shows the effectiveness of using smart board media in helping students understand the values of Pancasila more interactively. In addition, this media also increased students' motivation and involvement in the learning process, making them more active and enthusiastic in learning. This creates a more dynamic and fun classroom atmosphere. Thus, this research proves that the use of Pancasila smart board media is a very useful tool in improving Civics learning outcomes, as well as contributing to the development of more interesting and effective learning methods in the classroom. This media can be a useful innovation for learning in lower grades in developing understanding of Pancasila.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the literacy movement through guidance and counselling towards increasing students' interest in reading at SDI Waewaru. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative research where the data used is through the method of direct interviews with students and teachers in the school environment and making observations and observing phenomena that occur in real life in the school environment. This research was conducted at SDI Waewaru, Aimere sub-district, Ngada Regency. This activity was carried out to all students at SDI Waewaru, with a total of 103 students. The results of the research conducted at SDI Waewaru show that guidance and counselling is very influential for students' literacy skills and interest in reading.

Abstract

Islamic education in Indonesia has a unique characteristic, namely the ability to adapt to local cultures without losing Islamic values, as seen in the concept of Islam Nusantara. Through this approach, Islam has been widely accepted in Indonesia, especially through the role of Walisongo, who utilized various cultural media, such as arts and Islamic boarding schools (Pondok Pesantren). Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasaniyah in Kedawon Brebes is one such institution that integrates Islamic teachings with local culture through the Islam Nusantara concept. This study aims to describe and analyze the concept of Islamic education at Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasaniyah from the Islam Nusantara perspective using a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through interviews and documentation. The findings reveal that Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasaniyyah implements Islamic education oriented toward Nusantara values. Values such as mutual cooperation (gotong royong), simplicity, and tolerance are consistently practiced to shape students who are religious, independent, and tolerant. Additionally, national values are taught to instill a spirit of nationalism among students. Aswaja principles such as tasamuh (tolerance), tawazun (balance), and tawasuth (moderation) serve as the primary guidelines in shaping students’ character, enabling them to coexist harmoniously in a diverse society.

Abstract

"Development of Picture Card Media to Improve Numeracy Literacy in Children Aged 4-5 Years". This research is a type of research and development. The development model used was adapted from the Brog and Gall development model. This research was carried out in the following steps: (1) Preliminary study or field observation; (2) Research planning; (3) Initial product development; (4) Limited field testing; (5) Revision of field test results; (6) Product suitability for learning; (7) Revise the results of the feasibility test of the product itself; and (8) Revision of field products. The media developed was validated by 1 material expert and 1 media expert before being tested on children. The test subjects for this research were 20 children. 2 children during individual trials, 8 children during small group trials, and 10 children during field trials. The instruments used to collect data are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research are qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data was obtained from product quality assessments in the form of suggestions from material experts, media experts and accompanying teachers. Quantitative data are scores obtained from questionnaires filled in by media experts, material experts, the instruments used are validity instruments for material experts and media experts in the form of checklists and evaluation sheets. The results of the research show that from the validation results the learning aspect obtained a score of 3.5 (good criteria), the content aspect 3.75 (good criteria), and the display aspect obtained a score of 4.17 (very good criteria), and the user aspect 3.75 ( good criteria). From these results, it can be concluded that picture card media as an educational learning medium for the abilities of children aged 4-5 years is suitable for use as a source of children's learning to make it easier for children to learn to tell stories and speak.

Abstract

This study looks at how school culture affects the standard of instruction at SMA Negeri 1 Krian in Sidoarjo Regency. The distinctive qualities and personality of a school that influence the learning environment, student motivation, and involvement are referred to as its school culture. The relationship between learning quality and school culture was examined using a quantitative methodology. School culture has a significant influence on the learning process, based on the ANOVA test which produced a significance value of 0.000 < (0.05). A student's character is shaped and their educational experience is enhanced by factors including school rules, extracurricular activities, and acknowledging student accomplishments. This study emphasizes how crucial it is to develop a positive school culture in order to provide a helpful and productive learning environment, which will ultimately raise the standard of instruction and improve student results

Abstract

This research aims to understand the needs of teachers in shaping student character at SD Negeri 98 Pekanbaru in the context of implementing the Independent Curriculum. Through interviews, observations and documentation, this research found that teachers are committed to creating active and student-centered learning. However, teachers also face challenges in accessing relevant learning resources and keeping up with current developments. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to obtain an in-depth picture of the needs of teachers in forming student characteristics at SD Negeri 98 Pekanbaru. In conducting research, certain data and data sources are needed that suit the needs or problems to be researched. Data was obtained from teachers at SD Negeri 98 Pekanbaru. Then additional data sources were obtained from articles/journals. Analysis of teachers' needs in building student character with the Merdeka Curriculum at SD Negeri 98 Pekanbaru shows that teachers need special training in character development, support in designing meaningful learning activities, or access to relevant resources.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Program for Strengthening the Appreciation and Practice of Pancasila (P5) in the Independent Curriculum at SDN 98 Pekanbaru. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study involved interviews with two grade VI teachers. The results show the success of the integration of Pancasila values through various programs for three years of implementation, with the role of teachers and the learning environment as key factors. Positive changes can be seen in student behavior, although there is still a need to develop an evaluation system and increase the involvement of parents and the community. The implementation of P5 has proven to be effective in creating a learning environment that supports the formation of student character in accordance with Pancasila values.

Abstract

Teacher Mobilization Program is a program initiated to empower teachers as agents of change in the world of education. However, the implementation of this program in various regions shows that there is a gap between the implementation of the program in urban and rural schools, this gap is caused by differences in socio-economic and geographical contexts. In responding to this, driving teachers are required to have high professionalism in responding to their respective socio-economic and geographical contexts. The aim of this research is to analyze the professionalism of driving teachers in responding to their respective socio-economic and geographical contexts in terms of running the driving teacher program they are participating in. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with types Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and PRISMA method (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). This research uses standard procedures, namely identification, screening, selection of relevant studies, and in-depth analysis of literature examining the implementation of the Teacher Mobilization Program in various regions with different socio-economic and geographical conditions on the results and effectiveness of the program. The research results show that driving teachers in rural areas and urban areas have gaps in social, economic and geographical terms. However, driving teachers in rural areas with a spirit of professionalism are able to professionally adapt to overcome various challenges and obstacles encountered during the implementation of driving teacher education.
