Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) as an effort to strengthen the character of students at SDN Trans Buleleng, Morowali Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study involved teachers, principals, and students involved in the implementation of the project. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of P5 makes a real contribution to the formation of student character, especially in the dimensions of mutual cooperation, independence, creativity, and critical reasoning. Teachers carry out contextual theme-based projects by involving students in collaborative activities that emphasize the values of Pancasila in an applicable manner in everyday life. However, in the implementation process, several obstacles were still found, such as the lack of training and understanding of teachers regarding the concept and implementation of P5, limited time in integrating project activities into the curriculum, and the less than optimal involvement of parents and the surrounding environment. These obstacles require improvement efforts from various parties so that the implementation of the project can run optimally and sustainably. The conclusion of this study is that the P5 project at SDN Trans Buleleng has had a positive impact on strengthening student character. The success of the program is greatly influenced by the readiness and competence of teachers, support from the principal, and synergy between schools, students, and parents. The implementation of P5 is one of the strategic alternatives in realizing national education goals through a value-based approach.

Abstract

Motivation to control blood pressure is important for hypertension patients to increase efforts to control blood pressure so that the value... quality of life can be maintained. Lack of stress control motivation blood causes blood pressure control efforts to not run optimally thus causing health problems that reduce the quality of life of hypertensive patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between blood pressure control motivation and quality of life in hypertensive patients in UPTD Puri Health Center, Mojokerto Regency. This study uses a quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all hypertensive patients present at Prolanis, as many as 39 patients who were taken using total sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using the Spearman Rho test with SPSS version 21. The results showed that most respondents had a good category of blood pressure control motivation with a good category of quality of life as many as 33 (84.6%). The p-value <0.05 was obtained, which was 0.00 so that Ho was rejected, meaning that there was a relationship between blood pressure control motivation and the quality of life of hypertensive patients. The correlation coefficient value was 0.899, which means that the level of closeness of the relationship in the category is very strong and positive results are interpreted as the better the motivation to control blood pressure, the better the quality of life vice versa.

Abstract

Stroke remains a leading global cause of mortality and disability, necessitating effective tools for early risk stratification. This systematic review evaluates the prognostic performance of Early Warning Scores (EWS)—MEWS, NEWS, and NEWS2—in predicting in-hospital mortality among stroke patients. Five studies published between 2021 and 2025 were included, encompassing diverse stroke subtypes and care settings. Across studies, higher EWS values were consistently associated with increased mortality risk, with odds ratios ranging from 2.44 to 3.21 and AUROC values between 0.69 and 0.79. NEWS2 generally outperformed MEWS and NEWS. Importantly, models incorporating neurological assessments, particularly the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), significantly improved predictive accuracy (AUROC 0.87). While EWS are valuable for early detection of deterioration, their performance in stroke is enhanced by integrating neurological parameters. These findings support the development of combined scoring systems and digital integration to optimize early intervention strategies in acute stroke care across varied healthcare settings.

Abstract

Screen time in front of an electronic screen for a long time causes disturbances in children's sleep patterns, so that children will have difficulty concentrating, become irritable and appear tired. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between screen time and sleep patterns in toddler children at the Posyandu in Mlaten Village. The research design used cross sectional. The population in this study were all mothers who had children aged 12-36 months at the Mlaten Village Posyandu, totaling 61 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive Sampling. The research instrument uses sleep disturbance scale for children (SDSC). Data analysis using spearman rho. The research results showed that the majority of respondents who had high screen time activities (>120) per day experienced disturbed sleep patterns (95%). Spearman Rho test results show p value of 0.000. There is a relationship between screen time and sleep patterns in children. Excessive exposure to electronic screens with screen lighting that is too bright suppresses the secretion of melatonin, which regulates the sleep-wake cycle by influencing sleep phase delays. This causes disturbances in the quantity and quality of children's sleep.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perceptions of teachers and students regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in classroom learning activities. Specifically, it investigates how AI is perceived in terms of its effectiveness and potential integration into the educational environment. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, the research was conducted at SMK Bhakti Norma Husada, Nganjuk, East Java, during May to June 2025. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, involving purposively selected teachers and randomly selected Grade X–XI students. The findings indicate that most teachers hold a positive perception toward the use of AI in education, recognizing its potential to enhance personalized learning, improve evaluation processes, and support interactive teaching methods. However, a few expressed concerns related to limited training and the possible reduction of the teacher’s role. In contrast, students’ responses were predominantly neutral, suggesting a lack of direct experience and limited understanding of AI technology. Nevertheless, a notable portion showed openness and a willingness to explore its use in learning. In conclusion, while teachers exhibit readiness to embrace AI in their instructional practices, students remain cautiously receptive. To support effective AI integration, it is essential to provide targeted training, improve digital literacy, and create opportunities for both teachers and students to engage with AI in meaningful ways. The study highlights the importance of institutional support and strategic planning in harnessing AI as a valuable educational tool.

Abstract

Globalization, automation, and economic crises have intensified job insecurity, making it a critical issue in occupational health. This study presents a systematic review of the literature on job insecurity and its workplace consequences. Using PRISMA and SPIDER frameworks, a Scopus search with the keywords “job insecurity” and “impact” identified 12 relevant journals. The findings indicate that job insecurity leads to mental health problems such as stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout, and negatively affects job performance, productivity, and organizational commitment. These effects are influenced by cultural and industrial contexts, individual traits, and the level of support available. Factors such as locus of control, resilience, social support, and transformational leadership moderate or mediate these impacts. Job insecurity is not merely a labor market concern but a multidimensional challenge requiring proactive, evidence-based strategies to protect employee well-being and maintain organizational resilience in an increasingly uncertain employment landscape.
