Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the learning model in the pre-scout training setting on the social development of children aged 5-6 years at RA Al-Hidayah, Kabupaten Purwakarta. The subjects of the study comprised 22 children in group B. The research method employed a one-group pre-test post-test design with four pre-scout activities. Data were collected through pre-tests, post-tests, and interviews with educators. The research variables included pre-scout learning (x) and social development (y). The pre-test results showed an average score of 105.50, indicating a lack of discipline, responsibility, and self-confidence among the children. After the intervention, the average post-test score significantly increased to 160.91. Analysis using the paired sample t-test revealed a significant difference, with a t-test value of -30.820, df = 22, standard deviation = 8.433, and sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000, indicating a significant improvement between the pre-test and post-test results. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that pre-scout learning has a significant impact on the social development of children aged 5-6 years at RA Al-Hidayah. Pre-scout learning has proven effective in integrally enhancing children’s habits, discipline, self-confidence, responsibility, cooperation, knowledge, attitude, and skills in daily life. These findings support pre-scout guidelines that emphasize the importance of activity-based education outside the classroom for the social development of early childhood. Therefore, the integration of pre-scout learning methods into the early childhood education curriculum and the improvement of teacher competence in managing pre-scout activities are highly recommended.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether concrete object media influences the science learning outcomes of class V students at SDN 091538 Huta Bayu Raja or not. There are 2 hypotheses in this research, namely, (1) there is an influence of the use of concrete object media on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 091538 Huta Bayu Raja (Ha) and (2) there is no influence of the use of concrete object media on the science learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 091538 Huta Bayu Raja (H0). This research method is an experimental method with a Pre-Experimental Design type of research using the "One Group Pretest Posttest Design" design. The population of this research is all 30 class V students at SDN 091538 Huta Bayu Raja. Data collection was carried out using test and observation techniques. then the experimental class pretest score was obtained with an average value of 58.3. experimental class post-test with an average score of 83.3. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of concrete object media on the science learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 091538 Huta Bayu Raja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of playing hide and seek on the development of social behavior in children aged 4-5 years at KB Azzahra. The research employs a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 20 children from Group A as subjects. During the study, all participants underwent a pre-test, 4 sessions of hide and seek as a treatment, a post-test, and interviews with educators. The variables measured include the learning of hide and seek (independent variable) and the development of social behavior (dependent variable). The results indicate a significant increase in the average post-test score (109.70) compared to the pre-test score (71.65), with a statistical analysis t-test result of 24.284, df = 19, standard deviation = 38.050, and a significance value (2-tailed) = 0.000. Before the treatment, 85% of the children were in the category of beginning to develop (MB), and 15% had not yet developed (BB), while after the treatment, all children were in the category of developing as expected (BSH). These findings suggest that playing hide and seek has a positive impact on the development of children's social behavior, aligning with previous research by Asmidar (2022). This game is effective in promoting interaction, cooperation, and communication, and is crucial for the development of children's social skills.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of the Mind Mapping Learning Model on the Social Sciences Learning Outcomes of Class V Students at Uptd Sd Negeri 125543 Pematangsiantar. The population in this study were all students in class V UPTD SD Negeri 125543 Pematangsiantar with a total of 22 students. So the sample that will be used in this research is Nonprobability Sampling, and the entire population will be studied. Many students in research at UPTD SD Negeri 125543 Jl. Farel Pasaribu No. 76 totaling 22 people consisting of 8 men and 14 women. Based on the results of the data that researchers obtained with this research, it is to answer the problem formulation, namely "Is there an influence of the Mind Mapping learning model on the Social Sciences Learning Outcomes of class V students at UPTD SD Negeri 125543 Pematangsiantar. Thus, the alternative hypothesis in this research is accepted which states that there is an influence of the Mind Mapping learning model on the Social Studies Learning Outcomes of Class V Students at UPTD SD Negeri 125543 Pematangsiantar for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This is proven by the t_count > t_table value using a significance level of 0.05 and df=21, namely 13,444 > 2.0738. This means that the learning model has an influence on learning outcomes in social studies lessons for class V students at UPTD SD Negeri 125543 Pematangsiantar. If the learning model is done well, it will greatly influence student learning outcomes in the classroom.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Talking Stick Learning Model on Student Mathematics Learning Outcomes at SD Negeri 094155 Rambung Merah. Based on the research results and discussions that have been described, the researcher can conclude that the Talking Stick learning model influences the learning outcomes of Class III students at SD Negeri 094155 Rambung Merah by conducting one group pretest-posttest. Based on the data, the values ​​before and after the treatment increased from 59.54 to 77.64. After carrying out a descriptive test using the paired t test which was tested by the researcher. Where the tcount value is = 13.36 with a significance level of 0.000 and tcount = 13.363 > t table = 2.080, then H0 and Ha are accepted. This shows that there is an influence of the Talking Stick learning model on Mathematics learning outcomes for class III students at SD Negeri 094155 Rambung Merah. Thus it can be stated that the score has experienced a significant increase in student learning outcomes so that Ha learning outcomes are accepted

