<![CDATA[Since the prolonged pandemic period which resulted in students who were initially accustomed to time discipline to study regularly, inevitably had to change because there was a government policy that explained that learning was done online. This research is a qualitative research, namely research in the form of a description that aims to understand the phenomena that occur in research subjects. The results of the study show that the implementation of PAI learning in class X SMPN 2 Kota Solok during the pandemic season is by using Google Classroom media. The stages taken include; planning, implementing, organizing, and evaluating learning. The supporting factors for learning are; Google Classroom learning media workshops for teachers and students, strong network and internet, students have smartphones, and enthusiastic parents. While the inhibiting factors of learning are; there is a bad internet network due to natural conditions, resulting in easily distracted student concentration, and less than optimal application of blended learning.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of writing this article is to provide an overview of the role of professional educators in the Qur'an. In Islam, all work must be done professionally in the sense that it must be done correctly. Only professionals can do this. for this reason, writing this article will examine professional teachers in the Koran and Hadith as a guide for human life in this upfront. This research method is a qualitative research with a literature study approach. Teacher professionalism in the Koran shows that teachers must have democratic characteristics, be patient and gentle in carrying out their noble duties, forgive and be consistent in their duties and responsibilities, be able to work together (cooperatively) and be compassionate both in action and in the form of prayer. In addition, professional teachers are also required to be able to understand the psychology of students, emulate the manners of Rasulullah SAW in the learning process and master knowledge in their field.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine a teacher must have the basic considerations before using a method. The basic considerations for choosing a method in learning are an important part of the learning strategy, because it functions as a basis for presenting, describing, giving examples, and giving training to students to achieve certain goals. So it can be concluded that, there are at least five forms of learning methods taught by the Qur'an. These methods include; Story or lecture method. This method is in line with the Qur'an sura al-Kahf verses 66-67. Methods of discussion, question and answer and dialogue. This method is in line with the Qur'an sura al-Anbiya verses 52-61. The awareness method, this method is in line with Al-Qur'an letter Luqman verse 13. The method of giving punishment. This method is in line with the Qur'an letter al-Nisa verse 34. <![CDATA[This article aims to provide an overview of Surau Educational Institutions in Minangkabau. the role of the surau which is one of the most important aspects of rural life in Minangkabau. Surau became the center for the spread and development of Islam in the interior areas of West Sumatra. The surau acted as an important conduit for the intensive Islamization of the remote areas of the Minangkabau west coast ports. This research includes qualitative research with the type of library research. The results of the study show that surau is a socio-cultural institution that was known by the Minangkabau people before the arrival of Islam. The spreaders of Islam, especially from among the Sufis, spread Islam in a flexible way by adapting to local culture. So the surau was adapted and Islamized to serve as an Islamic educational institution, both in teaching the Qur'an as a guide for the life of the people, studying the basic sciences of Islam, including as a tarekat educational institution.]]>

<![CDATA[The main problem in this study is how to change students' learning attitudes in a positive direction through role playing technique group guidance services. The aim of the study was to see whether or not the role playing technique group guidance services were significant to changes in student learning attitudes. The research method used is the experimental method, namely research that aims to see changes in student learning attitudes with group guidance services using role playing techniques. The type of design used in this study is a Quasi-Experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design. The topics discussed in the role playing technique group guidance service are attitudes towards teachers, students' attitudes towards lesson objectives, attitudes towards assignments given by the teacher, and good attitudes in learning. The results showed that there was a significant change in students' learning attitudes toward a better direction]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of writing this article is to provide an overview of the model for the development of religious personality development based on in-depth observation of what is practiced by the Islamic boarding school community in order to develop the personality of the students, such as at the Tafizul Quran Muallimin Muhammadiyah Islamic boarding school, Sawah Dangka. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach in the form of ethnography. The results of this study indicate that in developing the religious personality development of students through the formal learning and teaching process it is organized classically based on the curriculum of the Ministry of Religion and Islamic Boarding Schools, character and personality development, as well as extra-curricular activities with the pondok system. The Madrasah curriculum consists of a combination of the Ministry of Religion curriculum and Muhammadiyah curriculum and Islamic Boarding Schools. Specific lessons are tahfizul Quran, Arabic and the Yellow Book with mandatory activities such as tahfizul quran with targets at each grade level, hizbul wathan and others and supported by other extracurricular activities whose output produces alumni who are widely accepted at universities in the middle East.]]>

<![CDATA[The main problem in this writing is the Qur'an as a Textual Source of Islamic Philosophy, the main problem is how the position of the Koran is in relation to Islamic philosophy, because the benchmarks for philosophy are reason and revelation. How is the relationship between human (reason), revelation (al-Quran) the basis of philosophy.The purpose of this discussion is the Al-Qur'an as a Textual Source of Islamic Philosophy. The type of research that the writer did was field research which is qualitative description. Data collection techniques that the authors use are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data used is triangulation. The analysis technique that the writer uses according to Miles and Huberman. The research results show that knowledge originates from two things: reality and revelation. Reality itself, as in his view, consists of two things, namely metaphysical reality (ma'qulat) giving birth to philosophy and material (mahsusat) giving birth to science. Meanwhile, revelation gave birth to the religious sciences. How to Get to Know/Know Philosophy, namely studying philosophy is no different from studying other sciences.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this discussion is to explain the leadership role of the school principal in Improving teacher Work Discipline. The type of research that the writer did was field research which is a qualitative description. Data collection techniques that the authors use are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data used is triangulation. The analysis technique that the writer uses according to Miles and Huberman. The results of the study show the role in increasing the work discipline of educational staff, namely: as an educator the principal gives freedom and is firm to educational staff, as a manager the principal coordinates his subordinates so that they work to improve work discipline. As an Administrator the principal has administrative management activities that are recording, compiling and documenting, as a Supervisor that is carrying out supervision and control to improve work discipline through a familial approach. As a leader the principal guides, fosters, encourages and directs all parties in the school, and is able to accept criticism and suggestions from his subordinates. <![CDATA[This study aims to answer the research focus on (1) Management of the Education Management Information System (EMIS) at Religious Institutions and Islamic Boarding Schools in the office of the Ministry of Religion in Sawalunto City (2) Administrative Services and Human Resources at Diniyah Education Institutions and Islamic Boarding School of the Ministry of Religion of Sawalunto City (3) utilization of the Education Management Information System (EMIS) in improving administrative services and human resources at Diniyah Education institutions and Islamic Boarding Schools of the Ministry of Religion of Sawalunto City.This study used a qualitative-descriptive approach and used data collection techniques. Data collection methods were obtained using in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction (data reaction), data presentation (data display), and conclusion drawing and verification. So this study obtained results based on data exposure, and findings and discussion analysis, based on the results of this study it can be described as follows: an education management information system already exists and is implemented, evidenced by the existence of a school website application that existed at the time of the study.]]>

<![CDATA[Cultural relativism is a view that culture has its own worldview. It can also be defined as a person's perspective (a tribe, religion, nation) in seeing other people's habits (culture) that are firmly entrenched in life and practiced in everyday life. Value is a quality provision that is meaningful for individual human life, society, nation and state. The presence of values in human life can generate actions and reactions, so that humans will accept or reject their presence. As a consequence, values will become life goals that want to be realized in the reality of everyday life. For example, the values of justice and honesty are values that have always been a human concern to be realized in reality. Implementation of education one way is through school education. In the whole process of education in schools teaching and learning activities are the main activities. Learning cannot be separated from teaching, students learn because educators teach and vice versa.
