Abstract

The Notary profession has a very important position in every legal document regarding its legality. Notaries have a crucial role in various letters, documents, certificates, which become absolute evidence in proof. This causes the authority of the Notary to be guided by the principle of prudence in carrying out its responsibilities to avoid parties being harmed as a result of the exercise of this authority. However, it is not uncommon for Notaries to encounter legal problems when exercising their authority, for example, the existence of multiple certificates when transferring names. To deal with this legal problem, the Notary has the responsibility to ensure the validity and legality of each of these certificates to be able to reverse the name based on the principle of prudence. This research is a normative juridical research using 2 (two) approach methods, namely statutory approach and conceptual approach. The result of this research is that the application of the precautionary principle by Notary in the event of multiple certificates in the name change process can be implemented through Notary's action to conduct a thorough verification of juridical and physical land data through the land information system and postpone the name change process until the Court decides / determines the validity and legality of each certificate between the disputing parties.

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PPM) in the form of Youth Leadership Training for Mosques in Panca Arga Village, Rawang District. Panca Arga aims to provide knowledge about management, attitudes, leadership, especially the skills of youth of the Mosque, Mosque administrators, including Village government officials and all Village institutions as their working partners. The target audience in this Community Service (PPM) activity is youth of the Mosque, Mosque administrators, Village Government officials of Panca Arga Village, Rawang District. Panca Arga, totaling 50 people. This Youth Leadership Training for Mosques is carried out using lecture, demonstration and practice methods accompanied by questions and answers. The lecture method is used to explain the concept of coaching and theories about organizations and instilling the leadership character of youth of the Mosque. The demonstration method is used to show a work process, namely the development of youth leadership of the Mosque. While the practice method is to practice organizational management methods and leadership character. While the question and answer method is to provide participants with the opportunity to consult on organizational management such as organizational resource management and leadership. Availability of adequate experts in the Youth Leadership Training of Mosques in Panca Arga Village, Rawang District, Panca Arga in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program and other Study Programs, enthusiasm of participants, support from the Rector of IAIDU Asahan Kisaran for the implementation of activities and supporting funds for the implementation of this Community Service (PPM) activity. The obstacles faced are that many youth of the Mosque, Mosque administrators, still do not have initial knowledge about organizations and leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of human resource planning and development in the small enterprise Kripik Balado Salsabila, located in Kubu Dalam Parak Karakah. In the face of market competition and the need for business sustainability, human resource management becomes a crucial aspect. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The results show that human resource planning is carried out informally based on production needs, while human resource development is implemented through on-the-job training. The main supporting factors include a harmonious work environment and operational flexibility, while inhibiting factors consist of limited funding and the absence of a structured HR management system. In conclusion, human resource planning and development play a significant role in improving productivity and sustaining the business operations of this small enterprise.

Abstract

The use of digital media in health education is crucial to raising teenagers' awareness about the dangers of fast food consumption. The high trend of consuming convenient foods poses risks such as obesity and metabolic diseases, necessitating innovative and effective educational strategies. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach with survey methods, involving 50 active social media-using teenagers interacting with online content. The results indicate that digital media in the form of short videos and interactive visual content can significantly improve teenagers' knowledge and perceptions of the hazards associated with fast food, although their consumption habits remain high. These findings confirm the importance of leveraging digital media in health promotion as a strategic step in preventing long-term health risks among teenagers.

Abstract

House numbering is a crucial aspect in improving the accuracy of population data and the effectiveness of public services at the local level. This article aims to describe the implementation of the house numbering system in Jorong Rumah Panjang, Nagari Salayo Tanang Bukit Sileh, as an effort to support social, health, and administrative services. Descriptive qualitative research was conducted through semi-structured interviews, field observations, and documentation, with data analysis using the interactive model by Miles and Huberman. The results show that the implementation of house numbering improves the accuracy of social assistance distribution, facilitates health visits, and supports logistical distribution. This system also strengthens spatial information systems and enhances coordination between residents and local government. In conclusion, house numbering provides a practical solution for managing population data and public services, while fostering active community participation. Further research could explore the implementation of digital technology for managing house number data.