Abstract

The term autonomy etymologically comes from the Latin "autos" which means to be alone and "nomos" which means to regulate, so that autonomy can be interpreted as self-regulation, regulation or self-government. Regional autonomy is the authority given by the state to autonomous regions to regulate and manage their households. itself in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Autonomy aims to improve community welfare. However, the effectiveness of its implementation remains a bad thing. Overall, regional autonomy in Indonesia is still in the development stage and there are still many challenges that need to be overcome, although there have been several implementations of autonomy that have been carried out in accordance with the rules of regional autonomy.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Self Control in Class IX Middle School Students in Jakarta. This research applies a quantitative approach with a correlational type of research. This correlational method aims to study the relationship between two or more variables, namely the extent to which changes in one variable are related to changes in other variables. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Product Moment correlation approach, because both variables have a normal distribution. The questionnaire was distributed to 77 class IX respondents at SMP X in Jakarta. Based on the results of the data processing carried out, variable Meanwhile, for variable Y, namely Student Self Control, the highest number is in the high category at 64.9%, followed by the medium category level, and followed by the low category level. The correlation obtained between variables X and Y is 0.745 with a significance value of 0.000, which means the two variables have a positive relationship. The level of relationship is in the strong category because it is in the interval 0.60 – 0.799. Based on this explanation, the researcher concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship or correlation between Emotional Intelligence and Self Control in Students.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran al-qur’an dalam kegiatan tahsinul qur’an merupakan program yang di buat sebagai bentuk kerjasama dari Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara dengan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Al-qur’an (STIQ) Amuntai. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian yaitu memberi gambaran secara cermat mengenai individu atau kelompok tertentu tentang keadaan dan gejala yang terjadi, dan berkaitan tentang Pendidikan Al-qur’an (Studi Pembelajaran Tahsinul Qur’an) Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research), yaitu suatu penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fenomena, peristiwa, aktivitas sosial, sikap, kepercayaan, persepsi. Adapun yang menjadi lokasi penelitian adalah Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Amuntai Utara terdiri dari tiga sekolah yaitu SDN Sei Turak, SDN Pakapuran 1 dan SDN Pakapuran 2. Pembelajaran Tahsinul Qur’an di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Amuntai Utara yaitu Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sungai Turak, Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pakapuran 1 dan Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pakapuran 2 dilaksanakan dengan beberapa metode yaitu metode Ummi, metode Wafa dan metode Iqra. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Tahsinul Qur’an ada beberapa permasalahan, akan tetapi dengan berbagai cara guru berusaha mengatasi permasalahan tersebut seperti membuat peraturan-peraturan kelas yang wajib ditaati semua siswa, menggunakan game edukatif dan di selingi lagu-lagu. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran Tahsinul Qur’an yaitu adanya peningkatan dan perkembangan kemampuan siswa dalam belajar tahsin yaitu siswa yang awalnya bacaan qur’annya kurang bagus sekarang sudah mengalami perubahan sesudah dilaksanakanya pembelajaran Tahsinul Qur’an ini.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesian elementary schools, taking into account various factors such as teacher understanding, school readiness, and student and parent responses. The research method used is literature study, which involves reviewing written sources, such as scientific journals and proceedings, to obtain relevant data and information. The research results show that the Independent Curriculum provides freedom for teachers and students in the learning process, but its implementation is faced with various obstacles, including difficulties in developing appropriate learning and assessment tools. Nevertheless, the Merdeka Curriculum is expected to be able to improve the quality of education by creating a more flexible and relevant learning environment. This research concludes that continuous evaluation and adjustments are needed to overcome existing challenges, so that the Merdeka Curriculum can make a positive contribution to character development and the potential of students and creating the next generation who are ready to face global challenges.

Abstract

The advancement of technology and the transformation of learning methods in the modern era have brought positive impacts to children's education. However, these developments also pose challenges, including increasingly complex focus difficulties among children. These focus difficulties affect children's academic, social, and emotional aspects. This study aims to identify the factors contributing to focus difficulties, encompassing psychological and educational aspects, and their impact on the learning process. From a psychological perspective, focus difficulties are often linked to emotional conditions such as anxiety and disorders like ADHD. Meanwhile, educational factors include teaching methods, curricula, and less conducive learning environments. This research employs a literature review method, with data collection conducted by searching, reading, analyzing, and citing relevant information from available literature. The data obtained is analyzed using a content analysis approach. This study highlights the importance of a holistic approach, both through psychological interventions and adjustments in teaching methods, to create a learning environment that supports children's focus abilities. The findings are expected to serve as a foundation for educators, parents, and psychologists in supporting children's optimal development through interactive and adaptive learning strategies.
