Sexual harassment is increasingly prevalent. This is a concern because most sex offenders are teenagers. Sexual harassment committed by adolescents is related to the psychological development they are undergoing. Adolescence is a transitional period between children and adults characterized by ongoing processes of change in biological, psychological and sociological terms. Adolescent students live their lives in school throughout the day, if calculated spending about 7 hours/day at school This study aims to describe the sexual abuse behavior of adolescents. The research sample consisted of 182 vocational students who were selected by the proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used was a scale of sexual harassment behavior. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability The data analysis in this study used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The results showed that the acts of adolescent sexual harassment, in general, were in the high category of 76 students (42%). The implications of this study are as a basis for counselors to prevent acts of teenage sexual harassment in schools.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the role of the Consultative Body (Bamus) and identify the factors that influence the implementation of the role of the Consultative Body (Bamus) in the construction of Nagari Pilubang. The type of research used is descriptive research with qualitative approach by using observation technique, interview and documentation study. The results show that the implementation of the role of members of Bamus in nagari development has not been optimal, it can be seen from the unfinished implementation of legislative function, budget function, supervision function and the function of accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the community. This is due to several factors including the limited human resources of the members of Bamus Nagari, the lack of cooperation, communication and coordination between each member of Bamus, the lack of cooperation and communication between Bamus and the nagari government, KAN and other nagari institutions in terms of official, trial based on provisions that have been established and the last lack of confidence and courage members Bamus in conveying his opinion in public.

The training and workshop activities are carried out based on the phenomenon of the many problems that have arisen in the global era with sophisticated and modern technology today, one of the events experienced by many junior high school students is sexual harassment both physically and verbally. For this reason, counselors and counselors must make various counseling and counseling services, one of which is group guidance services, including efforts to prevent sexual harassment among students. Group counseling services can be done with a variety of approaches, one of which is the approach and techniques of expressive therapy counseling. The expressive therapist believes that individuals are different in expressing what is in themselves, there are individuals who are more open to express what is felt in him, including communicating the anxiety he feels. The results show that there is an increase in understanding and knowledge of school counselors / school counselors, especially in terms of implementing counseling in schools. During this time in school, counseling teachers carry out counseling with traditional methods, namely asking with special techniques, but after this training the counseling teacher can conduct counseling with an expressive therapy approach.

The problem faced by communities in Nagari Kinali, Pasaman Barat is the low level of education so that it is difficult to get the decent income. The purpose of this activity is to increase community's income, create jobs and increase the price of corn at the farm level by developing products and innovation for the corn commodity. The method stages in this activity include training and coaching to improve product quality. For this reason, interviews were conducted so that those selected were people who had high motivation to be trained to make products. Housewives in the BUMNag Ganto Kinali region are trained and nurtured until they succeed in making quality products.

Keberhasilan program layanan bimbingan dan konseling (BK) di sekolah tidak hanya ditentukan oleh keahlian dan keterampilan para guru BK itu sendiri, namun juga sangat ditentukan oleh komitmen, kerjasama dan keterampilan seluruh staf sekolah. Realitas di sekolah, pada umumnya guru BK/konselor di sekolah banyak melakukan kegiatan non-konseling seperti guru BK/konselor bekerja sebagai tenaga yang bertugas mendisiplinkan siswa, sebagai tenaga pengelola serta pengumpul dokumen sekolah dan sebagai tenaga administrasi ujian siswa (Lowery et al., 2018; Fye et al., 2020). Hasil diskusi awal dengan 5 orang kepala sekolah di Kabupaten Agam pada bulan April 2021 tentang kinerja guru BK/konselor dan pengawasan kepala sekolah yang mengemukakan bahwa mereka belum mengetahui sepenuhnya pekerjaan yang semestinya dikerjakan guru BK. Mereka menyatakan bahwa kerja guru BK sebagai profesi yang pekerjaannya mudah yaitu bekerja kalau ada siswa yang bermasalah di sekolah saja. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru BK/konselor dan pengawasan kepala sekolah SMP Negeri dan Swasta dalam penyelenggaraan pengawasan pelaksanaan BK di sekolah, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat melaksanakan workshop di SMPN 2 IV Koto Kab. Agam. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Aula Pertemuan SMPN 2 IV Koto Kab. Agam, Sabtu 24 September 2022. Dalam kegiatan ini hadir Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kab. Agam, Bapak Drs. Isra, M.Pd., Ketua Pelaksana yang sekaligus pemateri Prof. Dr. Neviyarni S., M.S., Kons., pemateri Prof. Dr. Sufyarma M., M.Pd., dan Dr. Riska Ahmad, M.Pd., Kons. Anggota Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat terdiri dari Prof. Dr. Firman, M.S., Kons., Dr. Irda Murni, M.Pd., Yenni Elfira S.Pd., M.Pd., Kons., dan Sambas Sugiarto, S.Sos., M.Pd. Workshop mengenai pegawasan kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan BK ini dilakukan pemberian pemahaman kepada kepala sekolah agar dapat mengawasi dan mensupervisi kegiatan guru BK/konselor di sekolah. Pelaksanaan kegiatan workshop dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan evaluasi.