Abstract

Abstract This community service activity aims to empower vocational school students through increasing digital literacy and understanding of the Electronic Information and Transaction Law (ITE Law) in order to support the achievement of the 4th point of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely quality education. Based on a series of activities that include pre-activities, educational interventions, and post-activity evaluations, it was found that the level of digital literacy of SMK Negeri 33 North Jakarta students is very enthusiastic but there are several points to be concerned about, namely the obstacles to the majority of students not understanding the importance of digital literacy, including the ability to verify information, digital ethics, and legal consequences in cyberspace. Understanding of the ITE Law, including its revisions, important articles, legal sanctions, and personal data protection, is also still limited. The educational interventions carried out succeeded in increasing students' awareness, but the post-test results showed that their comprehension had not improved significantly, with the average comprehension score only ranging from 23%–26%. This is likely influenced by the difference in difficulty between pre-test and post-test questions, as well as the limited implementation time. Therefore, a more intensive, contextual, and sustainable advanced educational strategy is needed so that students not only understand the technical aspects of digital literacy, but also be able to apply it ethically and legally in their daily lives.Keywords: digital literacy, ITE Law, student empowerment, vocational schools, quality education, SDGs 4

Abstract

The enforcement of legal protection for industrial designs in Indonesia continues to face various challenges, both in terms of legal substance and implementation mechanisms. This study aims to analyze in depth the forms of challenges in the legal protection of industrial designs and to examine the dispute resolution system currently applied in Indonesia. The research method used is a normative juridical approach, with data collected through literature studies and analysis of relevant cases. The findings indicate that the main challenges in the enforcement of industrial design law include weak sanction enforcement against violators, low public awareness of the importance of design registration, complex administrative procedures, and the limited capacity of competent dispute resolution institutions. Moreover, under the Indonesian legal system, industrial design protection is granted through exclusive rights after registration; however, the implementation of these rights remains suboptimal. Industrial design disputes can be resolved through litigation or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation, which are more efficient and oriented toward peaceful solutions. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of reforming the legal protection system and strengthening institutional capacity to provide legal certainty for industrial design rights holders and to establish an equitable and effective dispute resolution system.

Abstract

Legal pluralism in Indonesia regulates various age limits in relation to the capacity to perform legal acts, including appearing before a Notary. Several laws and regulations such as the Civil Code, Marriage Law, Notary Office Law, and other laws and regulations provide different age limits. The problem arises when faced with a condition where a person must perform legal acts before a Notary, which legislation is used to determine the age limit for that person. Thus, this research aims to find out the exact age limit for parties who want to perform legal acts before a Notary. This research is a normative legal research that uses 2 (two) approach methods, namely the statue approach and conceptual approach. This research produces answers to legal issues that arise that the age limit to appear before a notary is guided by the Notary Position Law as Lex Specialis, which is at least 18 (eighteen) years old or married.

Abstract

Buying and selling is one of the most common agreements in everyday life. However, in some cases, not all objects of sale and purchase meet the complete formal or administrative requirements, for example with the existence of immovable property objects that have not been certified. Problems arise if the party dealing with this case is a good faith buyer, because he has the potential to lose his rights to the object that has been purchased. Thus, this research aims to find out what are the criteria for good faith buyers and legal protection for good faith buyers of objects that have not been certified. This research is a legal research using 2 (two) approach methods, namely statutory and conceptual approaches. The result of this research is that the criteria for a good faith buyer is when the buyer buys and sells the land object with legal procedures and documents as determined by laws and regulations and takes care by researching matters relating to the agreed land object. While the form of legal protection that can be given to a good faith buyer is the recognition of ownership of the uncertified sale-purchase object on the condition that the current proves that he has met the criteria of a good faith buyer.

Abstract

This community service aims to enhance the understanding and skills of SME entrepreneurs in calculating production costs using the full costing method for ayam geprek businesses located on Jl. Inspeksi Kalimalang, South Cikarang. The full costing method was chosen because it provides a comprehensive overview of production costs, including overhead costs that are often overlooked by SME entrepreneurs. This activity was carried out using a qualitative method through direct interviews with SME entrepreneurs to identify and determine production costs. The results of this community service, with the application of the full costing method, show that the total production cost over one month was IDR 11,700,000, with a cost of goods manufactured (COGM) per portion of IDR 7,446.67, generating a profit margin of 243.03%. In conclusion, this community service activity can make a tangible contribution to improving the management skills of small and medium enterprises in the culinary sector, particularly by optimizing production cost calculations using the full costing method for ayam geprek.
