Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of library management on the level of student visits at MI Al-Islam Jamsaren Surakarta in the academic year of 2022/2023. This type of research used a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of class I,II,III,IV,V,VI at MI al-Islam Jamsaren Surakarta, the sample was taken by random sampling. The data collection methods used questioneres and visits lists, while the data analysis technique used in this study used data mean, median mode, standard deviation, likert scale. The test used SPSS 22 and the hypothesis test used the product moment formula. Bassed on the result of research on student at the MI Al-Islam Jamsaren Surakarta library in 2022/2023, it shows that there is a an influence of library management on the level of student visits at MI Al-Islam Jamsaren Surakarta. By using the prerequisite in the kolmogorov-smirnov method normality test with a value sig. 0,052 > 0,05 and linearity using SPSS 22 with sig. 0,965 > 0,05.

Abstract

Currently, the millennial generation, a generation that is proficient in technology, is infatuated with various types of cellphones. This study aims to determine the effect of the intensity of mobile phone use on student behavior. This type of research is quantitative research with research subjects at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta. The independent variable (Variable X) in this study is the intensity of mobile phone use, while the dependent variable (Variable Y) is student behavior. The research population consisted of 4 classes and a sample of 1 class, namely 30 people. In collecting data, researchers used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire consisting of 20 item questions, testing the validity of the research instrument using the Aiken Validity Test and testing its reliability using the Cronbach Alpha Test. The scoring of question items in the questionnaire uses a Likert scale of 1-4. The results showed that there was an influence between the intensity of mobile phone use on student behavior at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta. Judging from the test results using the product moment, the r count value is 0.482 and the r table value is 0.361. With the testing criteria r count > r table. Then H0 is rejected so that there is a significant influence between the intensity of mobile phone use on student behavior at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta. Then in the calculation of the coefficient of determination it is known that the value of r square is 0.482, namely the influence of the intensity of using mobile phones on student behavior at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta by 23.21%. This means that the influence of the intensity of mobile phone use on student behavior is in the medium category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the methods and strategies for increasing the memorization of the Koran at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Ar Rabbani Islamic Boarding School and the Tahfidzul Qur'an Muhammadiyah Darul Hikmah Masaran Islamic Boarding School. This study can provide valuable insights for managers and stakeholders of the tahfidz Islamic boarding school to improve the quality of students' Qur'anic education with the aim of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of Pondok Masaran. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods carried out in the field by collecting information from school principals, supervisors (musyrif) and students through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively using data manipulation, display and inference. The main method used is “recitations” (recitation of the Qur'an over and over again) coupled with additional methods such as memorizing the end of verses and the combined approach. Strategies focus on repetition, "murojaah" (revision), and understanding the meaning of verses to strengthen memorization. Teacher support and proper time management drive success. Even if there are obstacles such as lack of motivation and difficulty remembering, a change in strategy can overcome them.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the role of the school principal in improving teacher pedagogic competence at SMPIT Mutiara Insani Delanggu, then knowing that teacher pedagogic competence is applied, then knowing the obstacles of the school principal in increasing teacher pedagogic competence. This research method is a qualitative research method, research techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects used in this study were the principal and 3 teachers. The steps in analyzing the data are by triangulating with the theory that is already understood. The results of research at SMPIT Mutiara Insani Delanggu are. The results of the research at SMPIT Mutiara Insani Delanggu are: first, the role of the principal in improving the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMPIT Mutiara Insani Delanggu is very good, because it is found that the principal has a role in developing the pedagogical competence of teachers in this school and the principal always provides guidance related to this competence, namely through teacher work meetings which are held once a week then adding material by holding workshops and webinars. Second, the role of the principal in applying pedagogical competence to teachers is that every morning the principal checks the presence of teachers to be at school then the principal provides scheduled and unscheduled supervision activities. Third, the inhibiting factors in applying the pedagogical competence of teachers are facilities and infrastructure that are less accommodating or supportive, there are some teachers who do not understand pedagogical competence and teachers must first learn how to apply the right methods to be delivered to students.endala of this pedagogical competence is, the weakness of teachers in mastering this material is caused by the existence of facilities and infrastructure that have not accommodated.

Abstract

The Iqra` method is a method in the process of learning to read the Qur'an which in the learning process begins at the basic level and emphasizes direct reading practice because in the learning process it has an efficient and practical learning systematic. According to the situation in the field, this research is based on the fact that there are many students who do not understand the law of recitation and are not fluent in reading the Qur'an. This study has a goal, namely to determine the effectiveness of using the iqra` method in improving the quality of reading the Koran. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative approach, then the sample used is 53 people and divided into 2 sample groups, namely the iqra` method group and the non iqra` method group. Then in collecting the data, the researcher uses the test technique, then the results of the research are carried out by testing the prerequisite test with the homogeneity test and the normality test, then the next step is to test the hypothesis with the T Test Technique to find out the value of the difference in the results of using the iqra` method and non iqra` method in increasing the quality of reading the Qur'an. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the results are T count 3.448 > 1.711 T table and the significance results are 0.002 <0.05 so that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. The use of the iqra` method in improving the quality of students' Al-Qur`an reading at the Tahfidz Al-Barokah Islamic Boarding School in Merapi is considered effective.