This research aims at investigating the varieties of hedonistic lifestyles adopted by university students based on their sexes and cultural backgrounds. Culture is referred to in this research is the culture of Batak and Minang culture. The formulation to the problem for this research is there any difference in the lifestyle of hedonism in terms of gender and culture. This research method using descriptive quantitative. Sample for this study where students numbered 80 people. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires about the behavior of hedonism. Data were analyzed using t-test. Based on testing and data analysis significance level of <0.005. Namely, the hedonistic lifestyle in terms of gender has the significance of 0.000, and the lifestyle of hedonism in terms of culture has a significance of 0.005. This means that there are differences in terms hedonistic lifestyle of sex and Minang and Batak culture at the level of students.

The Influence of Problem Based Learning Model and Learning Motivation to Expository Writing Text Ability of Students Grade VII MTsN 1 Bukittinggi Yendrawaty Yendrawaty

This research aimed to describe the influence of Problem Based Learning Model and Learning Motivation to Expository Text Writing Skills of Students Grade VII MTsN Bukittinggi. The type of research is quasi experiment and the design used is factorial design 2x2. Sampling is done by purposive sampling. Data analysis and discussion were conducted through descriptive-analysis. The analysis results of data were as follows. First, writing expository text taught using the Problem Based Learning model is better than students taught by conventional learning models. Second, Second, writing the expositional text of students who have high learning motivation taught by using Problem Based Learning model is better than those taught with conventional learning model. Third, writing the expositional text of students who have low learning motivation taught by using Problem Based Learning model is better than those taught with conventional learning model. Fourthly, there is no interaction between learning motivation and the learning model in influencing the ability to write expository text of students. In the next description, PBL is used for Problem Based Learning.

Divorce is a long-standing problem and still often has an impact on family members. Divorce often begins with various conflicts resulting from a lack of psychological readiness in the face of marriage. Therefore, researchers conducted research related to the analysis of the psychological readiness of couples in the face of marriage. The research method uses a quantitative approach to descriptive methods. The subject of this study was a couple who were getting married and were conducting screening at the religious affairs office of Padang City. The study subjects were taken using a purposive sampling technique of 150 people consisting of 75 men and 75 women. The research instrument was developed from the Theory of Fowers & Olson (1989) using a poll of likert scale models. The study findings showed the picture of psychological readiness in the face of marriage in men was at a high category of 45.33% and women were in the high category by 48%. The results of this study are input for counselors one of them through prenuptial counseling in an effort to improve the psychological readiness of couples in the face of marriage.

Dalam rangka meningkatkan nilai tambah ikan air tawar, yang menjadi salah satu komoditi besar di Kecamatan Rao dan Rao Selatan, Kabupaten Pasaman, perlu dilakukan hilirisasi produk. Sehingga diciptakan sebuah inovasi produk yang meningkatkan nilai ikan tersebut. Nilai tambah perlu ditingkatkan untuk menambah nilai jual dari sebuah produk. Sehingga pendapatan masyarakan menjadi meningkat. Berdasarkan analisis dilapangan terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi minat konsumen membeli produk olahan ikan yang diproduksi oleh UMKM di Kecamatan Rao dan Rao Selatan, diantaranya faktor kepercayaan dan kualitas yang dirasakan (perceived quality). Analisis dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada orang-orang yang mencoba produk hasil olahan ikan hasil produksi UMKM di Kecamatan Rao dan Rao Selatan, Kabupaten Pasaman.

Implementation of Character Education and Improvement of Skill Writing Descriptive in Class 4 SDN 075043 Oladano Feberlina Hura; Neviyarni S; Taufina Taufik

This article was written to describe the implementation of character education in the fourth grade of SDN 075043 OladanoIdanogawo Sub-district during the pre-writing, writing and post-writing stages. Based on the results of the research, the students' skill results are obtained at the following stages: 1) pre-writing with an average of 7.55 and 62.92% percentage included enough category, cycle II obtained an average of 9.45 with a percentage of 78.85% including good category. 2) Writing with an average of 7.65 and 63.0% percentage including enough category. Cycle II average of 9.45 with percentage of 79% including good category. 3) Post-Writings obtained an average of 8.15 with percentage of 68% including enough category, cycle II post-writing with average 9.65 with percentage of 80.4% including good category.