Abstract

This research begins by analyzing the competence and professionalism of dozens of teaching staff, before looking at the role of school principals in optimizing them. This research aims to explain teacher professionalism at MI Integrated Al Mabrur Tawangsari Sukoharjo, and to determine the role of the principal in optimizing teacher professionalism at MI Integrated Al Mabrur Tawangsari Sukoharjo. In research on the role of school principals in optimizing teacher professionalism at Al-Mabrur Tawangsari Integrated Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), Sukoharjo, a qualitative descriptive method was used. Research subjects were determined and selected using purposive techniques. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out by using qualitative data analysis using an inductive model. Based on the results of research on the role of school principals in increasing teacher professionalism at Al Mabrur Tawangsari Integrated MI, it shows that the achievement of the teacher professionalism optimization program must be fully supported starting from initiation and participation. Programs that have been implemented such as comparative studies, seminars, training, education and monitoring must be carried out on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

This journal describes the implementation of the tilawati method at TPA Al-Huda Jamban. In addition, it also answers several research questions as as follows: (1) how is the implementation of the tilawati method at TPA Al-Huda and (2) what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing tilawati method at tilawati method at TPA Al-Huda. By using a qualitative and descriptive approach this study obtained research data from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) the implementation of the tilawati method at TPA AL-Huda. The results of this study indicate that (2) the implementation of the tilawati method at TPA Al-Huda is quite good. There are classical and individual approaches used in implementing the tilawati method. Both of these approaches are used continuously in the supporting factors in implementing the tilawati method are:  the classical and individual approaches used in implementing the tilawati method are: (a) the tilawati method has been included in the curriculum (b) there is good support from teachers (both internal and external) and the foundation, (c) competent teachers always provide good support. While the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the tilawati method are: (a)Tilawati method are: (a) the tilawati method is: (b) the lack of competent teachers who can competent, (c) the laziness of students who do not want to read back at home, (d) lack of monitoring from parents, (e) the lack of support from parents.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze in depth the process of selecting learning models in the context of Islamic Education. This research used a qualitative approach with the type of library research. The research sources for this article were books and relevant research journals. The results of this discussion show that; First; The learning model in Islamic Education is developing to make learning better, by taking into account what must be taught, how the teacher plays a role, and how the learning atmosphere is set. Second; Learning in Islamic Education involves various models, such as lectures, group discussions, case studies, project-based learning, problem-based, simulation models, technology-based, art-based, and experience-based, which enable students to understand Islamic religious teachings more deeply through a variety of practical learning experience. Third; In choosing an Islamic Education (PAI) learning model, it is important to consider student characteristics, learning objectives, available technology, development of critical skills, and collaborative cooperation to create a learning environment that supports a deep and relevant understanding of Islamic Religious Education. It is hoped that this article can provide knowledge and assistance to educators in designing appropriate learning models, especially in the context of Islamic Education. With a good understanding of learning models, it is hoped that the learning objectives, especially in the field of Islamic Education, which have been discussed can be achieved.

Abstract

The phenomenon of using tik-tok among children and teenagers can have positive and negative impacts on them, but the effects of addiction and emotional release are challenges for teachers in the process of implementing moral values in the character education of their students, both in children and teenagers. This research is a library research, or qualitative research, by collecting data from qualitative sources from various books, books, journals and other scientific works as reference sources and then analyzed critically. This research seeks to reveal the role of teachers in instilling moral values to deal with the TikTok phenomenon in the digital era. The results of this research show that the TikTok phenomenon in the digital era has had both positive and negative impacts on the world of education. The positive impacts include; creativity and self-expression, education and information, inspiration and motivation. Meanwhile, the negative impacts of using TikTok include content that is not suitable for children, opportunities for bullying and negative comments, excessive device usage time and loss of concentration and productivity, so in this case it is important to have the role of teachers in the digital era as learning facilitators, personal mentors, creativity in teaching information management, developing digital skills, monitoring and evaluation, professional development. Apart from that, the teacher's role is also important in instilling moral values and character education, including character development, changing bad habits into good ones, including the effects of addiction and emotional release.

Abstract

In tahfidz learning, the strategies and approaches used by ustadz/ustadzah tahfidz master have a vital role to achieve the target of rote participants. The research aims to (1) recognizing the strategy employed by ustadz/ustadzah (2) knowing the memorized target of classroom viii educated at the junior high it insan kamil karanganyar; (3) knowing the relationship of the strategy employed by ustadz ustadzah the tahfidz light with the modern target of memorizing the eighth class protege at the junior high it insan kamil karanganyar. The study is correlation research aimed at proving the extent of the relation between variables and others. Data retrieval using frame and documentation. The analysis technique used in testing a hypothesis is a product correlation test. Research indicates that (1) ustadz/ustadzah tahfidz proficiency is zoned by a medium percentage of 33.92%; (2) research on memorizing target viii at high school it insan kamil karanganyar is categorized under a 33.92% percentage; (3) there is a significant influence on the strategy ustadz/ustadzah a tahfidz instrument with the modern target of rote participation. It can be proved by a hypothetical test using a product correlation formula of 0.774, it is in a strong category.
